Georgia Gov Brian Kemp has come around after watching Democratic poll workers send Republicans home before breaking out suitcases full of ballots. He has now decided that he wants a new recount and one that includes matching signatures. But that will only be effective if they are allowed to be close enough to see for themselves.
But the decision is not up to Gov Kemp. That decision belongs to the Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger and I trust him as far as I can throw Trump Tower. He has been defending those who cheated every step of the way. He is either Deep State or he doesn’t want to look like a horse’s bottom for selecting Dominion Voting Systems.
“Working as an engineer throughout my life, I live by that numbers don’t lie. As secretary of state, I believe that the numbers that we have presented today are correct. The numbers reflect the verdict of the people, not a decision by the secretary of state’s office or our courts, or of either campaigns.”
Kemp was willing to allow Democrats to steal the votes until he saw the video of the Democrats unpacking the suitcases. Plus, he has to be feeling the pressure being applied by Trump voters in the state. He is up for reelection in two years. That has to be in the back of his mind.
Georgia Republican Governor Brian Kemp called for a signature audit of the state’s election results on Thursday night during an interview on Fox News, saying that some of what was alleged today during a Georgia Senate Government Oversight Committee hearing was “concerning.”
“You know, I’ve called early on for a signature audit, obviously the secretary of state, per the laws and the Constitution would have to order that; he has not done that,” Kemp said. “I think it should be done. I think, especially with what we saw today, it raises more questions.
There needs to be transparency on that. I would again call for that, and I think in the next 24 hours hopefully we’ll see a lot more from the hearings that the legislature had today and we’ll be able to look and see what the next steps are.”
Kate Brown is now the official sponsor of antifa and BLM. When the state of Oregon received their CARES Act money, they divided among groups they claimed does excellent work in the state. One of those groups, known as Snack Bloc received $145,000 for the good work they have done in rioting in Portland and destroying businesses.
The group “SNACK BLOC” that received CARES ACT money designed to help people in need turns out to be unabashedly antifa and BLM. And just think, every time they burn down a building, you paid for the gasoline and the matches. The group was in the shadow for three years but came out of the closet once they got their 501c3 charitable group status.
They were at the protest at the home of Mayor Ted Wheeler:
The group “helped” to get rid of cops, like the Marxists they are. The group encouraged people to turn off their cell phones while at protests.
Just so you know, your cell phone is a fu–ing snitch. Don’t let that rat see you at a protest, and definitely don’t post pictures with it. Turn it off or put it on airplane mode.
They threw a “bloc party.” You know like “black bloc,” the clothes worn by members of antifa? In case you’re skeptical about characterization of the group’s purpose, the local press knows exactly who and what it is. Willamette Week called it “the protest support and mutual aid group … that’s provided resources for almost 100 days of protests across Portland.” Along with organizing its own events, Snack Bloc has been at seemingly every protest, march and vigil around the city over the past three months, providing snacks, water and supplies to protesters at the Stripper Strike, BLM Art Therapy and rallies across Portland.
When the awards were made in September, the head of the OHA said they were fully aware of the group’s receiving the money and noted how “vital” they are to “their communities” for the “collective work” to end racism, “especially relating to COVID-19.”
“We look forward to partnering with these remarkable organizations and communities, who do such vital work to serve their communities,” said Patrick Allen, OHA director. “We are deeply aware how these organizations’ linkages and knowledge of their communities and the challenges they face are so important to bringing resources to help. We look forward to the collective work to continue to meaningfully address the systemic racism and structural inequities that have caused so much health disparity, especially relating to COVID-19.”
The Campbell County Board of Supervisors in Virginia declared themselves a “First Amendment Sanctuary” by a unanimous vote on Tuesday night, declaring that they will not be enforcing Governor Northam’s COVID-19 orders.
The First Amendment Sanctuary Resolution calls Governor Northam’s executive orders unconstitutional and instructs the sheriff and county employees to refrain from enforcing the orders.
“We’re not gonna utilize county resources to enforce the governor’s orders,” said Supervisor Matt Cline. “We’re not gonna allow county resources to be used in the enforcement by state agencies. We’re not gonna aid the Virginia Department of Health in shutting our businesses down.”
