President Donald J. Trump on Wednesday issued a batch of pardons forgiving the crimes of two former associates, Paul Manafort and Roger Stone, as well as Charles Kushner, the father of Trump’s son-in-law and adviser Jared Kushner.
The latest list grants 26 full pardons and commutes all or part of the sentence of three additional individuals after Trump on Tuesday issued 15 pardons and five commutations.
From Tuesday, the White House released the following statement:
Today, President Donald J. Trump granted Full Pardons to 15 individuals and commuted part or all of the sentences of an additional 5 individuals.
Alfonso Costa — President Trump granted a full pardon to Alfonso Costa, a dentist from Pittsburgh. Dr. Costa’s request for clemency was supported by Dr. Ben Carson and Jerome Bettis, as well as by numerous business associates, patients, and community leaders from Pittsburgh. Dr. Costa pled guilty to one count of health care fraud related to false billing, took full responsibility for his conduct, served two years of probation, and paid nearly $300,000 in fines and restitution. He has devoted much of his adult life to service to his community, including serving on the board of the Pittsburgh Opera, and doing significant service for children and the underprivileged.
Alfred Lee Crum — President Trump granted Alfred Lee Crum a full pardon. Mr. Crum, who is now 89, pled guilty in 1952—when he was 19 years old—to helping his wife’s uncle illegally distill moonshine in Oklahoma. Mr. Crum served three years of probation, and paid a $250 fine. Mr. Crum has maintained a clean record and a strong marriage for nearly 70 years, attended the same church for 60 years, raised four children, and regularly participated in charity fundraising events. Former Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein and the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Oklahoma Brian Kuester supported Mr. Crum’s request for a pardon.
Crystal Munoz — Today, President Trump commuted Crystal Munoz’s remaining term of supervised release, having previously commuted her sentence of incarceration after she had served 12 years in prison. Alice Johnson, the Texas A&M Criminal Defense Clinic, and the Clemency for All Non-Violent Drug Offenders Foundation are among the many who supported clemency for Ms. Munoz. Former Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi supports the President’s further act of clemency today. Ms. Munoz was convicted of conspiracy to distribute marijuana based on her role in a marijuana smuggling ring. During her time in prison, she mentored people working to better their lives, volunteered with a hospice program, and demonstrated an extraordinary commitment to rehabilitation.
Tynice Nichole Hall — President Trump has commuted the remainder of Tynice Nichole Hall’s term of supervised release. He previously commuted her term of incarceration after she had served nearly 14 years of an 18-year sentence for allowing her apartment to be used to distribute drugs. Alice Johnson, The Clemency for All Non-Violent Drug Offenders Foundation, and The Ladies of Hope Ministries are among the many who supported clemency for Ms. Hall. Former Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi supports the President’s further act of clemency today. While in prison, Ms. Hall completed a number of job-training programs and apprenticeships, as well as coursework towards a college degree. In addition, Ms. Hall taught prison educational programs to other inmates. She has accepted responsibility for her past behavior and has worked hard to rehabilitate herself.
Judith Negron — President Trump has today commuted the remainder of Judith Negron’s term of supervised release. He previously commuted her term of incarceration after she had served 8 years of her sentence. Alice Johnson, the Clemency for All Non-Violent Drug Offenders Foundation, Change.org, and the Warden at Aliceville Federal Correctional Institution have all supported clemency for Ms. Negron. Former Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi supports the President’s further act of clemency today. Ms. Negron is a wife and mother who was sentenced to 35 years for her role as a minority-owner of a healthcare company engaged in a scheme to defraud the Federal Government. During her incarceration, Ms. Negron dedicated her time to improving her life as well as the lives of her fellow inmates. She completed hundreds of hours of educational programs, served as a tutor, and mentored other inmates. Her acts of selflessness won her the praise of her prison warden.
Steve Stockman — Today, President Trump commuted the remaining prison sentence of Steve Stockman. Former Representatives Bob McEwen and Bob Barr, along with James Dobson and L. Brent Bozell are among the many public figures who have called for Mr. Stockman’s release from incarceration on humanitarian and compassionate grounds. Mr. Stockman is 64 and has underlying pre-existing health conditions that place his health at greater risk during the COVID epidemic, and he has already contracted COVID while in prison. Mr. Stockman, who was twice a member of the U.S. House of Representatives, representing Texas’s 9th congressional district from 1995 to 1997 and Texas’s 36th congressional district from 2013 to 2015, was convicted in 2018 of misuse of charitable funds. Mr. Stockman has served more than two years of his ten-year sentence and will remain subject to a period of supervised release and an order requiring that he pay more than $1,000,000 in restitution.
Duncan Hunter – At the request of many Members of Congress, President Trump granted a full pardon to Duncan Hunter. His pardon is also supported by former Commissioner of the Federal Election Commission Bradley Smith.
