Ginsburg’s comments turned heads on social media, given the contentious and bitterly personal confirmation hearings last year that Kavanaugh said “destroyed” his family.
At an hourlong question-and-answer session, Duke Law professor Neil Siegel lamented that “nominees for the Supreme Court are not chosen primarily anymore for independence, legal ability, personal decency, and I wonder if that’s a loss for all of us.”
Ginsburg shot back, “My two newest colleagues are very decent, very smart individuals.” The exchange was first reported by The National Review.
It wasn’t the first time that the court’s liberal lion defended Kavanaugh. Earlier this month, at a series of events, Ginsburg, 86, praised him for being the first justice to hire an all-female team of law clerks.

The freshman Congresswoman from Georgia, Marjorie Taylor Greene, summed up the Democrats’ impeachment sham in a single tweet.
“This impeachment trial a circus for the Democrat media mob to entertain the masses that they have brainwashed and addicted to hate, so they don’t see the Dem policies being rapidly forced into place that are destroying our lives, stealing our freedoms, and putting America last.”
She hits it right on the head. Joe Biden has been signing executive orders primarily based on no underlying powers and most of them are harming millions of Americans and turning their lives upside down without a care in the world for their welfare, and all while the Democrats in Congress are running bread and circuses games with President Donald Trump’s second impeachment. Don’t look at what we’re doing over here, get angry at what Biden is doing over there.
This Congresswoman is no stranger to controversy, but the things that she says are only controversies because the Woke Supremacy mob makes them so by trying to silence people who want to talk about what the Democrats are doing. On her first day in office as a freshman member of Congress, Greene wore a face mask on the House floor that had the words inscribed on it “Trump Won,” while the entire Woke Supremamcy was telling us he lost in a free and fair election to Joe Biden. Of course, nobody believes that but Supremacy member tech giants and Fake News Media and others have done a lot of gaslighting to not only convince you but to silence you and even punish you if you don’t subscribe to their will. Among other things, Greene objected to the counting of Michigan’s Elector votes, because of a massive amount of irregularities that took place in the state during and after the 2020 election. Because her objection was not signed by at least one sitting senator her objection was rendered invalid.
The media mob went on to act like what Greene did was horrendous and unprecedented even though Democrats have done the exact same thing, and far worse to Donald Trump for four years straight, but they have made the same objections to the last three Republican White House victories.
Greene called for an end to the violence during the Capitol riot and to support Trump. She didn’t wear a face mask while being sheltered during the riot, and during the debate to impeach President Trump Greene tweeted, “Democrats must be held accountable for the political violence inspired by their rhetoric.” This prompted Democratic representative Jason Crow (D-Colo.) to call her “morally bankrupt”, “depraved” and “frankly dangerous”. Yet, Greene was and still is exactly right.
Democrats want you to forget about inciting speeches they gave whether it came from Representative Maxine Waters (D-CA) who told supporters, “Let’s make sure we show up wherever we have to show up, and if you see anybody from that Cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd and you push back on them and you tell them they’re not welcome anymore, anywhere…. Mr. President, we will see you every day, every hour of the day, everywhere that we are, to let you know you can’t get away with this.” She went on to tell them to go after Trump officials’ homes with chants of “no peace, no sleep” telling them to go to their houses and keep them up all night.
Or Senator Cory Booker (D-NJ) who asked DC visitors before they leave the city to go up to Capitol Hill and get in the faces of some politicians, saying “Before I end, that’s my call to action here. Please don’t just come here today and then go home,” Booker said. “Go to the Hill today. Get up and please get up in the face of some congresspeople.”
Or a large number of Democrats calling now-Justice Brett Kavanaugh a serial rapist, or what about the time Senator Chuck Schumer (D-NY) threatened Justices Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh publicly, or how about when the Democrats stormed the Senate and took over the Senate Pro Tempore Senator Chuck Grassley’s (R-IA) office?
The Woke Supremacy wants you to forget about all of that, but to believe that President Trump’s words “peacefully and patriotically” were words that incited a riot. It’s intolerable to have to listen to them, but Marjorie Taylor Greene is the bad guy for pointing it out.
