Immediately following Amy Coney Barrett’s confirmation as our next U.S. Supreme Court Justice last evening, Democrats warned Republicans that they would regret their decision to hold a vote so closely to an election.
Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer told reporters; “My colleagues may regret this for a lot longer than they think.”
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi also released a statement saying Trump and the GOP Senate “committed an act of supreme desperation” by acting so close to next Tuesday’s election.
Pelosi’s criticism of the timing of Barrett’s confirmation is laughable and would be the equivalent of demanding the opposing quarterback take a knee instead of running a two-minute drive that might win the game.
Speaker Pelosi threw red meat to her starving followers when she added…
“The President’s Supreme Court manipulation threatens the very values and rights that define and distinguish our nation: a woman’s constitutional right to make her own medical decisions, the rights of LGBTQ Americans, the right of workers to organize and collectively bargain for fair wages, the future of our planet and environmental protections, voting rights and the right of every American to have a voice in our democracy.”
Those are all policy decisions that the Framers put in the hands of the Congress, of course. They are outside the purview of the courts whose sole role is to determine whether legislation comports with the Constitution.
Democrats have long relied on activist justices on the Supreme Court to act as super legislators without any accountability to voters. Pelosi knows that forcing her caucus to vote on these issues would greatly diminish its size… and her power.
Such talk is a sign of desperation from a party that appears to be struggling just to hold its rank and file together.
Other Democrat Senators, including Chris Coons (DE), Sheldon Whitehouse (RI) and Chris Murphy (CT) were seen as even more threatening.
One wonders just how vicious Democrats can be. Afterall, they spent the last year of the Obama administration turning our intelligence agencies into a weapon to destroy candidate Trump.
Failing to destroy the candidate, Democrats have been running a never-ending coup against the duly-elected President Trump that included assassinating his character, appointing a special counsel, and an impeachment.
Or maybe, they think we forgot their disgusting treatment of Brett Kavanaugh during his confirmation process…
Democrats, who claim to support independent women and blacks, chose to ignore what we saw last night.
Last night, Americans witnessed a highly accomplished female judge being administered the Supreme Court oath of office by a highly accomplished black Justice.
One would think every American who claims to care about women and blacks would’ve celebrated that scene. But, not the so-called party of ‘diversity.’
Democrats saw their ideological control over the high court disappearing… women and blacks be damned. The keyword being ‘independent’ women and blacks.
Joe Biden warned America … a dark winter is coming, he just left out the part about who is going trying to bring it …
Adam Schiff (D-CA) has been a disaster for America while serving as the Chairman of the House Select Permanent Committee on Intelligence since he ascended to the position in January 2019 when control of the House shifted to Nancy Pelosi.
In what is normally a position expected to protect highly classified information critical to national security, Schiff has been informally charged on numerous occasions of selectively leaking that information to the media in order to advance his political agenda.
Only two months into his chairmanship, in March 2019 every Republican on the House Intelligence Committee demanded Rep. Adam Schiff step down as chairman over the California Democrat’s repeated claims in the media that there was “more than circumstantial evidence” of collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia.
Schiff was pushing a narrative that, by that point, had been disproved. Schiff’s only motive was to divide Americans into two camps and feed into the irrational hatred of President Trump with the hope of removing Trump in 2020.
The letter fell on deaf ears as Schiff’s false narrative was adopted and continuously repeated by the Mockingbird media as factual. Speaker Pelosi (D-CA), who has the power to remove Schiff from his lofty chairmanship, was more intent on her party’s raw political power than protecting America’s national security.
Fast forward to the present.
This past Sunday morning Fox’s Maria Bartiromo hosted the immediate past Director of National Security Ric Grennel, and his permanent successor John Ratcliffe.
Former Acting DNI Grennel highlights the fact that Schiff used his authority to squelch the testimony of 53 deponents that, if made public, would have discredited his lies about collusion between Russia and the Trump campaign.
Current DNI John Ratcliffe, in an effort to put an end to the incessant leaks, has decided to scale back in-person election security briefings to Congress in favor of written reports after accusing members of Congress of leaking information literally “within minutes” of briefings.