The resolution specifically defies Executive Orders 63 and 67. Executive Order 63 mandates the statewide wearing of masks in all public indoor spaces, and Executive Order 67 provides direction on how businesses are allowed to re-open.
“The Campbell County Board of Supervisors wishes to express its opposition to any order or law that would unconstitutionally restrict the rights of the citizens of Campbell County,” said Cline.
This isn’t the first time Campbell County has taken steps to align itself with the Constitution over and against state laws and policies. In 2019, the county declared itself a Second Amendment Sanctuary to protect its citizens gun rights in a state being directed more and more by progressive politics.
Campbell County residents who attended Tuesday’s meeting showed enthusiasm and support for the resolution.
Kurt Santini, a Campbell County resident, told ABC 13 News, “The governor has overstepped his authority and I hope this forces him to think outside of the tiny box he uses for a brain and to find a solution that doesn’t violate our rights.”
Santini plans to continue attending social gatherings, and refuses to wear a mask.
Likewise, Wes Gardner, another county resident, thanked the board for their actions, saying “it took guts.”
“Whether or not there are repercussions from Richmond,” Gardner said, “we don’t now. But I can tell you, we’ll stand with you.”
However, not every resident is on board with the resolution. James Sorello told ABC 13 News that the Constitution provides no protection against a deadly virus.
“If I hold the Constitution up, is that going to prevent me from getting the virus? We’re losing this battle; America is losing this battle.”
Campbell County isn’t the first to declare itself a “First Amendment Sanctuary”. A town in Rhode Island passed a similar resolution by the same name back in June.
One of the many pro-life women elected to Congress this November recently shared that her inspiration to fight for the unborn comes from her mother’s own choice against abortion when pregnancy threatened her life.
Kat Cammack was born to Ginny, a single mother who had previously suffered a stroke when pregnant with Kat’s older sister at the age of 27.
Six years later, when Ginny found herself pregnant again, doctors warned her that she may not live through another pregnancy, and encouraged her to undergo an abortion.
Even Cammack’s grandmother encouraged Ginny to seek out an abortion and save herself.
Despite the pressure from medical professionals and family, however, Ginny decided to give birth to her daughter.
“My mom chose life,” Cammack told Fox News, “which was very difficult for my familiy.”
“For her to make that choice against the advice of her doctors and against the urging of her own family, that’s pretty powerful,” said Cammack. “So for me, that’s why I am personally pro-life.”
At 32 years old, Kat Cammack is the youngest GOP congresswoman to be elected to the House of Representatives this election cycle.
Cammack will represent Florida’s 3rd Congressional District, succeeding her boss Republican Ted Yoho.
Cammack ran as a constitutional conservative on the platform that she would defend gun rights, law enforcement, and pro-life policies. She intends to share her mother’s story on the floor of the House during her term in office.
“We’ll classify bacteria on Mars as life but we won’t classify a heartbeat in the womb as life,” the Representative-elect explained. “Or if you look at the DOJ, if a pregnant woman is murdered, it’s a double homicide. But if the woman chooses to terminate that pregnancy, it’s not. It’s very hypocritical from the government standpoint. As a federal representative coming in, I want to address that hypocrisy in our government.”
Cammack is one of 13 new pro-life women elected to Congress during November’s elections, along with the re-elections of 11 other pro-life women. Cammack has called the women “powerhouses in their own right.”
Cammack enjoyed endorsements from pro-life groups such as the National Right to Life PAC and the Susan B. Anthony List. She also received the endorsement of President Donald Trump.
A couple hundred protesters gathered outside a Staten Island pub on Wednesday night after the restaurant was forcefully closed for defying Governor Cuomo’s COVID-19 orders.
Law enforcement closed Mac’s Public House on Tuesday night and arrested co-owner Danny Presti. The pub had remained open and continued to serve food and alcohol after being stripped of its liquor license for defying state orders to shut down indoor services.
Supporters of the pub responded by gathering outside the restaurant on Wednesday evening. Police officers barricaded the doors to deny entry, so protesters filled Lincoln Street, waving American flags.
Danny Presti and Keith McAlarney opened their pub a mere two months before nationwide shutdowns began in response to the global spread of COVID-19. According to their attorney, Louis Gelormino, the co-owners invested over $150,000 in the restaurant’s opening.
