AZ Audit: Childish Letter From Jack Sellers Refusing To Give Information, Senator Rogers Wants Him Arrested

It is difficult to imagine that a grown adult in his right mind sent a taunting letter to Arizona State Senators and refused to abide by an order to participate in an audit of a highly suspicious set of circumstances in the 2020 Presidential Election where President Donald J. Trump appeared to trail Democrat Joe Biden by only 11,000 votes.

State Senator Wendy Rogers called for the arrest of several supervisors over the letter and confirmed to the media that she wants Jack Sellers, the signee of the letter, arrested.

“I would like to know if we have enough solitary confinement cells in Arizona available for the entire Maricopa Board of Supervisors and the execs at the fraud machine company. We are going to need a lot,” Rogers posted immediately after reading Seller’s response to an official inquiry.

The country has been waiting for the state’s final details of the state audit, and a set of Maricopa County Supervisors has held up information. They are refusing to participate, concerned that information against will come out against their candidate.

Tensions escalated on Monday when the Board of Supervisors sent a taunting and childish letter refusing to give information that the State Senate had subpoenaed.

Jack Sellers sent an unprofessional letter. The full text is below.

Statement from Chairman Jack Sellers Responding to Latest Senate Subpoena

It has now been 10 months since the November 2020 election, yet the Arizona Senate Republican leadership continues to deny reality. The election held in Maricopa County was one of the best run elections in the United States. Real election experts all agree on that point.

Maricopa County long ago provided to the Arizona Senate everything competent auditors would need to affirm the accuracy and security of the November General Election.

The latest Senate demands are an attempt to distract attention from their botched audit and conspiracy-obsessed contractors.

READ THE COUNTY’S OFFICIAL RESPONSE TO THE SUBPOENA

For months, the Senate’s audit team has had access to the items they need to confirm Maricopa County’s tabulators were not connected to the internet and thus were not hacked during the November General Election.  The certified auditors hired by the County needed just two weeks with the machines and logs that we turned over to the Senate to make such a determination.  They have what they need.

Arizona Senate leadership hired the wrong people, enabling and enriching unvetted, unqualified, private companies with known biases who never should have touched federally-certified elections equipment or the people’s ballots.

Elected officials have a responsibility to tell all their constituents the truth, whether some of their constituents like it or not. Lying to constituents to make them happy is an abdication of responsibility.

The Senate and their privately funded contractors should finish their “audit,” release their report, and be prepared to defend it in court.

Final-Signed-Letter-to-Senators

What are they trying to hide? Who else in America gets to reject a legal audit?

The Maricopa Country Board of Supervisors is in direct violation of the law and continues with childish rebukes and taunts to serious legal matters.

Sellers has some questionable associates, and his behavior is shocking. For example, one poster found a photo of Sellers meeting with a Chinese Community Party leader.
