Lindsey Graham Threatens Democrats: If You Call Even One Witness for Impeachment Trial, We’ll Open Up ‘Pandora’s Box’

Lindsey Graham is warning the Democrats calling witnesses in the phony impeachment hearing. But, that doesn’t mean much.

Graham has given Democrats plenty of warnings in the past just to fold like a cheap road map.

Graham also defended Liz Cheney whose popularity out in Wyoming is as popular as its tornadoes are. She had better get the most out of this term because she has zero chance at being reelected.

Graham says that if the Democrats call witnesses, he will call in the FBI.

The reason that is pertinent is that the Democrats are claiming Trump’s speech on January 6th led to the assault at the Capitol. But, the FBI knows the events were planned weeks before Trump’s speech and that the riot started before Trump finished speaking.

The timeline the Democrats would need to establish would crack under that testimony.

Graham said:

“You open up Pandora’s box if you call one witness. I hope we don’t call any and we vote and get this trial over next week when it starts.”

The impeachment trial that starts next week is illegitimate for several reasons. One is that you can’t remove someone from office that is no longer in office and secondly because it violates the constitution that says the chief justice of the Supreme Court must act as the judge. Instead far left loon Patrick Leahy is presiding. You can’t have a member of the prosecution as the judge where he can affect the outcome of the case.

From The Blaze

Democrats are expected to face an uphill climb toward a conviction, especially after 45 of the GOP’s 50 senators voted in a procedural motion to object to impeachment proceedings last week, leading Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) to call the prospect “dead on arrival.” Democrats would need at least 17 GOP senators to declare Trump guilty in order to garner the two-thirds vote required to convict.

Nevertheless, Trump, for his part, is currently assembling a legal defense and preparing a formal response to the charges. A conviction in the Senate will mean rather little, politically, since Trump has already exited office. However, a vote to impeach could open the potential for a vote to bar him from seeking public office in the future.

Senator Lindsey Graham Calls for Special Counsel to Investigate Hunter Biden

Senator Lindsey Graham Calls for Special Counsel to Investigate Hunter Biden

Republican Senator Graham from South Carolina, Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, doubled down on his call for a Special Counsel Investigation on the activity of Hunter Biden, the son of Democrat Joe Biden, over concerns dealing with the business affairs that may have compromised numerous members of the Biden family.

“There should absolutely be a special counsel to investigate the Bidens and their alleged corruption over the years. I was the first Member of Congress to call for a special counsel earlier this year,” Rep. Andy Biggs of Arizona wrote on Wednesday.

MNS reported:

Senate Judiciary Chairman Lindsey Graham said the Justice Department should appoint a special counsel to investigate Hunter Biden, the son of President-elect Joe Biden, for his business dealings in Ukraine and China.

“I am absolutely calling on a special counsel to look at all things Hunter Biden to see if he presents a conflict for the Biden administration regarding his business dealings in Ukraine, which is overrun with Russian agents, and any activity he had with the Chinese government,” Graham told reporters Wednesday. He made similar remarks Tuesday night on Sean Hannity’s Fox News program.

Speaking at an event in Delaware, Biden was asked whether he was confident his son did nothing wrong. “I am confident,” the president-elect replied.

Graham said he hadn’t spoken to President Donald Trump about a Hunter Biden special counsel, but said it would be “a good idea” to name one.

“If you believe a special counsel was needed to look at the Trump world regarding Russia, how can you say there’s no need for a special counsel regarding Hunter Biden?” he told reporters.

Attorney General William Barr has announced he will be leaving his post on Dec. 23, with his deputy, Jeffrey Rosen, taking over as the acting attorney general. Barr has already tapped prosecutor John Durham as a special counsel in his investigation of officials who conducted the government’s probes into Russia and Trump.

Biden’s transition team announced last week that Hunter Biden was under federal criminal tax investigation. Senator Tom Cotton and Trump have also expressed interest in a special counsel.

Graham said an investigation should go beyond looking at Hunter Biden’s taxes and finances. “Somebody needs to look at his time on the board of Burisma. Somebody needs to look at his business dealings regarding China, to see if any crimes were committed,” Graham said.

The Bidens have repeatedly insisted no wrongdoing was committed. Hunter Biden was a board member of Burisma, a Ukrainian gas company, when his father was vice president. Joe Biden worked with international allies to have Ukraine’s top prosecutor fired over other matters.

