The commander of the Iranian Quds Force, the elite soldiers of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps, Brigadier General Esmail Ghaani, made threats this week vowing revenge against the United States for the death of Qassem Soleimani, the murderer who commanded the Quds Force until he was turned into dust by an order given by former President Donald Trump. Ghaani says the revenge attack will take place within the US.
The replacement for General Dust Ball said, “We will prepare ground for the hard revenge against the US from within their homes, as we do not need to be present as supervisors everywhere, wherever is necessary we take revenge against Americans by the help of people on their side and within their own homes without our presence.”
Remember, Soleimani was targeted because he killed innocent Americans.
According to Al-Monitor, Ghaani said in a speech on January 3, 2020, commemorating the 2-year anniversary of Soleimani’s demise by a US drone strike, “We will get revenge that you will not forget for the rest of your life.”
The terrorist general continued with threats against Trump and former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo.
“All of the criminals who are on the scene, from the criminal US president to all of those behind the crime of the assassination of Soleimani, are under our magnifying glass.”
Ghaani added, “We do not have the style of [US] criminals, with divine power; we have our own style of revenge.”
This news comes as the incompetent Biden administration is attempting to convince Iran to get back into the 2015 nuclear deal (that allows Iran to have a nuclear bomb after so many years) and which many opponents to the deal dispute the argument for the deal saying it will not stop Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon.
And as the feckless Biden administration tries to get the nuclear deal, which was never signed by Iran by the way, finished up, Iran’s military said back in November that the Iranian regime will never stop attempting to wipe the state of Israel off the map.
“We will not back off from the annihilation of Israel, even one millimeter,” Brigadere General Abolfazl Shekarchi, spokesman for the Islamic Republic of Iran’s armed forces, told the Iranian Students News Agency. “We want to destroy Zionism in the world.”
Last month, White House mouthpiece Jen Psaki said President Joe Biden was preparing to deal with Iran’s nuclear program in case talks with Iran fail. They couldn’t even withdraw from Afghanistan, so what makes anyone think this administration can handle Iran if the nuclear talks fail?
“President Biden is committed to ensuring Iran never acquires a nuclear weapon and believes diplomacy, in coordination with allies and regional partners, is the best path to achieve that goal,” she said. “We believe a diplomatic resolution offers the best path to avoiding a nuclear crisis. However, given the ongoing advances in Iran’s nuclear program, the President has asked his team to be prepared in the event that diplomacy fails and we must turn to other options, and that requires preparations.”
Sometimes good will needs to be substituted with a strong show of your hand. Don’t expect that from this administration. In fact, I wouldn’t be shocked if Chairman of the Joint Chiefs General Mark Milley hasn’t already called General Ghaani to let him know that we are not going to attack Iran?
“If diplomacy cannot get on track soon, and if Iran’s nuclear program continues to accelerate, then we will have no choice but to take additional measures to further restrict Iran’s revenue-producing sectors,” she continued.
Psaki later added, “And this is part of our extended outreach to our partners around the world to ensure that we were preparing for a range of contingencies.”
“What I can tell you is that we have presented a diplomatic path forward; that path is still open,” she concluded. “But based on the outcome of the last round of talks and the ongoing advancements in Iran’s nuclear facilities, we are laying the path for — the groundwork for another path entirely. So, it’s just meant to be preparations.”
The Iranian regime is laughing at the Biden administration as much as it laughed at the Obama administration. The regime violated the so-called nuclear deal almost immediately, which begs the question of how can the jokers who are now running the federal government believe Iran will adhere to any agreement they make?
