On Sunday night, House minority leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) pressured House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) to take action against Representative Maxine Waters (D-CA) for “inciting violence” with statements she made in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, over the weekend.
McCarthy vowed if Pelosi doesn’t take action, he will take his own action against Waters for her remarks encouraging violence in Minnesota if a jury does not find former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin guilty in his trial for the death of George Floyd.
Maxine Waters is inciting violence in Minneapolis — just as she has incited it in the past. If Speaker Pelosi doesn’t act against this dangerous rhetoric, I will bring action this week.
For the degenerate progressives who might be reading this, Kevin McCarthy did not just say he believes Derek Chauvin is not guilty. He is simply trying to hold the Democrats to their own rules. This is not the first time Waters has encouraged violence.
Waters, in her remarks to reporters at a protest in Brooklyn Center where thousands have been protesting the death of Daunte Wright, emboldened people to “take to the streets” if Chauvin is found not guilty of the murder of George Floyd, one of the several charges the former Minneapolis police officer faces in his trial in Floyd’s death. The trial is, which it is believed will conclude this week.
“We’re looking for a guilty verdict,” Waters said. “And we’re looking to see if all of the talk that took place and has been taking place after they saw what happened to George Floyd, if nothing does not happen, then we know that we’ve got to not only stay in the street, but we’ve got to fight for justice. But I am very hopeful, and I hope we are going to get a verdict that says ‘guilty, guilty, guilty.’ If we don’t, we cannot go away.”

The same remarks would have landed a Republican in the hot seat by Pelosi and others, so we’re going to find out how two-faced the Speaker is.
Remember, just a couple of months ago when Democrats and their boot-licking sycophants in the Fake News media tried to say that then-President Donald Trump incited violence when he said they were going to fight to expose massive election fraud? How is Maxine Waters saying “we’ve got to fight for justice” any different?
And let’s not kid ourselves that telling her supporters they have to “take to the streets” if Chauvin is not found guilty was a cry for going door to door to get petition signatures. She, like everyone else, knows that her words meant to rabble-rouse the community. She knew her words would agitate a group of people who are already primed and capable of violence. Just look back to the summer months for what happened in Democrat-run cities across the country.
To confirm McCarthy’s accusations, when Waters was asked what protesters (read rioters) should do if Chauvin is found not guilty of murder, she responded saying, “We’ve got to stay on the street and we’ve got to get more active. We’ve got to get more confrontational. We’ve got to make sure they know we mean business.”
Did you hear that? “Get more confrontational” and “make sure they know we mean business.” First off, who are “they” that Waters is talking about? When she uses the word confrontational, and I don’t mean what she will say today if asked what she meant, because she’s a bald-faced liar. I mean, what can we conclude, given the totality of her statements, she meant when she said it? For that matter, what did she mean by “make sure they know we mean business.”
As said previously, this is not the first time Waters has proposed actions that would easily turn to violence. Waters once told supporters to accost Trump administration officials and telling them they should get in their face, and form a crowd, and tell them they are not welcome.
I believe Pelosi may speak with Waters privately on the phone, but I seriously doubt she will ever take action against the California congresswoman because Democrats do not hold their own accountable for anything unless they no longer play the Democrat game.
House minority leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) during an appearance on Laura Ingraham’s Fox News show “The Ingraham Angle” Tuesday night made a bold statement saying that he thinks Representative Eric Swalwell (D-CA), a.k.a. Sir Fartsalot, should be removed from the House Intelligence Committee over his connections to Chinese spies, including having a Chinese spy plant a person onto the congressman’s staff.
The minority leader also pondered if House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff (D-CA) knew about Swalwell having been targeted by a Chinese spy.