The neighborhood in which the restaurant resides was recently placed in the “orange zone”, which prohibits indoor dining and restricts outdoor dining to a maximum of four people.
In response, the owners declared their pub an “autonomous zone”, borrowing a strategy used by left-wing anarchists during summer protests in Seattle this past summer.
“ATTENTION!” reads a sign posted on their window. “As of November 20, 2020 we hereby declare this establishment an AUTONOMOUS ZONE. We refuse to abide by any rules and regulations put forth by the Mayor of NYC and Governor of NY State.”
On Friday, November 27th, the State Liquor Authority voted unanimously to suspend the pub’s liquor license.
In response, the owners posted a YouTube video, challenging local and state authorities and encouraging other small business owners to join them in defiance.
In the video, McAlarney told viewers he isn’t scared. “If that liquor license is gonna come off the wall, it’s gonna be done by Cuomo. You wanna come down here and pull that license off the wall?…Feel free to end up coming down and we’ll have a conversation before you even think about stepping foot on my property. I will not back down.”
The video ended with an appeal to law enforcement to uphold the Constitutional rights of the people rather than aiding the tyrannical overreach of the state.
Presti announced that due to their suspended license, they would be serving food and alcohol for free, but he asked for patrons to donate toward their bills.
On Tuesday night, plainclothes deputies entered the restaurant in an undercover operation. They sat at a table, ordered food and alcohol in exchange for a $40 donation, and observed around 14 people eating and drinking indoors against the governor’s orders.
The deputies immediately ordered the owners to shut down their operation. In the process, Presti was arrested and several employees (including the bartender, the cook, and the restaurant’s attorney) were cited with violations.
Presti was released that same night after being issued appearance tickets.
Both Presti and McAlarney were present at Wednesday’s protest.
“There’s no reason for it to be closed when the big stores are open,” one protester told PIX11 News. “Why is Costco open, the supermarkets, the malls? Why are the sheriff’s department not standing in front of those big stores? Can somebody answer that?”
Reporter Joe Mauceri explained on the scene that, “We can actually see a restaurant down the block here that is allowed to open for indoor dining because it’s not considered the orange zone.”
“We are just trying to make a living and feed our families,” McAlarney told the crowd. “We jumped through every hoop, did whatever they did. But at some point, you can’t just keep shutting down.”
Rudy Giuliani, the Attorney for President Donald J. Trump, presented several witnesses for the first time before a bipartisan legislative committee in Michigan to discuss alleged election irregularities and fraud during the presidential election, in front of a hostile group with Democrats acting boldly to discredit the witnesses.
Noteworthy was that three people who are immigrants from India to America and felt great pain about the loss of Election Integrity they witnessed, and they faced a female Black Democrat representative who freaked out continuously, had tantrums, and was out of control and rude many times. It was apparent that she was baffled about the process.
All witnesses were sworn under oath by avadavats and offered to be sworn in, Giuliani repeated numerous times.
A woman named Jessy Jacobs, a city of Detroit employee as a Head Engineer. Worked 9-4 opening mail and sorting ballots. On Sept 22nd she had ballot packages with 50 ballot in the packages.
She testified that she worked at Election Department to backdate ballots starting around September 16, all with different dates. About 80 workers worked to falsify ballots. “What I was taught it was not good, there were 20 25 people Sept 30 to Oct. 1, and I tried to log into the laptops they were not working. I was told by the instructor that I didn’t need a laptop. I needed to record the lecture. I got permission.
Witness in Michigan says she was directed to BACKDATE absentee ballots with the “phony date of the day” given to her by a supervisor pic.twitter.com/vv4UDCTMFB
It doesn’t matter if the address is wrong or if signatures are different; no application should be rejected. You have to do everything that the voter gets a ballot to vote, sometimes. If voters walk in, they have house number and street name, they wanted us to find everything, and if we can’t, then we should set aside and let Election Headquarters deal with it, then I don’t know what happened. You have to do everything to match the signatures. No ballots were rejected; if I rejected them, they were accepted by someone else. I worked there for a month. I remember that I rejected 2 or 3 ballots, and they got furious, and I would ask the supervisor,” Jacob said.