On January 21, the day after he was inaugurated Greene also filed articles of impeachment against Joe Biden for abuse of power, telling Newsmax’s Greg Kelly Biden is “willing to abuse the power of the office of the presidency and be easily bought off by foreign governments, foreign Chinese energy companies, [and] Ukrainian energy companies.” Again, the Democrats act like this was unprecedented even though the Washington Post published a story with the headline, “The campaign to impeach President Trump has begun” just 19 minutes after Trump was inaugurated. Again, we’re supposed to forget all of this.
Greene is the kind of Republican that we need right now, one who isn’t afraid to stand up to the onslaught of lies against Republicans and conservatives that are repeated by every division of the Woke Supremacy. The only way to defeat these progressives is to never give up. To keep hammering away at the truth regardless of how many times they lie. I propose a counterargument that if you repeat the truth enough times the people will start to believe it. That’s what we need to do now, keep repeating the truth in whatever free speech spaces you can find. Never give up.
What they’re doing is trying to demoralize conservatives and Trump supporters. The only way that Marxists will win is if you accept as fact that you are demoralized and defeated. They cannot win so long as you don’t believe that, because they don’t have the facts on their side and we do. With people like Greene in office being vocal against the Woke Supremacy and their craziness Trump supporters and conservatives will never be moralized or feel defeated.
Rand Paul said that if the Democrats would hold themselves to the same standards they hold Trump to Chuck Schumer should be impeached.
After all, if a president is not allowed to exercise free speech by telling people to march peacefully, then Chuck Schumer threatening Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh is definitely grounds for impeachment. Schumer threatened the pair of justices after they voted according to the constitution and upholding life.
But, that is not how things work. Schumer declared liberal privilege. Simply put, if you invoke liberal privilege, you can not be tried for any crime you commit, no matter how heinous.
In the United States there are two sets of rules. One for Democrats and one for everyone else. The only thing a Democrats can be held accountable for is if they switch to the Republican Party. You can get the firing squad for that.
As the Supreme Court was deciding on an abortion case, Schumer warned:
“I want to tell you, Gorsuch, I want to tell you, Kavanaugh, you have released the whirlwind, and you will pay the price. You won’t know what hit you if you go forward with these awful decisions.”
Remember, he made that statement before the justices decided to vote. The reason justices serve for life is so that they do not have to be afraid to rule as they define the constitution and not because they are being pressured. It was so egregious that Chief Justice Roberts, who normally lets things slide as he votes with the liberals on the court felt compelled to make the following statement:
Justices know that criticism comes with the territory, but threatening statements of this sort from the highest levels of government are not only inappropriate, they are dangerous. All members of the court will continue to do their job, without fear or favor, from whatever quarter.
Speaking on “Fox News Sunday,” Paul said that if Congress applied Democrats’ impeachment standard fairly, Schumer should also be impeached and put on trial by the Senate.
Trump’s second impeachment trial begins on Tuesday. The House impeached him last month for “incitement of insurrection,” claiming Trump’s allegations of a “rigged” or “stolen” election incited the deadly violence at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6.
“If we’re going to criminalize speech, and somehow impeach everybody who says, ‘Go fight to hear your voices heard,’ I mean really we ought to impeach Chuck Schumer then,” Paul said.
Last week we reported when Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) told the members of the Senate that the impeachment trial they are going to hold against Donald Trump was unconstitutional because impeachment is to remove a president from office and Donald Trump has already left office and he is a private citizen. Nevertheless, the Democrats are hell-bent on trying private citizen Trump, not because of the main punishment which is to remove a president from office, but for one of the optional punishments put in there as an add-on that the convicted can no longer run for office. And they are accusing trump of inciting violence that erupted into a riot at the Capitol on January 6. Senator Paul pointed out that there was no such language of incitement found in Trump’s speech. In fact, he pointed out that the president said that they were going to march “peacefully and patriotically” to let their voices be heard. But none of that is getting in the way of the walk supremacy agenda.