McCarthy said that members of the Intelligence Committee “are only selected for the Intel. Committee by the leaders of their party, meaning Nancy Pelosi. Nancy Pelosi is one of the Gang of Eight, along with myself. Did Nancy Pelosi know this had transpired when she put him on the committee? We have our Sen., Dianne Feinstein, for two decades, the personal assistant, that hear all the private phone calls in the car and others, a Chinese spy. Why did the Democrats pull out of the bipartisan China task force I had set up? Why did Speaker Pelosi pull out of that? Why have they denied certain bills that would hold China accountable, that have passed the Senate, not come to the floor? Why do they focus on Silicon Valley members of Congress? Why is he still on the Intel. Committee? Why is he still a member of Congress? Did Adam Schiff know, as chairman of that committee, that he had this problem?”
“This is only the tip of the iceberg because remember what we’re hearing. These are Chinese spies that go down to the level of a mayor,” McCarthy told Ingraham.
“China helps a city council member become a congressman. This congressman now gets on the intel committee. They are only selected from the intel committee by the leaders of their party meaning Nancy Pelosi. Nancy Pelosi is one of the Gang of Eight, along with myself,” McCarthy said.
On Wednesday, McCarthy, responding to a report of a Chinese spy or spies infiltrating Congress, said Swalwell was “so preoccupied with going after President Trump” that he was not “protecting the USA from bad actors.”
The most dangerous place to be was between Swalwell and a news camera for over two years. The California congressman attacked President Trump every chance he got over the phony Russia collusion hoax, and here he had a serious problem with his own collusion with a Chinese spy.
“Did Nancy Pelosi know this had transpired when she put him on the committee?” he asked.
Being one of several, and maybe more, politicians targeted by a large Chinese sly ring, Swalwell was briefed on the foreign interference by the Chinese spy that went on around him, and he still focused on Russia Russia Russia against President Trump and his administration. Some might think he did that to take any focus off of his own real-world spy problems.
The Axios website did a random act of journalism and reported that Fang Fang or Christine Fang, a Chinese national, targeted up-and-coming local politicians, including Swalwell. It was a really good job of actual journalism, so good for them.
Past and current intelligence officials told Axios that Fang used a lot of opportunities to get on the inside for intelligence that would wield political power, including rallies, fundraising and networking, and even romantic relationships to nail (pun intended) at least two Midwestern mayors.
McCarthy also questioned why the Democrats went for “pulling out of the bipartisan China task force that he had set up and rejecting the bills that were holding China accountable that had passed the Senate.” Could it be because they knew they had members who were compromised and Pelosi and Schumer didn’t want that advertised? For goodness’ sake half the country believes Joe Biden is in the back pocket of the Communist Chinese Party.
“Why do they focus on Silicon Valley members of Congress? Why is he still on the intel let alone why is he still a member of congress? Did Adam Schiff, D-Calif., know as chairman of that committee that he had this problem? Remember what the intel committee gets: information that no other members are able to see and remember what this member did. He was so preoccupied going after this president, he wasn’t protecting our country from bad actors. When he questioned Comey, he literally set up the questionnaire of what happened to him.”
McCarthy then laid down the gauntlet and said, “Not only should he be removed from the Intel [Committee]. He should be removed from Congress, as well.”
I bet if we dug deeper into this we’d find a whole lot more members of Congress who are compromised. Yeah, I bet Nancy Pelosi will get right on that. <sarcasm>
The National Guard provided intense, top-notch Military level security for the workers in Washington DC for the last week. During a period of time, the civil servants in DC said they feared for their lives, even telling media that American voters were out to get them and kill them during the inauguration show of Democrat Joe Biden. But everything went off perfectly for the show on Wednesday, allowing for numerous celebrity guests to be given access to the highest power in the world.
The Democrats were very concerned with the many A list celebrities they had at their show, including a dancer named Jlo, photographed below.
DC was on the highest of military alerts, with the town being divided into red and green zones for days, to pamper and comfort the shaken and dazed workers from their unrelenting fears of brutal violence and to prevent what the Democrats said was a massive insurrection of violent roaming gangs of Trump-supporting “domestic terrorists.”
The Democrats even insisted that the Guard members, themselves, be investigated for loyalty to Democrats because the threats were so bone-chilling and spine-tingling that it was necessary to harass them that way.