Graham called the Chinese Communist Party “the evil empire of the 21st century” and suggested that’s another reason for a probe.

“I’m afraid Biden’s going to be sort of like Chamberlain to Hitler, that when it comes to China, that the Biden’s administration’s ties to China through Hunter Biden need to be looked at to see if there are any conflicts,” he said.

Sen Lindsey Graham Teases Evidence That The FBI ‘Lied Their Ass Off’ To Congress About The Steele Dossier

Sen Lindsey Graham Teases Evidence That The FBI ‘Lied Their Ass Off’ To Congress About The Steele Dossier

Sen Lindsey Graham says he will release evidence next week that proves the FBI lied to congress about the Steele/Hillary/DNC dossier.

Since most of the Mueller investigation came down to lying to the FBI and lying to congress, can we finally expect criminal charges against the Deep State?

By now, it should be obvious tom everyone that not only was the dossier was a scam, the FBI knew it was a scam and used it anyway in their treasonous attempt to overthrow a duly elected president.

It’s been four years since the coup began and it is way past time for multiple Democrats to see the inside of a prison cell, especially James Comey and John Brennan.

Graham, the chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, released a previously classified document on July 17th that undercut the dossier more than had already been done.

The FBI and Robert Mueller and his angry little Democrats were well aware that the dossier was dodgy at best.

According to that memo, the primary source for the dossier was Igor Danchenko, who told the FBI and Mueller that Steele embellished what he had told him and outright inflated other information that was passed on to him.

It was also obvious even to the casual observer that none of the sources used by the primary source had any deep ties or ties at all to the Kremlin. However, when Steele wrote his work of fiction, he said that they did. He did however know that they did not. Steele is the Adam Schiff of British Intelligence.

From The Daily Caller

He said it will be revealed next week that members of Congress requested an FBI briefing in 2018 after raising suspicions about the dossier and Steele’s source.

“We also now have found this, and this will come out next week, that Congress got suspicious about the Russian subsource and the reliability of the Steele dossier, and that members of Congress asked to be briefed about it,” Graham said.

Graham added that he has discovered notes that the FBI drafted ahead of a briefing in 2018.

“Stay tuned next week, you’re going to find that not only did the FBI lie to the FISA court, they lied their ass off to the Congress,” Graham said.

Lindsey Graham wants to call Comey, McCabe to testify before Senate committee this summer

Lindsey Graham wants to call Comey, McCabe to testify before Senate committee this summer

Senate Judiciary Chairman Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., said Tuesday evening that he aims to get answers surrounding operation Crossfire Hurricane and the FBI’s involvement with the Russia investigation in hearings with former FBI Director James Comey and former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe.

Lindsey Graham said he wants answers on what happened with operation Crossfire Hurricane, an investigation the FBI opened up to investigate whether or not the Trump Campaign of 2016 colluded with Russia.

More and more evidence is coming out that high officials in the FBI were biased and wanted to get rid of Trump. Graham said, “I think Crossfire Hurricane was one of the most unethical, sloppy, ill-conceived, and dangerous operations in the history of the FBI and the Department of Justice,” he remarked. “It wasn’t about protecting the Trump campaign, it was about trying to undermine it.”

While many rather see arrests happen, it is very important that the American citizens that have been lied to for almost four years learn the truth.

Let’s get this done before November.

By Julia Musto | Fox News

Senate Judiciary Chairman Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., said Tuesday that he aims to get answers surrounding operation Crossfire Hurricane and the FBI’s involvement with the Russia investigation in hearings with former FBI Director James Comey and former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe.

Appearing on ‘The Story” with host Martha MacCallum, Graham discussed the reasoning behind his plans, responding to a question about the investigation being conducted by U.S. Attorney John Durham.

“If you’re in the FBI and you were working during this period of time and you saw things that bothered you, please speak up,” he pleaded. “It’s a pretty intimidating seventh floor being in the FBI.”

The top brass of the FBI,  including Comey and McCabe when they were at the agency, has offices on the seventh floor.

“So, Durham’s going to look at criminality: whether somebody broke the law in the name of enforcing the law or whether they had a political bias and took the law in their own hands,” Graham explained. “As Judiciary Chairman, I’m going to try to explain to the country — have a public accounting of Crossfire Hurricane.”