Mr. Hunter has dedicated much of his adult life to public service. Mr. Hunter represented California’s 50th Congressional District from 2013 to 2020. Prior to his time in Congress, Mr. Hunter was an officer in the United States Marine Corps. Inspired to enlist after the September 11, 2001 attacks, Mr. Hunter saw combat in both Iraq and Afghanistan.
In 2019, Mr. Hunter pled guilty to one count of misusing campaign funds, an offense that could have been handled as a civil case via the Federal Election Commission, according to former FEC Commissioner Bradley Smith. He was sentenced to 11 months’ imprisonment set to begin in January 2021.
Chris Collins – Today, President Trump granted a full pardon to Chris Collins, at the request of many Members of Congress.
Mr. Collins served in Congress for nearly seven years, representing the people of Western New York from 2013 to 2019. Mr. Collins spent his early career as a successful businessman and entrepreneur, before devoting his life to public service. In 2007, Mr. Collins was elected County Executive for Erie County, New York, a position he held for one four-year term, and in 2012 the people of New York’s 27th congressional district elected Mr. Collins to the U.S. House of Representatives. He was subsequently re-elected to this seat three times. During his tenure in Congress, Mr. Collins was known for his particular focus on the wellbeing of small businesses, agriculture, and sciences.
In 2019, Mr. Collins pled guilty to the charges of conspiring to commit securities fraud and making false statements to the FBI. Mr. Collins is currently serving his 26-month sentence.
Ignacio Ramos and Jose Compean – Today, President Trump granted full pardons to Ignacio Ramos and Jose Compean. These former Border Patrol Agents have been supported by one hundred members of Congress, including Rep. Louie Gohmert, Rep. Steve King, Rep. Ted Poe, Rep. Paul Gosar, Rep. Brian Babin, as well as the U.S. Border Control Foundation and the Conservative Legal Defense and Education Fund.
Mr. Ramos participates in numerous community activities and charities, and Mr. Compean is active in his local church.
Both men served as Border Patrol Agents and put themselves in harm’s way to help secure our southern border with Mexico. On one such occasion in 2005, they stopped an illegal alien trafficking 700 pounds of marijuana. When the illegal alien—who was thought to be armed—resisted arrest, Mr. Ramos shot the suspect, who fled back across the border. For this, Mr. Ramos and Mr. Compean were charged and convicted of assault, using a firearm during a crime of violence, and deprivation of civil rights. After they were sentenced to 11 and 12 years imprisonment, respectively, their case gained widespread attention.
One hundred members of Congress, as well as the organizations above, supported Mr. Ramos’ and Mr. Compean’s release from prison. The Senate Judiciary Committee held hearings on the excessive sentence imposed on the former agents. And President George W. Bush ultimately commuted these sentences with strong bipartisan support.
George Papadopoulos – Today, President Trump granted a full pardon to George Papadopoulos. Mr. Papadopoulos was charged with a process-related crime, one count of making false statements, in connection with Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into possible Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election. Notably, Mueller stated in his report that he found no evidence of collusion in connection with Russia’s attempts to interfere in the election. Nonetheless, the Special Counsel’s team still charged Mr. Papadopoulos with this process-related crime.
At the time that Mr. Papadopoulos allegedly made the false statements, he was not represented by counsel, and, after he was arrested, Mr. Papadopoulos gave additional information on his prior statements to the Special Counsel. Today’s pardon helps correct the wrong that Mueller’s team inflicted on so many people.
Alex van der Zwaan – Today, President Trump granted a full pardon to Alex van der Zwaan. His pardon is supported by former Rep. Trey Gowdy.
Mr. van der Zwaan was charged with a process-related crime, one count of making false statements, in connection with Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation. None of his underlying conduct was alleged to have been unlawful, nor did prosecutors note any prior criminal history. Mr. van der Zwaan is a Dutch national who voluntarily returned to the United States to correct his statements and surrendered his passport upon entry.
Nicholas Slatten, Paul Slough, Evan Liberty, and Dustin Heard – Today, President Trump granted full pardons to Nicholas Slatten, Paul Slough, Evan Liberty, and Dustin Heard. The pardon of these four veterans is broadly supported by the public, including Pete Hegseth, and elected officials such as Rep. Louie Gohmert, Rep. Paul Gosar, Rep. Ralph Norman, Rep. Bill Flores, Rep. Brian Babin, Rep. Michael Burgess, Rep. Daniel Webster, Rep. Steve King, and Rep. Ted Yoho.
Mr. Slatten, Mr. Slough, Mr. Liberty, and Mr. Heard have a long history of service to the Nation. Mr. Slatten was inspired to serve his country after the attacks of September 11, 2001, and served two tours in Iraq with the 82nd Airborne Division. Mr. Slough served in the United States Army and deployed to Iraq with his National Guard unit. Mr. Liberty served in the United States Marine Corps and protected United States Embassies abroad. Mr. Heard served in the United States Marine Corps during Operation Iraqi Freedom.