And what happened was no one even bothered to go to the Inauguration at all, other than celebrities, and there was no violence.
The Democrats had a very smooth and peaceful transfer of power and were able to show off to their Hollywood big wigs.
Yet by Thursday, the troops who provided top-notch security were kicked out of warm floors in National spaces where they were sleeping and eating and made to sleep and eat in cold parking garages after the show camera was off the area.
Someone decided they were finished with men and women of the National Guard.
The story of this massive betrayal to our finest Americans went viral. Images of our men and women in uniform who protected the US Capitol in very stressful times went out into cyberspace with the headline that they feel “betrayed” because they were made to station in a cold garage outside of the Capitol:
‘We feel incredibly betrayed’: Thousands of Guardsmen forced to vacate Capitol.
“Guardsmen said they were not given a clear reason why they were asked to vacate the buildings.
Thousands of National Guardsmen were forced to vacate congressional grounds on Thursday and are now taking their rest breaks outside and in nearby parking garages after two weeks of sleepless nights protecting the nation’s capital in the wake of the violent Jan. 6 assault on the U.S. Capitol.
According to one Guardsman, one unit, which had been resting in the Dirksen Senate Office building, was abruptly told to vacate the facility on Thursday. The group was forced to rest in a nearby parking garage without internet reception, with just one electrical outlet, and one bathroom with two stalls for 5,000 troops, the person said.”
One reporter said that the order had come from the “Senate
Kevin McCarthy posted top Democrats Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer, looking for answers:
When the cameras are on, or Pelosi wants to virtue signal about the troops, she uses photos for her benefit, such as this post she used to make herself look good:
We need to get to the bottom of this. An investigation is needed. In truth, this is a serious matter. Democrats have shown how much disregard they have for the men and women who serve the entire country, something the US Congress apparently knows nothing about. .”
House Republican Conference Chairwoman Representative Liz Cheney (R-WY) is urging the party to “steer away” from the “Trump cult of personality” as she deals with being removed from her leadership position, and probably her House seat, over her criticisms and even more so her vote to impeach former President Donald Trump. She sided with the Democrat’s Big Lie that Trump incited the Capitol riot on January 6 when he asked for exactly the opposite telling the people at the rally he was holding to go march “peacefully and patriotically” to the Capitol to let their voices be heard.
In a piece published in The Washington Post on Tuesday afternoon, Cheney argued that “the GOP is at a turning point” and “history is watching us.”
She could not be more right, but for reasons different from what she thinks. For decades now, Republican voters have been frustrated that the party leadership doesn’t listen to them. For example, Republican voters do not like illegal immigration, but the party leadership often fought with former President Trump who tried to reform our immigration system and even encouraged members of Congress to vote against Trump’s legal right to declare a national emergency to obtain funding for the border wall.
Cheney wrote, “In public statements again this week, former President Donald Trump has repeated his claims that the 2020 election was a fraud and was stolen. His message: I am still the rightful president, and President Biden is illegitimate. Trump repeats these words now with full knowledge that exactly this type of language provoked violence on January 6. And, as the Justice Department and multiple federal judges have suggested, there is good reason to believe that Trump’s language can provoke violence again. Trump is seeking to unravel critical elements of our constitutional structure that make democracy work — confidence in the result of elections and the rule of law. No other American president has ever done this.”
Cheney’s argument does not help her, because the overwhelming majority of Republican voters believe Trump is right. For goodness’ sake, the country watched as it happened in real-time. I would argue that Liz Cheney and her ilk themselves provoked violence more than anything Trump said about the election. The fact that House Republicans rode Trump’s coattails to victory and the GOP leadership did less than nothing to help expose the massive election fraud that took place, oddly enough, in only the key battleground states that decided the election is unforgivable. Cheney just doesn’t get it. Just because Democrats and evil Fake News anchors and evil social media tech tyrants suppress free speech over any discussion of what happened during the 2020 election doesn’t make the issue go away.
