Alabama Rep. Mo Brooks Said Eric Swalwell’s Team Unlawfully Snuck Into His House ‘Accosting My Wife!’ [VIDEO]

Representative Eric Swalwell (D-CA) finally followed through with his vow to serve Representative Mo Brooks (R-AL) with a lawsuit over his alleged role in the riot at the US Capitol on January 6.

After being served, Brooks said that Swalwell’s “team” broke into his personal residence and “accosted” his wife.

This has already gone too far. Mo Brooks was not a white supremacist Qanon terrorist who was looking to overthrow the government simply because he spoke about the evidence presented that election fraud took place in the key battleground states. Democrats realize that they have a really good chance of losing the House and the Senate in the 2022 midterm elections, so they are desperate to make the Republicans look bad, and their January 6 rhetoric is wearing thin.

Swalwell filed a lawsuit against former President Donald Trump, Donald Trump Jr., Rudy Giuliani, and Rep. Mo Brooks charging that they provoked the Capitol riot by alleging voter fraud interfered in the 2020 election. And that’s not all. Swalwell’s lawsuit also alleges that those named broke laws in Washington, DC, “including an anti-terrorism act, by inciting the riot, and that they aided and abetted violent rioters and inflicted emotional distress on members of Congress,” as reported by CNN.

The problem for Swalwell is there’s absolutely no evidence to support his claims. There has been voter fraud in national elections since George Washington so to claim that discussing voter fraud incited a riot is ridiculous just on the face of it.

This is a man who allegedly slept with a Chinese spy and the Democrat House leadership allowed him to remain on the House Intelligence Committee.

If what happened during the January 6 riot was terrorism, then Vice President Kamala Harris and other Democrats in DC need to be charged for encouraging the 2020 nightly summer riots in Democrat-controlled cities across America. Harris tweeted out support for a group that was soliciting donations for the purpose of bailing out rioters so that they could get back to the streets to cause even more mayhem. The VP made statements that the riots were not going to stop and they shouldn’t. Of course, Harris flowered her language up by mentioning peaceful protesters, but peaceful protesters don’t get arrested for rioting, rioters do.

It could be argued that Swalwell encouraged attacks on police over the “summer of riots” by giving a statement about the “Justice in Policing Act of 2020” that many people believe encouraged attacks on police. Outside of the fact that the federal government has zero authority over state and local policing, Swalwell played politics by kissing up to Black Lives Matter, a Marxist organization that cares more about pushing for communism on America than helping black lives. He also risked inciting violence by naming black people who were shot by police. Surely, even Swalwell isn’t stupid enough to not realize his words would incite anger, resentment, and rage among the nightly rioters. A congressman telling agitated rioters that the police are bad and are in need of reform is lending credibility to the lie that police are systemically racist.

“Black lives matter,” Swalwell said. “The need for congressional action to reform policing in this country was overdue long before the deaths of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor or Tamir Rice. They were overdue long before Sandra Bland, Amadou Diallo or Rodney King. Now, as a result of our inaction, many have lost their lives, and thousands of Americans have taken to the streets to hold their leaders accountable.”

Swalwell’s lawsuit was filed back in March, but his legal team advised a judge that they were having some difficulty locating Brooks to serve him with the papers. Federal Judge Amit Mehta refused to allow US Marshals to serve Brooks with the lawsuit, citing “separation of powers concerns.”

Swalwell then hired a private investigator to find Brooks, who also said he couldn’t find the congressman either.

This weekend, the private investigator was finally able to deliver the lawsuit to Brooks’ wife in Alabama.

Matthew Kaiser, an attorney for Swalwell told CNN that over the weekend, the private investigator finally delivered the lawsuit to Brooks’ wife in Alabama.

Brooks has now said that the private investigator didn’t just deliver the lawsuit, but committed a crime, criminal trespass, in the process of serving, and said his wife was “accosted.”

Congressman Brooks took to social media to announce Swalwell’s actions.

“.@EricSwalwell Well, Swalwell FINALLY did his job, served complaint (on my WIFE).

HORRIBLE Swalwell’s team committed a CRIME by unlawfully sneaking INTO MY HOUSE & accosting my wife!

Alabama Code 13A-7-2: 1st degree criminal trespass. Year in jail. $6000 fine.

More to come!”

Just curious, don’t Democrats hide behind Congressional immunity whenever they get into trouble? So, didn’t Mo Brooks have immunity when he invoked his right to free speech over the election fraud that happened in the battleground states? Is Swalwell saying that Brooks doesn’t have the right of free speech to discuss election fraud? If not, then why? Discussing election fraud does not incite riots. Lying to people that cops are systemically racist does.

Philip Andonian, a lawyer for Swalwell denied Brooks’ allegations and criticized the congressman for not volunteering to be served with the lawsuit.

“No one entered or even attempted to enter the Brooks’ house. That allegation is completely untrue. A process server lawfully served the papers on Mo Brooks’ wife, as the federal rules allow,” Andonian said.

I would love to hear the details of that encounter from Mrs. Brooks.

Here’s video of the incident.

We see what looks like the man entering the home. We don’t know if he just went to the garage door or if he crossed the threshold and entered the garage, this the congressman’s home as Congressman Brooks said, but it does appear he at least entered their property and crossed the outside threshold of the home because he disappears from the camera view as he enters the garage.

“This was after her initial efforts to avoid service. Mo Brooks has no one but himself to blame for the fact that it came to this. We asked him to waive service, we offered to meet him at a place of his choosing. Instead of working things out like a civilized person, he engaged in a juvenile game of Twitter trolling over the past few days and continued to evade service,” Andonian added. “He demanded that we serve him. We did just that. The important thing is the complaint has been served and Mo Brooks can now be held accountable for his role in inciting the deadly insurrection at the Capitol.”

Working things out like a civilized person? They served a sitting congressman for supporting the former president. Swalwell and the rest of the cretins in the Democratic Party have done Olympian-style stretching to get to the point where claiming that to believe the evidence that was presented of voter fraud was real, incited a riot. The Big Lie on the part of Democrats is to claim that legislature hearings in all battleground states where whistleblowers and data experts testified to massive amounts of voter fraud never took place. When they say there was no voter fraud, they are saying the hearings didn’t happen, because if you watched the hearings you saw testimony given by many people who witnessed voter fraud.

So, he first said that no one entered or attempted to enter Brook’s house. That’s false according to the video. He then said it was done after Mrs. Brook’s efforts to avoid service. We saw him drive up to the house and run through the garage door, which is private property. Sounds to me like he entered through the garage door to serve her the papers. That’s criminal trespass. Again, we don’t yet have all the facts, but it looks like a crime was committed. When we hear the facts from Mrs. Brooks, we will let you know, so stay tuned.
