On Saturday night, former President Donald Trump told an audience that the conservative movement must “liberate America’s children” from the “sick” educational system while giving a speech at Turning Point USA’s Student Action Summit.
Trump made a call for “young conservative activists to help finally and completely smash the radical left corrupt education establishment.”
Trump pointed out that the people running the current public education system would rather teach students that men can get pregnant than biblical lessons.
“The current educational system is so sick that school prayers is banned and drag shows are allowed, and all sorts of things are happening,” Trump said. “We have some great politicians in this country that are finding it very hard and we love them. You can’t teach the Bible, but you can teach children that America is evil and that men can get pregnant. A man can get pregnant. Can’t even talk about the Bible.”
Trump added, “You would not trust these people to babysit your children for 20 minutes.”
He’s right about that. Can we be honest? Would you entrust your children to a biological man who believes he’s a woman, dresses in drag, and believes that “men” (a woman who believes she is a man) can get pregnant? Okay, that one was easy. But would you trust someone who simply believes all that nonsense with your children, someone who enables the mental disorder known as gender dysphoria for political reasons?
“This is a matter of national survival. If we don’t fix this, the country is going to be in a very sad state,” he continued.
The former president also said that the country is in need to a strict prohibition on teaching students progressive garbage in the classroom.
“Our country has never been in a position like this before, it happened all in a short period of time across the United States,” he said. “We need to implement strict prohibitions on teaching inappropriate, racial, sexual, and political material to America’s children in any form.”
Trump talked about the differences between the conservative agenda and the goals of leftists, saying, “The difference between our movement and the forces we’re fighting against could not be more stark. They believe in censorship, cancel culture, intolerance, and rigid conformity. We believe in free thought, free assembly, free expression, and a thing called free speech.”
Trump ended his speech at Turning Point USA Action Summit by saying, “My fellow young citizens, this incredible journey we are on together has only just begun, and it’s time to start talking about greatness for our country again. We are one movement. One people, one family and one glorious American nation.”