The congresswoman ended her plea, “We Republicans need to stand for genuinely conservative principles, and steer away from the dangerous and anti-democratic Trump cult of personality. In our hearts, we are devoted to the American miracle. We believe in the rule of law, in limited government, in a strong national defense, and in prosperity and opportunity brought by low taxes and fiscally conservative policies.”
I think that state sealed her fate. Cheney still doesn’t understand that the Republican Party is now a Trump party, and it is she who is a cult of RINO personality. She just keeps running her mouth against a still very popular Republican president. You would think the fact that she was censured by her state’s Republican Party over her vote to impeach in the second impeachment sham would have been a sign.
Cheney thought she was protected because she was the third highest-ranking Republican in the House, and though Republican House minority leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) once signaled that he was not for having her removed from her leadership position over her vote to impeach, the minority leader was recently caught on a hot mic admitting that he’s lost confidence in her.
“I think she’s got real problems,” McCarthy was reportedly heard saying to Fox News host Steve Doocy. “I’ve had it with … I’ve had it with her. You know, I’ve lost confidence.”
It sounds like McCarthy or someone else in leadership had a few words with Cheney and asked her to stop attacking Trump because he’s still very popular among the base. Yet she kept doubling down on her insults, thinking she was safe.
The embattled Wyoming Republican wrote the op-ed as predictions are being made that she will lose her leadership position by the end of the month, claiming that Trump is dishonest and bad for the party. The trouble with her assertion is that Trump is honest to a fault. He will tell you what is on his mind at any given time, sometimes to his own detriment, but saying the former president is dishonest and bad for the party is the biggest misstatement since General Custer said, “Ooh, look, I think they’re friendly Indians.”
The person who is likely to replace Cheney in her leadership role is Congresswoman Elise Stefanik (R-NY) who has been a reliable Trump loyalist.
Trump, who has blasted Cheney every time she talked smack about him, delivered a statement on the same day of her op-ed publication saying, “Liz Cheney is a warmongering fool who has no business in Republican Party Leadership. We want leaders who believe in the Make America Great Again movement and prioritize the values of America First. Elise Stefanik is a far superior choice, and she has my COMPLETE and TOTAL endorsement for GOP Conference Chair. Elise is a tough and smart communicator!”
On Friday night’s episode of Fox News’ “Tucker Carlson Tonight,” host Tucker Carlson talked about something very important that answers a lot of questions. If you are a Republican voter and you’ve ever felt that the Republican leadership either isn’t listening to you or they have lost touch with your values, it’s because they are listening to the wrong advisors who are telling them what to say on the “hot topics” of the day.
Carlson reminded us that political parties exist to represent the interests of their voters. There is no other reason for them, and yet year after year on all the issues, the leadership of the Republican Party does not represent what the voters of the party want. How do we know this? Because after years of being ignored by those leaders, the party faithful went ahead in 2016 and elected Donald Trump to the White House just to send a message of what they really cared about. Carlson said, “If that wasn’t a wake-up call, nothing would be.” And now that Trump is gone, the GOP leadership fell asleep again.
He added, “However, it remains true that the priorities of the people who run the Republican Party are very different — in some cases, completely different — from the priorities of the people who vote Republican. Why is that? Well, there are lots of reasons, probably, but Frank Luntz is definitely one of them.” I never liked Luntz, because I always felt there was something wrong with him. I would watch his famous focus groups where he would gather a room of people and ask them what they thought about specific issues. He always appeared to me to be a RINO, and I have always felt that RINO political advisors are bad news for the party, because their advice makes politicians weak.
Tucker went on to say, “For decades, Frank Luntz has told elected Republicans what to say and exactly how to say it. Luntz massages language for politicians. Just this week, the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) invited Luntz to Florida for its so-called ‘policy summit,’ where he was asked to weigh in on the ‘hot topics.’ Luntz’s job was to tell Republicans how to think about the most important issues of the day. We didn’t hear the presentation, but there’s no doubt it was compelling.
