President Donald J. Trump on Wednesday issued a batch of pardons forgiving the crimes of two former associates, Paul Manafort and Roger Stone, as well as Charles Kushner, the father of Trump’s son-in-law and adviser Jared Kushner.
The latest list grants 26 full pardons and commutes all or part of the sentence of three additional individuals after Trump on Tuesday issued 15 pardons and five commutations.
From Tuesday, the White House released the following statement:
Today, President Donald J. Trump granted Full Pardons to 15 individuals and commuted part or all of the sentences of an additional 5 individuals.
Alfonso Costa — President Trump granted a full pardon to Alfonso Costa, a dentist from Pittsburgh. Dr. Costa’s request for clemency was supported by Dr. Ben Carson and Jerome Bettis, as well as by numerous business associates, patients, and community leaders from Pittsburgh. Dr. Costa pled guilty to one count of health care fraud related to false billing, took full responsibility for his conduct, served two years of probation, and paid nearly $300,000 in fines and restitution. He has devoted much of his adult life to service to his community, including serving on the board of the Pittsburgh Opera, and doing significant service for children and the underprivileged.
Alfred Lee Crum — President Trump granted Alfred Lee Crum a full pardon. Mr. Crum, who is now 89, pled guilty in 1952—when he was 19 years old—to helping his wife’s uncle illegally distill moonshine in Oklahoma. Mr. Crum served three years of probation, and paid a $250 fine. Mr. Crum has maintained a clean record and a strong marriage for nearly 70 years, attended the same church for 60 years, raised four children, and regularly participated in charity fundraising events. Former Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein and the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Oklahoma Brian Kuester supported Mr. Crum’s request for a pardon.
Crystal Munoz — Today, President Trump commuted Crystal Munoz’s remaining term of supervised release, having previously commuted her sentence of incarceration after she had served 12 years in prison. Alice Johnson, the Texas A&M Criminal Defense Clinic, and the Clemency for All Non-Violent Drug Offenders Foundation are among the many who supported clemency for Ms. Munoz. Former Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi supports the President’s further act of clemency today. Ms. Munoz was convicted of conspiracy to distribute marijuana based on her role in a marijuana smuggling ring. During her time in prison, she mentored people working to better their lives, volunteered with a hospice program, and demonstrated an extraordinary commitment to rehabilitation.
Tynice Nichole Hall — President Trump has commuted the remainder of Tynice Nichole Hall’s term of supervised release. He previously commuted her term of incarceration after she had served nearly 14 years of an 18-year sentence for allowing her apartment to be used to distribute drugs. Alice Johnson, The Clemency for All Non-Violent Drug Offenders Foundation, and The Ladies of Hope Ministries are among the many who supported clemency for Ms. Hall. Former Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi supports the President’s further act of clemency today. While in prison, Ms. Hall completed a number of job-training programs and apprenticeships, as well as coursework towards a college degree. In addition, Ms. Hall taught prison educational programs to other inmates. She has accepted responsibility for her past behavior and has worked hard to rehabilitate herself.
Judith Negron — President Trump has today commuted the remainder of Judith Negron’s term of supervised release. He previously commuted her term of incarceration after she had served 8 years of her sentence. Alice Johnson, the Clemency for All Non-Violent Drug Offenders Foundation, Change.org, and the Warden at Aliceville Federal Correctional Institution have all supported clemency for Ms. Negron. Former Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi supports the President’s further act of clemency today. Ms. Negron is a wife and mother who was sentenced to 35 years for her role as a minority-owner of a healthcare company engaged in a scheme to defraud the Federal Government. During her incarceration, Ms. Negron dedicated her time to improving her life as well as the lives of her fellow inmates. She completed hundreds of hours of educational programs, served as a tutor, and mentored other inmates. Her acts of selflessness won her the praise of her prison warden.
Steve Stockman — Today, President Trump commuted the remaining prison sentence of Steve Stockman. Former Representatives Bob McEwen and Bob Barr, along with James Dobson and L. Brent Bozell are among the many public figures who have called for Mr. Stockman’s release from incarceration on humanitarian and compassionate grounds. Mr. Stockman is 64 and has underlying pre-existing health conditions that place his health at greater risk during the COVID epidemic, and he has already contracted COVID while in prison. Mr. Stockman, who was twice a member of the U.S. House of Representatives, representing Texas’s 9th congressional district from 1995 to 1997 and Texas’s 36th congressional district from 2013 to 2015, was convicted in 2018 of misuse of charitable funds. Mr. Stockman has served more than two years of his ten-year sentence and will remain subject to a period of supervised release and an order requiring that he pay more than $1,000,000 in restitution.
