Leaked text messages show that Hunter Biden was looking for a way to avoid registering himself as an agent for China. He suggested to his partner Tony Bobulinski that they set up a shell company in the United States that would allow them to work in China’s interests without registering under the FARA Act.
This would allow the Chinese to bid on US contracts. Hunter Biden may not know anything about high finance but he learned corruption at his daddy’s knee. You would think this would pique the interest of Democrats who have spent over three years of accusing all Republicans of violation FARA, but you would be wrong. The Bidens enjoy Democratic privilege in circumventing the law.
Hunter Biden wrote:
“We don’t want to have to register as foreign agents under the FCPA which is much more expansive than people who should know choose not to know.”
The very next day, Bobulinski met with Joe Biden. In their earlier documents, Joe Biden was listed as a shareholder in the American shell company. That was later changed. Unfortunately for Joe, he will be unable to bury the tests and other documents from Bobulinski as they are already in the hands of Steve Bannon and others.
“No matter what it will need to be a US company at some level in order for us to make bids on federal and state funded projects.”
The Caller notes that Biden appeared to be referring to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) as well as the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA).

In 2017, emails from a Sinohawk partner reference a 10% equity stake for “the big guy,” who Bobulinski claims is Joe Biden.
Joe Biden has always maintained that he knew nothing about his son’s business but it has become obvious that he has been in the middle of his wheelings and dealings from the get-go. And there is an eye witness to these dealings by someone who was in the middle of these deals.