“Frank Luntz is a smooth salesman. He’s been around for a while. The problem is that Frank Luntz’s views are very different from those of your average Republican voter. Frank Luntz is a conventional liberal. His main clients are left-wing corporations like Google. When Frank Luntz gives advice to congressional Republicans, he’s got Google’s perspective in mind. That’s a huge problem.”
Just hearing that one of Luntz’s clients is Google seals the deal for me. He needs to go, and Republican leadership needs to stop listening to him. Google hates Republicans. They spent millions of dollars trying to defeat them. They changed their algorithms on their search engine to list liberal Democrat results before conservative Republican results. They do it on YouTube as well, demonstrably so.
If we can all find out that Luntz is involved with tech tyrant companies that want to destroy the Republican Party, then why is he still accepted into the Republican establishment? Carlson notes because Luntz is particularly close to House minority leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) going all the way back to when McCarthy entered politics.
“In an interview earlier this year, Luntz described Kevin McCarthy as a personal friend. That relationship gives Frank Luntz outsized influence over the Republican Party’s policy positions. Take the border crisis. Luntz’s view of immigration is very much like Google’s view of immigration: America needs a lot more of it right away. Anyone who disagrees with that is a racist. Now, rather than simply say that out loud — rather than just make his case, in other words — Frank Luntz slyly dresses up his own personal opinions as a social science.”
The Fox News host explained saying Luntz puts on a focus group of a group of people who have no relevance to anything. “It’s just random people yammering,” Carlson said. “Your ninety-second exchange with the UPS guy this morning meant more than a Frank Luntz focus group. ”
The host goes on to say that on the basis of an irrelevant conversation with the focus group, Luntz forms an opinion to make pronouncements about how the country and how the Republican Party leadership should respond to whatever the issue is at the time of the focus group. It’s almost as if Lynch uses a focus group just to make it appear that his opinion is learned, but he always presents his own views and the views of Google executives to Republican leadership.
The job of Republican leaders is to listen to the people directly, not a Frank Luntz type who gives the Google version of false impressions about what Republican voters really want. They already told you what they want. They want leaders like Trump who don’t cower the minute a Democrat calls them a racist. They don’t want Republican leaders who do the polar opposite of what you demand they do when they represent you.
For example, I am represented by a horrible Republican RINO Brian Fitzpatrick (R-PA). This man actually brags about being named one of the most independent members of Congress. If you are “independent,” it means you’re not listening to your voters, and from my own experience, Fitzpatrick is not. To represent your constituency, you need to be partisan, not bipartisan, and not independent. RINOs will say that you have to reach out to the other side and negotiate if you want to get something done. The thing is, we never see Democrats doing that. For Democrats, the word bipartisan means Republicans cave and give them everything they want. We need Republicans to grow a spine and act the same way except really listen to what the voters are telling you they want.
Here is an example of Luntz giving advice on something that is obviously wrong.
“They [Trump voters] believe in immigrants and immigration. They are pro-immigration and honestly, I was a little surprised because of what I see in the media. Trump supporters support the DREAM Act. They support these people, who were brought here through no fault of their own, [having] the ability to earn the path to citizenship … We need these people, we actually have an economy that’s expanding, that’s growing.”
I can tell you right now that is false. The # 1 reason why Republicans and conservatives elected Trump was over building the wall and fixing our immigration system. Sure, there were many other reasons to elect him, but illegal immigration was the top priority. And Trump came through, even though the GOP leadership fought against him all the way. Speaker Paul Ryan (R-WI) once said on a conference call as Trump was being elected, “I will never support a President Trump,” and he never did. Did you ever you imagine you would hear a Republican Speaker of the House say he would never support a Republican president?
When Trump declared illegal immigration as a national emergency to get funding for the wall, for the first time since presidents were allowed to declare national emergencies, the Republicans in the House and Senate voted to stop him. Trump vetoed them and did it anyway, but it just goes to show that Republicans are not serious about doing what the voters want them to do.
If Ryan had allocated money to build the wall, I believe the Republicans would have kept the House. But he didn’t, because of people like Frank Luntz who advise Republicans that Trump voters support the Dream Act and DACA. And then the open borders and amnesty now groups go and use Luntz’s statements to show even Republican voters support illegal aliens getting citizenship. It’s madness, and it has to stop.