DNI Ratcliffe had changed to oral briefings as an accommodation to Pelosi’s request. Ratcliffe told Bartiromo that he had been going above and beyond in briefing “not just the oversight committees but every member of Congress” but will no longer do so.
“Within minutes of one of those briefings ending, a number of members of Congress went to a number of different outlets and leaked classified information for political purposes. To create a narrative that simply isn’t true, that somehow Russia is a greater national security threat than China.” – ODNI John Ratcliffe
Take note of Ratcliffe’s concern… To create a narrative that simply isn’t true, that somehow Russia is a greater national security threat than China.
Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden has a history of going soft on China while his son received a $1.5 Billion loan, from China, for his investment company, a field he had no previous experience in.
Yesterday the calls for Schiff’s removal – and prosecution – came to a crescendo when Former House Oversight Chairman Jason Chaffetz went live with his complaints about congress during an appearance on Fox’s Outnumbered after being asked about another Schiff lie…
“What Adam Schiff just said in that clip saying they were going to withhold documents, that’s not what John Ratcliffe said. He said he would provide them in writing, that’s what they’ve done.
“I got to tell you, the only part [where] I would disagree with my friends John Ratcliffe and the DNI, in general, is if they have direct information about the leaking of classified information, then prosecute them.
“File a complaint at the Department of Justice and prosecute Adam Schiff.
I have seen it, I have heard it, I have listened to everybody complain about how he leaks classified information. Then prosecute him.
“I don’t understand why he has a security clearance. Nobody is able to describe that to me, because he has done this repeatedly, misrepresented information. It is documented, and he should lose his security clearance. But if he’s done something illegal, like leaked classified information, prosecute him.”
The Rutherford County School District actually had the temerity to demand that parents agree not to watch their virtual indoctrination sessions. What are they afraid of?
After receiving significant pushback the school district relented… somewhat. The authoritarian doctrinaires will now allow parents to tune in with permission from the teacher but they are denied the right to record the classes.
James Evans, communications director for Rutherford County Schools attempted to explain what most parents would see as the administration’s indefensible position…
“We are aware of the concern that has been raised about this distance-learning letter that was sent to parents.
“We have issued new guidance to principles that parents can assist their children during virtual group lessons with permission of the instructor but should refrain from sharing or recordings any information about other students in the classroom.”
Let’s see whether they can enforce that demand, either.
Laurie Cardoza-Moore is the founder of Proclaiming Justice to the Nations (PJTN).
Ms. Cardoza-Moore has served as Special Envoy to the United Nations where she advocates for human rights and anti-Semitism on behalf of 44 million Christians and Jews.
During an appearance on Fox and Friends Weekend, Cardoza-Moore a homeschooling mother of five, raises some important questions as to the motivations of teachers and school administrators… Questions that should concern every parent who question why their children reject the values they spent years trying to instill in them…
“What are they trying to hide? What is the problem? Why won’t they let us sit in?”
“Obviously, because they are teaching our children propaganda that they should not be teaching. They are trying to socialize our children.”
“We have had a major problem in education, not just here in Tennessee, but across the country where they are indoctrinating our children with propaganda.”
“It’s ridiculous. It’s so hypocritical because they’ve been data mining our children for years, compliments of common core.”
Why is it that government workers, and especially those who work with our children are so scared of accountability? Sunlight is the best disinfectant, could this be the reason why?

Before I disclose the statements that Dr. Fauci made to a group of students at Georgetown University Medical Center back in January 2017, I want to make it clear that I am not implying that Fauci knew about the current ‘situation’ in advance or did anything nefarious to instigate it.
I, and many others, just found his warning to be very interesting, and to be frank, seemingly accurate. For this reason, and this reason alone, I thought you may want to know exactly what the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases said.
During his lecture to the students of Georgetown, Dr. Fauci stated:
“If there’s one message that I want to leave with you today based on my experience, is that there is no question that there will be a challenge to the coming administration in the arena of infectious diseases.”
“The history of the last 32 years that I’ve been the director of NIAID will tell the next administration that there is no doubt in anyone’s mind that they will be faced with the challenges that their predecessors were faced with.”
“We will definitely get surprised in the next few years.”
