Democrats have determined that, even in the middle of a worrisome pandemic, unvaxxed, unmasked illegal invaders into the United States of America- do not pose a risk to the health and well-being of the American people. So they are lifting Title 42, which as put in place by America First president, Donald J. Trump, to protect us.
Nothing changes for the way the American people have to deal with the government’s demands and emergency powers over the Pandemic, but now the third world is allowed to come here through unprotected borders, and settle in our country as they like. Even if they are openly sick.
Ben Bergquam from Real America’s voice reported just this week on a large group of coughing migrants who had crossed and were getting ready to be transported into the US from the border in Eagle Pass Texas.

With that in mind- understand that the Democrats know exactly what they are doing.
The Biden admin is sending billions of your tax dollars to help Ukraine fight an invasion through their border… At the same time, they willingly allow and exacerbate an invasion at America's southern border just under the guise of "compassion."

Title 42 was implemented under the Trump administration in the beginning stages of the COVID-19 pandemic. It was renewed under the Biden administration in August 2021. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention made the order to end the policy, according to people familiar with the plans.
The Wall Street Journal reviewed the draft of the new order, which states that “there is no longer a serious danger” that migrants could spread Covid in border detention facilities. The order will be lifted around late May, in order to “give the administration time to prepare for a potential rise in migrants seeking to cross the southern border illegally” writes National Review.
Reportedly officials in the Department of Homeland Security are concerned that relaxing the order will result in an even worse influx of illegal border crossings. In 2021 alone, over 2 million migrants were detained at the border, according to numbers released by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection agency.
That number was more than double the 2019 numbers of 921,812. Already in February 2022 agents encountered 164,973 migrants, 60% higher than February of 2021. Even White House communications director Kate Bedingfield said the administration expects to see a surge after the Title is lifted.
“We are planning for multiple contingencies, and we have every expectation that when the CDC ultimately decides it’s appropriate to lift Title 42, there will be an influx of people at the border” Bedingfield told reporters at the White House Wednesday.
According to the CDC:
Today, following a thorough reassessment, the CDC Director is issuing a Public Health Determination and terminating an Order under 42 U.S.C. §§ 265, 268 and 42 C.F.R. § 71.40 (i.e., “Title 42”), suspending the right to introduce migrants into the United States. In consultation with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), this termination will be implemented on May 23, 2022, to enable DHS time to implement appropriate COVID-19 mitigation protocols, such as scaling up a program to provide COVID-19 vaccinations to migrants and prepare for resumption of regular migration under Title 8.
After considering current public health conditions and an increased availability of tools to fight COVID-19 (such as highly effective vaccines and therapeutics), the CDC Director has determined that an Order suspending the right to introduce migrants into the United States is no longer necessary.
With CDC’s assistance and guidance, DHS has and will implement additional COVID-19 mitigation procedures. These measures, along with the current public health landscape where 97.1% of the U.S. population lives in a county identified as having “low” COVID-19 Community Level, will sufficiently mitigate the COVID-19 risk for U.S. communities.
CDC works 24/7 protecting America’s health, safety and security.
