On Monday, actress Jameela Jamil (who?) announced on Twitter that she has tweeted her “last tweet” on the social media platform.
OMG! I was going to start using Twitter again, but now that we’re losing Jameela… said no one ever.

Her message comes after Elon Musk purchased Twitter for $44 billion. Following Twitter’s announcement of its new proprietor, Musk tweeted, “I hope that even my worst critics remain on Twitter, because that is what free speech means.”
Jamil, a 36-year-old London native, tweeted four pics of herself holding a puppy.
“Ah he got twitter. I would like this to be my what lies here as my last tweet. Just really *any* excuse to show pics of Barold. I fear this free speech bid is going to help this hell platform reach its final form of totally lawless hate, bigotry, and misogyny. Best of luck. ”

In an earlier tweet on Monday, Jamil had said, “He’s buying it for free speech. It’s going to become an even more lawless hateful xenophobic, bigoted, misogynistic space.”

Did you get that? She thinks free speech means “lawless, hateful, xenophobic, bigoted and misogynistic.” All leftists on Twitter believe that. To them, people they disagree with should not have the right to free speech because people who disagree with them are all evil.
That is the mindset of people who think that men can get pregnant but now are worried about misinformation on Twitter because Elon Musk purchased it.
In another tweet a minute before that one, Jamil said in response to someone who wants to know why she wants leave the platform, “Because it’s going to become a lawless space of bigotry , misogyny, and xenophobia and people who already have no money… being manipulated about crypto.”

In a separate tweet, before all the others, the actress said, “One good thing about Elon buying twitter is that I will *FINALLY* leave and stop being a complete menace to society on here. So it’s win win for you all really.”

I bet she doesn’t really leave. If we promised to miss her, will she really leave?
Democrat Howard Dean (HEYAAAHHH!) also appears to have left Twitter because his account “no longer exists” according to the site. The former chair of the Democratic National Committee (DNC) tweeted on Monday that “If Musk takes over Twitter I will be off within a few hours.” I hope he doesn’t let the door hit him in the fanny on the way out. Good riddance.
Musk hit the nail right on the head when he tweeted, “The extreme antibody reaction from those who fear free speech says it all”

The Tesla and SpaceX billionaire followed that up with a profound statement that shows he really does get it.
“By ‘free speech’, I simply mean that which matches the law. I am against censorship that goes far beyond the law. If people want less free speech, they will ask government to pass laws to that effect. Therefore, going beyond the law is contrary to the will of the people.”

Therefore, going beyond the law is contrary to the will of the people.

Writer/editor Rosebell Rosebell Kagumire responded, “Dangerously naive. apartheid was law. ‘I am against censorship that goes far beyond the law. If people want less free speech, they will ask government to pass laws to that effect'”

What is dangerously naive is thinking everyone who ever lived in South Africa supported apartheid. I wonder who ties her shoes for her every morning?
On Monday, the company’s board unanimously accepted Musk’s $44 billion offer to take the social media platform private. Because of the fiduciary obligations to the shareholders, they didn’t really have a choice. Now, Elon should clean house of everyone who worked at Twitter and condoned or took part in censorship. They should be shamed for being intolerant tyrants.