“I think Crossfire Hurricane was one of the most unethical, sloppy, ill-conceived, and dangerous operations in the history of the FBI and the Department of Justice,” he remarked. “It wasn’t about protecting the Trump campaign, it was about trying to undermine it.”

“And, my goal is to have a public accounting — lay it out for the entire country and the world to see and after Durham and is done with his prosecutions,” Graham stated.

“You’re going to have Jim Comey and Andrew McCabe before the Senate Judiciary Committee, and when is that going to happen?” asked MacCallum.

“Probably in the summer,” he told MacCallum. “I’m going to do my homework first. I’m going to talk to people at the lower levels and I want to ask Comey and McCabe how they continued to get warrants against Carter Page after January 2017.”

“So, [the] bottom line is: we’re going to make them come and tell the story and ask them hard questions,” Graham concluded.

Graham Warns Kamala Harris Could Be Impeachment Target Because Democrats ‘Opened Pandora’s Box’

Graham Warns Kamala Harris Could Be Impeachment Target Because Democrats ‘Opened Pandora’s Box’

The Democrats have outsmarted themselves. That comes as no surprise since everyone else fools them at every turn. But the sham impeachment trial has made Kamala Harris and Joe Biden targets for future impeachments. By the 2022 midterm elections, the voters will have enough of liberal extremism, and Republicans need to flip only 5 House seats and one Senate seat to take control of both houses of congress.

That opens a path to impeach Joe Biden for his many conflicts of interest with foreign governments such as Ukraine and China. Kamala Harris could be impeached for inciting hate by bailing out rioters and allowing them to continue rioting. Lindsey Graham has pointed this out. Under the auspices of the Democratic party, impeachment is as cheap as the Nobel Peace Prize, won by Obama and saw the nominations of Stacey Abrams and BLM.

The second impeachment of Trump was totally unconstitutional. First of all, Trump was no longer in office and secondly, the constitution said specifically that the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court must preside over all impeachment trials. Neither of these items are allowed under the constitution but as Nancy Pelosi always says, “I don’t need no stinkin’ constitution.”

Graham said:

“We’ve opened Pandora’s box to future presidents,” Graham said.

“If you use this model, I don’t know how Kamala Harris doesn’t get impeached if the Republicans take over the House, because she actually bailed out rioters and one of the rioters went back to the streets and broke somebody’s head open. So, we’ve opened Pandora’s box here and I’m sad for the country.”

From The Blaze

Graham’s citation of Harris is a reference to the former California senator urging her supporters to contribute to a bail fund for protesters last summer.

Earlier in the interview, Graham said he believed the impeachment trial against Trump was an unconstitutional endeavor.

“I felt the impeachment trial was not only unconstitutional — I condemn what happens on Jan. 6 — but the process they used it to impeach this president was an affront to rule of law,” Graham declared.

“He is the first president to ever be impeached without a lawyer, without a witness, without an ability to confront those against him and the trial record was a complete joke, hearsay upon hearsay,” he added.

‘SOMEBODY NEEDS TO GO TO JAIL FOR THIS’: Graham Says New Document Shows FBI Deceived Senate During 2018 Briefing On Steele Dossier

‘SOMEBODY NEEDS TO GO TO JAIL FOR THIS’: Graham Says New Document Shows FBI Deceived Senate During 2018 Briefing On Steele Dossier

Lindsey graham appeared with Maria Bartiromo and he was in a feisty mood as he roared that someone must go to prison for lying to congress.

He just released a document that proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that was mountains of evidence showing that the Steele Dossier was a fake.

But when an FBI agent showed up in 2018 for a briefing he told them that there was absolutely no reason to doubt the veracity of the dossier.

In fact, there was no reason to believe it. Some of the stories that were attributed to Steele’s primary source told the FBI that they were not from him.

Furthermore, the alleged incident with the hookers wasn’t even a rumor.

The primary source said it was a joke told in a bar during a night of drinking.

That briefing was supposed to be justifying the FISA warrants for Carter Page, but of course, it was a lie.

