On Fox News’s “The Ingraham Angle” on Friday night, Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) blasted the Coca-Cola company for caving and jumping on the #MeTooAfraid movement after the Georgia legislature passed a bill to ensure election integrity in the wake of the 2020 Presidential election theft that every fact-checker reading this knows is true.
The senator from Kentucky pointed out that there are self-evident differences in what the Democrats are saying about the legislation and what is actually written in the legislation. In short, they’re lying, and that includes the president of the United States, Joe Biden.
“There is a distinction between in-person and by mail,” Paul said.
“All of these proposals are to trying to make it easy to vote but hard to cheat,” Paul said to host Laura Ingraham. “I’ve been involved with this. I’ve communicated with people in all 50 state legislatures, I’ve called them on the phone. I’ve talked to the conservative ALEC [American Legislative Exchange Council] group about this, and we’ve now passed it in Kentucky and we actually had more early voting days added, so it’s easier to vote, but you vote in person.
“There is nothing Jim Crow about this. In fact, what is very insulting and really just gets to me is they are implying that people of certain races are not able to comply with rules, show up, or have a driver’s license or figure this out.”
Paul added that people who implicitly believe that certain groups of voters (black people) would be disenfranchised by stipulations like obtaining a photo ID are “very racist in their thinking.” In fact, it never made sense to people with three-digit IQs when the Democrats first came out with the idea that voter ID was racist. Black people use ID every day to do common things in this country. Democrats are evil but they’re not that bright, and I think they were incapable of coming up with another argument to make, so they used their #1 weapon: play the race card.
“They think there are certain groups of our people who are incapable of following basic rules,” Rand continued. “I don’t think it’s true. I think the trend lines for all the different races voting have been good in our country for 20 or 30 years and all these election bills do is try to make it easier to vote but harder to cheat.”
Voter ID also secures the integrity of the vote for black people and people of color, just like everyone else. It’s across-the-board protection and isn’t that exactly what we want? Those nasty evil Republicans can’t steal their vote if there’s voter ID. That’s the argument that makes it so ridiculous on the face of it when Democrats call voter ID racist. It’s because voter ID really tamps down their ability to cheat in elections and Democrats absolutely 100% want to cheat.
Senator Paul likened what’s going on here to the extortion racket saying, “Jesse Jackson would do it years ago.” He continued, “He would protest in front of a big corporation that wasn’t doing anything wrong until they gave money to his organization, and then the protest would leave the organization.
“That’s what they are doing, they think they can bully.”
That’s what Cancel Culture is. It’s a bunch of losers who get a thrill out of being able to destroy someone’s life. They don’t care if there’s a reason to do it or if the reason they are using is legitimate or not. They feel power stomping on an innocent person and it makes them look like they truly are a legitimate member of the Woke Supremacy.
“Now Coca-Cola are telling people to apologize for being White, apologize for being arrogant, apologize for all of these things supposedly that white people are doing, and that’s a very racist sort of philosophy,” he said. “It’s this Woke sort of Critical Race Theory, but it’s now infected a publicly-traded company, and when they start saying things like that, they are actually going against what their mandate is. Their mandate is to maximize profit, but now they are turning off 40% of the country who don’t really want to be woke up and told that we’re horrible people.”
Critical Race Theory teaches that a certain group of people are inherently (read genetically) racist; they were born that way. Folks, that is the very definition of racism.
Rand Paul said that if the Democrats would hold themselves to the same standards they hold Trump to Chuck Schumer should be impeached.
After all, if a president is not allowed to exercise free speech by telling people to march peacefully, then Chuck Schumer threatening Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh is definitely grounds for impeachment. Schumer threatened the pair of justices after they voted according to the constitution and upholding life.
But, that is not how things work. Schumer declared liberal privilege. Simply put, if you invoke liberal privilege, you can not be tried for any crime you commit, no matter how heinous.
In the United States there are two sets of rules. One for Democrats and one for everyone else. The only thing a Democrats can be held accountable for is if they switch to the Republican Party. You can get the firing squad for that.
As the Supreme Court was deciding on an abortion case, Schumer warned:
“I want to tell you, Gorsuch, I want to tell you, Kavanaugh, you have released the whirlwind, and you will pay the price. You won’t know what hit you if you go forward with these awful decisions.”
