An explosive article about the contents of Hunter Biden’s laptop that has escaped scrutiny by the mainstream American media and law enforcement until recently appeared in UK media on Thursday, yet the source of information in that article says sex and drugs is not the story he wants people focused on.
“Let’s paint these guys individually as the ones who stole the election with their credentials and a compliant press,” Maxey said about John Brennan, James Clapper, and Mike Hyden, and others, pointing me to two posts in Politico that claim to expose Biden’s Laptop was Russian disinformation.
Recall the contents of the laptop have been verified by top forensics experts, according to the Daily Mail.

CONNECTING THE DOTS
Everyone in the American MSM called the Hunter Biden Laptop story "Russian disinformation". But saying that was actually "Chinese disinformation." Here is the true story. Let's keep beating this drum. Our nation hangs in the balance. https://t.co/rF42JXYHCU
The article’s source who provided the laptop to the Daily Mail is Naval Veteran Jack Maxey. Maxey was first rebuked by Youtube, Twitter, and other platforms for talking about the laptop before the 2020 Presidential election, and then outright banned from Twitter after posting some of the laptop contents on his own Twitter timeline.
“10/19/20, the War Room got taken down [From Twitter] along with the New York Post. My own Twitter account was dropped for some reason a month ago,” Maxey told me.
“Twitter sent me a first message telling me that someone had warned them that I was self-harming and that people cared about me. Then they sent me a message saying that I was using Twitter to create spam. Then they sent me a message asking me to remove 3-4 tweets referencing Bob Woodward and WaPo. I did it. Then they sent me an email saying upon further review they were suspending me permanently bc I promoted abuse,” Maxey said.
Maxey, a co-host of the show, had the laptop directly from the show owner of where the laptop had been abandoned, directly by Hunter Biden. Maxey discussed the contents on Steve Bannon’s War Room Pandemic until the show was taken down off its platforms, left to scramble for new ways to distribute the popular podcast.
Bannon is also a Naval Veteran.
WHAT IS THE REAL STORY?
Maxey sees the contents of Biden’s laptop as more than just bombastic stuff about sex and drugs; Maxey told me he sees more to the important contents about what he calls “real election interference.”
“Let talk about how real election interference was perpetrated by Clapper, Brennan, Hayden, et al. THIS IS THE BIG STORY. Trust me,” Maxey told me and directed me to an article in Politico.
MAXEY SENT ME HERE
From her Politico article, Hunter Biden’s story is Russian disinfo, dozens of former intel officials say, Natasha Bertrand reported, “More than 50 former intelligence officials signed a letter casting doubt on the provenance of a New York Post story on the former vice president’s son.”
“More than 50 former senior intelligence officials have signed on to the letter outlining their belief that the recent disclosure of emails allegedly belonging to Joe Biden’s son “has all the classic earmarks of a Russian information operation.”
The letter, signed on Monday, centers around a batch of documents released by the New York Post last week that purport to tie the Democratic nominee to his son Hunter’s business dealings. Under the banner headline “Biden Secret E-mails,” the Post reported it was given a copy of Hunter Biden’s laptop hard drive by President Donald Trump’s personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani, who said he got it from a Mac shop owner in Delaware who also alerted the FBI,” Bertrand wrote.
So, taxpayer-funded, career Intelligence servants called the exposure of Biden’s Laptop “Russian Disinformation,” which took down Bannon and Maxey, two naval veterans who turned American media sources.
The letter the intelligence community wrote protecting the Biden family gave Big Tech cover to steal American civil liberties from Naval Veterans and other Americans. And it took Maxey to connect the dots.
Maxey directed me to the letter, which was also posted in Politico:
Public Statement on the Hunter Biden Emails
October 19, 2020
We are all individuals who devoted significant portions of our lives to national security. Some of us served in senior positions in policy departments and agencies, and some of us served in senior positions in the Intelligence Community. Some of us were political appointees, and some were career officials. Many of us worked for presidents of both political parties.