Duncan Hunter – At the request of many Members of Congress, President Trump granted a full pardon to Duncan Hunter. His pardon is also supported by former Commissioner of the Federal Election Commission Bradley Smith.
Mr. Hunter has dedicated much of his adult life to public service. Mr. Hunter represented California’s 50th Congressional District from 2013 to 2020. Prior to his time in Congress, Mr. Hunter was an officer in the United States Marine Corps. Inspired to enlist after the September 11, 2001 attacks, Mr. Hunter saw combat in both Iraq and Afghanistan.
In 2019, Mr. Hunter pled guilty to one count of misusing campaign funds, an offense that could have been handled as a civil case via the Federal Election Commission, according to former FEC Commissioner Bradley Smith. He was sentenced to 11 months’ imprisonment set to begin in January 2021.
Chris Collins – Today, President Trump granted a full pardon to Chris Collins, at the request of many Members of Congress.
Mr. Collins served in Congress for nearly seven years, representing the people of Western New York from 2013 to 2019. Mr. Collins spent his early career as a successful businessman and entrepreneur, before devoting his life to public service. In 2007, Mr. Collins was elected County Executive for Erie County, New York, a position he held for one four-year term, and in 2012 the people of New York’s 27th congressional district elected Mr. Collins to the U.S. House of Representatives. He was subsequently re-elected to this seat three times. During his tenure in Congress, Mr. Collins was known for his particular focus on the wellbeing of small businesses, agriculture, and sciences.
In 2019, Mr. Collins pled guilty to the charges of conspiring to commit securities fraud and making false statements to the FBI. Mr. Collins is currently serving his 26-month sentence.
Ignacio Ramos and Jose Compean – Today, President Trump granted full pardons to Ignacio Ramos and Jose Compean. These former Border Patrol Agents have been supported by one hundred members of Congress, including Rep. Louie Gohmert, Rep. Steve King, Rep. Ted Poe, Rep. Paul Gosar, Rep. Brian Babin, as well as the U.S. Border Control Foundation and the Conservative Legal Defense and Education Fund.
Mr. Ramos participates in numerous community activities and charities, and Mr. Compean is active in his local church.
Both men served as Border Patrol Agents and put themselves in harm’s way to help secure our southern border with Mexico. On one such occasion in 2005, they stopped an illegal alien trafficking 700 pounds of marijuana. When the illegal alien—who was thought to be armed—resisted arrest, Mr. Ramos shot the suspect, who fled back across the border. For this, Mr. Ramos and Mr. Compean were charged and convicted of assault, using a firearm during a crime of violence, and deprivation of civil rights. After they were sentenced to 11 and 12 years imprisonment, respectively, their case gained widespread attention.
One hundred members of Congress, as well as the organizations above, supported Mr. Ramos’ and Mr. Compean’s release from prison. The Senate Judiciary Committee held hearings on the excessive sentence imposed on the former agents. And President George W. Bush ultimately commuted these sentences with strong bipartisan support.
George Papadopoulos – Today, President Trump granted a full pardon to George Papadopoulos. Mr. Papadopoulos was charged with a process-related crime, one count of making false statements, in connection with Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into possible Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election. Notably, Mueller stated in his report that he found no evidence of collusion in connection with Russia’s attempts to interfere in the election. Nonetheless, the Special Counsel’s team still charged Mr. Papadopoulos with this process-related crime.
At the time that Mr. Papadopoulos allegedly made the false statements, he was not represented by counsel, and, after he was arrested, Mr. Papadopoulos gave additional information on his prior statements to the Special Counsel. Today’s pardon helps correct the wrong that Mueller’s team inflicted on so many people.
Alex van der Zwaan – Today, President Trump granted a full pardon to Alex van der Zwaan. His pardon is supported by former Rep. Trey Gowdy.
Mr. van der Zwaan was charged with a process-related crime, one count of making false statements, in connection with Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation. None of his underlying conduct was alleged to have been unlawful, nor did prosecutors note any prior criminal history. Mr. van der Zwaan is a Dutch national who voluntarily returned to the United States to correct his statements and surrendered his passport upon entry.