That statement struck me as odd seeing as, most of the time, the definitions of ‘definitely’ and ‘surprised’ seem to be at odds with one another.
The doctor’s comments came as part of a keynote address he delivered during a “Pandemic Preparedness in the Next U.S. Presidential Administration,” event which featured some of the world’s foremost minds in the arena of global health.
Another leader in the field, Dr. Ashish Jha, who is the director of the Harvard Global Health Institute, stated “If you think about all the things that could very quickly devastate a population, devastate a country, pandemics is really near if not at the top of that list,”
If we look at history, it is not unreasonable for Fauci to expect some sort of health crisis, or hysteria surrounding a possible health crisis, to engulf the nation.
Take for instance the Zika outbreak that occurred during the Obama administration, or the Ebola scare. Then, there was also H5N1. Outbreaks are always occurring throughout the world, and some inevitably make their way into the United States.
“We need [a public health emergency fund] because of what we had to go through for Zika,” Dr. Fauci stated. Alluding to the mosquito-borne infection that had mothers worried about contracting Zika and it resulting in birth defects in their babies.
Fauci expressed his concern for how long it took to get the $1.9 BILLION in funding Obama asked for to fight Zika, explaining;
“I mean, it was very, very painful when the president asked for the $1.9 billion in February and we didn’t get it until September. That was a very painful process.”
According to CDC.gov, in 2016, the year of the Zika scare: 5,168 symptomatic Zika virus disease cases reported within the United States. However, there were 36,512 symptomatic Zika virus disease cases reported in US territories.
The, now famous Fauci, went on “There is outbreaks that are very profound, acute and dramatic — like Ebola, like what we’ve seen with Zika.”
“And then there are outbreaks that may be really subtle. They’re happening and you’re not necessarily noticing them.”
You can watch Fauci’s address in full below:
I suppose that it was not a long shot to expect that there would be some sort of biological incident during Trump’s tenure. However, I do not think anyone could have foreseen something that caused such a global and economically crippling response, do you?
Opinion| New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio’s latest authoritarian gambit is dripping with hypocrisy…
(New York Post) Out-of-state travelers could face up to $10,000 in fines if they break New York City’s two-week quarantine rule and checkpoints will be set up at entry points into the city, Mayor Bill de Blasio announced Wednesday.
The new crackdown includes random checkpoints at major bridge and tunnel crossings and up to $10,000 fines for those caught breaking quarantine.
After years of protecting illegal aliens from police scrutiny, and denying the presentation of identification in order to vote, Comrade de Blasio has ordained that American citizens attempting to enter his city must have their papers in order.
Presumably, de Blasio’s new decree applies only to American citizens.
Fox News’ Tucker Carlson took the mayor turned dictator to task as only he can…
De Blasio announced that he plans to encircle the entire city with military-style checkpoints, not to stop violent criminals, but to prevent people from visiting other places.
There was no public discussion of this ahead of time. There was no debate. De Blasio just decreed it.
Given that very few outsiders any longer have interest in visiting the COVID capital of the U.S., one wonders if this is de Blasio’s way of keeping New Yorkers from leaving by increasing the hassle of returning.
Go to Florida on a three-day trip to shop for houses… face two weeks in solitary upon your return.
Protecting Americans from Americans after years of refusing to protect Americans from illegal aliens.
Lawrence David| Opinion| Did you vote for this? Before you answer, read about the Democrat-backed extortion racket being run by BLM in Louisville…
The federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) (18 USC §§ 1961-1968) prohibits (1) acquiring, establishing, or operating an enterprise with illegally derived income, (2) acquiring or maintaining an interest in or control of an enterprise through illegal activity, and (3) using an enterprise to commit illegal acts (Extortion, Blackmail, Etc., 31A Am Jur 2d).
(Breitbart) Black Lives Matter (BLM) protesters issued “social justice” and “black liberation” demands regarding “diversity” to a restaurant owner in Louisville, KY, including a directive for “donations” to organizations run by non-whites.
