Former acting DNI Chief, Richard Grenell says that documents that have yet to be released show that top brass of FBI and DOJ ignored warnings from career agents’ warning that the Steele dossier was totally unreliable.
That’s because the investigation was never about the truth but was about driving the legitimately elected president thrown from office.
Richard Grenell, a true American hero during an interview with Newsmax TV told them that there are documents that have not been released yet that shows the bosses at the FBI and the DOJ ignored warnings from their career professionals that the Steele dossier is as fake as a three dollar bill.
When Grenell was acting DNI chief, he began releasing documents that Adam Schiff was desperately trying to hide that reveal a totally different picture than what notorious liars Schiff and Eric Swalwell were feeding the lamestream press. Steele put together his fake dossier as an employee of Hillary Clinton and the DNC.
“The Russians are knowing about this [sic]. They’re putting out disinformation. Propaganda is what we used to call it. This was an early warning system that was ignored.”
“I think that the FBI and the other intelligence agencies have to come clean. They have to say what they knew and when they knew it.”
The FBI used the fake dossier in order to get four FISA warrants against Carter Page. They were obligated to tell the court that none of the information within had been verified. They did not do that and the DOJ IG has said there were 17 “significant” errors and omissions in its FISA applications.
Steele’s primary source of information told FBI agents that the information contained within the dossier were either lies or embellishments.
Investigators also found that Steele’s claim that former Trump lawyer Michael Cohen visited Prague in August 2016 to meet with Kremlin insiders was inaccurate.
Grenell did not indicate if he expects documents related to the dossier to be released anytime soon. Sen. Lindsey Graham said on Tuesday that he is working to declassify a 40-page FBI memo of the interview conducted with Steele’s primary dossier source.