Remember, he made that statement before the justices decided to vote. The reason justices serve for life is so that they do not have to be afraid to rule as they define the constitution and not because they are being pressured. It was so egregious that Chief Justice Roberts, who normally lets things slide as he votes with the liberals on the court felt compelled to make the following statement:
Justices know that criticism comes with the territory, but threatening statements of this sort from the highest levels of government are not only inappropriate, they are dangerous. All members of the court will continue to do their job, without fear or favor, from whatever quarter.
Speaking on “Fox News Sunday,” Paul said that if Congress applied Democrats’ impeachment standard fairly, Schumer should also be impeached and put on trial by the Senate.
Trump’s second impeachment trial begins on Tuesday. The House impeached him last month for “incitement of insurrection,” claiming Trump’s allegations of a “rigged” or “stolen” election incited the deadly violence at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6.
“If we’re going to criminalize speech, and somehow impeach everybody who says, ‘Go fight to hear your voices heard,’ I mean really we ought to impeach Chuck Schumer then,” Paul said.
On Tuesday, forty-five US senators voted on Tuesday with Senator Rand Paul (R-KY), raising Constitutional concerns over the second impeachment trial of former President Donald Trump. Remember, Trump is no longer in office. An impeachment trial is to remove a sitting president from office. How are they going to remove Trump from office when he’s already out of office?
Forty-five senators voted with Senator Paul’s motion to raise the question of whether it is constitutional to impeach Trump after he left office. That means five Republicans actually voted with Democrats to let it be known that they believe it is Constitutional to try a former president.
Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) voted with Senator Paul on the motion that the impeachment trial is unconstitutional.
The traitors to the Constitution on the Republican side were Senators Susan Collins (R-ME), Lisa Murkowski (R-AK), Mitt Romney (R-UT), Ben Sasse (R-NE), and Pat Toomey (R-PA) voted with the Woke Supremamcist Democrats because they believe that trying a president after he leaves office is Constitutional. It’s always the same disgraceful Republicans who vote with Democrats on the most outrageous things.
Besides flushing the RINOs out of the sewers, the ones who love to bow down to their Democrat masters, this vote can also be used the weigh the balance of how a final conviction vote will look. Thankfully there are not enough imbeciles in the US Senate who will vote against the Constitution just to harm the orange man that is bad.
On Tuesday, Senator Paul wrote that 45 senators agreed that this trial is a “sham:”
“The Senate just voted on my Constitutional point of order. 45 Senators agreed that this sham of a “trial” is unconstitutional. That is more than will be needed to acquit and to eventually end this partisan impeachment process. This “trial” is dead on arrival in the Senate,” the senator from Kentucky wrote.
Paul argued on the Senate floor that the trial against private citizen Trump is simply a partisan move by Democrats and Trump haters. The senator pointed out that Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts is not even going to preside over the trial. The Constitution says it must be the Chief Justice, but that isn’t going to stop the Woke Supremacy from holding a trial anyway. Instead, they have asked SenatorPat Leahy (D-VT), a man who has been in the Senate since 1975, and is the Senate Pro Tempore, to preside over the trial. That alone is 100 percent unconstitutional. The Democrats are just making it up as they go along. The entire thing is a sham.
He said before his procedural motion, “This impeachment is nothing more than a partisan exercise designed to further divide the country. Democrats claim to want to unify the country, but impeaching a former president, a private citizen is the antithesis of unity. Democrats brazenly appointing a pro-impeachment Democrat [Senate President Pro Tem Patrick Leahy] to preside over the trial is not fair or impartial, and hardly encourages any kind of unity in our country. No, ‘unity’ is the opposite of this travesty we are about to witness. If we are about to try to impeach a president, where is the Chief Justice? If the accused is no longer president, where is the constitutional power to impeach him? Private citizens don’t get impeached. Impeachment is for removal from office. And the accused here has already left office.”
Hyper-partisan Democrats are about to drag our great country down into the gutter of rancor and vitriol the likes of which has never been seen in our nation’s history. Instead of doing the nation’s work, with their new majorities in the House, the Senate, and the executive branch, Democrats are wasting the nation’s time on a partisan vendetta against a man no longer in office.