We are all also individuals who see Russia as one of our nation’s primary adversaries. All of us have an understanding of the wide range of Russian overt and covert activities that undermine The US national security, with some of us knowing Russian behavior intimately, as we worked to defend our nation against it for a career. A few of us worked against Russian information operations in the United States in the last several years.
Perhaps most important, each of us believes deeply that American citizens should determine the outcome of elections, not foreign governments. All of us agree with the founding fathers’ concern about the damage that foreign interference in our politics can do to our democracy.
It is for all these reasons that we write to say that the arrival on the US political scene of emails purportedly belonging to Vice President Biden’s son Hunter, much of it related to his serving on the Board of the Ukrainian gas company Burisma, has all the classic earmarks of Russian information,” the letter read.
THEY PUT THEIR NAME ON IT:

About the people who signed the letter, Maxey said, “They also caused harm to NY Post me and others with their lies. They owe an apology to the American people and the world,” Maxey said.
In his new book, Hunter Biden says he started an affair with his brother’s wife when I was at my lowest, she was at her neediest.
What he didn’t say about his ex girlfriend is that the affair began when his brother was still alive, and was sick from cancer.
I doubt that anyone is surprised by that fact. Hunter has no morals and no scruples whatsoever.
This takes me back to Billy Carter, brother of Jimmy.
FOX News reported today on Hunter’s upcoming book. We should have known it was fiction. FOX reports:
In Hunter Biden’s forthcoming tell-all book, the president’s son describes how his relationship with his late brother’s widow had been borne out of desperation.
After the funeral of his brother Beau, who died of brain cancer in 2015, Hunter said he’d began spending a lot of time at the home of Hallie Biden, to help with the kids in Beau’s absence. He said he slept most nights on a Murphy bed in the den and took the kids to school in the morning.
“Feeling physically and mentally purged, I phoned Hallie and asked if she would come to Arizona to pick me up. I wanted her to accompany me on the trip back,” Hunter wrote in “Beautiful Things.” ” I didn’t trust myself to make it home without backsliding — without taking a detour into the pit I fell into on my way there.”
“She flew out the next day. I was at my lowest, she was at her neediest, and we clung to each other with abandon. We talked at length about how much we had come to rely on each other, how our health and well-being seemed dependent on the love we’d grown to share,” he continued.
“There’s no question about the unseen force in the middle of it all: Beau,” Hunter wrote, adding that they’d come to think they could keep Beau alive by being together, “that by loving each other we somehow could love him back into existence.”
“By the time we returned to Delaware at the end of the week, we were no longer just two people bound by shared grief. We were a couple,” the president’s son said.
Hunter Biden has bees been kicked out of the military over his drug addiction.
He was added to the board of Burisma Holdings even though he was a druggie with no experience in Ukraine or in the gas and oil business for that matter.
Sens. Chuck Grassley and Ron Johnson is asking the directors of the FBI, the U.S. Secret Service, and the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives for details on the Hunter Biden gun controversy.
The Secret Service claims they had nothing to do with the incident but Hunter Biden texts suggest otherwise. Hunter wrote, “the police the FBI the Secret Service came on the scene.”
A question has arisen because Hunter Biden lied on his application, saying that he was not a drug addict. There could be other lies on the application but we won’t know that until the application is released.
The main question that must be troubling the GOP Senators is why Hunter Biden was never charged with a gun crime. In light of the fact that Joe Biden plans to ban guns through the use of Executive Orders, it is a fair question to ask.
In a Politico article it is said that Hallie Biden, the widow of Hunter’s dead brother, Beau, with whom he was having an affair, threw his gun into the dump0ster behind a grocery store. She then claimed she went back to reclaim the gun in fear someone would find the gun and use it in the commission of a crime but when she got there the gun was gone, so she called the authorities.
The Secret Service who claims they were not involved, allegedly went to the gun store where Hunter purchased the gun and asked the owner for all of the paperwork for the gun sale.