Nicholas Slatten, Paul Slough, Evan Liberty, and Dustin Heard – Today, President Trump granted full pardons to Nicholas Slatten, Paul Slough, Evan Liberty, and Dustin Heard. The pardon of these four veterans is broadly supported by the public, including Pete Hegseth, and elected officials such as Rep. Louie Gohmert, Rep. Paul Gosar, Rep. Ralph Norman, Rep. Bill Flores, Rep. Brian Babin, Rep. Michael Burgess, Rep. Daniel Webster, Rep. Steve King, and Rep. Ted Yoho.
Mr. Slatten, Mr. Slough, Mr. Liberty, and Mr. Heard have a long history of service to the Nation. Mr. Slatten was inspired to serve his country after the attacks of September 11, 2001, and served two tours in Iraq with the 82nd Airborne Division. Mr. Slough served in the United States Army and deployed to Iraq with his National Guard unit. Mr. Liberty served in the United States Marine Corps and protected United States Embassies abroad. Mr. Heard served in the United States Marine Corps during Operation Iraqi Freedom.
These veterans were working in Iraq in 2007 as security contractors responsible for securing the safety of United States personnel. When the convoy attempted to establish a blockade outside the “Green Zone,” the situation turned violent, which resulted in the unfortunate deaths and injuries of Iraqi civilians. Initial charges against the men were dismissed, but they were eventually tried and convicted on charges ranging from first degree murder to voluntary manslaughter. On appeal, the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that additional evidence should have been presented at Mr. Slatten’s trial. Further, prosecutors recently disclosed—more than 10 years after the incident—that the lead Iraqi investigator, who prosecutors relied heavily on to verify that there were no insurgent victims and to collect evidence, may have had ties to insurgent groups himself.
Weldon Angelos – Today, President Trump granted a full pardon to Weldon Angelos. Mr. Angelos’ pardon is supported by Senator Mike Lee, Senator Rand Paul, Alice Johnson, former U.S. Attorney Brett Tolman, and others.
Mr. Angelos is an active criminal justice reform advocate and champion of giving second chances. Because of mandatory minimums, Mr. Angelos was sentenced in 2002 to 55 years’ imprisonment for selling marijuana and carrying a handgun in the course of dealing. The presiding judge called this excessive sentence “unjust and cruel and even irrational.”
Mr. Angelos was eventually released by judicial order after serving 13 years in prison, and committed to changing the world for the better through criminal justice reform advocacy. His story has been cited as an inspiration for sentencing reform, including the First Step Act, and he participated in a Prison Reform Summit at the White House in 2018. In his own words, Mr. Angelos wants “to become whole again and put the bad choices in the past and continue changing the world for the better.”
Philip Lyman – Today, President Trump granted a full pardon to Philip Lyman. Mr. Lyman’s pardon is supported by Senator Mike Lee, Former Rep. Jason Chaffetz, and other notable members of the Utah community.
Mr. Lyman is known to be a man of integrity and character who was serving as a county commissioner in Utah when he was subjected to selective prosecution for protesting the Bureau of Land Management’s closure of the Recapture Canyon to ATV riders. He had no other criminal history, but he was arrested and sentenced to 10 days in prison and nearly $96,000 in restitution.
Otis Gordon – Today, President Trump granted a full pardon to Otis Gordon. Mr. Gordon’s pardon is supported by Senator Tim Scott.
Mr. Gordon has become a Pastor at Life Changer’s International Ministries since his conviction for possession with intent to distribute. In 2015, in the wake of the shooting at a Bible study in Charleston, South Carolina, Mr. Gordon led a prayer session at the United States Capitol. Mr. Gordon mentors at-risk youths in his community. Senator Tim Scott describes Mr. Gordon as “a model citizen” since his release and “focused on helping young men avoid the same traps he once fell in.”
Philip Esformes – Today, President Trump commuted the term of imprisonment of Philip Esformes, while leaving the remaining aspects of his sentence, including supervised release and restitution, intact. This commutation is supported by former Attorneys General Edwin Meese and Michael Mukasey, as well as former Deputy Attorney General Larry Thompson. In addition, former Attorneys General Edwin Meese, John Ashcroft, and Alberto Gonzalez, as well as other notable legal figures such as Ken Starr, have filed in support of his appeal challenging his conviction on the basis of prosecutorial misconduct related to violating attorney-client privilege.
While in prison, Mr. Esformes, who is 52, has been devoted to prayer and repentance and is in declining health.
The liberal media suggest that President Trump is on a sinking ship and will be soon be losing the support of a large number of his followers – the group Hillary Clinton dismissively described as “a basket full of deplorables.” Don’t believe it.