“A sham, this is, a travesty. A dark blot on the history of our country. I urge my colleagues to reconsider this kangaroo court and move forward to debate the great issues of our day,” he added.
On Friday, Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) gave a wise warning to the Republican Party that a very large number of Trump supporters will leave the party (me included) if some of the Republicans in the Senate continue to support the second effort to remove President Donald Trump from office, especially if the Democrats try it after he leaves office, which is not Constitutional.
Rand made an appearance on Laura Ingraham’s Fox News show “The Ingraham Angle” where he explained to the host that a mass exodus from the party will happen if the Republicans don’t grow a pair and realize the Democrats are doing this for political reasons to make it so that Trump cannot run for office again.
“I don’t often get asked my advice from leadership how they should react. My unsolicited suggestion would be this: they will destroy the Republican Party if leadership is complicit with an impeachment or leadership votes for an impeachment, they will destroy the party,” Paul said.
Paul went on to warn that the GOP would lose one-third of the party’s membership or more if they support the Marxists’ efforts. And there is no reason for RINOs like Mitt Romney (R-UT) and Pat Toomey (R-PA) and others to say that they support a trial against the president because they think that the Democrats will be more willing to negotiate in the future if they do what they want them to do now. I got news for them. Marxism has fully taken over the Democratic Party, the leadership at least. There is no negotiating with socialists who are pushing Marxist agendas. They do not care what Republicans think. Hell, they don’t even care what their own constituents think, and that we have learned from experience.
“Impeachment is purely a partisan thing. It’s for these moral, ‘Oh I’m so much better than you and you’re a bad person because I’m so moral’ — It’s for these kind of people to do this,” Paul said.
The senator added, “I didn’t agree with the fight that happened last week, and I voted against overturning the election. But at the same time, the impeachment is a wrongheaded, partisan notion. But if Republicans go along with it, it will destroy the party — a third of the Republicans will leave the party.”
“This isn’t anymore about the Electoral College. It’s about the future of the party and whether you’re going to ostracize and ex-communicate President Trump from the party,” Paul added. “Well, guess what? Millions of his fans will leave as well.”
The House officially impeached President Trump for the second time last week, approving an article of impeachment against the president for “incitement of insurrection.” In all the pages of the article, there is not a single case of evidence presented that the president incited an insurrection. The House did not call a single witness for the impeachment. And like the first impeachment, this one was a sham as well. They once again impeached an innocent president.
Democrats, and some Republicans who are the usual suspects, blamed Trump’s words in his speech at the rally prior to the march to the Capitol building, where he talked about how the Democrats stole the 2020 election, for increasing tensions right before the deadly riot at the Capitol on January 6. Here is what Trump actually said that they are calling incitement:
“I know that everyone here will soon be marching over to the Capitol building to peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard.” Where is the incitement?
The House voted to impeach President Trump 232-197. All House Democrats voted to impeach and ten Republicans who now must be primaried out joined them.
Trump was ultimately impeached by a vote of 232-197. Every Democrat supported the impeachment effort, and they were joined by 10 Republicans.
Representative Liz Cheney (R-WY), who is the third-highest ranking Republican, supported the impeachment and voted to impeach the president. The Wyoming Republican Party said that Cheney’s decision to join the Marxist Democrats ignited an unprecedented number of complaints.
“Much more will become clear in coming days and weeks, but what we know now is enough. The President of the United States summoned this mob, assembled the mob, and lit the flame of this attack,” Cheney said.
“Everything that followed was his doing. None of this would have happened without the President. The President could have immediately and forcefully intervened to stop the violence. He did not,” she added.
Not a word of that is true, and we have since seen evidence revealed that leftist groups were plotting to pose as Trump supporters to attack the Capitol. It has been reported that the FBI knew two days prior to the rally and they informed local police departments but they never told the president of the United States. I wonder why?
To quote The Lord of the Rings, “It’s gone. It’s done… It’s over now.” A year that will live long in our memories (for mostly the wrong reasons), 2020, is drawing to a close. We’ve had 15-day lockdowns to stop COVID from spreading now stretching into nearly a year, wreaking havoc on Americans’ health, sanity, and economy, while also empowering petty tyrants across the country. Let’s just say 1968, the benchmark for a news-heavy and chaotic year, got serious competition from 2020.