The owner refused because he was afraid they wanted to cover up for Hunter and could end up leaving him holding the bag should anything go wrong.
The Secret Service denied this week that the agency was involved in the incident, though text messages that came to light on Friday show that Hunter Biden wrote to someone that the FBI and Secret Service showed up to investigate an incident that resembles the one in Delaware.
The New York Post reported Friday that Biden said in a Jan. 29, 2019, text message that Hallie Biden had taken the gun out of his truck lock box and dropped it in a garbage can behind a grocery store.
“She stole the gun out of my trunk lock box and threw it in a garbage can full to the top at Jansens [sic]. Then told me it was my problem to deal with,” Biden wrote, according to the Post.
Republican Senators Chuck Grassley (R-IA) and Ron Johnson (R-WI) are asking the directors of the FBI, and the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF), and the US Secret Service for the details of their so-called “investigation” into a handgun that belonged to Hunter Biden that was reported missing in 2018.
We recently reported that the Secret Service got involved in the case when they had no jurisdiction to do so, and when the Service was not officially protecting anyone in the Biden family.
In their letters, the senators referred to a report from Politico that was published this week about the issue of the missing gun.
According to Politico, on Oct. 23, 2018, Hunter Biden’s dead brother’s wife/girlfriend, Hallie Biden, called Delaware police to report that she had taken Biden’s gun and thrown it into a trash bin outside of a grocery store.
Hallie, who was sleeping with Hunter, said that she went to find the gun after she got worried that someone else might find it and use it in a crime, but when they went to look for it in the trash bin, it was already gone. That’s not bad luck, that’s dumb luck. What are the odds that someone is going to come along and find the gun in a trash bin outside a grocery store?
The FBI arrived at the scene of the investigation, more-than-likely because of who was involved. The ATF eventually showed up, not until after the US Secret Service got themselves involved in the investigation and asked the owner of the gun store that sold the firearm to Biden to let them see the documents Biden filled out, according to Politico.
The owner of the store refused to let the Secret Service see the paperwork of the gun sale, telling them that only the ATF has that purview.
The store owner did allow the ATF to see the transaction record. There was a concern that “the Secret Service agents wanted to hide Hunter’s ownership of the missing gun in case it were to be involved in a crime,” Politico reported.
Incidentally, Politico was able to obtain a copy of the transaction and a receipt from the October 12 purchase. The paperwork showed that Hunter answered “No” to the question on the form that asked, “Are you an unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana or any depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance?”
Nobody was arrested in connection with the incident. However, lying on the form is a felony. No one will do anything about it because he’s the president’s son, and his father isn’t Donald Trump. You know darn right well that had this been Don Jr or Eric Trump, I have charged them with felonies and Democrats would have screamed for prison time.
`The biggest question of all is why did the secret service get involved?
When the cop at the scene asked Hunter if he had called his father about the incident before the cop arrived at the scene, Hunter replied, “I have never called my dad for anything,” according to the police report. You just know the cop asked that question because he wanted to know if Joe Biden sent the Secret Service to cover up the incident.
Earlier in the week, the Secret Service denied that the agency got involved in the case, though text messages that came to light on Friday show that Hunter Biden contacted someone and said that the FBI and Secret Service showed up to investigate an incident which was more-than-likely the one that happened in Delaware. That makes perfect sense because his father was out of the White House as vice president for only two years, so he had to still have contacts there that he could call to cover up the mess.
“US Secret Service records confirm that the agency did not provide protection to any member of the Biden family in 2018 and that the Secret Service had no involvement in this alleged incident,” the Service said in a statement.
“Then when the police the FBI the secret service came on the scene she said she took it from me because she was scared I would harm myself due to my drug and alcohol problem and our volatile relationship and that she was afraid for the kids,” Biden wrote.
The senators mentioned in the letter to Secret Service Director James Murray that neither Joe Biden nor his son Hunter was under Secret Service protection at the time of the incident.