Graham said:

“It was [Justice Department’s inspector general Michael] Horowitz, during his investigation of the warrant application, [who] found information in 2018 where the FBI was called on the Senate Intel Committee because people were getting suspicious about the subsource … at the Senate Intel Committee level and the FBI was sent over to brief them. And they did to the Senate Intel Committee what they did to the FISA court. They misled the hell out of them. They said there’s no evidence from the subsource to suggest that Steele fabricated anything in the dossier.”

The subsource had told the FBI that Steele embellished some of what he had told him. He told the FBI that some of the stories did not come from him even though Steele claimed him as the source.

The FBI was therefore well aware that the Steele dossier was dodgy at best. Why has it taken lawmakers to get documents they have been seeking for years?

Graham said:

“Somebody needs to go to jail for this. This is a second lie. This is a second crime. They lied to the FISA court. They got rebuked, the FBI did, in 2019 by the FISA court, putting in doubt all FISA applications … a year before, they’re lying to the Senate Intel Committee. It’s just amazing the compounding of the lies.”

“I’m gonna’ find out who did that briefing, and whoever it is, they’re in trouble.”

Graham Says Someone is in “Deep Legal Jeopardy” Over Fake Dossier

Graham Says Someone is in “Deep Legal Jeopardy” Over Fake Dossier

The Chairman of the US Senate Judiciary Committee got his wish granted by US Attorney General William Barr Friday, to see some specific documents declassified that would aid in his investigation, including interviews about a document called “the Steele Dossier”, in what is unfolding as the most heinous criminal attempt to overthrow a sitting US President.

Showing that whoever presented the Steele Dossier knowingly presented false evidence, Senator Lindsey Graham wrote Friday, “The dossier was a critical document to justify a FISA warrant against Mr. Page and this DOJ memo clearly indicates that the reliability of the dossier was completely destroyed after the interview with the primary sub-source in January 2017. Those who knew or should have known of this development and continued to pursue a FISA warrant against Mr. Page anyway are in deep legal jeopardy in my view,”

Full Press Release:

According to the press release, “Today, as part of the Senate Judiciary Committee’s ongoing investigation into the Crossfire Hurricane investigation and related FISA abuses, Chairman Lindsey Graham (R- South Carolina) released two recently declassified documents that significantly undercut the reliability of the Steele dossier and the accuracy and reliability of many of the factual assertions in the Carter Page FISA applications.”

The dossier, is a 35-page document that including the humiliating “Pee Pee tapes” which the left was extremely fond of using to try frame, mock and ridicule President Donald J. Trump with, knowing full well it was highly doubtful the document was accurate and truthful.

Most importantly after this interview of the sub-source and the subsequent memo detailing the contents of the interview, it was a miscarriage of justice for the FBI and the Department of Justice to continue to seek a FISA warrant against Carter Page in April and June of 2017,” wrote Graham.

“The second document contains Peter Strzok’s type-written comments disagreeing with assertions made in a New York Times article about alleged Russian intelligence ties to the Trump campaign,” Graham wrote.

Trump posted about the author of the dossier, Christopher Steele, earlier in July on Twitter expressing his frustration over the lies told in the documents which were meant to embarrass him, and later proved to be the foundation of the Democrats coup against his presidency called “Crossfire Hurricane”.

The last entry on the press release leaves the question open about the possible criminal involvement of the outgoing Barack H. Obama administrations’ role in what would later be called “Spygate”, where Trump, his campaign and his White House transition team were all known to have been spied upon by the Obama administration.

“The document also raises questions as to whether the FBI was properly using intelligence techniques and databases “throughout the summer” considering that the earliest formal investigation of a U.S. person associated with the Trump campaign was not officially opened until July 31, 2016,”Graham wrote.

Trump signaled earlier in July that prosecution could not move forward due to the fear of the Senate Judiciary.

DJHJ Media will be there to report on Graham’s next move.

Graham announces vote on subpoenas for Comey, Obama-era intel June 4th

Graham announces vote on subpoenas for Comey, Obama-era intel June 4th

Monday night Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) announced his panel will vote June 4 on a subpoena authorization to review documents and communications and solicit testimony from an array of senior Obama-era officials, including former FBI Director James Comey.

The subpoenas will cover “documents, communications and testimony from witnesses” including Comey, former FBI deputy director McCabe, former Director of National Intelligence (DNI) James Clapper and former CIA Director John Brennan.