Listed demands from a BLM affiliate in Louisville include racial quotas for staff and ownership of business suppliers, donations to organizations run by non-whites, and adjustment to dress codes. The posters used the acronym “BIPOC” (“black or indigenous persons of color”) as a euphemism for non-white persons:
-23% of Staff is BIPOC in Front of House
-23% of inventory is from BIPOC retailer(s)
-Regular donations to BIPOC organization
-Dress code policy does not discriminate against BIPOC patrons of employees.
Get this… owners can buy their way out by choosing to tithe 1.5% of revenues in lieu of meeting the above demands.
Readers of this space know we have long considered the Democratic Party to consistently violate the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act. (Go deep, here and here and here)
Now we have national and local elected Democrats virtually unanimously supporting BLM, an extortion enterprise operating under the false premise of social justice.
Local Democrat leaders are protecting BLM thugs by demanding the police under their control stand down. Many others are moving to defund their municipal police departments, altogether.
Meanwhile, national Democrat leaders are either covering for these ‘peaceful protestors’ or remaining silent.
Many Democrat voters, who have been successfully convinced to viscerally react with hate towards President Trump, when confronted with the M*rxist and fascist policies underlying the BLM and Antifa movements, content themselves by saying they’ll never be able to get those policies passed.
What they aren’t considering is they don’t need to pass ‘those’ policies. They only need to choose which laws to enforce. Remember, Obama wrote his own immigration law and chose now to enforce other ones preventing illegal entrants.
Don’t bother asking the FBI is on this. They’re busy protecting pedophile Democrat politicians and donors, and Democrats who turned the intelligence community into a spy operation against their political opponents.
Virginia Giuffre, a woman who publicly accused convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein of sex trafficking, said former President Bill Clinton visited his private island. Clinton says he was never there. Shame we have the flight manifest he was on the place nearly a dozen times.
On Friday, Clinton spokesman, Angel Ureña gave a statement saying that Clinton has “never been to Little St. James Island.”
Yeah, and I’m Mary, Queen of Scots.
“He’d not spoken to Epstein in well over a decade,” he said. “Well before his terrible crimes came to light.”
Come on. Nobody is going to believe that.
Ureña told Newsweek about a statement Clinton released back in July 2019, where he expressed the same denial.
Well, that settles it then. Clinton denied he’d been on a plane owned by a convicted pedophile with young girls. So that’s that. #SMH
“He’s not spoken to Epstein in well over a decade, and has never been to Little St. James Island, Epstein’s ranch in New Mexico, or his residence in Florida,” the statement read. And we’re talking about sexual escapades that happened before the last decade.
This is how liberals try to get away with everything. They deny, and then throw in some meaningless gobbledygook that sounds official, like “He hasn’t spoke to him in over a decade,” which is supposed to make the average person believe the denial.
The recent unsealing of court documents put the focus back on Clinton’s connection to Epstein on Friday. During a conversation with lawyer Jack Scarola, Giuffre said she was on the island with Epstein and Clinton.
“Ghislane, Emmy [another girl who was allegedly a regular at Epstein’s house], and there was 2 young girls that I could identify. I never really knew them well anyways. It was just 2 girls from New York,” Giuffre said.
She told Scarola that Clinton stayed in Epstein’s home with the other women and that she remembers Epstein telling her that Clinton “owes me favors.” However, she wasn’t told what the favors were and she said she wasn’t certain if Epstein was being serious about it or if it was a joke.
“It was a laugh though. He would laugh it off. You know, I remember asking Jeffrey what’s Bill Clinton doing here [on Epstein’s island] kind of thing, and he laughed it off and said well he owes me favors,” Giuffre said.
Clinton took four trips on Epstein’s airplane to Europe, Asia and Africa, however, he says he knew “nothing about the terrible crimes” Epstein pleaded guilty to in 2008 or the charges brought against him in New York in 2019. Clinton has not been accused of any wrongdoing.
In a couple days we’ll see Clinton standing at a podium saying, “I did not… have… sexual relations with those young underage girls. I did not. And nobody told me to lie…”
Flight logs from the website, Gawker (which is no longer running), listed Clinton as having taken at least 11 flights on the Lolita Express, a nickname given to Epstein’s plane. Ghislaine Maxwell and an Epstein former assistant, Sarah Kellen, who has been accused of recruiting young girls for Epstein, were also allegedly on all the flights Clinton took.