Then on Friday, the Post reported that Biden said in a January 29, 2019 text message that Hallie Biden had taken the gun out of his truck lockbox and threw it into a trash bin behind a grocery store.
Biden wrote, “She stole the gun out of my trunk lock box and threw it in a garbage can full to the top at Jansens [sic]. Then told me it was my problem to deal with,” according to the Post.
Politico said an anonymous law enforcement official said that Secret Service agents “kept an informal hand in maintaining the former vice president’s security.”
The senators wrote, “If true, USSS must explain to Congress why such informal actions were taken and whether they were necessary in light of the circumstances.”
We reported when Hunter Biden’s gun was taken by Hallie Biden and she threw it into a trash bin outside a supermarket and that when they went to look for it later on, by the time they got there the gun was missing.
An investigation started out where Delaware State Police took security camera footage and interviewed the store manager, Janssen. “We complied with the police and gave them whatever security footage we could,” Janssen told the left-leaning but sometimes spot on POLITICO.
According to sources familiar with the incident, the FBI was also at the scene. At that time, the FBI was monitoring Hunter Biden as part of an investigation that to this day is still ongoing and that case is related to his taxes.
On top of questioning Hallie Biden, Hunter’s dead brother’s wife who Hunter started sleeping with, police called Hunter to the scene where he was questioned outside the store’s loading dock area where he told authorities he used the gun for target practice, according to the report.
We reported when Hunter’s gun was taken by Halle and thrown into a trash bin outside the supermarket.
The Thief-in-Chief’s son, according to the police report, told an officer that the store had some suspicious characters working for it just as two Mexican male employees walked past the loading dock. When the cop asked him if he was referring to the two staffers, the racist Hunter Biden said, “Yea, prolly illegal.”
When one of the officers asked Hunter if the gun had ever been used in the commission of a crime, the officer said Hunter “became very agitated with me and asked me if I was intentionally trying to make him mad.” Who would act that way toward a police officer in that situation? Hunter’s gun was taken by his girlfriend and tossed into a trash bin and was at that moment considered missing, so the cop asked if it was ever involved in the commission of a crime. That is a normal question for any police officer to ask. I think a better question would be why did your girlfriend throw it in a trash bin if all he used it for was target practice?
According to the police report, Hunter gave the answer. When the same officer asked him if he had been drinking or doing drugs, he replied, “Listen, it isn’t like that. I think she believes I was gonna kill myself.”
When the cop asked Hunter if he contacted his father about the incident prior to his arrival at the scene, he responded, “I have never called my dad for anything,” according to the police report.
As police were questioning the couple, two Secret Service agents arrived at the StarQuest Shooters & Survival Supply store where Hunter bought the gun. They badged the store’s owner and asked to have the Firearms Transaction Record that Hunter filled out when he purchased the gun.
Palmieri, the store’s owner, refused to give the transaction record to the Secret Service agents because those records are obtained by the ATF and not the Secret Service. I smell former VP daddy interference. According to people familiar with the case, the agents left the store without the records, but then later that day the ATF showed up at the store and inspected the records.
Some days later, an older man returned the gun. He’s known for dumpster diving through trash to collect recyclables.
The Secret Service’s alleged involvement in the case is still somewhat of a mystery. It always is when it involved a high-ranking Democrat.
When the Secret Service was asked if they requested state police security for Biden during the period when he was not under the agency’s protection, a Delaware State Police spokesman said, “I have reached out to our sergeant who oversees the Executive Protection Unit with the Delaware State Police. He is unaware of any such requests or services provided.” That question was asked because Secret Service agents don’t normally get involved with anything they are not assigned to get involved with.
One thing that is certain is that any amount of involvement by the Secret Service either by request by the Biden family or by taking its own initiative would be highly inappropriate. It would be considered interfering in an incident that was already being investigated by Delaware State Police where the FBI was already involved.
