Georgia, the state is known for its peaches, Southern Bells, and the Bulldogs’ college football team has always been a reliable vote for the GOP in presidential elections.
In the nineties as the cost of doing business skyrocketed, businesses in record numbers started researching where to re-locate their operations.
Texas, Arizona, Utah & Georgia were the most popular choices due to their low costs of living for their transferring employees and lower taxes and regulations for their companies.
This started the migration of thousands of businesses with millions of employees who brought with them progressive world views. Now after 30 years their large numbers have changed the political landscape of their once conservative states which lead to Arizona flipping Blue in 2020 and Georgia forced into a vote recount.
Why is a recount required for President? Tens of thousands of mail-in ballots are being disputed, from the original count, and while the state is recounting, the legislation still has to be adjudicated.
With questions surrounding the integrity of this year’s presidential election in Georgia, both Loeffler and Perdue have called on Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger to resign over his handling of voting measures.
“The management of Georgia elections has become an embarrassment for our state. Georgians are outraged, and rightly so,” a statement via Perdue and Loeffler read. “We have been clear from the beginning: every legal vote cast should be counted. Any illegal vote must not. And there must be transparency and uniformity in the counting process. This isn’t hard. This isn’t partisan. This is American.”
With the US Senate on the line, failed Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams announced Sunday that “more than 600,000 Georgians have requested their mail ballots” for the Senate runoff elections on January 5, urging her followers to support the Democrat candidates.
“More than 600,000 Georgians have requested their mail ballots for the January 5 runoff elections,” Abrams wrote in a tweet Sunday morning. “Help elect @ReverendWarnock and @ossoff to the U.S. Senate by requesting your ballot today.”
“Happy voting and let’s get it done… again,” Abrams added.
Included in Abrams’s tweet was a link at which Georgia residents can request a mail-in ballot for the runoff elections between Sen. Kelly Loeffler (R-GA) and her Democrat challenger Raphael Warnock, and another between Sen. David Perdue (R-GA) and his Democrat opponent Jon Ossoff.
Earlier this month, it was reported that those two Senate races in the Peach State could be some of the most expensive in history. One estimate said the spending could go beyond $500 million dollars.
As Abrams is rallying Democrats ahead of the runoff elections, both Perdue and Loeffler continue to raise substantial amounts of money for their campaigns.
Can you say, coming disaster?
Voting machines suspected of changing votes, 600,000 Georgians have supposedly requested a mail-in ballot and have been calls from the left for their supporters so “move” temporality move to Georgia, vote, then “decide they want to return back home after the election.
If the left can manipulate the process again and win both Georgia senate seats, a Biden Presidency with Chuck Schumer as the Majority Leader in the US Senate could alter the future of our nation permanently.