They both had better hire a food taster.
So, that’s 11 times listed on the plane, but only 4 times accounted for that were not headed to Epstein Island. They should be investigate if there were young girls on those four trips as well. Bill Clinton is a serial sexual predator. From Monica Lewinsky to at least three women who have credibly accused Clinton of sexual harassment, sexual assault, and even rape, he’s known by all to be a creep around women.
Maxwell’s lawyers tried to stop the release of the new documents, writing in court documents that it might kill any chance their client had at a fair trial. Maxwell is looking at 6 counts of child sex trafficking, charges that her attorneys say hold no water. Did we expect the lawyers to say otherwise?
Folks, this is the attempt at whitewashing the Pedophile Island story, and the truth depends on who has the evidence. We saw Jeffrey Epstein get murdered in his cell, only to be reported that he committed suicide. Yeah, right. He was attacked the week prior, and had strangulation marks on his body. The day he supposedly killed himself, he no longer had a cell mate, because he was transferred out prior Epstein’s death. No witnesses, right? The two security cameras on Epstein just happened to both be malfunctioning at the same time. Weird, right? And the two prison guards charged with checking up on the convicted pedophile every 30 minutes just happened to fall asleep. They want you to believe all of that. My story of being Mary, Queen of Scots is more convincing.
Evidence is evidence, and if the new evidence that was released puts a bias on Maxwell, then, oh well. That’s the nature of evidence.
Of course, since the Clintons are involved, we can expect the “evidence” to go missing, a few people to find up dead next to their typed suicide notes, and Ghislaine Maxwell trashed heavily by the mainstream news media.
Lawrence David| Imagine a political party supported by a rank and file so bereft of inquiry that they would support an Anglicized cardboard cutout of Xi Jinping… or a dementia-ridden old man who might as well be… No difference.
They refuse to see what the non-Kool Aid drinkers picked up on a long time ago. And it’s showing in the polls.
A poll released this weekend shows President Donald Trump, a significant lead over the Democrats’ presumptive nominee former Vice President Joe Biden in virtually all of the battleground states.
The survey, from the Democracy Institute shows Trump is currently projected to win 309 electoral votes—more than he did in 2016.
“Crucially, President Trump has a lead of 48 percent to 43 percent in the swing states Florida, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin which would put him back in the White House with an electoral college tally of 309 to Biden’s 229,” according to David Maddox whose newspaper commissioned the poll.
Only two weeks ago a Fox News push poll had Biden leading the president in battleground states by double digits. What happened?
As we get closer to the election voters are paying more attention and what they’re seeing is a president who is fully engaged and a challenger who emerges from his basement bunker to deliver a few gaff-filled comments before going back into hiding.
There are no probative Q and A’s with reporters. Voters see this as a confirmation of Biden’s increasing mental infirmity, a point President Trump has been hammering home over the past month…
But Trump was only continuing a theme started by Biden’s Democrat challengers during the debates.
Following a September debate Fox News recapped it this way:
Former Vice President Joe Biden came under sustained and withering fire Thursday when fellow Democrats renewed their attacks on his age, memory and alleged rambling…
… Former Housing Secretary Julian Castro, who served in the Obama administration with Biden, landed arguably the lowest blow when he swiped at Biden’s memory — accusing him of contradicting himself on whether Americans would have to buy into his health care plan.
“You just said two minutes ago they would have to buy in. Are you forgetting what you said two minutes ago?” Castro asked, in what appeared to be a reference to past senior moments by Biden…
“I think we are at a tough point right now, because there’s a lot of people concerned about Joe Biden’s ability to carry the ball all the way across the end line without fumbling,” Booker told CNN in an interview. “And I think that Castro had really legitimate concerns about can he be someone in a long grueling campaign… and has every right to call out.”
Since that debate, and the two-month old video above, Biden appears to have slipped even further.
Not a joke and not hyperbole – I’m hearing from people close to the situation that Biden’s cognitive decline is rapidly worsening and is becoming increasingly difficult to mask. The Democrats are going to have to make a decision soon.