POLITICO obtained a copy of the Firearms Transaction Record. It revealed that Hunter responded “No” to a question on the transaction record that asked, “Are you an unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana or any depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance?” Five years prior, Hunter was discharged from the Navy Reserve when he tested positive for cocaine. He and members of his family have often talked about his history with drug abuse.
Andre Miller, a spokesman for the ATF, referred any questions to the Delaware State Police. Delaware State Police spokesman Jason Hatchell said if you want answers to questions about the incident you’d have to file a Freedom of Information Act request. In other words, forget about it.
This incident received next to no media attention. Outside of David Harris Jr and TheBlaze, it looks like no one else covered the fact that the police decided to not press charges against either Hallie or Hunter.
A spokesperson for the Secret Service denied that the agency had any involvement in the incident.
“U.S. Secret Service records confirm that the agency did not provide protection to any member of the Biden family in 2018, and that the Secret Service had no involvement in this alleged incident.”
Okay, so they want you to believe that the store owner is lying. It sounds like the Secret Service spokesman lied to protect Joe Biden who was planning on running in 2020.
It just goes to show that there are two systems of justice: one for the powerful elites and the other for the rest of us.
A new biopic is set to feature President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter, and his shady business dealings and his opulent lifestyle fueled by the millions he’s made in China and Ukraine.
This comes from the same people who made the movie “Gosnell” about the serial abortionist who endangered women’s lives and saw him eventually going to prison for his crimes.
The White House showed the film and one of the people they invited to the screening was our own David Harris Jr.
They are looking to raise $2.5 million using public fundraising and the acceptance of donations in order to cover the costs. Producers Phelim McAleer, who is a contributor to The Daily Wire, and Ann McElhinney are digging into the many scandals Hunter Biden has been involved with including his drug addiction and his habit of frequenting sex clubs.
He has a baby born to one of the dancers in one of those clubs.
The movie, titled “My Son Hunter,” is set to begin filming in Serbia this summer. Unless I miss my guess, it will be a huge moneymaker once movie houses are allowed to reopen across the nation.
The people behind the movie say they believe that voters from both parties will be interested in seeing the movie when it is done. No actors and actresses for the film have been made and won’t be until the funding is solid.
“The media and big tech covered up the bombshell report by The New York Post that showed the depth of corruption in the Biden family,” McAleer said in a statement. “The truth deserves to be told and it needs to be seen by as many people as possible. An entertaining and enjoyable movie is the best way to tell the story of the Biden family’s corruption and to ensure as many people are educated about this as possible. If the media won’t do their jobs, we’ll do it for them.”
McElhinney added, “This is an incredibly fascinating story. It’s ‘Austin Powers’ meets ‘King Lear’ with a dash of ‘House of Cards.’ The story is so compelling that viewers on both sides of the aisle will find it incredibly entertaining.”
McAleer and McElhinney have worked as husband-and-wife to produce films such as “Gosnell: The Trial Of America’s Biggest Serial Killer” and “Obamagate The Movie.” Their next endeavor will chronicle the “elitist party lifestyle, dodgy business dealings, family drama, and corruption” of Hunter Biden.
Sen Ted Cruz has revealed some of the questions submitted by members but not used by Trump’s lawyers or members of congress. My favorite one is “Can we build the Keystone Pipeline if we add Hunter Biden to the board?” Of course this refers to Hunter Biden being named to the board of directors of Burisma at the time they were being investigated. This was done in hopes of killing the investigations, which Joe Biden took care of.
That was in reference to the Keystone Pipeline that Biden cancelled at the direction of higher ups in the shadow government. It cost us 11,000 union jobs. It should cost the union hierarchy their jobs for pushing Joe Biden to their membership. It will get even worse as Biden kills off high paying energy jobs which he plans to replace with non-existent green energy jobs.