“The liberal media suggest that President Trump is on a sinking ship and will be soon be losing the support of a large number of his followers – the group Hillary Clinton dismissively described as “a basket full of deplorables.” Don’t believe it.
The conviction Tuesday of former Trump presidential campaign chairman Paul Manafort on tax and bank fraud charges – and the guilty plea that Trump’s former personal lawyer Michael Cohen entered the same day to charges of violating federal campaign finance laws, tax evasion and making a false statement to a bank – won’t shake support for Trump among the millions of Americans who voted for him and appreciate his many accomplishments in office.”

On Monday, a UK judge will rule over whether or not WikiLeaks Founder Julian Assange should be extradited to the United States to face criminal charges in the face of weeks of talks about a possible pardon by President Donald Trump.
The decision from a London judge will come after President Trump, whose administration brought the charges, issued a large number of pardons to political allies, albeit worthy of pardon since the allies were wrongfully prosecuted and set up by the Obama administration in one of the worst political scandals in our history. Lawyers are arguing that the odds of clemency from Trump are a lot better than a judge believing Assange’s argument that his human rights will be trampled on in America. Though not by Trump, our deep state is no longer to be trusted.
“It’s very rare for the magistrates to refuse extradition requests from the US,” said Anthony Hanratty, a lawyer who specializes in extradition cases working at BDB Pitmans in London. “There’s a quite strong presumption that the US will comply with obligations in relation to human rights and legal process.”
Assange, 49, has been in a self-imposed exile in London for the better part of a decade. He considers it being in custody. The Wikileaks Founder initially asked for and received refuge in the Ecuadorian embassy in 2012 rather than face questioning in a Swedish sexual assault case, which was later dropped. The evidence of that case looked very shady at best. I would never put it past the Obama administration of fabricating the whole thing. After what we have learned the Obama administration did against the Trump campaign, then President Trump, they are capable of any crime.
Assange was finally expelled from the Ecuadorian embassy, and he immediately faced US charges related to WikiLeaks disclosures.
Among other things, Assange has been accused of conspiring with US Army intelligence analyst Chelsea Manning to obtain classified documents from databases containing about 90,000 Afghanistan war-related activity reports, 400,000 Iraq war-related reports and 250,000 State Department cables. The thing that really bothers me here is deep state bad actors have leaked classified information out of the Trump administration like a sieve, and the mainstream Fake News media were always only too happy to publish the material, so long as it harmed Trump. And nothing has ever happened to the media, because the leftist judicial system has said that it is not illegal for the press to publish documents that were obviously illegally given to them. So then, how come Wikileaks, a media outlet that actually spreads truth, is treated differently? It’s a double standard that I never quite understood. And yes, I do understand all the nuances involved.
Earlier this year, Assange’s lawyers, at extradition hearings that were delayed because of COVID, argued that their client couldn’t get a fair trial in the United States.
Trump said some nice things about Assange when in 2016 Wikileaks released the emails of Hillary Clinton that brought on many scandals for the failed presidential candidate. And now it looks like the embattled Wikileaks Founder’s supporters are switching from fighting an extradition fight to focus on a possible pardon.
Stella Moris, Assange’s fiancée, has used the last few months to make direct pleas to President Trump on Twitter, and in some appearances on Fox News.
“I beg you, please bring him home for Christmas,” she tweeted last month.
The hopes for a pardon for Assange have grown in fever pitch over the last few weeks after hearing Trump pardoned over a dozen people, mostly political allies who were wrongfully harmed by corrupt Obama officials, which is what the pardon power is really all about. Allies like Paul Manafort, Roger Stone, George Papadopoulos, and Dinesh D’Souza just to name a few, all screwed over by Obama operatives for political reasons.
Hunter Biden was informed by one of his business partners that he failed to disclose $400,000 in income he was paid by the Burisma Holdings gas company on his 2014 tax returns. This was according to an email obtained by NBC News. NBC reported this story on December 11th, 2020, yet prior to that, and all throughout the 2020 election cycle, NBC, with all the rest of the usual suspects in the alphabet news outlets, claimed that any mention of Hunter Biden doing anything shady with foreign companies in foreign countries was just Russian propaganda. It was all conspiracy theories. Now that they believe Joe Biden has been elected president they are coming down on him through his son’s shady business dealings (which he was the “big guy” running things) in order to get rid of Joe and boost the most left wing progressive in the US Senate Kamala Harris into the Oval Office. Think about it. They protected Joe all through the campaign, and now that they think he won, they are suddenly reporting on the shady business deals his son made? And they think you’re too stupid to realize the complete turnaround of their reporting.