Republican voters sent a clear message to the party leadership when they elected Trump, and now that he’s living in Florida, the leadership thinks it can go back to the way things used to work. Liz Cheney is a prime example of the battle of establishment RINOs fighting the Trump Republican Party. And it is now the Trump Republican Party, whether they like it or not.
I’m sure Frank Luntz is a nice guy, but he’s not the guy Republican leadership should be taking advice.
The only way you can get the Republican Leadership to listen is to stop sending them money. Instead of donating to the RNC, the NRCC, or your RINO representative, donate instead to Donald Trump’s Save America PAC, where he will use your donation to support America First candidates. No more RINOs. Go to DonaldJTrump.com and donate to the PAC there. Maybe the party will start listening to you. Until then, no more money.
Liz Cheney, one of the pariahs of the Republican party says she has not ruled out running for president in 2024. She might as well. It sounds more impressive to say you ran for the presidency and lost than to say you lost in a House race in which you are the incumbent. I put her claim in the same class as when Jeff Flake said the same thing and ended running for nothing because he realized he couldn’t even hold his Senate seat.
Challenger Anthony Bouchard leads Cheney in the polls by a massive 54-21% in the polls. But why stop at the presidency? She could run for emperor of the world instead. Her chances would not be any worse.
Cheney, whose father is Dick Cheney voted to impeach Trump on a bogus charge and then continued to bash Trump until she lost all hopes of a future in politics. But, she could have a bright future as an over-the-road trucker.
Cheney has sided with Pelosi an uncomfortable number of times and she says that many Republicans should be disqualified for running in 2022 because of the January 6th riots. She is now as popular as peanut butter and mustard sandwiches with anchovies.
The weak leadership in the House including Kevin McCarthy has actually supported her and they should suffer the same fate as Cheney.
“I think we have a huge number of interesting candidates, but I think that we’re going to be in a good position to be able to take the White House. I do think that some of our candidates who led the charge, particularly the senators who led the unconstitutional charge, not to certify the election, you know, in my view that’s disqualifying.”
“I think that adherence to the Constitution, adherence to your oath has got to be at the top of the list. So, I think, you know that certainly will be a factor that I’m looking at and I think a number of voters will be looking at as they decide about ’24.”
The Gateway Pundit previously asked Bouchard what he will do differently than Cheney, and he did not hold back.
“First off, I won’t give cover and comfort to Nancy Pelosi and the radical left like Liz Cheney did when she voted yes for the absurd impeachment of President Trump. Secondly, I disagree with Congresswoman Cheney for her votes in support of failed globalist nation-building and endless foreign wars. I support the Trump foreign policy of peace through strength and bringing countries together,” Bouchard explained. “And finally, I am a strong free-market conservative who believes the federal government needs to get out of the way and let American companies and workers succeed.”
Dan Bongino often says on his great podcast show that the Republicans are not the answer to all of your problems, but the Democrats most certainly are the cause of all of your problems.
Blatant hypocrisy flourishes among the Democratic Party elites, and they never really had to care about getting caught because they have an entire sympathetic mainstream news media that stopped reporting news a long time ago that runs interference for them.
Representative Maxine Waters (D-CA) recently traveled to Hennepin County, Minnesota and told protesters that if the jury on the form Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin’s murder trial didn’t come back with the verdict in her words, “Guilty, guilty, guilty” they needed to stay out in the streets and “get more confrontational.”
There are now documents that show the California Democrat asked for police protection during her trip. The travel logs that were published by Townhall show Waters asked for protection from US Capitol Police for her trip from the DC swamp to Brooklyn Center, describing the trip as a “moderate” risk factor.

So the woman who constantly trashes police as if all cops are bad and wants to defund the police asked for police protection. So it’s only you and me who won’t get police protection, but Waters and the other political elites will as blatant hypocrisy continues to flourish.