Can they deny that President Trump’s speech was not inciteful? Maybe dictionary.com will help them out and change the definition to incitement? Who knows, because the Woke website has done so for the Supremacy in the recent past.
The senator from Kentucky then went on to remind his Democrat colleagues that elected Democratic officials told their supporters to attack Republicans. If Trump is to be impeached for asking his followers to peacefully and patriotically make their voices be heard by members of Congress then what do we do the Democrats speech that is far more incendiary rhetoric and actions?
He mentioned when a supporter of Senator Bernie Sanders (I-VT) drove to a baseball field in DC where Republicans were practicing for a game and started shooting with the intention of killing as many Republicans as he could and came very close to killing Representative Steve Scalise (R-LA). What drove this raging left-wing lunatic to attempted murder were the words of Senator Sanders who told his constituents that the Republicans were trying to take away their health care. Yeah, it was a lie, but Sanders caucuses with the Democrats so it was no big deal, right?
Paul also mentioned Kamala Harris, who is now the Vice Thief-in-Chief, but when he was a US senator from California she took to social media to solicit funds for a company that was bailing out criminal rioters who looted and burned Minneapolis businesses and caused all kinds of mayhem and havoc in the city so that they could get back out onto the streets again. She did it under the guise of pretending that the people who were being bailed out were peaceful protesters even though peaceful protesters were not the targets for arrest because peaceful protesters have the right to do that. The people Kamala was rooting for were criminals who were rioting or looting or assaulting people and setting businesses on fire. The company that Harris helped boost their donations to the highest ever achieved, the Minnesota Freedom Fund, is now refusing to share their records of who they actually helped get back on the streets of Minneapolis. The bail organization got a reported cash dump in the tens of millions of dollars thanks to Harris’ support. Previously they only took in about $100,000 according to their tax returns.
Then, Senator Paul reminded us off when Representative Maxine Waters (D-CA) told Democrats to look for Republicans who serve in the Trump administration – but let’s face it, she meant all Republicans – and if they see them at a department store, or a restaurant or a gasoline station they were to “create a crowd” and to “push back” and to tell them that they’re not welcome anymore, anywhere.”
Can the Democrats really tell us that Waters’ words were not inciteful speech? Moreso than anything Trump said at the rally on January 6. She told Democrats to go to Republican’s houses and harass them!
Paul pointed out that Senator Cory Booker said in a speech to supporters to “Please don’t just come here today and then go home. Go to the Hill today. Get up and, please, get up in the face of some congresspeople.”
Can the Democrats honestly tell us that Booker’s words were not inciteful?

And then there was the time that justice Alito of the United States Supreme Court had to respond to the now Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) who threatened two sitting Supreme Court justices, Brett Kavanaugh and Neil Gorsuch, in a very insightful speech with a bunch of people around him.

Schumer went on television news to say that he wasn’t trying to be inciteful, even though a person with a double-digit IQ knows what he said was violent, Senator Josh Hawley’s (R-MO) attempt to get Schumer censured fall flat.
Don’t forget how the Woke mob on the Left almost a year and a half before Schumer’s violent threats against two justices, stormed the Capitol after Brett Kavanaugh was confirmed to the High Court. They forcefully took over Senator Chuck Grassley’s (R-IA) office. Grassley was the Senate President Pro Tempore at the time. Remember when Democrats invited rabble-rousers into the confirmation hearing room to shout and scream and try to stop the hearing? I don’t remember Democrats or Fake News outlets calling for the arrest of the mob that stormed the Senate building or those who tried to stop the confirmation process, do you?
The Woke Supremacy is arguing that even though Trump asked for a peaceful protest, something even they cannot deny because it’s on film, they say that the former president exercising his Constitutional right to not concede the 2020 election because there was a massive amount of evidence that election fraud took place was incitement that caused the riot. They are either dumb or mentally ill. For Democrats, rules apply to them when they are favorable but only to Republicans when they are not.