The email that came from then Rosemont Seneca Partners’ president Eric Schwerin cautions Joe Biden’s kid, that he failed to disclose $400,000 in income from the corrupt Ukrainian gas company Burisma Holdings that Hunter sat on the board of, in a no-show job he had zero skills to get, but got it anyway, because father was appointed the point man in Ukraine to weed out corruption there by his boss, President Barack Obama.
The email was sent to Hunter on January 16, 2016 warning him to “amend” his 2014 tax returns with the earnings from Burisma. Incidentally, Hunter never registered himself as a foreign agent when he works for birth Holdings, and that’s exactly what landed Paul Manafort in prison. But he wasn’t a Democrat, so the law applied.
“In 2014 you joined the Burisma board and we still need to amend your 2014 returns to reflect the unreported Burisma income,” Schwerin’s email to Hunter reads.
According to the contents of that email Hunter was paid more than $1.2 million that year, including the $400,000 from Burisma as well as income from Rosemont Seneca Advisors and income from a legal firm. Not bad for a loser crack addict who got kicked out of the Navy for doing drugs.
NBC, who is actually doing journalism for the first time in years, because they have an agenda to get rid of Biden and bring in Harris, claimed they got the email from Rudy Giuliani’s lawyer Robert Costello. Costello claims he was given copy owners laptop hard drive that were left at that repair shop in Delaware. That’s the same laptop it allegedly had a bunch of nasty child porn stuff on it and a lot of other incriminating things.
As conservatives have been saying for months, and the mainstream media has been denying all along, Hunter Biden has now admitted that he is the subject of a federal tax investigation. By the way, NBC just did a headline where they mentioned the Hunter Biden problem with a sub headline that said the president and his people gave conspiracy theories about the Hunter Biden problem. That’s about how much you can trust anything NBC has to say.
Hunter released a statement.
“I learned yesterday for the first time that the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Delaware advised my legal counsel, also yesterday, that they are investigating my tax affairs,” Biden said. “I take this matter very seriously but I am confident that a professional and objective review of these matters will demonstrate that I handled my affairs legally and appropriately, including with the benefit of professional tax advisors.”
Yeah, you learned about it just yesterday. You can trust Hunter. Just ask him.
The Biden transition team recently released a statement saying, “President-elect Biden is deeply proud of his son, who has fought through difficult challenges, including the vicious personal attacks of recent months, only to emerge stronger.” I’ll bet he is.
On Friday, a Fox News report claimed that Hunter Biden is under “yet another federal criminal investigation into the Biden family that appears to be focused specifically on Hunter Biden’s business dealings with China and his relationship with Burisma Holdings in Ukraine.” Oh, my!
Martha MacCallum, a Fox News host reported, “This is now the fourth federal investigation that has been reported in recent days.” Isn’t it weird how the mainstream media kept saying any story about Hunter Biden being in trouble for his business dealing was nothing but conspiracy theory, yet now all the stories are being reported as being true? Have to ask yourself, why now. I think it’s because most of the mainstream media are progressive activists, they are not journalists, who have an agenda to put the most progressive people in charge of the country. Joe Biden is not progressive enough, therefore they are coming for him.
First it was the media that imploded and lost all of its credibility by refusing to tell the truth about, well, much of anything. For years groups like the Media Research Center have been exposing just how biased the ‘main stream media’ is. It’s no longer something that anyone disputes. CNN, MSNBC, The New York Times and Washington Post et al. seem to all be in the tank for the Democrat Party. Conversely, the commentary on Fox News is heavily pro-Trump … at night at least. I think we would agree that OAN is geared toward conservative and Trump supporting viewers.
After the media burnt all of its credibility, the federal law enforcement apperatus was the next to fall. The botched handling of the Clinton email investigation, Roger Stone, Paul Manafort, the Podesta brothers, not to mention the entire Russian collusion hoax, the FBI and DOJ have managed to lose all credibility with the American people, in my view.
The latest establishment outfit to suffer the same fate, to be unmakes for their bias in the eyes of the public, is the Commission on Presidential Debates. Bob Dole recently came out and said that none of the so-called Republicans on the commission support Trump, according to The Hill.
This should come as no surprise seeing as thus far each ‘moderator’ has, IMHO, acted more like they are debating Trump than moderating a debate or town hall. Steve Scully, the man picked by the commission to moderate the debate that never occurred once Tweeted an article saying ‘No, Not-Trump, Ever.’
