Escape From Disgusting Liberia Quarantine Camp, Cameron Gamble Released, One American Left Behind

On Tuesday, David Harris JR. received an email with a request for help from an associate, Cameron Gamble, who sounded to be in grave danger in Liberia claiming he was stranded without US assistance.  Numerous attempts to reach Gamble by phone call were unsuccessful, due to “busy circuits” into the area where he was located, leading to increased concern.

“Unfortunately, most of our US Embassies are controlled by the current administration and are playing along with nations such as Liberia to push the Covid agenda.,” reads an email that is full of details of a nightmare situation in a foreign country, from one friend to another.

Gamble forwarded a short video clip of the facility where he was held, which was filthy, unsanitary and where Gamble says a US Citizen is still being held. ” There is a Christian missionary here. She is a full-time special-needs school teacher from Missouri. They are still detaining her. She has zero symptoms,” Gamble told me, the day he was released from the COVID Quartaine camp in Liberia.

Here is a Gamble showing the area:

“The facility they are holding us in is a morgue. It is set up quite like a prison with 8-foot tall cyclone fence and concertina wire around the top. I discovered in the last couple of days that we are being illegally detained as political pawns in a scam Liberia is attempting to pull against the United States. They are detaining American citizens and using them as bargaining chips to receive Covid relief funds,” read an email to Harris from Gamble.

“This is one of the nurses that goes from room to room seeing every single detainee and then wearing his PPE and gloves at the coffee and tea center,” Gamble wrote, describing the follow video:

Harris forward me the email so I could investigate and cover the story. I forwarded the information to a  Republican US Congressman from Gamble’s state, who was quickly responsive, but before any further assistance was needed I received a text from Gamble that he had been released- so Gamble and I exchanged some texts, and decided to hold off on an article until he was on a plane and safely headed home to the United States.

“I am wheels up, it is ok to write,” Gamble texted me, letting me know it is ok to publish the article.

Gamble sent me examples of the conditions of the holding facility where he was held while on a recent work trip to Liberia. Photos including bugs on the ground, and a filthy bathroom, where a mess was around the toilet.  He included a photo of a blood-drenched bandage of some sort that was left in the sink and unsanitary cloths on the ground.

“Somebody’s bloody gauze in by holding cell sink,” Gamble wrote.

“Dinner last night was a hotdog bun with tuna fish spread inside of it. But it smells like Clorox,” Gamble told me.

According to his bio: Gamble was in the US Air Force from 2002- 2005 and completed a program called “Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape training”, and now he is really going to need his own advice.

Background on Cameron HERE.

Key Note: After how we saw the US State Dept. handle Americans during the withdrawal of Afghanistan, under a broken Biden administration, we felt the story was especially important to bring to people’s attention.  It is not a stretch to wonder if people traveling abroad right now, should be forewarned about countries using COVID as a cover for extortion.

Gamble’s story is a perfect illustration of that.

Video of Gamble describing the food in the Quarantine camp:

The following is an unedited letter from Cameron to Harris, before he was released asking for help:

I flew back to Liberia Africa on Saturday for a business meeting. Upon my arrival, I tested positive for Covid at the airport. I was taken in an ambulance to a quarantine facility in the capital of Monrovia. I

have been here now for three days and have zero symptoms of Covid. I am also here with several other US passport-holding citizens. There is one Egyptian passport holder as well.

All of us are symptom-free. I discovered in the last couple of days that we are being illegally detained as political pawns in a scam Liberia is attempting to pull against the United States. They are detaining American citizens and using them as bargaining chips to receive Covid relief funds.

They are trying to show that those coming from America are bringing the virus to here. They are refusing to let us leave. Some have been here 9+ days. Every three days they are tested again for Covid and they continue to be positive for Covid even without symptoms.

The facility they are holding us in is a morgue. It is set up quite like a prison with 8 foot tall cyclone fence and concertina wire around the top. We are in an area called the suspect ward. The conditions here are as follows:

Several hours during the day and night there is no electricity or AC to the facility

The mattresses are filthy dirty

Detainees are only given a single sheet for linen

The bathroom it is covered in fecal matter.

The bathroom floor and shower are covered in grime and hair from other people who have quarantined here

My sink has bloody gauze in it from somebody else

The quarantine staff cleaned my bathroom floor with a mop and used the toilet water on the floor

The same mop is used in every single detainee’s room And no type of disinfectant is being used

The staff does not change their rubber gloves from detainee to detainee

The staff does not remove their rubber gloves before using the detainee’s community coffee and teapot

The food is too spicy to eat and no alternative food options are available. Some Americans have not eaten in a few days. One school teacher that was here to help in the orphanage is diabetic. She cries day and night.

The staff remains outside and listens to the radio and talks loudly all through the night not allowing the detainees to rest

The quarantine facility has a dog staying on-site that barks continuously through the night

Dead bodies are in the morgue just outside of my room

My bathroom door handle broke yesterday and I was locked inside my bathroom for several hours

The supplements being administered smell bad and are most likely expired

The mosquitoes are biting detainees when the electricity is off. No mosquito nets are being provided

No malaria treatment is being provided

The bottles of water they are giving the detainees for drinking have been left in the sun and are hot

There are no towels for taking a bath

There is no hot water for taking a bath or washing your hands for proper hygiene

Myself as well as my Navy SEAL friend have both contacted the U.S. EMBASSY here in Liberia. I spoke with a representative this morning. They are refusing to come down to the quarantine facility. They say that we are at the mercy of the host nation.

This is a complete abandonment of their responsibility to us and a complete abandonment of their responsibilities and obligations to American citizens on foreign soil. I demanded a health and wellness check from the U.S. EMBASSY given the conditions of our facility we are being detained in. They have yet to respond to that request. I also asked them to send hygiene products, towels, linen, and MRE’s. Unfortunately, most of our US Embassies are controlled by the current administration and are playing along with nations such as Liberia to push the Covid agenda.

As you know, hostage survival and peacetime governmental detention are my expertise. I have advised both the detainer’s and the US Embassy that the receiving nation “Liberia” Is in violation of the 36th article of a Vienna Accords by not contacting the US Embassy “without delay” to inform them they were detaining me against my will.

Furthermore, they are holding it against her well with substandard living in our placing our good health at risk with other infectious diseases based on the conditions of this facility.

David, I don’t know if there’s anybody you can reach out to, but we need help. I have exhausted many of my avenues up to this point. I think this needs to go to the media.

Gamble was released shortly after I received that email.

As of 3:00 pm Eastern Time on Wednesday- Gamble was on a plane back to the United States. “I think I was held long enough for Liberian government to show that they needed financial assisantace from the US for COVID,” Gamble told me after his release from the camp.