So, then how are we supposed to believe in equal justice when the Majority Leader of the is going after private citizen Donald Trump for something he did not do after Schumer spent years trash-talking Constitutionalist justices on the Supreme Court that culminated in violent incitement from the Majority Leader?
On Wednesday, the US Supreme Court blocked New York Governor Andrew Cuomo from reestablishing his draconian strict attendance caps at worship services in areas hit hard by the coronavirus.
The court ruled 5-4 to block Cuomo from enforcing his October 6 “Cluster Initiative” against churches and other houses of worship that sued to challenge his unamerican restrictions.
The ruling is the first in which Justice Amy Coney Barrett played a decisive role. Barrett, who was President Donald Trump’s third Supreme Court nominee, joined the court on October. 27, after being confirmed by the US Senate after the death of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg on September 18.
Meanwhile, it’s being reported that Chief Justice John Roberts joined the court’s liberal wing in the dissenting opinion, but I wish they would stop reporting on him that way, because John Roberts IS of the court’s liberal wing. The leftists on the court’s dissent was that the court had acted rashly. According to the Constitution, the New York Governor is the one who acted rashly.
In an Orwellian fashion, Cuomo’s plan created a color-coded system on the limits of large gatherings and on businesses, supposedly to help stop an outbreak in NYC where cases were allegedly surging.
His orders were aimed at worship services at some synagogues and Roman Catholic churches in parts of Brooklyn and Queens, according to Bloomberg.
In the red zones, deemed the hardest-hit areas, the state limited attendance in houses of worship down to only 25 percent of their lawful occupancy or 10 people, whichever is fewer. The majority of complaints said the governor’s limits violated the First Amendment’s protection of the free exercise of religion. And they are right.
Justice Neil Gorsuch wrote in the concurring opinion that Cuomo treated religious activities less favorably than nonreligious ones, according to the New York Times. That goes against the Equal Protection Clause of the US Constitution. And religion has Constitutional rights.
“It is time — past time — to make plain that, while the pandemic poses many grave challenges, there is no world in which the Constitution tolerates color-coded executive edicts that reopen liquor stores and bike shops but shutter churches, synagogues, and mosques,” wrote Gorsuch, who was also named to the court by Trump.
“So, at least according to the Governor, it may be unsafe to go to church, but it is always fine to pick up another bottle of wine, shop for a new bike, or spend the afternoon exploring your distal points and meridians,” he continued, according to a tweet from The Economist correspondent Steven Mazie. “Who knew public health would so perfectly align with secular convenience?”
The ruling was considered a reversal of earlier actions taken in the course of the pandemic this year by the Court in response to state restrictions on organized religion. The justices beforehand refused to lift restrictions on churches in California and Nevada.
In the dissenting opinion, Roberts explained why the court’s leftists opposed the decision.
“Numerical capacity limits of 10 and 25 people, depending on the applicable zone, do seem unduly restrictive,” Roberts wrote, according to the New York Times. “It is not necessary, however, for us to rule on that serious and difficult question at this time.”
“The governor might reinstate the restrictions,” he continued. “But he also might not. And it is a significant matter to override determinations made by public health officials concerning what is necessary for public safety in the midst of a deadly pandemic. If the governor does reinstate the numerical restrictions the applicants can return to this court, and we could act quickly on their renewed applications.”
President Trump took to social media to retweet the SCOTUSblog account that announced the high court’s ruling.
The American Criminal Liberties Union (ACLU) condemned the decision and warned it could “undermine New York’s efforts to curb the pandemic.”
“The freedom to worship is one of our most cherished fundamental rights, but it does not include a license to harm others or endanger public health,” said Daniel Mach, director of the ACLU Program of Freedom of Religion and Belief. Actually, the Constitution says about religion that the government may not “prohibit the free exercise thereof;” It’s literally in the First Amendment!
On Sunday, the US Senate voted 51-48 to limit the time for debate on the Supreme Court nomination of Judge Amy Coney Barrett, setting up a vote on her confirmation for Monday night. That means the Democrats have all day Monday to trash Barrett, one of the most qualified nominees for the High Court.