After mistakenly sending out a public tweet, and then lying about it, saying he was ‘hacked,’ Scully has been suspended by CSPAN.
During the first debate, Fox News’ Christopher Wallace was largely criticized by Trump and his supporters for being more of a Biden activist than a moderator.
Then, in the debate that wasn’t, due to the unilateral rule change of the Commission on Presidential Debates, Trump’s dueling town hall was ‘moderated’ by Ms. Guthrie. One need only watch a few moments of the event to see that Savannah was less of a journalist and more of an activist, IMHO.
It is my conclusion, and that of many on the right, and quite frankly, it seems to be President Trump’s assessment as well, that the COPD (Commission on Presidential Debates) is in the tank for Biden.
Still not convinced? Have a look at what Fox News is reporting about the up coming debate’s ‘moderator:
‘All eyes are turning to NBC News White House correspondent Kristen Welker as she prepares to host the third and final presidential debate Thursday.
But Trump supporters who took issue with hard questioning by previous moderators like Chris Wallace and Savannah Guthrie may find themselves pining for those combative hosts after Welker is done with the president.
Welker comes from an established Democratic family — who have poured cash into party coffers, and to Trump opponents, for years.
Her mother, Julie Welker, a prominent real estate broker in Philadelphia, and father, Harvey Welker, a consulting engineer, have donated tens of thousands of dollars to Democratic candidates and close to $20,000 to Barack Obama alone.
There was also $3,300 for Joe Biden’s 2020 campaign and $2,100 for Hillary Clinton’s doomed 2016 presidential effort against Trump. Another $7,300 was contributed to the Democratic National Committee between 2004 and 2020.
Though Kristen Welker’s party registration is not listed today, she was a registered Democrat in Washington, DC, in 2012 and in Rhode Island in 2004.
“Mr. President, yes or no. … have you ever worked for Russia. Yes or no?” she demanded during a confrontation in January 2019,’ feeding into the now disproven conspiracy theory that Trump is somehow Putin’s puppet.
Is that enough to convince you of her bias? Let’s say no, that is not enough. Everyone has political opinions, she is allowed to be a Democrat, it is just her job to keep her opinions out of her ‘journalism’ (something that is impossible and why we wear our bias on our sleeve.)
I mean, ‘come on, man’ the COPD would never let someone who had ‘tipped off’ a candidate’s campaign about a question before a ‘spontaneous’ interview…. right? WRONG.
Fox went on to explain, ‘In March 2016 Welker was busted on live television tipping off Hillary Clinton’s Communications Director Jennifer Palmieri about at least one question she planned to ask her during a post-debate interview in Michigan. At the time Clinton was locked in a fierce fight for the Democratic nomination against Sen. Bernie Sanders.’
The Post was told by a White House official that “Anyone who’s ever dealt with Welker knows she’s an activist, not a reporter. The White House press team views her the same way they would AOC or Pelosi if they walked in the office.”
What appears to be rarer than an eclipse, is finding a Democratic politician who has ethics. Even though they are in the public square, and depending upon their potion their calls will be recorded, but this doesn’t seem to affect their conversations much.
Remember former VP Biden’s comments concerning a call he made?
“And I was supposed to announce that there was another billion-dollar loan guarantee. And I had gotten a commitment from Poroshenko and from Yatsenyuk that they would take action against the state prosecutor. And they didn’t.”
Mr. Biden and former Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko, have been shown to be unethical, self-serving, and comfortable working with each other. The old adage, Birds of a feather flock together, was on display with these two. Joe used this relationship with Poroshenko, to help secure a seat for his son, Hunter, on the corrupt board of Burisma Holdings, a major Ukrainian natural gas producer, from 2014 to 2019. In addition, as he brags in the video, Biden threatened to withhold a billion dollars from Ukraine, who as the time was in a military conflict with Russia over Crimea, if Poroshenko did not fire the prosecutor looking into Hunter Biden’s involvement with Burisma.
The more people look into their relation, the more ethical challenges you find.
A shocking new audio release from 2016 of then-Vice President Joe Biden and former Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko shows the two men laughing at the sabotage of Donald Trump’s presidential campaign, which at the time was fledgling.
Poroshenko and Biden talked on Aug. 19, 2016 about the release of the infamous ‘black ledger’ allegedly showing how former Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort received illicit payments from former Ukrainian President Yanykovych. They cackled about how the entire document release was orchestrated.
“And another thing, it’s just a joke. We release the important documents from the former Regions Party,” Poroshenko said to Biden.