These veterans were working in Iraq in 2007 as security contractors responsible for securing the safety of United States personnel. When the convoy attempted to establish a blockade outside the “Green Zone,” the situation turned violent, which resulted in the unfortunate deaths and injuries of Iraqi civilians. Initial charges against the men were dismissed, but they were eventually tried and convicted on charges ranging from first degree murder to voluntary manslaughter. On appeal, the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that additional evidence should have been presented at Mr. Slatten’s trial. Further, prosecutors recently disclosed—more than 10 years after the incident—that the lead Iraqi investigator, who prosecutors relied heavily on to verify that there were no insurgent victims and to collect evidence, may have had ties to insurgent groups himself.
Weldon Angelos – Today, President Trump granted a full pardon to Weldon Angelos. Mr. Angelos’ pardon is supported by Senator Mike Lee, Senator Rand Paul, Alice Johnson, former U.S. Attorney Brett Tolman, and others.
Mr. Angelos is an active criminal justice reform advocate and champion of giving second chances. Because of mandatory minimums, Mr. Angelos was sentenced in 2002 to 55 years’ imprisonment for selling marijuana and carrying a handgun in the course of dealing. The presiding judge called this excessive sentence “unjust and cruel and even irrational.”
Mr. Angelos was eventually released by judicial order after serving 13 years in prison, and committed to changing the world for the better through criminal justice reform advocacy. His story has been cited as an inspiration for sentencing reform, including the First Step Act, and he participated in a Prison Reform Summit at the White House in 2018. In his own words, Mr. Angelos wants “to become whole again and put the bad choices in the past and continue changing the world for the better.”
Philip Lyman – Today, President Trump granted a full pardon to Philip Lyman. Mr. Lyman’s pardon is supported by Senator Mike Lee, Former Rep. Jason Chaffetz, and other notable members of the Utah community.
Mr. Lyman is known to be a man of integrity and character who was serving as a county commissioner in Utah when he was subjected to selective prosecution for protesting the Bureau of Land Management’s closure of the Recapture Canyon to ATV riders. He had no other criminal history, but he was arrested and sentenced to 10 days in prison and nearly $96,000 in restitution.
Otis Gordon – Today, President Trump granted a full pardon to Otis Gordon. Mr. Gordon’s pardon is supported by Senator Tim Scott.
Mr. Gordon has become a Pastor at Life Changer’s International Ministries since his conviction for possession with intent to distribute. In 2015, in the wake of the shooting at a Bible study in Charleston, South Carolina, Mr. Gordon led a prayer session at the United States Capitol. Mr. Gordon mentors at-risk youths in his community. Senator Tim Scott describes Mr. Gordon as “a model citizen” since his release and “focused on helping young men avoid the same traps he once fell in.”
Philip Esformes – Today, President Trump commuted the term of imprisonment of Philip Esformes, while leaving the remaining aspects of his sentence, including supervised release and restitution, intact. This commutation is supported by former Attorneys General Edwin Meese and Michael Mukasey, as well as former Deputy Attorney General Larry Thompson. In addition, former Attorneys General Edwin Meese, John Ashcroft, and Alberto Gonzalez, as well as other notable legal figures such as Ken Starr, have filed in support of his appeal challenging his conviction on the basis of prosecutorial misconduct related to violating attorney-client privilege.
While in prison, Mr. Esformes, who is 52, has been devoted to prayer and repentance and is in declining health.
Sunday, Senior Campaign Advisor, Jason Miller posted on his Twitter timeline that a widely circulated story from CNN’s Kaitlan Collins, about President Donald J. Trump getting advice from his son in law, Jared Kushner, was not true.
COllins had started the gossip on Twitter Saturday evening, and it was widely retweeted and referred to on social media.
However, according to people who actually work with Trump, the story is not close to true.
“This story is not true. Given undetermined electoral outcomes in multiple states and serious voting irregularities and lack of transparency in others, Jared has advised @realDonaldTrump to pursue all available legal remedies to ensure accuracy,” Miller wrote.
Miller is, a long time associate of Trump’s who identifies as “Senior Communications Advisor, Transition Team Communications Director, he posted the denial with the inaccurate CNN story.
This story is not true. Given undetermined electoral outcomes in multiple states and serious voting irregularities and lack of transparency in others, Jared has advised @realDonaldTrump to pursue all available legal remedies to ensure accuracy. https://t.co/O8XgClHQMi
In the CNN story, a group of “journalists” reported the following:
“Jared Kushner, President Donald Trump’s son-in-law and senior adviser, has approached the President about conceding the election, two sources tell CNN.
