Chaos: Second Reversal by Judge in Georgia Raises Questions About who is Being Protected, Servers in GA Crash

In a story that shows the trouble with having foreign companies owning America’s voting machines and systems, we see where a judge has had his hand forced to reverse a ruling in order to protect the “Trade Secrets” outlined in the contracts between Georgia’s Governor Biran Kemp and Dominion Voting Systems, the servers built by a Canadian company who developed the voting systems at the center of massive alleged voter fraud in the 2020 American Presidential election.

A judge made an order in favor of Lin Wood who wants to search the servers and it was reported, then the order was reversed by the judge to protect the “intellectual property of the servers” and that was reported, and then the order was reversed again. The third action, which was a second reversal, and was to order that no one could “wipe” the machines or delete data from the machines.

Here is that report:

What we see unfolding is a frightening public civil conflict between the Governor and the Secretary of State in Georgia and the President of the United States. Republican Governor, who won his election with the endorsement of President Donald J. Trump, has betrayed Trump many times by denying Trump an opportunity to investigate the vote in Georgia, which faces many legal actions, as well as general suspicion by the public.

Attorney Lin Wood is tying Kemp, who made all of the contracts with Dominion Voting systems, to disgraced former Secretary of State, Hillary R. Clinton, accusing Wood of working together with Clinton.

Wood retweeted a post made by a journalist reminding readers that Kemp had been exposed before for “wiping data” from machines in a public scandal.

Wood is boldy defying Kemp in numerous tweets, hinting that legal action will be focused on Kemp in the near future for alleged voter fraud conflicts.

Trump, himself, tweeted Monday about the issue, and hammered Kemp bringing into question why Kemp will not allow Trump’s legal team to inspect signatures on mail in ballots, which is historically a problem in elections, and overly used in the 2020 Presidential election due to “pandemic” concerns of in person voting.

To add to the drama, Monday the servers in Georgia crashed while counting ballots, and one of the servers may have been removed.

MONDAY CRASH

A recount of votes in Georgia’s Fulton County paused on Sunday after a Dominion Voting Systems server crashed, according to local news reports.

Election officials outlined the problem to 11Alive, saying that a Dominion server issue temporarily delayed the recount. President Trump’s campaign requested the recount on Nov. 21 the day after Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger had certified Georgia’s election results following an initial recount of ballots.

“Technicians from Dominion have been dispatched to resolve the issue,” Fulton County election officials told 11Alive in a statement. “The Georgia Secretary of State’s office has also been alerted to the issue and is aware of efforts to resolve the problem.”

Officials said that they expected counting to begin again on Monday morning. Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden was leading Trump by about 12,000 votes in the state before the second recount began.

The Trump campaign alleged that the Georgia presidential race produced “false results” in its request for a recount. The campaign asked election officials to review signatures on mail ballot envelopes, alleging that many votes had been cast illegally.

“The Trump campaign filed a petition for recount in Georgia. We are focused on ensuring that every aspect of Georgia State Law and the U.S. Constitution are followed so that every legal vote is counted,” the Trump campaign legal team said in a statement.

“President Trump and his campaign continue to insist on an honest recount in Georgia, which has to include signature matching and other vital safeguards. Without signature matching, this recount would be a sham and again allow for illegal votes to be counted,” the statement continued. “If there is no signature matching, this would be as phony as the initial vote count and recount. Let’s stop giving the People false results. There must be a time when we stop counting illegal ballots. Hopefully, it is coming soon.”