“And as far as I understand, one of the key advisers of Mr. Trump, so-called Paul Manafort, is resigned today,” Poroshenko added, laughing about the supposed misfortune of the Trump campaign.
“Yes. Yeah. I think he’s going back to Russia. I don’t know,” replied Biden.
“And I think that this was a bad idea to take the Yanukovych adviser to the Trump team,” Poroshenko said to Biden after laughing.
“Yes, I think so, too. But there are a lot of bad decisions he’s making,” Biden responded.
The leaked audio of the exchange between Biden and Poroshenko can be heard here:
Just as with other events in Joe Biden’s corrupt and self-serving years as a government employee, the leftist controlled media will spin this and any other negative story, though truthful and evidence-based, to be taken out of context and part of a far-right conspiracy to protect President Trump. It’s all of our jobs to hold our politicians accountable, after that it’s up to each person to do with it the information as they see fit. I am hoping most people, for the future of our nation, take a stand and say, No To Joe!
A byproduct of the hatred the left has for President Trump is their necessity to strike back at anyone, or news, that shines a good light on him. Finally, after three-plus years, we are starting to get the fall out from all the investigations, charges, and now sentencing.
General Michael Flynn, who agree to a plea deal on December first, 2017, has subsequently aked to withdraw his plea after evidence came out that the FBI had set him up, di not have evidence, nor advised he was interviewed as part of an investigation. A deep state Judge, District Judge Emmet Sullivan, denied General Flynn’s request but a three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit split 2-1 along ideological lines as it backed Flynn’s unusual bid to strong-arm U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan into accepting Attorney General William Barr’s move to pull the plug on the case against President Donald Trump’s first national security adviser.
Former campaign advisor, Roger Stone,67, a longtime Republican operative, was convicted of obstructing a congressional investigation into Mr. Trump’s 2016 campaign and possible ties to Russia. Though issues such as the jury forewoman posting online about her disdain for Mr. Stone and President Trump, which she did not disclose during jury selection, the Obama appointed Judge, rejected his requests for a mistrial and moved forward with sentencing. President Trump gave him clemency for all the charges on Friday.
With the announcement of Stone’s pardon, the former special counsel of the Russian interference investigation had to strike back submitting an op-ed to the Washington Post.
In response, Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) announced Sunday that he will call former special counsel Robert Mueller to testify before the committee after Mueller penned a Washington Post op-ed slammed President Trump’s commutation of Roger Stone’s sentence. This announcement has put a lot of those, who hopefully will be brought to justice soon, on alert as Mr. Mueller has all the information concerning the illegal actions taking my Adam Schiff and others in their attempt to take down a duly elected President Of The United States.
House Intelligence Chairman and serial liar Adam Schiff on Sunday wasn’t too happy about Lindsey Graham’s move to call in Robert Mueller to testify about the sham Trump-Russia investigation.
Senate Judiciary Chairman Lindsey Graham (R-SC) on Sunday announced he will be calling Robert Mueller to testify after the former special counsel blasted Roger Stone in a Washington Post op-ed.
“Apparently Mr. Mueller is willing – and also capable – of defending the Mueller investigation through an oped in the Washington Post.” – Lindsey Graham said.
“Democrats on the Senate Judiciary Committee have previously requested Mr. Mueller appear before the Senate Judiciary Committee to testify about his investigation. That request will be granted,” he added.
Adam Schitt Schiff seemed nervous about the idea of Mueller testifying again now that the DOJ has declassified countless documents proving the special counsel’s Russian collusion investigation was a complete scam. “I suspect that all Lindsey Graham wants to do is continue his counter-factual counter-narrative, that is that Donald Trump is somehow the victim when Donald Trump was the one inviting Russians to help him get elected in the first place,” Schiff said.

Schiff echoed Mueller’s lies and asserted Roger Stone was acting as an intermediary for the Trump campaign and communicating with Russian intel through their ‘cutout’ WikiLeaks. This is a blatant lie and the fact that Roger Stone was never even charged with an underlying crime further proves Mueller (Weissmann) had NOTHING. Roger Stone was charged with process crimes after countless hours of questioning by Mueller’s crooked team of Democrats because there was no hacking and Stone never broke the law.