Waters told a crowd of protesters on Saturday that she will accept no other option than a “guilty, guilty, guilty” verdict for Chauvin, who had been charged with third-degree murder, second-degree murder, and manslaughter. Chauvin pleaded not guilty to all charges. The jury convicted Chauvin on all three charges Tuesday afternoon.
“We’re looking to see if all of the talk that took place and has been taking place after they saw what happened to George Floyd, if nothing does not happen, then we know that we’ve got to not only stay in the street, but we’ve got to fight for justice,” Waters said.
Waters’ inciting rhetoric was criticized by presiding Judge Peter Cahill who advised Chauvin’s defense attorney after declining to declare a mistrial claiming her comments could have prejudiced the jury.
“I’m aware of the media reports. I’m aware that Congresswoman Waters was talking specifically about this trial, and about the unacceptability of anything less than a murder conviction, talked about being confrontational,” the judge said. “But you can submit the press articles about that. This goes back to what I’ve been saying from the beginning. I wish elected officials would stop talking about this case, especially in a manner that is disrespectful to the rule of law and to the judicial branch and our function.”
Cahill also asked that elected officials to stop commenting on the pending case.
“I think if they want to give their opinions, they should do so in a respectful, and in a manner that is respectful to the Constitution, to respect the co-equal branch of government. Their failure to do so I think is abhorrent, but I don’t think it has prejudiced this, with additional material that would prejudice this jury.”
Maxine Waters and a majority of members of her party gave up respecting our Constitution a long time ago. Just listen to their words and watch their actions. They only invoke it when a clause here or there is useful in their purpose to destroy it.
After being pressed on Cahill’s statement about her comments potentially being grounds for an appeal, Waters said, “Oh no, no they didn’t.”
Republicans also criticized Waters for her interfering in the trial.
Greene filed the resolution after pressing House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) to expel Waters on Sunday, accusing the California congresswoman of being a “criminal” for inciting violence with her comments after she crossed state lines to join Black Lives Matter protesters in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota for the accidental fatal police shooting of Daunte Wright.
On Tuesday, New York City Police Commissioner Dermot Shea had some words for Waters over her comments.
“I think it’s incredibly reckless. I even have stronger feelings but I’ll keep them to myself,” Commissioner Shea said.
We reported when Representative Maxine Waters (D-CA) threatened the jurors deliberating the Derek Chauvin case and the civil society of Minneapolis and elsewhere telling reporters that if Chauvin is not found guilty of the top charge, Second Degree Murder, she encourages people to “stay on the streets” and to “get more confrontational.”
Waters seemed to brush off criticism by Judge Peter Cahill, who is presiding over the Chauvin murder trial, who said that her remarks about the case could be grounds for appealing a verdict. Way to go, Low IQ Maxine.
Over the weekend, Waters encouraged protesters to “get more confrontational” if Chauvin is not convicted for George Floyd’s death. The dumbbell congresswoman said as far as she’s concerned she believes Floyd is guilty of First Degree Murder. She normally doesn’t know what she’s talking about and this time is no different. Not only would what Chauvin did not fall under First Degree Murder, but when you read the statutes, he shouldn’t even be convicted of the crimes he was charged with, including second-degree murder, third-degree murder, and second-degree manslaughter. The manslaughter charge would be the only one Chauvin might be convicted of with a healthy Olympian style stretching of the statute. Waters, like a dope, thinks First Degree Murder sounds way more serious than Second Degree Murder, so she thinks it should be First Degree Murder. Folks, this woman chairs the House Financial Services Committee!

On Monday, Chauvin’s lawyer asked Judge Cahill to declare a mistrial because of the inciting rhetoric of Waters’ comments, claiming she had prejudiced the trial. The judge denied his request.
“I’ll give you that Congresswoman Waters may have given you something on appeal that may result in this whole trial being overturned,” Cahill said as arguments in the case concluded and the judge handed it over to the jury for deliberations.
Waters had said protesters needed to “stay on the street” demanding justice until there is real police reform. She also said if Chauvin is not found guilty, “we’ve got to stay on the street, and we’ve got to get more active. We’ve got to get more confrontational. We’ve got to make sure that they know that we mean business.”