While that was happening, Congress spent as never before, doing so ostensibly without a care. The Congressional Budget Office says the Fiscal Year 2020 deficit was an eye-watering $3.1 trillion, with a “T.” Some of that is traceable to COVID-related spending, but a lot of it was not. For example, perhaps somebody can explain to me why the Kennedy Center needed $25 million for salaries? Or why Congress reimbursed some agencies for money they had spent in late 2019 and early 2020, before COVID hit, on efforts unrelated to COVID? Maybe, just maybe, cutting agencies blank checks is why the debt skyrocketed from $23 trillion to more than $27 trillion. Spending was about 50% higher than last year, and payments of interest on the public debt remained extremely high at $387 billion.
If you laid out that many $1 bills end to end, it’d be enough to wrap around the earth 1,506 times. And that’s money the government spends that doesn’t help anybody — doesn’t even buy a pen or a paper clip.
It is more important than ever for Congress to find its fiscal backbone. Our debt puts at risk the long-term solvency of major programs such as Social Security. And why? To pay for test tubes for COVID tests that turn out to be soda bottles? To see if hot tubbing a few times a week eases stress.

Where are these domestic terrorists getting all of their money from? You would think that people with no jobs would have no money but you would be wrong. These terrorists seem to have plenty of money to move all around the country.
They have caught one of the men who assaulted Rand Paul and his wife and he is from Florida. He got to Washington D.C. but where did his traveling money come from? 27-year-old Brennen Sermon was arrested and charged in the attack on Rand Paul. In that attack, one of Paul’s police escorts suffered a severe injury to his face. An assault on a member of Congress is a federal offense but since Paul is a Republican all punishment could be waived.
Sermon, who is from Orlando, Florida attacked Paul and his wife as they came out after Trump’s acceptance speech. He will face separate charges for the injury to the policeman. He is already looking at 10 years each in his assault on Paul and his wife. But could be just five years each. Since it is a federal crime to attack a sitting member of congress. And also the wife of the same, no Soros based DA can drop the charges.
It is not yet known if Sermon was in town over the RNC convention. But that is what the police are looking at now. It could be determined to be a premeditated crime if he did. The only way to prevent attacks like this in the future is long prison sentences. Domestic terrorists don’t mind being arrested, knowing the Democratic DA will drop all charges, it’s another thing to lose your freedom for years.
“The were yelling threats. They were trying to push the police over to get to me. The mob were grabbing at us, and it got worse and worse and worse, and then finally, we decided to make a move. I said we’ve got to move. If there’s not gonna be reinforcements, we have to try to get to the hotel, which was another block, and they were shouting threats to us, to kill us, to hurt us, but they were also saying, shouting, ‘Say her name, Breonna Taylor,’ and it’s like, you couldn’t reason with this mob, but I’m actually the author of the Breonna Taylor law to end no-knock raids.”
Brendan Gutenschwager, a journalist known on social media as @BGOnTheScene, captured the attack on Paul and his wife. The video appears above. They needed reinforcements but none were available until they could reach the hotel. That was a block away. You think it’s bad now but wait until Trump gets reelected. The riots will get worse ana attacks on conservatives will increase exponentially.
The biggest problem with all of this is that it is becoming the norm but we could put an end to it with just a little cooperation with Democratic mayors. Maybe after the election when it is too late to damage Trump and his reelection chances, but don’t count on it.
Look for Washington D.C. to be a war zone during trump’s next inauguration. There will be crying and gnashing of teeth on that day. Look fr antifa to go crazy with violence. This time, we need to have federal agents all throughout the city. Mayor Bowser won’t let the police keep conservatives safe.

Paul’s deputy chief of staff, Sergio Gor, captured the moment in a video he posted to Twitter. “While having lunch with @RandPaul in California, we got verbally assaulted by these aggressive libs complaining about incivility,” Gor wrote. “Check out the vid! #unhinged“
“You just ran into two people from New York, kiddo, and we’re not putting up with your Republican bulls–t,” the woman in the video shouts at Gor.