“Did you see supervisors show people how to vote for Biden,” Giuliani said, and there was a pause….
Jacobs sighed, and paused, and deflated said, “Yes.”
Jacobs said she saw a man intimidate voters, and “I knew it was wrong I didn’t say anything. I saw three men with Black Lives Matter shirts, one with a flag came in to drop off absentee ballots, one was cheering was taking photos. I knew it was wrong, but I was sitting there at my desk doing my processing jobs. I was told to stop asking for a driver’s license. I was not comfortable, and I would say in a low voice to as for their license, to make myself comfortable.
For my own peace of mind, I asked for a driver’s license to verify the signature you are supposed to ask for before you start processing the ballot. I remember that I questioned someone and said that he said that the signature is from 10 years ago. He walked out,” Jacob said.
She went on to say that about 100 ballots were spoiled and for all the sites 25,000-30,000 ballots. “Those are illegal ballots,” Giulani said. A Democrat participant started yelling and had to be told to be quiet.
I don’t know what happened if they were shredded or not,” Jacobs said.
There was a dispute over an absentee ballot. There was an issue because it was after the deadline, and her supervisor wanted it backdated; the issue was that the voter was registered in 2010. You are not supposed to give an absentee ballot, at that point, to an already registered voter. I wrote on a sticky note that the ballot was not valid. And I heard the supervisors talking about my note, and one said- She is right, but why should we punish voters for a processor’s mistake?” Jacobs said. “And they counted it.”
The supervisor kept telling me to go more quickly, not to check signatures, not to write out notes. And the head supervisor told me not to worry about signatures that didn’t match. They humiliated me, treated me like a criminal, it was so bad. I am truthfully and sincerely working with the city for 34 years and very proud, and I never expected this treatment. “She said, almost crying. “They told me to get out, and one supervisor threw her badge at me. I couldn’t believe it. Then they refused to give me work,” she said.
I am thankful for this country because I am who I am because of this country- I had high hopes to help. I am a Catholic and for my children. Thank you, Jesus. I like my supervisors in the engineering department, and I like all of my people.
FACT CHECK ON HER TESTIMONY:
One of the Democrats who berated Jacobs told her she was confused over laws, she wasn’t.
🚨Things are getting spicy here in Michigan inside the House of Representatives. 🚨
Jacobs got upset and said, “I worked for two months at the Election, but to the city I am thankful to the city Ms. Johnson,” she said.
Democrats freaked out, yelled and threw a fit to intimidate Jacob.
Dems showing true colors! Badgering, humiliating, shamming witness! Look at diff between, speech, behavior& character! They're all diff races! What they have in common!=Communist privilege! Bullies, nasty attitudes! Uneducated, ghetto-criminals! 😂😂😂😂😂😂#michigan#Hearingpic.twitter.com/8D8zBpzrdz
A woman named Melissa Carrone a Dominion Voting System was next. She also testified in front of the Senate Tuesday, who talked about the ballots and batches of ballots that were counted repeatedly. “They were counting the same ballots 9-10 times each. There were 20 to 24 machines. I observed this happening a thousand times. I saw a few Republicans. I know they were cheating,” Carrone said.
“More people don’t come forward because Democrats like to ruin your life; we had 120% turn out. Why don’t people know this? I had to swear that my story was truthful, did you?” Carrone said.
A Democrat representative, Cynthia Johnson, interrupted, screaming and yelling for the fourth or fifth time and being very rude, insisting Carrone be put under oath, and Carrone said she was under oath by an affidavit.
Cynthia Johnson was yelling and screaming again, numerous times interrupting the chair many times.
Two more witnesses talked about watching tabulations on the Dominion machines.
One woman, named Hema, said that because of jams, there were over counts; she could not say how many or if it was done on purpose, but that people were counting ballots over and over.
“The people didn’t get enough training. I am an immigrant; this country gave me a platform. I love this country. I have a lot of respect for this country; coming here where we have no one, we have courage, it is scary. I am very private, but I know what is at stake. I am saying this needs to be fixed; I am not saying who is right or wrong. How is our vote being duplicated, and seeing the fraud was heartbreak? The Democrat’s poll watchers were there to intimidate us and get us out. I had a Democrat telling me of getting these MFers, and then the poll workers were focused on White males for having a mask slip, which left us there with few numbers s. The GOP workers were treated differently than anyone else,” she said.