Sunday’s vote limited debate over President Donald Trump’s court appointee to 30 hours, meaning the full Senate will be able to hold a confirmation vote Monday beginning at approximately 7:26 p.m. e.t.
“Judge Amy Coney Barrett of the US Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit is a stellar nominee in every single respect,” Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) said on the Senate floor following the vote. “Her intellectual brilliance is unquestioned. Her command of the law is remarkable. Her integrity is above reproach.”
Two Republicans voted against ending debate, Sens. Susan Collins, R-Maine., and Lisa Murkowski, R-Alaska. Murkowski has said she will vote to confirm Barrett. Collins is in the political fight of her career over her vote for now Justice Brett Kavanaugh, which was the right thing to do.
Senate minority leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY), fumed against Republicans who he says are quickly moving to fill a Supreme Court vacancy in the weeks before a presidential election, after refusing to fill the vacancy left by the late Justice Antonin Scalia during the final year of President Barack Obama’s presidency when Obama nominated Merrick Garland.
“Republicans promised they’d follow (their own standard if the situation was reversed,” Schumer said. “Guess not.”
Actually, the Senate Republicans, led by McConnell, are following the standard and doing exactly what tradition has expected them to do. You have to go back to 1880 to find a Senate that held a confirmation hearing for a presidential nominee of the opposing party in an election year. It has been understood for one hundred and twenty years that if the Senate and White House are split by party, the American people should decide in the upcoming election who should seat Supreme Court vacancies, but when the Senate and the president are of the same party then the American people have already decided that they should fill vacancies on the High Court. Chuck Schumer knows this, he’s just lying.
Democrats took to Twitter to voice their opposition to Barrett before voting against moving forward with the confirmation process.
“Judge Barrett’s nomination poses a direct threat to members of the LGBT community,” Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA), pointing to an upcoming Supreme Court case dealing with adoption in the LGBT community. This from a woman who threw a religious litmus test at Barrett when she was being confirmed to the appellate court, which is specifically forbidden in the Constitution, so pardon us if we don’t care what this nitwit has to say.
In the past, Supreme Court confirmation hearings needed to clear a 60-vote threshold to advance to the High Court, a tradition that forced nominees to win bipartisan support. McConnell changed things back in 2017 to allow for a simple majority, a move that allowed for the confirmation of President Trump’s first two nominees, Justices Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh.
Former Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (Scumbag-Nev) first eliminated the 60-vote threshold in 2013 to overcome GOP stonewalling of President Obama’s nominations to the lower courts and the executive branch. This move became know as the “nuclear option,” and Reid kept the higher standard in place for the Supreme Court. McConnell warned Reid that he would come to regret that decision sooner than he thinks.
Senator Richard Blumenthal (D-CN), who lied for years about serving in combat in Vietnam, claimed that Barrett’s confirmation would jeopardize the Affordable Care Act, a partisan talking point too many Democrats made during her confirmation hearing in the Senate Judiciary Committee.
“Confirming Amy Coney Barrett—who actively opposes the ACA—would be devastating for millions of Americans,” Blumenthal tweeted. “Just ask my constituents who would face real harm in real ways if the Supreme Court guts the ACA.”
Wouldn’t it be nice if Democrats stopped thinking of judges as politicians who can do their dirty work for them when they can’t get something through the legislative process?
Barrett has not indicated one way or the other on how she would rule if given the opportunity to sit on the court if oral arguments are given over the future of the ACA in November. She has criticized the 2012 Supreme Court opinion that upheld the law by deeming the penalty attached to the individual mandate to be a tax, even though the Obama administration repeatedly said that it was not a tax.
November 3rd is drawing close and in between dealing with the ramifications of the “Virus”, and the heavy push from the left for “Social justice”, I thought would be a good time to go over why Christians should feel comfortable about voting for (again) President Donald J. Trump.
