Georgia’s Governor Brian Kemp is telling lawmakers once again that he won’t call a special session to overturn Georgia’s election results due to massive election fraud. This would Constitutionally allow the legislature to select their own electors who would more than likely support Republican President Donald Trump instead of Joe Biden whose party stole the election from Trump.
Kemp issued a joint statement with Lt. Governor Geoff Duncan (R), saying it would go against state law for the General Assembly to name electors instead of following the current state law that calls for the governor to certify electors after results are certified. What he’s not telling you is that the Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger ignored state lawmakers who asked to hold off certification, and went and certified the election anyway, fraudulent votes and all. Many believe Raffensperger is compromised by money for allowing Dominion Voting Systems to have their machines participate in the 2020 election.
“Any attempt by the legislature to retroactively change that process for the Nov. 3rd election would be unconstitutional and immediately enjoined by the courts, resulting in a long legal dispute and no short-term resolution,” the two said in their statement.
Here’s the rub. Kemp has said nothing about the Secretary of State’s unconstitutional deal he made with the lunatic failed gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams, referred to as a consent decree, that sealed the theft of the election for Biden by agreeing to match ballot signatures to ballot application signatures instead of what the law says, which is to match ballot signatures up to a drivers license or the voter registration application. The deal Raffensperger made allows for matching a forger’s signature! It’s fraudster matching fraudster. By the Executive branch violating the US Constitution’s Article I, Section 4, that gives sole authority over election laws to the state legislature, he created the need for a special session of the legislature, which will remedy the unconstitutional move made by the secretary of state. Raffensperger broke the law, of that there is no question.
If nothing else, there is a 14th Amendment issue with unequal protection of law where signature ballot verifications were different between people who voted in person and mail-in ballots.
Trump spoke with Kemp over the weekend only hours before a rally the president held in Valdosta, Georgia for Senators Kelly Loeffler and David Perdue who is in a fight for the soul of the republic against two radical progressives Jon Ossoff and Raphael Warnock, who if they both win would cause the Senate to be a tie, and if God forbid Joe Biden gets away with stealing the White House from Trump, a Vice President Kamala Harris would break every tie vote in the Senate. The president asked the governor to call a special session of the legislature and the governor refused.
Trump tweeted again on Sunday about how the Georgia election was rife with fraud. Media types keep reporting that his allegations are unproven. They are either biased against the president or they can’t read or follow video footage of fraud taking place in a vote-counting center in Georgia that went viral over the weekend showing Democrats telling everyone, including the Republican observers, that they were stopping the counting and would restart in the morning, only to continue counting once the observers and the media left, and were seen on video pulling out hidden suitcases filled with ballots from under a table that had a skirt on it to block their view.
“Gee, what a surprise. Has anyone informed the so-called (says he has no power to do anything!) Governor @BrianKempGA & his puppet Lt. Governor @GeoffDuncanGA, that they could easily solve this mess, & WIN. Signature verification & call a Special Session. So easy!”
Duncan and Raffensperger appeared on a Sunday news show to defend the integrity of the election.
“I’m proud that we’re able to look up after three recounts and watch and be able to see that this election was fair,” Duncan said on CNN’s “State of the Union.” “Was it perfect? Absolutely not. I don’t know if any election was perfect in the history of this country.”
“Right now, we don’t see anything that would overturn the will of the people here in Georgia,” Raffensperger said to ABC.
Again, nothing was said about the deal Raffensperger made with Abrams that renders the recounts worthless. The Georgia election was not fair at all. Experts like Mark Davis analyzed voter data from the 2020 election and found numerous voting laws broken. Just one example alone would overturn the election. Davis discovered that over 40,000 people voted who moved from one county to another and didn’t notify the state, which according to the law says they cannot vote in either their old country or their new county, yet 40,000+ people did. Biden was head by 12,000 votes, so that example alone is enough to throw out the election.