Fang Fang, also known as Christine Fang a Chinese spy that Eric Swalwell allegedly slept with and allowed her to place an operative into his office. Here is another related question:
According to Axios, Fang burrowed her way into Swalwell’s political circle:
Fang took part in fundraising activity for Swalwell’s 2014 re-election campaign, according to a Bay Area political operative and a current U.S. intelligence official. Swalwell’s office was directly aware of these activities on its behalf, the political operative said. That same political operative, who witnessed Fang fundraising on Swalwell’s behalf, found no evidence of illegal contributions.
Federal Election Commission records don’t indicate Fang herself made donations, which are prohibited from foreign nationals. Fang helped place at least one intern in Swalwell’s office, according to those same two people, and interacted with Swalwell at multiple events over the course of several years.
A statement from Swalwell’s office provided to Axios said: ‘Rep. Swalwell, long ago, provided information about this person — whom he met more than eight years ago, and whom he hasn’t seen in nearly six years — to the FBI. To protect information that might be classified, he will not participate in your story.’
I think those questions should be asked after the House managers edited so many videos in order to make it appear Trump said things he actually did not say.
Remember on the campaign trail when Joe Biden promised that his family would not be doing business in foreign countries, especially with governments not friendly with the United States?
I guess that was just another empty promise from the empty suit. We were told earlier this year that Hunter Biden would divest himself of his 10% stake in a company he partnered with the Chinese state-controlled Bank of China.
That company BHR is a private equity firm worth $2.1 billion dollars in managed assets.
Biden claimed that he did not receive any money from the partnership, emails on Hunter’s abandoned laptop from his business partner Eric Schwerin said he would begin seeing significant payments from the firm beginning in 2019, the Daily Caller News Foundation previously reported.
Back in December, the Daily Caller and Fox News reported that Hunter was divesting himself of his equity stake. According to Qixinbao and Baidu, two independent services that provide business records on Chinese corporations, that never happened.
He is still in possession of his equity stake and if he continues to hold onto it, the president’s son will be business partners with China.
In his first week in office, Joe Biden has taken many steps that benefit China greatly. He rejoined the Paris Accord that allows China to pollute as much as they want until 2030.
It also calls for the United States to reduce emissions. Biden canceled the Keystone Pipeline.
That oil from Canada is now quite possibly be going to China because they can run the pipeline through Canada and sent to China.
Biden also reopened the national power grid to China, even though they are known to put back doors in their products that allow them access.
Why would we ever want to give access to our power grid to China who could cripple us in time of war? Or peace even.
Biden also lifted the travel ban and has outlawed the term Chinese virus. all this in just one week. What will they receive from Biden over the next four years?
Joe Biden promised in no uncertain terms during his presidential campaign that no one in his family would engage in foreign business if he was elected president.
“No one in my family will have an office in the White House, will sit in on meetings as if they are a cabinet member, will, in fact, have any business relationship with anyone that relates to a foreign corporation or a foreign country,” Joe Biden told reporters in Iowa. “Period. Period. End of story.”
Joe Biden reiterated his pledge in December 2019, telling Axios on HBO in reference to his family and former President Donald Trump’s foreign business dealings: “They will not be engaged in any foreign business because of what’s happened in this administration.”
The Delaware computer repair shop owner who got ensnared into a controversy brought to him by the junkie Hunter Biden’s laptop is sure to test the limits of legal immunity in the digital age after he filed a $500 million lawsuit for defamation against the social media site Twitter where he argues he was falsely portrayed as a hacker by the censoring tech giant.
The repair shop owner, John Paul Mac Isaac, filed the suit on Monday in US District Court in Miami, far from the Wilmington, Delaware computer repair shop where he says a man identifying himself as Hunter Biden in 2019 dropped a laptop off with him and never came back to pick it up. According to the law and the contract that Hunter signed with the shop after so many days of not coming back to retrieve it, the laptop legally became Mac Isaac’s.