The move comes following Trump’s assertion in a statement from his campaign — moments after CNN projected that President-elect Joe Biden will become the 46th president of the United States — that Biden is “rushing to falsely pose as the winner” and that the race is “far from over.”
“I will not rest until the American People have the honest vote count they deserve and that Democracy demands,” Trump said in the statement, which states that the campaign’s legal battle will begin Monday.
Biden-Harris deputy campaign manager Kate Bedingfield said Saturday night, as CNN has reported, that there has been no communication between Biden and Trump, or between any representatives from either campaign, since the race was called earlier in the day.”
The Democrats and their media allies are eager to push disinformation about the status of the 2020 Election, claiming that it has been settled, and Trump is in someway responsible to concede to his opponent, Democrat Joe Biden.
Kaitlin Collins had been on Twitter the previous night, Saturday night, floating the gossip on social media. Other reports were posted that alleged Collins had been spreading another story that people close to Trump had been trying to get him to concede, as well as the story that Kushner had spoken to the Trump about conceding .
Collins has an obvious bias, and Twitter has allowed her to post gossip, with far less scrutiny then they apply to the President of the United States, when he is posting actual news for the public.
CNN doubled down and ran the same story under numerous headlines:
In what appears to be pure propaganda, designed to spread mis inforamtion, Collins wrote for CNN:
“President Donald Trump’s inner circle is beginning to split over his ongoing refusal to accept the results of the 2020 election, as Jared Kushner and first lady Melania Trump advised him to come to terms with President-elect Joe Biden’s victory and his adult sons pressed him and allies to keep fighting.Kushner, the President’s son-in-law and senior adviser, has approached him to concede, two sources told CNN. The first lady, according to a separate source familiar with the conversations, has privately said the time has come for him to accept the election loss.Meanwhile, Trump’s two adult sons, Donald Jr. and Eric, have urged allies to continue pressing on and they have pushed Republicans and supporters to publicly reject the results even as CNN and other news organizations projected the race for Biden on Saturday.”
Collins is obviously giving the network CNN the name: “Fake News”.
On Thursday, Representative Steve Cohen (D-TN), who has been a loud critic of President Donald Donald Trump, introduced two bills to do away with the Electoral College and prevent presidents from pardoning themselves or their family members.
“Presidents should not pardon themselves, their families, their administration or campaign staff,” Cohen said in a statement. “This constitutional amendment would expressly prohibit this and any future president, from abusing the pardon power.”
The numbskull congressman doesn’t understand that the president has plenary powers of the pardon and any use of it is not an abuse of power. It’s like listening to children.
A third term of President Jimmy Carter is more likely than for either of the Amendments to pass because Amendments require a two-thirds vote in both chambers of Congress and then they go out to the states and must be ratified by three-fourths of them. Yes, I know that presidents can only have two terms. As I said, a third term of Jimmy Carter has a better chance.
Cohen is the loudmouth who once predicted that Donald Trump Jr. and the president’s son-in-law Jared Kushner would both be indicted by Robert Mueller, the special counsel appointed by his good buddy Rod Rosenstein to investigate the fake phony fraud Russian collusion delusion nonsense. Of course, he wouldn’t provide any evidence. None of the Democrats who said the Trump family was guilty of anything ever did. Hell, Adam Schiff (D-CA) the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee for over two years said daily that he had evidence that Russian collusion happened with the Trump campaign, and he never provided a single piece of his professed evidence.
Last summer President Trump said that he has the right to pardon himself, but that he doesn’t have to do that, because he’s done nothing wrong and has committed no crimes. The only thing a president cannot pardon themself over is an impeachment. I believe the president should rethink that logic because things have changed radically since then. The Democrats made up impeachment articles against him and there’s nothing now to stop them from making up a crime against Trump to go after him once he’s out of office.
“As has been stated by numerous legal scholars, I have the absolute right to PARDON myself, but why would I do that when I have done nothing wrong?” the president wrote in a tweet.
Many Democrats are bringing back the idiotic idea of getting rid of the Electoral College. They started complaining about it after George W Bush lost the popular vote but won the Electoral College. Only five presidents have done that: John Quincy Adams, Rutherford B. Hayes, Benjamin Harrison, George W Bush, and Donald J Trump. Hillary Clinton’s first bill she presented as a US Senator was the eliminate the Electoral College. Back then, most of the Democrats in Washington still had some common sense and the bill was never taken seriously. Hillary certainly screeched a lot about it after she won the popular vote against Donald Trump (304-227), but he won the Electoral College.
“In two presidential elections since 2000, including the most recent one in which Hillary Clinton won 2.8 million more votes than her opponent, the winner of the popular vote did not win the election because of the distorting effect of the outdated Electoral College,” Cohen blathered in his statement about the bill he introduced. “Americans expect and deserve the winner of the popular vote to win office.”
Cohen appears to suffer from Trump Derangement Syndrome at Level 7, which is the highest known level of the disease.