Hema said that she witnessed racism: that white Republicans were mistreated and escorted out because of their skin color. It was heartbreaking to watch Americans being mistreated, treated like criminals, and escorted out to cheering mobs, and that was what made me decide to do this and talk.
This young lady, the IT business owner (Originally from Indian) is on FIRE 🔥🔥🔥
My goodness she is so articulate, so on point on all levels. You can say what you will of the first 2, but you can NOT say anything about this lady. Best testimony I've ever seen. #MichiganHearingpic.twitter.com/3hSqIRCAon
A man testified, “Employees were stealing boxes of duplicate ballots and take them around to different tables, around 4 AM we had a news shipmen of ballots, I saw Mr. Baxter bringing in boxes, each one about 600 ballots, put on 10 tables, I approximate about 50,000 ballots on the table. This was the second round of ballots. So with the shift change, people were tired. At 5 am, most people left. At 6 AM, Mr. Baxter said this is what Democracy looks like, and the workers cheered. There was an imbalance of poll workers. With the duplicate ballots, none were for Trump. Poll workers changed mixed ballots for straight ballots for Democrats; I saw them filling them out. Duplicates of ballots,” he said.
➡️ Imbalance of poll workers favoring Democrats. ➡️ Duplicate ballots; 6am – 2pm no ballots for Trump. ➡️ Duplicating duplicate ballots. ➡️ No challenged ballots. ➡️ Poll workers changed ballots to Democrat straight ticket. ➡️ Ballots rescanned. #MichiganHearingpic.twitter.com/fg8B6G2XTE
Former President Barack Obama is facing criticism from far-left progressives after stating in a Wednesday interview that the “defund the police” rhetoric is unhelpful to what Democrats want to accomplish.
““If you believe, as I do, that we should be able to reform the criminal justice system so that it’s not biased and treats everybody fairly, I guess you can use a snappy slogan, like ‘defund the police,'” Obama told Peter Hamby, host of Snapchat’s “Good Luck America.”
“You lost a big audience the minute you say it, which makes it a lot less likely that you’re actually going to get the changes you want done,” he continued.
The newest episode of the app’s original political show aired Wednesday morning, featuring the former president.
He has received fierce pushback from the more radical members of the Democrat party, including the infamous “squad”.
Represenatives Ilhan Omar (D-MN), Rashida Tlaib (D-MI), Ayanna Pressley (D-MA), and Representative-elect Cori Bush (D-MO) all took to Twitter to double down on the “defund the police” rhetoric.
“It’s not a slogan,” wrote Bush. “It’s a mandate for keeping our people alive. Defund the police.”
Obama isn’t the only one to question the effectiveness of the “defund the police” language. Following the election – in which Democrats lost nine House seats – more moderate Democrats have blamed the loss on the “defund the police” efforts of the more progressive members of the party.
Democrat Senator Mark Warner of Virginia said that the “defund the police” rhetoric “led to Democratic losses in the last year.”
And Democrat House Representative Jim Clyburn told CNN that the progressive “sloganeering” is damaging to the policies they’re trying to enact: “We can’t pick up these things just because it makes a good headline, it sometimes destroys headway.”
In the interview, Obama encouraged progressives to focus on policy rather than getting caught up in rhetoric wars that cause confusion and inspire fear. For instance, he said that progressives should avoid the word “socialism” since it remains “a loaded term for a lot of folks.”
“So the key is deciding, do you want to actually get something done, or do you want to feel good among the people you already agree with?” Obama asked. “And if you want to get something done in a democracy, in a country as big and diverse as ours, then you’ve got to be able to meet people where they are. And play a game of addition and not subtraction.”
The funniest thing I have heard the past few weeks is that Groups are using Stacey Abrams to teach them how to win in a state she lost by 55,000 votes.
The second funniest thing I’ve heard is that her group, New Georgia Project is being investigated for trying to register ineligible voters for the Runoff elections.
Abrams and New Georgia Project have denied that they are doing anything illegal. But they have not explained why they are sending blank ballots to New York. Voting illegally in Georgia is a felony.