Opinion| Lawrence David| Former president and full-time race-baiter Barack Obama turned the funeral for civil rights icon John Lewis in the Wellstone Memorial part deux.
Obama’s caustic and incendiary racially charged rhetoric was inarguably intended to divide America. A practice favored by community activists… see Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals… but a practice unacceptable in modern America’s diverse society.
Obama: “Today, we witness with our own eyes police officers kneeling on the necks of Black Americans. George Wallace may be gone, but we can witness our federal government sending agents to use tear gas and batons against peaceful demonstrators.”…
… ““Bull Connor may be gone, but today we witness with our own eyes police officers kneeling on the necks of black Americans,” Obama said. “George Wallace may be gone, but we can witness our federal government sending agents to use tear gas and batons against peaceful demonstrators.”…
… “We may no longer have to guess the number of jellybeans in a jar in order to cast a ballot, but even as we sit here, there are those in power who are doing their darndest to discourage people from voting by closing polling locations and targeting minorities and students with restrictive ID laws and attacking our voting rights with surgical precision, even undermining the Postal Service in the run-up to an election that’s going to be dependent on mail-in ballots so people don’t get sick.”
…“And by the way, naming it the ‘John Lewis Voting Rights Act,’ that is a fine tribute, but John wouldn’t want us to stop there.” …
“And if all this takes eliminating the filibuster, another Jim crow relic in order to secure the God-given rights of every American, then that’s what we should do.”
Not so shockingly, no one in the media called Obama to task for failing to identify George Wallace and Bull Connor as Democrats.
Nor, did any left wing media outlets notice that in 2005, when Obama was still serving as the junior senator from Illinois, he had a very different take on the filibuster.
Obama in 2005… “If the right of free and open debate is taken away from the minority party, and the millions of Americans who asked us to be their voice, I fear that the already partisan atmosphere in Washington will be poisoned to the point where no one will be able to agree on anything. That doesn’t serve anyone’s best interests, and it certainly isn’t what the patriots who founded this democracy had in mind.”
There was no need to. There was so much over which to excoriate Obama’s campaign speech…
Fox News’ Tucker Carlson shredded Obama for his craven attempt to rally what’s left of the Democratic Party’s racially-woke Kool-Aid drinkers…
Carlson: “They accuse you of the crimes they themselves are committing. It makes your head spin. Arguing with them is pointless. They’re nihilists. They don’t believe in the existence of truth, or in the fixed meaning of words. They care only about power.”
“If you needed more evidence of that, Barack Obama showed up at Congressman John Lewis’ funeral today. Obama claimed he was there to eulogize his old friend. But that’s not true and that’s not what he did. Instead, Obama gave a divisive and deeply dishonest campaign speech in church.”
Carlson (Con’t): “It’s hard to believe that clip is real, but it is, down to the coined fake accent, Mr. Hawaii guy. Imagine if some greasy politician showed up at your loved one’s funeral and started throwing around stupid partisan talking points about senate procedure. Can you imagine that? You would be shocked if that happened. You’d probably walk out. Desecrating a funeral with campaign slogans? What kind of person would do that?”
“But Democrats in the audience didn’t seem offended. They didn’t blink. They cheered. It all seemed normal to them. And why wouldn’t it? Political power is their religion. It’s not out of place in a church. it’s what they worship.”
Tucker Carlson: "Barack Obama one of the sleaziest and most dishonest figures in the history of American politics use of George Floyd's death at a funeral to attack the police." pic.twitter.com/UXNI84GSKP
Carlson wasn’t the only person to take exception to Obama’s raw politicalization of a sacred moment. Here’s MLK’s niece Alveda King’s take…
The niece of Dr. Martin Luther King had this response to Obama’s outrageous claims…
“You know, actually President Trump is saying: ‘People, please pay attention. We do want you to vote. Use your absentee ballots. Go to the polls.’ He has even encouraged, you know, people to be poll watchers and poll workers and that kind of thing.”
“President Trump is not trying to suppress the vote. We do want people to vote safely. And, we need the voting process to be fair. And so, to politicize the funeral of a peaceful warrior — I mean, I guess they grabbed at an opportunity to be political.”