“More than a century ago, we amended our Constitution to provide for the direct election of US Senators,” he added. “It is past time to directly elect our President and Vice President.”
This clown doesn’t understand that the 17th Amendment which changed how Senators are elected was one of the single most damaging Amendments to our country ever passed. Prior to the 17th Amendment, senators were elected by state legislatures. This meant that if a US Senator was voting in ways that were not supportive of his state, the legislature could remove him from office. The 17th Amendment changed that and senators are now elected by the popular vote of the American voters. The problem with this is that the change in how senators are elected made it so that senators are no longer loyal to their state, but now are loyal to Washington, DC. It was the creation of the Swamp.
What Cohen is doing is showboating for his constituents and his Democrat colleagues, but more importantly he is showboating his extreme ignorance of the law and our history.
Fox News network made a heralded promise that they would be responsible with their reporting on “calling states” for one candidate or the other, luring viewers to stick with them after months and months of anticipated anxiety over the results of the election.
And within a few hours of the tallies coming in from states, event to the point of Chris Wallace conceding that it looked like Trump had won, Fox News started to perform the most illogical of acts, rushing to give victories to Democrat Joe Biden like Arizona, and refusing to give victories to Trump that were clear, like North Carolina.
In fact, Fox News giving Biden the state of Arizona and holding back North Carolina is the reason for the media outlets to be calling the entire election for Joe Biden. It appears as if Fox News had a plan to assist Biden.
That is when their viewership really bagan to fall away.
Even thought Fox had promised they would be fair, it appears they were being a little “creative” with the news.
Variety News reported on the anticipated ratings drop, however blamed “return to normal” as the reason he felt people whuld start turning out.
“Sean Hannity may not be worried about the 2020 election — if he is, he hasn’t said it on his Fox News Channel show — but his ultimate boss has indicated media investors might have some cause for concern.”
“The executive who has the final oversight of Fox News Channel suggested Tuesday that the surge in audiences enjoyed by news networks may fall noticeably after the 2020 election — a development that could have ramifications for some of the nation’s biggest media companies.
“I would expect that as we enter a more normal news cycle, which will happen eventually, that appetite for news will shift,” said Lachlan Murdoch, executive chairman and CEO of Fox Corporation, during a Tuesday call with investors. Fox, he added, would focus on keeping its share of viewership, so that it could continue to maintain leverage in the advertising market and wield influence with its audience and newsmakers.”
Many former viewers believe that Fox News was actually planning on hurting President Donald J. Trump’s chances and members of Trump’s campaign staff agree.
According to Daily Caller:
“President Donald Trump’s son-in-law and senior adviser Jared Kushner did call Fox News owner Rupert Murdoch to complain about the Arizona call, the network’s Howard Kurtz confirmed Sunday.”
Former Fox viewers were confronted with the fact that there was some intense pressure to help Joe Biden win, as in this daily mail article, which add credibility to the idea that Fox News had a plan to help Biden:
One Trump supporter reacted to the daily mail story and posted on Twitter, “FOX News is dead—Heir’s Wife Kathryn Murdoch Calls Trump a Dictator, Tweets out, “WeDidIt!” After FOX News Declares Biden Winner!”
Viewers began turning Fox Off:
According to Newsmax, Fox News lost a great amount of viewership from the base of Trump:
“It is official. Newsmax TV surpassed both Fox Business and CNBC in daytime ratings the day after Election Day.
Nielsen reported Wednesday that Newsmax drew 287,000 average viewers per minute in the key daypart 9am to 4pm, outpacing CNBC with 285,000 viewers and Fox Business with 281,000.
Newsmax also outpaced Fox Business in primetime, with 205,000 viewers compared to 138,000.
The Nielsen rating only tells part of the story. OTT viewership on platforms like YouTube added an additional 100,000 per minute live viewers tuned into Newsmax TV on Wednesday.

Newsmax covered the story of Judge Jeanine Pirro, a favorite of the Deplorable Trump base, being fired by Fox News on Saturday, hours before her show, showing a great betrayal to her viewers.
Fox News is now among the many other news networks, in the minds of many Americans, who push out wreckless information such as they did on election eve about the Democrats holding their majority in the US House of Representatives.
“Beclowing” is the perfect word for what Fox News has become in the minds of many Americans.
Jake Tapper of CNN News often posts unsourced statements that are so “gossipy” they would make a 1980’s Soap Opera star blush, and Jason Miller, a senior advisor for the campaign to re-elect President Donald J. Trump has to constantly correct him.
Sunday Tapper, who frequently mocks supports of Trump’s for reading information online that he calls “conspiracy” , and for investigating fake news and government corruption, went on a binge of spreading misinformation, proving he is wreckless and unconcerned about the consequences of pushing his very own misinformation campaign.
