St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney Wesley Bell secretly reopened the Michael Brown case, convinced that he could indict the police officer Darren Wilson.
But Bell found himself in the same predicament as Eric Holder found himself.
Both desperately wanted to find themselves able to prove that Wilson had murdered Michael Brown but the evidence just wouldn’t have held up in court.
The left still uses the lie “Hands up. Don’t shoot.” whenever they want to riot. It just sounds good but all three autopsies said the same thing that the narrative put out by the mob was physically impossible but perfectly matched Officer Wilson’s account.
A new review of the 2014 police shooting in Ferguson, Missouri, of 18-year-old Michael Brown has concluded that no murder or manslaughter charges against former officer Darren Wilson are warranted.
The five-month secret review of the August 2014 fatal shooting led St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney Wesley Bell to conclude he couldn’t prove those allegations in a court of law, he said Thursday…
Bell was trying to make himself the hero to the far left , but there was danger is pursuing charges. If he was wrong it would have been embarrassing. Then it turned out not to be a detriment at all. There will be those who will say that Wilson murdered Brown but there just was not enough evidence to prosecute.
Bell said that the Brown family asked him to look into the shooting and he did but there just wasn’t any evidence at all that the situation was any different from what Wilson claimed.
This makes the third investigation into the shooting and every one of them reached the same conclusion. The DA’s office spent five months reinvestigating the case and all of that money was wasted.