Mac Isaac turned the laptop over to the FBI and an attorney who was working for President Donald Trump’s lawyer, Rudy Giuliani after he believed it might have evidence of wrongdoing. Mac Isaac then became the focus of a media storm, which included the New York Post. Of course, the Democrats brushed the story off using their favorite bullschtein cover story by labeling it as Russian disinformation, and then Twitter banned the New York Post’s account and any stories based on any content concerning the laptop, claiming that any information regarding the laptop violated the tech giant’s policy against hacking. It didn’t matter that the laptop legally became Mac Isaac’s property when Hunter Biden failed to show up, even after the shop owner made several attempts to notify Biden to come to get it. Twitter portrayed the idea that Mac Isaac was either a hacker or his property was the product of hacking, because of the negative connotations it conjures up.
Many people suspect Twitter censored the information because they hate Donald Trump and they wanted Joe Biden to beat him in the 2020 election, so they censored anything that would look bad on the Biden crime family.
Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe publicly said that the laptop was not Russian disinformation and federal authorities did confirm that they took possession of the laptop back in December 2019. Jack Dorsey, the Twitter CEO, has come out since and said that it was a mistake to censor the stories. It’s actually unamerican to censor any news story, especially one that comes from the oldest and 4th largest publication in the country that was started by Founding Father Alexander Hamilton.
Hunter Biden recently admitted that he is under federal criminal investigation over taxes. Of course, he says he didn’t do anything wrong. For a man who constantly has to claim he did nothing wrong, he sure as hell gets himself involved in a lot of controversies.
The claim made by Twitter that the laptop violated a hacking policy is what made Mac Isaac file the lawsuit, claiming that the social media giant made “false and negligent statements.”
“On October 14, 2020, Defendant locked the NY POST’s account as it attempted to post and disseminate its exposé on the social media platform provided by Defendant,” the suit claimed. “In addition to locking the NY POST’s account, Defendant published that it was doing so because the NY POST’s story violated Defendant’s rules against ‘distribution of hacked material.’
“Defendant’s actions and statements had the specific intent to communicate to the world that Plaintiff is a hacker,” the suit alleged. “According to Merriam-Webster, a ‘hacker’ is ‘a person who illegally gains access to and sometimes tampers with information in a computer system.’ The term ‘hacker’ is widely viewed as disparaging, particularly when said about someone who owns a computer repair business. Plaintiff is not a hacker and the information obtained from the computer does not [constitute] hacked materials because Plaintiff lawfully gained access to the computer, first with the permission of its owner, BIDEN, and then, after BIDEN failed to retrieve the hard drive despite Plaintiff’s requests, in accordance with the Mac Shop’s abandoned property policy.”
The Left’s cancel culture went after Mac Isaac’s business by writing negative reviews about the shop and they did other things to harm his livelihood. The computer repair shop’s attorneys said they filed in federal court in Florida because Twitter has an office there and “performs substantial activities in the State of Florida.”
The case got tossed by the judge the day it was filed. The US District Court for the Southern District of Florida threw the case out because the complaint “failed to allege complete diversity.” The complete diversity requirement means “no plaintiff shares a state of citizenship with any defendant.” In other words, even though Twitter has an office in Florida, they are incorporated in Delaware (which any company can do from any state), and Mac Isaac is from Delaware, so the court claimed it did not have jurisdiction to hear the case.
“According to the Complaint, Defendant made false statements that Plaintiff is a ‘hacker’ in reference to materials obtained by the New York Post and shared on Twitter in an exposé concerning the contents of Hunter Biden’s computer hard drive. For the reasons set forth below, the Court lacks subject matter jurisdiction,” U.S. District Judge Beth Bloom wrote in a brief Monday.
The dismissal was entered into the docket on Tuesday. It said, “For a court to have diversity jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1332(a), ‘all plaintiffs must be diverse from all defendants.’” That means that the plaintiffs must be of different citizenship than the defendants. That’s probably why the lawyers tried to get the case heard in another state. Both plaintiff and defendant are in Delaware, therefore a federal court cannot hear the case.
