Fairfax County School District Delivered a PowerPoint To Teachers Over How To Implement Critical Race Theory in the Classroom

A Microsoft PowerPoint file was sent to teachers by a Virginia public school district explaining how to correctly implement critical race theory (CRT) in their classrooms.

The Fairfax County Public School district sent out the resource that defined CRT and other Marxist ideologies that explains how to teach those ideologies in the classroom in an attempt to indoctrinate your children into their anti-American hate club. Some examples are “anti-hate education,” “anti-racism education,” “culturally relevant pedagogy,” and “institutional/systemic racism.”  All are based on racism, hate, and gaslighting children into hating their country, themselves if they’re white, and even their own parents for being white. Alternatively, they are going to teach black children to hate white people because the schools will teach them that white people are the devil.

It is a form of child abuse that for many kids will stay with them into adulthood.

How do you get an entire generation of people to hate their country? Just teach them to hate their country when they’re in school.

The district defined critical race theory as an “interpretive framework” that “examines the appearance of race and racism across dominant cultural modes of expression.” In other words, if you’re white you’re a racist because you’re in the group that has a large majority of people, over 70 percent of the population, and therefore you are inherently bad because of it.

“In adopting this approach, CRT scholars attempt to understand how victims of systemic racism are affected by cultural perceptions of race and how they are able to represent themselves to counter prejudice,” the PowerPoint states.

Ask people in Chicago neighborhoods on a Friday night to understand that.

The district defined “institutional/systemic racism” as an organization, system, or institution that maintains policies and procedures that “produce inequitable outcomes for people of color and advantages for white people.”

There is no such type of system allowed in America since 1964. An institutionally/systemically racist system is against federal law. That is a fact.

What the CRT kooks are talking about are things like learning from the perspective of black people what it’s like to walk into a room where everyone else is white and they’re all just being all Caucasian about it. To the race hustlers, that is discriminatory.

There is a section of the PowerPoint presentation that suggests teachers should teach their classrooms that racism is a “public health emergency.”

I think Marxism is a public health emergency and it should be stamped out right away. How do they like that?

The slide goes to American Public Health Association that states “declaring racism a public health crisis or emergency” is “an important first step in the movement to advance racial equity and justice and must be followed by allocation of resources and strategic action.”

Does this mean that they want black people to start wearing masks when they’re around racist white people?

Here’s what they mean by equity. Instead of everyone having the same opportunity to be successful where it is up to the individual if they are going to take the initiative to become successful or not, the progressives say that if someone takes the initiative to be successful and he does better than someone else who doesn’t, there is no equity there.

They want everyone to make the same thing and they want government to step in and forcefully make everyone equal just like the people in the food lines in Venezuela.

They’re claiming public health emergency for legal and political reasons. They can get money from the government (your taxes) to handle a public health emergency. They should be laughed out of whatever room they are in when they apply to declare racism a public health emergency and then they themselves should be whisked away to the giggle house because they are crazy people.

According to the slide, the CRT nuts want you to believe that some school systems have “systemic racism” similar to Jim Crow laws and apartheid in South Africa. Apartheid!

The district also says that “progressive movements and organizations” are helping to shape the way the school implements its curriculum. Since the ideology of progressivism is nothing more than the American form of Marxism, we know how that’s going to work itself out.

Fairfax County Public School district has been participating in CRT type training and consulting since the Black Lives Matter movement became big again after exploting the death of George Floyd. The concerned parent organization Parents Defending Education (PDE) discovered that Fairfax County Public School district spent $49,600 to conduct an “Anti-Bias Community Engagement Policy” survey. How could it possibly cost that much to conduct a survey? The survey was created Leadership Academy, a New York City diversity, equity, and inclusion consulting firm.
