This should surprise no one, but FBI Director is both corrupt and a liar, neither of which is exclusive. In testimony to Congress, Wray testified that the FBI had not been aware of counter-protesters in the Capitol on January 6th. We now know that was an absolute lie as we find out that they actually knew of 13 separate groups that had plans to attend.
This comes 2 days after the Biden administration finally admitted having “commandos” and others planted among the protesters on the day of the riot. They have not yet admitted that they were used to incite the riot, but that will happen the moment someone finds out and reports on it. Their motto seems to be, “tell us what you can prove and we’ll tell you what we will confess to.”
Wray also claimed that they did not know of any antifa member who dressed up in Trump gear but again Wray lied. They knew John Sullivan an antifa organizer wore Trump gear on January 6th.
There is also a huge disparity in how federal prosecutors handle cases against conservatives as opposed to cases involving domestic terrorists. Prosecutors drop charges against the liberals while overcharge crimes committed by conservatives.
Via NBC News:
Leslie Grimes and two fellow antifa members drove to Washington from Michigan to counter-demonstrate during the Trump rally. According to one of Grimes’ friends, the group walked around for a while but returned to the car after Grimes was roughed by some Trump supporters.
As the trio were getting into the car, they were surrounded by officers who said someone had reported that they were seen “putting weapons in the trunk,” according to a video of the encounter posted on Facebook.
One of the three denied that there were any weapons in the car, but officers found a handgun in the trunk.
Grimes was taken into custody on a charge of possessing an unlicensed gun after she told the officers the firearm belonged to her. She spent the night in jail, but authorities declined to move forward with charges, according to her attorney.
The friend said he does not understand how police knew there was a gun in the car. “It was in the trunk the whole time,” the friend said. “How would they know? It doesn’t make any sense.
Honesty may be the best policy, but obviously, it’s not Wray’s policy.