Tapper is one of a large group of American :journalists: whose stories when negative about Republicans, or supporters of Trump’s are unsourced, unverified, and incorrect. As a whole, the American media has a terrible record for getting the story right and conveying information to the public, which they need to make informed decisions.
In some parts of world history, stories like Tapper’s would be properly labeled “Propaganda”.
Tapper posted about conversations between Trump’s intimates, without sourcing who his information came from, which Miller said was not true. Miller would know since he is a part of the group that Tapper was gossiping about.
Miller had to correct Tapper numerous times, in what should be complete humiliation to the left who claim they rule America with “journalistic integrity”.
Here is the exchange:
This is 100% false. There is no truth to this report whatsoever. CoS Meadows, Dave Bossie, Jared Kushner, Rudy, myself and everybody else are on the same page – we all work for @realDonaldTrump and follow his lead, and there is no daylight between us. https://t.co/GAHjAs5yck
Here Tapper is talking about “sources close to POTUS”. So who would be Tapper’s source? He never mentions. And while similar to little girls gossiping on the playground, these types of posts by Tapper are what is fueling numerous media stories, at a time when the American public are looking for information about hugely important matters.
The ‘News” media picks up on these unsourced and unverified tid-bits and make them into major stories, and create a narrative that impacts public opinons and outlook.
For grown ups, it is important to get these things right.
MILLER HAS TO CORRECT HIM
“This is 100% false. There is no truth to this report whatsoever. CoS Meadows, Dave Bossie, Jared Kushner, Rudy, myself and everybody else are on the same page – we all work for @realDonaldTrump and follow his lead, and there is no daylight between us,” Miller wrote.
Is it possible that Tapper doesn’t know how to contact Miller for a statement?
It is almost as if Tapper doesn’t understand that the Presidential election has a life-changing impact on American citizens. The lack of respect for these types of stories should send Americans fleeing from faulty thinking, the lazy work ethic, and the childishness of the established media.
We are better than this- we deserve better than this.
Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals(DACA) is an illegal executive branch memorandum put into place by President Barack Obama on June 15, 2012. U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) began accepting applications for the program on August 15, 2012.
A United States immigration policy that allows some individuals with unlawful presence in the United States after being brought to the country as children to receive a renewable two-year period of deferred action from deportation and become eligible for a work permit in the U.S.
Even with both houses of Congress in his first term, former President Barak Obama could not get immigration reform pushed through.
But even after acknowledging, he did not have the authority to create immigration law from the Oval Office, Mr. Obama crafted a workaround which is still in effect today, avoiding congress.
Full of criminals, welfare recipients, and non-assimilating illegal aliens, now adults, DACA has been a hot potato especially for those who are for law & order. With all this true, there are members in the Trump cabinet, including his Senior Advisor to the President of the United States and son-in-law Jared Kushner, who have been pushing the President to find a solution for the DACA recipients and offer them a pathway to citizenship.
Oh, the tangled web Schiff has weaved. He weaved a web of lies and now the truth is coming out. So many times Schiff lied and said they had evidence President Trump colluded with Russia even though he had nothing. CNN and all the fake news outlets went along with all the lies. Now we know that Schiff knows Trump never colluded with Russia.
For the Democrats, it is essential that they keep the truth from the Americans during this election year because it would reveal that they are the real frauds.
This has been a tough week for Democrats. First, we see that they wrongfully entrapped Flynn. And now, that they have absolutely no proof of collusion with Russia.
Let’s be sure to vote these frauds out of office during their next election. And be sure to VoteDemOut this November. Let’s remove the corruption in D.C. by removing the Democrats.
EXCLUSIVE: Transcripts of House Intelligence Committee interviews that have been cleared for release show top law enforcement and intelligence officials affirming they had no evidence of collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia during the 2016 election, senior administration and intelligence community officials told Fox News on Wednesday.
This would align with the results of former Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation — which found no evidence of illegal or criminal coordination between President Trump, the Trump campaign and Russia in 2016 — but the numerous transcribed interviews could raise further questions about committee Chairman Adam Schiff’s past statements saying that there was “direct evidence” of collusion.
“Schiff is in panic mode,” a senior administration official told Fox News.
Earlier this week, House Republicans sought over 6,000 pages of transcripts pertaining to interviews conducted by the committee in 2017 and 2018, after the panel in September 2018 voted on a bipartisan basis to approve their public release.
A day later, acting Director of National Intelligence Richard Grenell notified Schiff, D-Calif., that the redaction and declassification process was complete, and that the records were ready for release, putting the ball in Schiff’s court.
However, intelligence officials told Fox News on Wednesday that Schiff has had his subcommittee staff director reaching out to heads of intelligence community agencies asking how Grenell was involved and what role Grenell — a known Trump ally — may have played in the declassification and redaction process.