Unlike 2016, in which many Christians, including myself, had reservations about how then-candidate, Donald J. Trump would govern. He was not known as a practicing Christian during the decades of multiple marriages, business highs, and lows, and comments about others that made the Christians looking to support him cringe.

Would be pro-life – Most recent: US Supreme Court ruled 7-2 that the Trump administration could broaden a religious exemption to the Health and Human Services’ contraceptive services coverage mandate.
Would ensure religious liberty – Most recent: In two 7-2 rulings, the SCOTUS upheld the Trump administration’s conscience protections order.
God, Jesus, and prayer are again spoken and present in the public square and Oval Office.
President Trump has been a huge supporter of Israel, took out ISIS, calmed down North Korea, took on China, prevented abortion funding in foreign countries, and much more.
I will be voting for President Trump for the reasons I just listed but also to prevent his Godless contender, former VP Joe Biden, who would take us back to where we were under Barak Obama. And over time, even farther away from Christian principles in our education systems, by appointing pro-abortion justices and destroying the nuclear family unit.

Obeys God that the USA is a Christian nation “That’s just the way it is,” said Donald Trump when asked about the USA being a Christian nation. “This is a Christian nation,” says the Supreme Court. We know the only way for God to bless the nation is for the USA to serve the LORD. God says, “Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD” Psalm 33:12. This means the nation would be cursed for not serving the one true God.

Obeys God to protect the borders The Bible teaches that dangerous people crossing the borders is God’s judgment. God wants us to protect the border. After all, God has the most restrictive border policy. He only allows Christians into Heaven, the Bible says everyone else is cast into hell. Jesus Christ says, “I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” (John 14:6)
Obeys God to cut taxes. The Word of God explains high taxes are God’s judgment for our national sins, so God is using President Trump to end this judgment. However, by Congress opposing the President, we see that the nation has more repenting to do for God to fully cut taxes.
Obeys God to cut regulations Regulations and tyranny are also God’s judgment for our national sins. So because of the people reaffirming covenant, God is ending this judgment. Yet, with more people declaring the USA is a Christian nation, people will gain even greater freedom.
1. You’re not voting for Donald Trump; you’re voting for the Trump Administration.
2. You’re not voting simply for a person; you’re voting for an agenda.
3. Policy outweighs character because policy outlasts character.
4. If for no other reason than abortion, vote for Donald Trump.
An overturn to Roe v. Wade is currently brewing in the lower Federal courts. The plethora of “heartbeat bills” states passed in 2019 are all being challenged, and these bills specifically address the Roe issue.

President Donald Trump and conservatives have scored two major victories in the Supreme Court with religious freedom on the line.
In a 7 – 2 decision that united some liberals with the conservatives on the court, the Supreme Court ruled in favor of the Little Sisters of the Poor, The Daily Mail reported
n the Obamacare case, the high court ruled 7-2 the administration acted properly when it allowed more employers who cite a religious or moral objection to opt out of covering birth control.
“We hold today that the Departments had the statutory authority to craft that exemption, as well as the contemporaneously issued moral exemption. We further hold that the rules promulgating these exemptions are free from procedural defects,” Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas said in the majority decision.
As a result of the Obama-era health law most employers must cover birth control as a preventive service, at no charge to women, in their insurance plans. The Little Sisters of the Poor Saints Peter and Paul Home v. Pennsylvania case tested whether the law properly provided religious exemptions is called.
The other ruling Wednesday also dealing with religious exemptions was in Our Lady of Guadalupe School v. Morrissey-Berru.
The court sided with two Catholic schools in a ruling that underscores that certain employees of religious schools, hospitals and social service centers can’t sue for employment discrimination.

“The religious education and formation of students is the very reason for the existence of most private religious schools, and therefore the selection and supervision of the teachers upon whom the schools rely to do this work lie at the core of their mission,” Justice Samuel Alito said in the decision.
“Judicial review of the way in which religious schools discharge those responsibilities would undermine the independence of religious institutions in a way that the First Amendment does not tolerate,” he said, CNBC reported.
