Sidney Powell is a high profile attorney who is filing court actions on behalf of numerous clients against three states, Nevada, Georgia and Michigan, as of this writing. The Nevada request was filed and granted by a judge for a December court hearing allowing Powell 15 Depositions, and in Michigan and Georgia lawsuits were filed late Wednesday night/early Thursday morning, alleging widescale voter fraud from many different points of data.
Flashback to Nov. 16th when Powell said, “I would warn any state right now that thinks they’re going to certify this election to re-think it very seriously because what they’re certifying is their own fraud and their own complicity in fraud. I might even mount a class action suit later.”
Here is what we have as of Thursday morning:
A judge has halted PA certification.
A judge in WI has a petition on 150k counterfeit ballots.
A judge in NV called an evidentiary hearing.
A judge in GA granted expedited review.
: #KrakensUnleashed in MI & GA.
: heading to 11th Circuit.
In Michigan and Georgia Powell is challenging election results before certification, in Nevada, where election results were certified, Powell’s team has been granted a hearing, as one court watcher described it, “Judge refused to dismiss and will examine evidence of fraud in Nevada counties” in all three situations Powell and her team are representing electors.
To bring things full circle: One of the lawyers representing the Trump presidential electors in the pending Nevada contest case is Jesse Binnall, who represents Michael Flynn along with…Sidney Powell pic.twitter.com/Fth1zC3ObD— Zoe Tillman (@ZoeTillman) November 24, 2020
The first leg of the “Kraken” Powell filed was in Nevada, I wrote about that on Wednesday.
An excellent summary of the next leg of the “Kraken” is the suit filed in Georgia which is a blistering take down of Georgia Government, including of Republican Brian Kemp, whose alleged betrayal of President Donald J. Trump who campaigned hard for him in his own election is painful, yet Powell makes that case that Kemp was a large part of the plan to point the election toward Biden.
One Court watcher posted an opinion that made a lot of sense, “The Georgia lawsuit was shockingly mild on attacks against Dominion. Yes, they were mentioned 58 times in the suit, but the focus was on lower-hanging fruit. Brian Kemp, Brad Raffensperger, and the election board clearly broke laws, cut deals, and tried to cover it all up.
The Georgia lawsuit, which may end up being combined with @LLinWood‘s suit (currently heading towards the appellate court) in SCOTUS should be a slam dunk to reverse the necessary 12,000 votes. Combined they could reverse 6-digits and make Georgia a Trump landslide.”
A quick summary of the Georgia lawsuit, which can be found at Powell’s website, Defending the Republic:
Powell retweeted this commentary on the Georgia lawsuit which alleges collusion between office holders with the Democrat campaign for Joe Biden to corrupt the election:
“The Michigan lawsuit is where Dominion Voting Systems gets fully exposed. There are implications in here that should not only cast doubt on any jurisdiction that uses the terminals or software, but should also make us question anyone willing to put it in their state.
The Michigan lawsuit is the Dominion-killer. Seriously, the company probably won’t survive if this lawsuit makes it to the Supreme Court. And it will open the door for other states to be examined more closely. THIS is the Kraken we were expecting,” one court watcher posted on Twitter.
Powell said of the Michigan Lawsuit, “hundreds of thousands of illegal, ineligible, duplicate, or purely fictitious ballots enabled by massive election fraud helped make possible Biden’s vote count lead in the state.”
Watermarks are addressed.
Republicans were shut out.
Chain of Command.
These lawsuits are developing…