Throwing cover for the dopey Waters, CNN said the judge also noted that “a congresswoman’s opinion really doesn’t matter a whole lot.” Anyone reading this knows that’s not true. In a normal case where the divisions of our society were not so stark, I would agree, but not now. The Left has divided us more than at any time in my lifetime.
CNN said Waters gave a response to the judge’s comments as she left the floor of the House on Monday. “The judge says my words don’t matter,” she said.
After being pressed on Judge Cahill’s remarks about her comments possibly being grounds for an appeal, Waters said “Oh no, no they didn’t.” Are we supposed to trust a woman who thinks someone should be charged with first-degree murder instead of second-degree murder because she’s really, really, really, really angry about it?
She told CNN that her reference to confrontation was meant in the context of the civil rights movement’s nonviolent history, saying that “the whole civil rights movement is confrontation.” She’s full of crap too. She used the word “fight” as well, even though Democrats impeached Trump for saying we were going to “fight like hell” to overturn the election that was stolen from him, claiming that to be incitement.
“Telling rioters who have burned buildings, looted stores, and assaulted journalists to get ‘more confrontational’ is incredibly irresponsible. Every House Democrat should condemn Maxine Waters’ call for violence,” Mike Berg, the National Republican Congressional Committee spokesman, said to Fox News.
When asked if Waters should apologize for her rhetoric, Pelosi responded in the negative.
“No, she doesn’t,” Pelosi said. “Maxine talked about confrontation in the manner of the civil rights movement.
“I, myself, think we should take our lead from the George Floyd family. They’ve handled this with great dignity, and no ambiguity or lack of — misinterpretation by the other side.”
She did not talk about the civil rights movement. She never mentioned civil rights when she made her threats. And why should she have talked about civil rights? George Floyd’s death had nothing to do with race. We have all seen the videos. Floyd resisted arrest from the minute police went to arrest him. We have also seen video footage from a prior arrest where he acted in the same deranged ways he did on May 25, 2020. The difference was back then he didn’t have a lethal dose of Fentanyl with meth in his bloodstream.
Pelosi added: “No, I don’t think she should apologize.”
Everyone reading this knows darn right well that had the roles been reversed and a republican had said such despicable things during a trial Pelosi would be preparing a mission to expel that member from Congress. The result is just another example of how two-faced Democrats are.
A group of GOP lawmakers says that Joe Biden’s policies are fueling a crisis on the border with migrant girls being raped and trafficked into the United States for sex.
In addition, new caravans are forming that will send even more illegal aliens to our now very open border.
They are led by House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA), the congressional delegation, including some of the top Republicans on various committees.
McCarthy and a group of GOP lawmakers made the trip to our southern border to check out the crises that exist there. That is something Biden has refused to do. He is on a “victory tour” over the bloated $1.9 trillion dollar boondoggle called ‘COVID relief’.
We need to join forces and send the message that we cannot allow what’s happening on the border because it’s our girls — Honduras, Guatemala, Nicaragua — the ones who are being raped. Our girls are the children who are being trafficked. …. Child sex trafficking is one of the highest international crimes booming in this country.
In this country, you have to arrive legally. We must indeed reform the immigration system, without a doubt. But we should not enter this country illegally because our daughters and our families are put in danger during the journey. Also, the traffickers, the coyotes, are the ones who are making all the money.
“We need to stop being pawns of the politicians in Washington and pawns of the traffickers who are trafficking with our children, our families, and our women,” the congresswoman said.
Rep. Carlos Jimenez (R-FL) noted that by incentivizing people to cross in the country illegally, the Biden Administration’s border policies are harming the country while also endangering the lives of the migrants who are making the “harrowing” journey.
“I spoke to a family … that told me it took them 22 days to come from Honduras,” he said. “They were incentivized by the [Biden Administration] rhetoric, by the change of policy … [They said] it was a harrowing trip. Many of them don’t make it.”