Alito’s opinion was joined by Chief Justice John Roberts and Justices Clarence Thomas, Stephen Breyer, Elena Kagan, Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh. Justices Sonia Sotomayor and Ruth Bader Ginsburg dissented.
The schools argued that the ministerial exception prevented them from facing those lawsuits, but the teachers countered that they should not qualify as ministers under the 2012 Supreme Court precedent that established the rule.
In that case, Hosanna-Tabor Evangelical Lutheran Church & School v. EEOC, the Supreme Court outlined four factors for lower courts to consider when weighing whether an employee.
On Friday, the White House made an announcement that President Joe Biden is going to sign an executive order creating a commission to study reform ideas for the US Supreme Court, including packing the Court, something he said he was “not a fan” of during the 2020 campaign. Everyone knew he was going to do it, so this should not come as a surprise.
The White House statement said, “The Commission’s purpose is to provide an analysis of the principal arguments in the contemporary public debate for and against Supreme Court reform, including an appraisal of the merits and legality of particular reform proposals.” The White House added that the panel includes experts on Constitutional law, political science, and history. In other words, a bunch of leftists who hate the Constitution and our country.
Biden himself back in 1983 said during a Senate hearing that FDR’s move to pack the Court was a “bonehead idea,” and “a terrible, terrible mistake to make,” and “it put in question for an entire decade the independence of the most significant” body in government in this country.
So what’s changed? Biden is president now, that’s what’s changed.
The White House announcement somewhat addresses a presidential campaign promise from Biden as the radical Left repeatedly pressured him to say he would pack the court with additional leftist justices to dilute the Court’s growing conservative majority, including three justices nominated by former President Donald Trump and confirmed by the Senate. The number one thing for all Democrats is they always want a rigged system. They don’t like to lose, and they don’t like to have to work that hard to get what they want.
First off, Chief Justice Roberts is not a conservative, he’s a Hollywood guy. Kavanaugh is not an originalist either, his vote’s up for grabs. The jury is still out on Amy Coney Barrett. Gorsuch is close to being an originalist, but he votes with Kavanaugh sometimes I believe the only two originalists on the Court are Justices Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito.
Biden said in October that he would put together a “bipartisan commission” to address the High Court “because it’s getting out of whack.” See what I mean? Unless the Court is majority leftists on the bench, it will be considered out of whack. They want a rigged Supreme Court.
For Democrats, the term “bipartisan” means one of two things, either that Republicans cave and give them everything they want, or a panel of bipartisan members that means there are leftist Democrats and RINO Republicans who will cave and give them everything they want. Rigged.
Cased in point, Biden’s list for the panel features leftist Democrats and leftist legal scholars (whatever that means) and a few Republicans, most of them critical of President Donald Trump and the America First movement. There are no prominent conservatives or legal scholars. Rigged.
The only reason Biden is doing this is to pacify radical leftists who demand that he expand the Supreme Court for power. The court has had nine justices for over 150 years. That means nothing to radical leftists, as they want a rigged Supreme Court. And packing the court with more justices will do nothing more than what Joe Biden said. It will question the integrity of the court. The entire country will know that every ruling coming out of a
FDR’s attempt to pack the courts failed, because back then there were Democrats who joined Republicans to defeat his bonehead proposal.
In order for the Democrats to pack the Court, they have to do it through legislation. The White House also said that the panel will discuss term limits for Justices on the Court, but that will never happen because in order to do that they have to amend the Constitution.
The commission will be co-chaired by two former Obama officials (some bipartisanship) Bob Bauer, a former White House counsel for former President Obama, and Cristina Rodriguez, a former Deputy Assistant Attorney General for the Office of Legal Counsel in the United States Department of Justice.
The White House said the so-called bipartisan commission will address the Supreme Court’s role in the Constitutional system, which is ludicrous because it is a separate power created by the Constitution. The other two branches do not get to decide what the High Court’s role is in the Constitutional process, and if we had an honest press, the American people would learn about that. But we don’t have an honest press, we have a press that is champing at the bit to help the Democrats destroy our entire constitutional system.