There are other groups who are also trying to get people to vote illegally.
One group is telling college students they can change their address to Georgia and then change it back after the election.
The only problem with that plan is that it is illegal but the Democrats won’t go to prison if caught but the students can be.
The other groups named by Georgia’s Secretary of State are America Votes, who is sending absentee ballot applications to people at addresses where they have not lived since 1994 and “Vote Forward, who attempted to register a dead Alabama voter.
The New Georgia Project denies the charges:
An emailed press release from the organization stated:
Brad Raffensperger, Georgia’s Republican Secretary of State, resurrected a tired and false claim against the New Georgia Project’s legitimate efforts to register eligible Georgians to participate in elections in a press conference held Monday morning, November 30th.
Nse Ufot, Executive Director of the New Georgia Project said:
As Georgians are turning out in record numbers to have their voices heard at the polls, the Secretary of State is resorting to desperate attempts to smear law-abiding organizations and scare eligible Georgians from registering to vote in critical upcoming elections. We will not be deterred.
This attack on our organization comes at a time when people across the country have witnessed the strength of our program and the collective power of a new Georgia electorate that embraces a system of inclusivity and opportunity for all Georgians. The timing is not accidental.
Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger’s (R) has announced that his office is investigating these groups to see if they are breaking Georgia state law. I have little faith in him but perhaps there is someone in his office with cojones.
James O’Keefe, the founder and CEO of Project Veritas started teasing out the idea of his latest undercover investigations of CNN early on Tuesday morning, promising footage of his group’s work and showed in part one where actors at CNN are heard clearly collaboration to create an appearance that Biden was the winner, that he was the “President Elec” and his transition was normal and real.
Can anyone say “in kind donations”? From Project Veritas the question becomes how much did their coverage help Joe Biden by discrediting Trump with false narratives?
“We can’t give Trump too much of a platform on him not conceding, they want to go forward, and they don’t want us to exaggerate for Trump not leaving office,” Jamie Gange said in the video.
O’Keefe said that he had collected footage for “months” explaining, on Tuesday, the reason for his focus on the media company:
BREAKING: Special Correspondent @JamieGangel Details How @CNN Should Cover Up Trump’s Contested Election Claims On 9am Call “News organizations have to be very careful & very responsible about not giving @realDonaldTrump too much of a platform on his not conceding…”
CNN’s Zucker equates @realDonaldTrump not conceding and letting the transition go through to what happened when America was attacked on 9/11/2001 ”I would encourage folks to think about that 9-11 commission report and the lack of transition”
In the short video clip, O’Keefe shows three people speaking about the way that CNN should be covering the events after the Presidential ELection designed to create a transition for Biden, at the direction of the Democrats.
Stephanie Becker talks about the importance of creating propaganda, highlighting the importance of the “Twin Towers in 911 attack”, to create fear and panic in Americans that they needed a transition, however fake it would be see.
Jeff Zucker agreed, according to the video of the phone call. Saying it was “an important point, and encourage people to think about the 911 Commission report and the lack of transition”
BREAKING: @CNN President BLASTS Trump & Republicans on 9am Call with Senior Leadership ‘He(@realDonaldTrump) is acting erratically…I think we need to lean into that…’ “If we’ve made any mistake, its been our banners have been too polite…” #CNNTapes
“We can not normalize what has happened in the last week with Trump and his behavior, he is sick, maybe is on the aftereffects of steroids and acting desperately and desperately, we have come to expect this over the last few years, but it is exacerbated by the conditions of what he is facing, Zucker said, as heard on the video, suggesting that he was weaponsing the media to hurt Trump and create something that would “undo” him with his voters.
“It’s important that we hold accountable the mainstream media,” O’Keefe said. “The media has to be held to account. They are hurting the American people with their lies, their innuendo, their slander, the defamation, the hyperbole and I think Mr. Zucker is shaking in his boo,ts right now. I think he’s very afraid of what might becoming.”
CNN tweeted threats at O’Keefe hours before his release.
O’Keefe responded by tweet:
“We have tons of clips. CNN Tape releases will be like a December advent calendar. Clips released daily,” O’Keefe said.
