Dan Bongino, who has a top-ranking conservative daily podcast show, is a Fox News contributor-and-sometimes-fill-in host, has some exciting news.
Dan Bongino’s show has been chosen to fill the late Rush Limbaugh’s time slot.
On Wednesday, “The Dan Bongino Show” was announced by Cumulus Media’s Westwood One. The new news and opinion show will start on May 24, and it will air from 12 pm to 3 pm ET. Monday-Friday. The show will be broadcast to a national audience.
Dan’s show will hit the hot topic political stories with Bongino’s uncanny ability to explain complex issues so that even Brian Stelter could understand. Well maybe, but I know you can pick up what I’m laying down. He will continue to debunk leftist Woke Supremacist and RINO nonsense in ways that will have you waiting for his next show.
According to a press release, “As a former Secret Service agent and [New York Police Department] officer, Bongino is uniquely positioned to provide commentary and analysis that directly questions the philosophical underpinnings of both the Left and big government Republicans.
“Over the past 10 years, he has earned a spot on The New York Times bestseller list several times and has joined Fox News as a commentator.”
“I’m excited to embrace the immense power of radio to connect with my listeners live for three hours every day,” Bongino said. “This is an incredible privilege, and I pledge to honor the trailblazing work of those who came before me.”
A great thing about this move is Bongino will no longer have to worry about being censored by the Big Tech tyrants at Twitter, Facebook, and Google, which he has given up on anyway since he got involved with social media companies such as Parler and Rumble because his voice will now reach tens of millions of people each week.
Bongino praised Rush when the conservative icon passed away on Feb. 17 at 70-years-old after battling lung cancer. if ever there was a fighter it was Rush who outlasted what any of his doctors thought. He had the passion to keep doing what he did so well and he did it right up until the time when God called him home.
For those of you who haven’t yet listened to Bongino’s show, he begins each episode with the show’s producer Joe Armacost hitting the bell button to sound off a fight bell (ding ding), and at the time of Rush’s passing Dan renamed that bell the Rush Limbaugh Bell out of respect for the late legendary host.
Westwood One President Suzanne Grimes said, “Dan is passionate and relatable, with a natural ability to connect with his audience. Dan has been on a meteoric rise since his podcast launched in 2019, and we look forward to watching his star continue to soar.”
“Every conservative I know, everyone has had that Rush Limbaugh moment where they were listening and heard an idea for the first time ever,” he told “Fox & Friends.”
Dan was hit with a health scare of his own and he revealed it late last year in September when he was diagnosed with Hodgkin lymphoma and the discovery of a tumor.
The radio host underwent surgery to have a tumor removed from his neck. He shared that news on Twitter in early October.
“Thank you all for your kind words & well wishes,” Bongino wrote. “I’m out of surgery & I feel good. They removed the entire tumor from my neck. The bad news is, it looks like lymphoma. The good news is, there are treatments options. Either way, it’ll be okay. Thank you all for your support.”
Twitter leftists of course wished him ill will because they are evil people.
At the time Bongino said, “We don’t know what it is. It’s in a very weird spot in my neck near my carotid artery, near vocal cords and things, and it is big. It’s 7 centimeters … It’s scary.”
This is a huge thing for the conservative movement as well. Bongino is a very likable guy, he’s smart, down to earth, a family man, and conservative to the bone. His show will be a boost to the movement especially when he gets a nationwide audience.