Fox News is told, however, that the redactions were completed before Grenell took the helm as acting director this past February.
The process, according to an intelligence community official, took place under both former directors Dan Coates and Joseph Maguire, and was conducted by career intelligence officials. The official also told Fox News that the relevant heads of appropriate agencies were consulted on the declassifications and redactions of all 53 transcripts.
Grenell, in a letter to Schiff dated May 4, wrote that the review of 43 of the 53 transcripts “was completed in June 2019,” and that the “interagency review of the remaining ten transcripts has been completed.” Grenell added, “pursuant to your guidance, these transcripts have not been shared with the White House.”
The remaining 10 transcripts included interviews with President Trump’s eldest son, Donald Trump Jr., former adviser Steve Bannon, the president’s son-in-law and adviser Jared Kushner, Trump aide Hope Hicks and former campaign manager Corey Lewandowski.
Further, Grenell wrote Schiff that he was “willing” to release the transcripts directly from the Office of the Director of National Intelligence [ODNI] “as to ensure we comply with the unanimous and bipartisan vote to release the transcripts.” It’s unclear, at this point, when Grenell could release the transcripts.
A House Intelligence Committee spokesman told Fox News on Wednesday that the panel received Grenell’s letter on Tuesday.
“After more than a year of unnecessary delay, the ODNI has finally concluded its protracted classification review of the committee’s transcripts, and it also appears the White House has now abandoned its improper insistence on reviewing key transcripts, which the committee appropriately rejected,” the spokesman said.
“We are now reviewing the proposed redactions from ODNI based on classification, law enforcement sensitivity or items ODNI requests be for official use only,” the spokesman continued. “Given the overtly political role now played by the acting DNI, including the leak of his letter, this committee and the public can have little confidence that his determinations are made on the merits.”
The spokesman added: “This process had already taken far too long, most notably because the ODNI improperly held up the declassification review and release of several transcripts at the request of the White House.”
The spokesman also said that the committee’s review of ODNI’s “newly proposed redactions” would be “as expeditious as possible given the constraints of the pandemic.” He continued, “We look forward to releasing these transcripts, which relate to misconduct by the Trump campaign and the president himself.”
The GOP operative was charged with making false statements, obstruction and witness tampering tied to his pursuit of Russian-hacked emails in 2016.
So Roger Stone goes to jail but none of the corrupt Democrats are even getting investigated. Seems the entire judicial system is biased.

Republican operative Roger Stone was found guilty on Friday of all seven counts against him, including witness tampering and making false statements.
Prosecutors portrayed Stone, 67, as a serial liar who tried to bully witnesses into not cooperating with authorities. They charged the confidant of President Donald Trump with making false statements, obstruction and witness tampering in a case that was an offshoot of former special counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia investigation.
Stone is the sixth Trump aide or adviser to be convicted of charges brought as part of Mueller’s probe.
His sentencing was set for Feb. 6 and he could face up to 20 years in prison.
Trump tweeted shortly after the verdict was announced, asking “what about” Hillary Clinton, Jame Comey, House Intelligence Committee chair Adam Schiff and others. “Didn’t they lie?”
The colorful trial in Washington, D.C., lasted for nearly two weeks and featured references to “The Godfather Part II,” threats of dognapping, complaints of food poisoning and a gag order.
Stone was arrested in January in an early morning FBI raid and charged with misleading the House Intelligence Committee in 2017 about his efforts to find out when WikiLeaks would be releasing emails hacked from the Democratic Party and Hillary Clinton’s campaign.
The prosecution rested its case on Tuesday with the testimony of former FBI agent Michelle Taylor. She was recalled to testify about Stone’s testimony to the Intelligence Committee, specifically when he told the panel about his thoughts about the potential connection between Guccifer 2.0 and the Russian government.
The trial also featured various former Trump aides, including ex-White House chief strategist Steve Bannon and onetime Trump campaign aide Rick Gates, who struck a plea deal with Mueller.
Bannon told jurors he saw Stone as “an access point” to WikiLeaks.
Gates testified that it was his understanding that Stone had inside, non-public information into Wikileaks’ operation and that the campaign acted on it.
After the DNC announced it had been hacked and Wikileaks planned a press conference, the campaign had “brainstorming” sessions about what to do with the information. Gates said that former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort, who was convicted earlier this year in the Mueller probe, told him he would update Trump with any information that he could get from Stone.
The jury also saw an email between Gates and Stone after the DNC announced it had been hacked. In it, Stone asks for Trump son-in-law and senior adviser Jared Kushner’s contact information.
Just one day after he walked out of a contentious White House meeting with Congressional leaders, President Trump is preparing personally to visit the southern border — and, in a sign he might declare a national emergency to fund a wall, the president reportedly is bringing along the White House’s top lawyer.
