Arizona Senators Sue to Enforce Subpoenas for Election Equipment, Records

Both the President of the Arizona Senate and the chairman of the state’s Judiciary Committee have filed suit asking a judge to enforce their subpoenas issued against the Maricopa County election board.

The subpoenas request access to all voting machines and vote tabulators in the county as well as any documents and records on the voting there.

The Maricopa Election Board voted to disobey the subpoenas. That’s where Bernie Madoff made his mistake. He should have voted against any and all subpoenas and any search warrants issued in his name.

The Arizona legislature has been swamped with people concerned that the election was stolen and the only way to prove or disprove it is by doing an audit on the machinery used in the election.

Arizona Senate President Karen Fann and Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Eddie Farnsworth had issued the subpoenas against the Maricopa board. The Maricopa Election Board has refused to accept the subpoenas which led the GOP to file a lawsuit to gain access to the machines for forensic audits.

The lawsuit states:

“In consultation with President Fann, Chairman Farnsworth determined that these widespread concerns warranted a comprehensive independent investigation by the Judiciary Committee, to include a full forensic audit of tabulation devices and other voting equipment in Maricopa County.

From The Epoch Times

The senators plan to use the results of the audit to determine whether to certify or reject the presidential electors for Joe Biden, which have been transmitted to the U.S. Congress and are due to be counted on Jan. 6, 2021.

The first subpoena requested access to ballot tabulations used in Maricopa County for the Nov. 3 election, in addition to related software, hardware, and removable media. The senators also requested voter rolls, voter records, paper ballots, and other records. The second subpoena demanded a number of electronic files, including images of all the ballots cast in the county on Nov. 3.

The county could have fulfilled a substantial part of the request by Dec. 18, but didn’t do so as of Dec. 21, according to court documents. The senators asked for an order from the court enforcing the subpoenas.

When all votes legal and otherwise give Joe Biden the lead by a little over 10,000 votes but by eliminating the illegal votes, Trump hopes to end up taking the state.