What’s next? Under Senate Judiciary Committee rules, the chairman cannot unilaterally issue a subpoena and must either receive the consent of the ranking member, in this case Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.), or secure a majority committee vote.

Republicans do have the majority in the committee. Here are the committee members. https://www.judiciary.senate.gov/about/members

Let’s hope these subpoenas get passed and we start holding more people from the Obama administration accountable.

The Hill BY ALEXANDER BOLTON –

Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) announced Monday evening that his panel will vote June 4 on a subpoena authorization to review documents and communications and solicit testimony from an array of senior Obama-era officials, including former FBI Director James Comey.

Graham announced in a press release that the subpoena vote will take place as part of his panel’s investigation into “FISA abuse” and the FBI probe “Crossfire Hurricane,” which investigated contacts between Trump advisers and Russian officials during the 2016 presidential campaign.

The subpoenas will cover “documents, communications and testimony from witnesses” including Comey, former FBI deputy director Andrew McCabe, former Director of National Intelligence (DNI) James Clapper and former CIA Director John Brennan.

Under Senate Judiciary Committee rules, the chairman cannot unilaterally issue a subpoena and must either receive the consent of the ranking member, in this case Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.), or secure a majority committee vote.

Graham and Senate Homeland Security Committee Chairman Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) are spearheading Senate Republicans’ investigation into whether the FBI’s probe of the Trump campaign in 2016, which later evolved into former special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation of possible collusion between Trump advisers and Russian officials, was politically motivated.

Republicans last week touted a declassified National Security Agency document released by acting DNI Richard Grenell showing that 39 former senior Obama administration officials — including Comey, Clapper and Brennan — requested authority to know the identity of an American whose conversations with then-Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak were intercepted by U.S. intelligence.

Graham Says No Senate Republicans Would Vote to Remove Trump ‘Because He Did Nothing Wrong’

Graham Says No Senate Republicans Would Vote to Remove Trump ‘Because He Did Nothing Wrong’

Sen. Lindsey Graham said no Republican senators will vote to remove President Donald Trump from office if the House votes to impeach or formally charge him.

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) said no Republican senators will vote to remove President Donald Trump from office if the House votes to impeach or formally charge him.

The Senate, in that case, would conduct an impeachment trial, after which it would vote to acquit him or remove him from office. Two-thirds of the senators present would need to vote to convict Trump to remove him from office.

Graham said on Oct. 29 that “not one vote” to remove Trump among GOP members in the Senate exists “because he did nothing wrong.”

Before making his assertion, Graham said that House Democrats have been unable to accept the result of the 2016 presidential election.

“You have to accept that President Trump is president,” Graham said during an appearance on Fox News’s “Hannity.”

“That’s the problem. They don’t accept that President Trump won the election, and America hates a sore loser as much as any country on the planet. This is an unfair process being driven by sore losers and there is not one vote in the United States Senate to impeach President Trump based on this phone call because he did nothing wrong.”

Graham added that he meant Republicans in the Senate, not the entire Senate.

The Senate is currently composed of 53 Republicans, 45 Democrats, and two Independents who vote with the Democrats.

Graham has circulated a resolution condemning the impeachment inquiry, garnering 50 co-sponsors.

Three Republicans have not signed onto the measure: Sens. Mitt Romney of Utah, Susan Collins of Maine, and Lisa Murkowski of Alaska.

Graham also criticized the resolution the House is slated to vote on this week approving the next phase of the impeachment inquiry. The inquiry has not been approved by the body with a vote as of yet.

The resolution was released on Tuesday and showed strict rules governed by House Intelligence Chairman Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) and House Judiciary Chairman Jerrold Nadler (D-N.Y.).

“The president’s denied right to counsel and Republicans can’t call witnesses without Schiff agreeing, so this whole thing is a sham,” Graham said.

Schiff and Democratic leaders argued the same day that the resolution will enable the inquiry to proceed in public.

“Following in the footsteps of previous impeachment inquiries, the next phase will move from closed depositions to open hearings where the American people will learn firsthand about the president’s misconduct,” they wrote in a joint statement.

Other Republicans criticized the resolution, including House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.).

“Speaker Pelosi and Chairman Schiff have turned the House Intelligence Committee into the Impeachment Committee,” he said in a statement. “It appears they are more concerned with removing President Trump from the White House than they are with removing terrorists from the battlefield.”