The cat and mouse show continues. What frustrates a lot of Americans is the very slow wheels of justice on Capitol Hill, except when you need the President impeached, before Christmas, then you can move at amazing speed. The deep state used Flynn. Stone, Michel Cohen, and Paul Manafort for easy process crime convictions to give the impression everyone working with President Trump is dirty. In reality, they expected these, and the fake dossier would force President Trump out of office, and this responsibility fell on the shoulders of Robert Mueller. After seeing Mr. Mueller’s previous testimony, I believe Andrew Weisman wrote the opt-ed for Mueller, but it will be Mueller that will be on the hot seat. They would have been better to keep their mouths shut, now the aging guy they did not want to testify again, will be in front of the world soon.
President Trump has undone the corrupt trial run by activist judge Amy Berman Jackson. The trial was a farce from the word go.
Stone’s team wanted the DNC and CrowdStrike to provide proof that the Russians had hacked the DNC since the charges against him were mostly tied to the hack.
Even when it came out later that the president of CrowdStrike had testified before Congress that his company had no proof that Russia hacked the DNC and in fact could not even say the DNC servers were hacked at all, did not sway the crooked judge.
And when it was discovered that the jury foreperson was a DNC activist and had tweeted negative opinions of Roger Stone and that a second jury member was a Democratic activist,m the judge refused to give Stone a new trial.
Then the judge’s biased against Stone was obvious and she should never be allowed to sit on the bench ever again.
Jackson was also the judge in the Paul Manafort trial and she revealed her obvious bias in that trial as well. She has become the go-to judge for the Democrats.
President Trump on Friday commuted the sentence of longtime confidant Roger Stone after the former campaign adviser was sentenced to serve three years and four months in prison.
The decision capped a saga that has roiled the Justice Department and divided some of the president’s advisers. Stone was set to report to prison on July 14, but his allies had lobbied for a pardon or a commutation, citing his risk of contracting coronavirus while in jail.
The move Friday did not come as a surprise, as Trump had at various points in recent months signaled he was leaning toward intervening in Stone’s case.
Stone is the latest high-profile individual with connections to Trump to receive executive clemency. The president earlier this year commuted the sentence of former Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich (D) and pardoned former New York City Police Commissioner Bernard Kerik and financier Michael Milken.
Like many of the individuals Trump has pardoned or issued commutations for, Stone had a steady drumbeat of support among presidential allies and Fox news personalities who lobbied for clemency over the course of several months.
The GOP operative was charged with making false statements, obstruction and witness tampering tied to his pursuit of Russian-hacked emails in 2016.
So Roger Stone goes to jail but none of the corrupt Democrats are even getting investigated. Seems the entire judicial system is biased.

Republican operative Roger Stone was found guilty on Friday of all seven counts against him, including witness tampering and making false statements.
Prosecutors portrayed Stone, 67, as a serial liar who tried to bully witnesses into not cooperating with authorities. They charged the confidant of President Donald Trump with making false statements, obstruction and witness tampering in a case that was an offshoot of former special counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia investigation.
Stone is the sixth Trump aide or adviser to be convicted of charges brought as part of Mueller’s probe.
His sentencing was set for Feb. 6 and he could face up to 20 years in prison.
Trump tweeted shortly after the verdict was announced, asking “what about” Hillary Clinton, Jame Comey, House Intelligence Committee chair Adam Schiff and others. “Didn’t they lie?”
The colorful trial in Washington, D.C., lasted for nearly two weeks and featured references to “The Godfather Part II,” threats of dognapping, complaints of food poisoning and a gag order.
Stone was arrested in January in an early morning FBI raid and charged with misleading the House Intelligence Committee in 2017 about his efforts to find out when WikiLeaks would be releasing emails hacked from the Democratic Party and Hillary Clinton’s campaign.
The prosecution rested its case on Tuesday with the testimony of former FBI agent Michelle Taylor. She was recalled to testify about Stone’s testimony to the Intelligence Committee, specifically when he told the panel about his thoughts about the potential connection between Guccifer 2.0 and the Russian government.
The trial also featured various former Trump aides, including ex-White House chief strategist Steve Bannon and onetime Trump campaign aide Rick Gates, who struck a plea deal with Mueller.
Bannon told jurors he saw Stone as “an access point” to WikiLeaks.
Gates testified that it was his understanding that Stone had inside, non-public information into Wikileaks’ operation and that the campaign acted on it.
After the DNC announced it had been hacked and Wikileaks planned a press conference, the campaign had “brainstorming” sessions about what to do with the information. Gates said that former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort, who was convicted earlier this year in the Mueller probe, told him he would update Trump with any information that he could get from Stone.
The jury also saw an email between Gates and Stone after the DNC announced it had been hacked. In it, Stone asks for Trump son-in-law and senior adviser Jared Kushner’s contact information.