Just one day after he walked out of a contentious White House meeting with Congressional leaders, President Trump is preparing personally to visit the southern border as he continues to contemplate whether to declare a national emergency to fund a wall there.
Trump is scheduled to visit near the U.S.-Mexico border in McAllen, Texas, a city of 143,000 on the river, on Thursday, which would be the 20th day of the ongoing partial federal government shutdown affecting nearly 800,000 federal workers. Trump is expected to be joined by his senior adviser and son-in-law Jared Kushner, acting White House chief of staff Mick Mulvaney, and Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen.
While details on Trump’s travel schedule are scant, a local paper reported that advance teams from the Secret Service have locked down the Anzalduas Park in Mission, Texas that “sits along the Rio Grande in the shadow of the Anzalduas International Bridge and is frequently patrolled by Border Patrol agents attempting to intercept those crossing into the country illegally.”
White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders first announced the border trip on Monday, saying the president would “meet with those on the frontlines of the national security and humanitarian crisis.” (The president previously viewed wall prototypes near the border in San Diego, Calif. in March 2018.)
Responding to a report in The New York Times suggesting Trump did not really want to go on the Thursday trip and saw the visit as a necessary publicity stunt organized by his communications team, White House adviser Kellyanne Conway on Wednesday told reporters Trump was “enthusiastic” and “does want to meet with men and women” protecting the border “to hear what it is they see, what they need.”

It increasingly appeared possible that Trump, who repeatedly has threatened to declare a state of emergency, may use the visit to determine whether to take that extraordinary step.
The National Emergencies Act grants the president broad authority to declare emergencies, and several federal laws then could clear a path for the White House to move ahead with building a wall.
One statute, 33 U.S. Code § 2293 – “Reprogramming during national emergencies,” permits the president to “apply the resources of the Department of the Army’s civil works program, including funds, personnel, and equipment, to construct or assist in the construction, operation, maintenance, and repair of authorized civil works, military construction, and civil defense projects that are essential to the national defense.”
Another law, 10 U.S. Code § 2808 – “Construction authority in the event of a declaration of war or national emergency,” permits the secretary of defense, in a presidentially declared emergency, to use “funds that have been appropriated for military construction” for the purpose of undertaking “military construction projects.”
More than 35 million people watched Trump’s first-ever prime-time address Tuesday night from the Oval Office on the importance of border security, which was followed by a rebuttal from House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y. Trump did not declare a state of emergency during that address, instead calling for compromise — although he did not budge on his demand for $5.7 billion in funding for a border wall.
Nevertheless, on Wednesday, both sides seemed further than ever from the compromise that Trump demanded in his address. The Democratic-led House approved a bill to fund the Treasury Department, the IRS and other agencies for the next year as part of a strategy to reopen the government on a piecemeal basis, but Senate Republicans dismissed the attempt as a nonstarter without any wall funding. Eight Republicans supported the measure.

Just left a meeting with Chuck and Nancy, a total waste of time. I asked what is going to happen in 30 days if I quickly open things up, are you going to approve Border Security which includes a Wall or Steel Barrier? Nancy said, NO. I said bye-bye, nothing else works!
The acting director of the White House budget office, Russell Vought, promised this week that tax refunds still would go out even if the IRS remained unfunded, because customary rules will be changed to make the payments possible. He told reporters an “indefinite appropriation” was available for the refunds, which would go out as normal.

Although most top Republicans backed Trump on Wednesday — with House Minority Whip Steve Scalise, R-La., calling Trump’s remarks “a firm commitment to reopening the government while also securing our southern border” — there were some signs that not all Republicans were aligned with the White House.
GOP West Virginia Rep. Shelley Moore Capito, a member of the Homeland Security appropriations subcommittee, dismissed Trump’s comments that the shutdown could go on for “years.” Seven Republicans voted in favor of a Democratic bill to end the shutdown last week without funding for a border wall, and more have come out suggesting that they will back individual bills to fund certain agencies in the federal government without wall funding.
But, any defections were few and far between, Republican leaders insisted.
“Quite frankly, I see no wavering,” North Carolina Republican Rep. Mark Meadows, who chairs the conservative House Freedom Caucus, said Wednesday.
Some money already has been appropriated to construct additional barriers on the southern border. In March, Congress funded 33 miles of walls and fencing in Texas, and the federal government has started surveying land along the border in the state and announced plans to start construction next month.
The government has laid out plans that would cut across private land in the Rio Grande Valley. Those in the way would include landowners who have lived in the valley for generations, environmental groups and a 19th-century chapel.
Democratic New Mexico Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham, meanwhile, announced this week she would visit her state’s southern border with Mexico on Friday.
Grisham, who has described Trump’s idea for a wall as outdated and ineffectual, previously indicated she would reconsider the state’s deployment of National Guard troops to the border by Republican predecessor Susana Martinez. The state sent about 180 troops.
