Sidney Powell, the former US Attorney who has filed lawsuits related to the 2020 election to prove voter fraud against President Donald Trump, said that Dominion Voting Systems, the company who’s voting machines were used in key battleground states that has been the center of election fraud controversies for years, should be investigated over a lucrative contract that was awarded to the election systems maker by the Georgia state government.
“There should be an investigation, a thorough criminal investigation, frankly, of everyone involved in acquiring the Dominion Voting Systems for the state of Georgia,” Powell told Newsmax on Saturday, claiming that she has uncovered that there were potential “benefits being paid to family members of those who signed the contract.”
Dominion Voting Systems, of course, has denied all the allegations made by Powell’s of election fraud, and corruption, including alleged ties to foreign governments. Did anyone think they would actually admit to it?
“And frankly for every other state, given how appalling the system is and the fact it was designed to manipulate the votes and destroy the real votes of American citizens who were casting legal votes,” Powell also said.
Dominion’s spokesman, Michael Steel, claimed last week in a Fox News interview that it is “physically impossible” to change electronic votes from one candidate to another, although he didn’t explain why that’s the case.
Powell said that her investigation discovered that “money or benefits being paid to family members of those who signed the contract for Georgia.” this is the new way that politicians make bank over their own corruption. Think Hunter Biden who got very lucrative deals in Ukraine and China the minute his father became the vice president.
“I think there are multiple people in the Secretary of State’s office and others that should be investigated in Georgia for what benefits they might have received for giving Dominion the $100 million, no-bid contract,” Powell said during the interview.
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported that a %107 million contract was given to move from Election Systems and Software company to Dominion Voting Systems back in 2019. Apparently everyone and their mother knew that Dominion Voting Systems was corrupt. Mainstream media outlets did stories on Dominion Voting Systems being corrupt. Senators Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) and Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) complained about Dominion Voting Systems being corrupt, yet we heard nothing from any of these clowns now that Dominion Voting Systems was corrupt for Joe Biden.
In Powell’s lawsuits and public statements, she has purported that there is a potential conspiracy between foreign governments, election officials, and voting software manufacturers to change votes from Trump to Biden.
But “every vote from a Dominion device in Georgia is documented on an auditable paper trail and creates a verifiable paper ballot available for hand-counting,” Dominion said on November 26. “In fact, the Georgia hand counts, independent audits, and machine tests have all repeatedly affirmed that the machine counts were accurate,” it added. In another life I am a senior programmer, and I can tell you right now that I can write a program that will print out any damn thing the person who’s paying me wants it to say.
Last Sunday, November 23rd, Trump’s legal team came out with a statement saying that Powell was not a member of the Trump legal team.
“Sidney Powell is practicing law on her own,” said the former US Attorney and former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani, along with Jenna Ellis another attorney working for the president, in a statement provided Sunday. “She is not a member of the Trump Legal Team. She is also not a lawyer for the President in his personal capacity.”
“I think it’s because we’re pursuing two different theories,” Giuliani said, clarifying that the Trump legal team is focused on “misconduct of the election” by state officials in places like Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia, and elsewhere, while Powell is pointing toward corruption by state governments with respect to rigged voting machines systems. Giuliani argued that Trump’s constitutional rights were violated in some of these states, and he anticipates that some of the lawsuits will make their way to the Supreme Court.