Paul retweeted the video and said that while “the left blames incivility” on the president, he urges voters to “watch this video and decide who the rude ones are.”
“This is not every New Yorker, but I see this way too often in New York City, though,” said “Fox & Friends: Weekend” host Jedidiah Bila. Noting that this happens when people recognize you and they know that you have a different opinion.
“At the end of the day when you see lawmakers, when you see people that are in this process, let them eat their dinner,” said co-host Griff Jenkins.
“And also, people who do these things: It may feel in the moment that you’re taking a stand, but this is not a good look for you…Have some respect,” Bila added.
On Monday, News went viral with a story about the founder of the Walk Away movement, Brandon Straka, being arrested by the FBI for his connection to the events at the US Capitol on January 6th, when he entered the US Capitol and reported about his experience on his social media.
The FBI said that “Witness-1” in their report was a relative of Straka who pointed investigators to a video Straka had posted to Twitter. After the video was deleted from Twitter, the relative let the agent know there was a copy of the video posted to YouTube.”
Buzz Patterson, a candidate for US Congress and a friend of Straka’s, posted about the arrest.
“Brandon Straka is a friend of mine and a great guy. He’s been arrested by the @fbi for actions at the Capitol on Jan 6th. I have no idea what circumstances prompted the FBI to pursue this, but I’d much rather see REAL justice by bringing Brennan, Comey, Strozk, Obama, to court.”
Straka, 44, was taken into custody on Monday by agents from the FBI Omaha Field Office and faces charges of impeding a law enforcement officer during civil disorder, knowingly entering and remaining on restricted grounds without lawful authority, and/or engaging in disorderly conduct within proximity to a restricted building to impede official functions and engaging in disorderly conduct with the intent to disturb a hearing before Congress according to FBI reports.
From the Report it was a relative of Straka’s who helped the FBI get information on him:
“The FBI received multiple tips referencing the video of STRAKA at the U.S. Capitol, including a tip from Witness-1. I interviewed Witness-1 on January 13. Witness-1 stated that he/she was a relative of STRAKA. Witness-1 stated that he/she watched a video that Straka had filmed and posted of himself on the “cusp” of entering the U.S. Capitol.
Witness-1 stated that STRAKA could be heard on the video saying, “We’re going in. We’re going in.” Witness1 stated that Straka had since deleted the video from Twitter.
Later on January 13, Witness-1 contacted me to advise that he/she had found a copy of the STRAKA video on YouTube. Witness-1 advised that the video was the same video he/she had previously viewed through STRAKA’s Twitter account. Witness-1 then sent me a link to a video on YouTube titled “Straka attacking the Capitol on Jan 6th.” The video description read, “Fair use historical record of Brandon Straka storming the Capitol on Jan 6th.”
Witness-1 sent me a link to the video. The video is eight minutes and 37 seconds in length. The video started with footage of STRAKA1 walking through a crowd of people standing at or near the base of a set of steps leading up to the U.S. Capitol entrance.
STRAKA then walked up the steps and through a crowd of people standing on the steps. While doing so, STRAKA could be heard stating, “They seem to be summoning people to get inside.”
Another individual could be heard saying, “We’re going in.” STRAKA then stated, “We’re going in. They’re saying we’re going in. We’re going in. We’re going in. The people are going in.”
It is unclear, from numerous witnesses, if people were allowed in the Capitol on the 6th at that time, or not.
There is a controversy brewing over the arrest of numerous conservative activists or participants in what was meant to be a sign of support for President Donald J. Trump, with the appearance of a two-tiered system of justice, with the left being left off of crimes and not pursued, and the right being persecuted.
After years of watching the left and Democrats protest and even riot over several concerns, the country seems to be experiencing a hyper-vigilant focus on Trump supporters from one event.
Paul Sperry, Former D.C. bureau chief for Investor’s Business Daily, reported:
“BREAKING: FBI sources say the Washington Field Office of the FBI has opened “zero” cases on the violent leftist/anarchist group Antifa, while in contrast opening several investigations of loosely formed “far-right extremist organizations” including “ProudBoys” & “OathKeepers.”
Straka is currently in federal custody and will have his initial appearance in Federal Court on Tuesday, January 26th.
