On Tuesday, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) named impeachment managers, nine of them, who will lead President Trump’s second impeachment including Representative Eric Swalwell (D-CA), who it was recently discovered had a Chinese spy who targeted the dopey congressman for information since he sits on the House Intelligence Committee, and the Communist Chinese Party felt he was the easiest target to fool because the man is a fool himself.
On Wednesday, the House will begin impeachment proceedings against the president as Democrats say that he incited the riot that took place last week at the Capitol building. We know from experience that Democrats don’t care about exculpatory evidence after they impeached Trump the first time where the only fact witness testified that everything the Democrats accused the president of doing during his diplomatic phone call with the president of Ukraine was false and exactly the opposite. This time there is compelling exculpatory evidence that the president did not incite a riot as we have seen his speech live and on video where he asks the supporters at the rally to peacefully march to the Capitol to let their voices be heard.
There are at least three House Republican turncoats who are going along with the impeachment farce.
The impeachment managers will present the charges and will start promoting them to sway the country in their favor. The managers are most important during a Senate trial.
Pelosi’s choice of making Swalwell a House manager is beyond the pale as he was warned by the FBI during his first year on the House Intelligence Committee back in 2015 that a Chinese spy Fang Fang, or Christine Fang, was working and socializing with him. Swalwell refuses to say if he was involved with the Chinese spy romantically. Swalwell shouldn’t even be on the Intelligence Committee after the FBI warning, but Pelosi apparently doesn’t care. Even his father and brother kept in contact with the spy up until last month after the operation was reported publicly. And Representative Swalwell went on television and blamed the Trump administration for the timing of the disclosure to take the focus off the fact that he was colluding with a Chinese spy.
Representative Jamie Raskin (D-MD) will act as the lead manager for impeachment. Raskin will assume the role formerly held by the liar and manipulator Representative Adam Schiff (D-CA) during Trump’s first impeachment. Hopefully, Raskin won’t hold secret hearings where Republicans cannot ask specific questions, and he won’t fake evidence the way Schiff did when he read a phony transcript he wrote during an opening statement of things that Donald Trump never said.
The other impeachment managers are Representatives Diana DeGette (D-CO), David Cicilline (D-RI), Joaquin Castro (D-TX), Ted Lieu (D-CA), Stacey Plaskett (D-VI – Virgin Islands), Joe Neguse (D-CO), and Madeleine Dean (D-PA).
Pelosi gave a statement where she said, “It is their constitutional and patriotic duty to present the case for the President’s impeachment and removal. They will do so guided by their great love of country, determination to protect our democracy and loyalty to our oath to the Constitution. Our Managers will honor their duty to defend democracy For The People with great solemnity, prayerfulness and urgency.”
Nancy Pelosi is evil and sick. The Democrats are impeaching the president over the riot that took place at the Capitol building last week. They are claiming that Trump incited the riot even though he is on video saying that he wanted the people to march “peacefully” to the Capitol and let their voices be heard. Some members of Congress are saying that the president incited the riot and then didn’t intervene to quell it. That’s also not true because the president called out the National Guard but the Sergeant at Arms turned them away. The Sergeant at Arms reports directly to the Speaker of the House. The president also did videos asking for peace and he asked the people to go home. The president also posted on social media asking for peace and reminding people of law and order and to respect law enforcement. Social media and the mainstream media deleted all of it.
So we have Democrats and some misguided Republicans claiming there is evidence the president incited the riot and that there is no evidence the president did anything to stop it when we know from the evidence that does exist but was scrubbed by the mainstream media and social media that Trump did not say anything to incite and he did try to stop the rioting right away and social media interfered in his communications to make it appear he did nothing. Can you follow all of that? Geesh.
Drew Hammill, a Pelosi spokesman, pointed out that the impeachment team has diversity: “7/9 are women, people of color or LGBTQ.” Raskin and Swalwell are the only straight white men.
Are you kidding me? The Democrats are concerned about diversity to impeach a white male president? And they do this with a straight face. I think we need to send some recon people over to the leftward land of silliness to learn their language and figure out why they think things like race, gender, and sexual orientation are important criteria for building an impeachment manager team.
Although Trump is expected to become the first and only president in US history to be impeached twice (and both times over things he did not do), the Senate isn’t going to be able to begin his trial until after The president leaves office on January 20. There is a Constitutional question of whether or not the Senate can try a president who has already left office, because the main purpose of impeaching and trying a president is to remove him from office. If he’s already out of office then the only reason they are doing this is that if he is convicted the president could be banned from ever holding office again.
House minority leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) during an appearance on Laura Ingraham’s Fox News show “The Ingraham Angle” Tuesday night made a bold statement saying that he thinks Representative Eric Swalwell (D-CA), a.k.a. Sir Fartsalot, should be removed from the House Intelligence Committee over his connections to Chinese spies, including having a Chinese spy plant a person onto the congressman’s staff.
The minority leader also pondered if House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff (D-CA) knew about Swalwell having been targeted by a Chinese spy.
McCarthy said that members of the Intelligence Committee “are only selected for the Intel. Committee by the leaders of their party, meaning Nancy Pelosi. Nancy Pelosi is one of the Gang of Eight, along with myself. Did Nancy Pelosi know this had transpired when she put him on the committee? We have our Sen., Dianne Feinstein, for two decades, the personal assistant, that hear all the private phone calls in the car and others, a Chinese spy. Why did the Democrats pull out of the bipartisan China task force I had set up? Why did Speaker Pelosi pull out of that? Why have they denied certain bills that would hold China accountable, that have passed the Senate, not come to the floor? Why do they focus on Silicon Valley members of Congress? Why is he still on the Intel. Committee? Why is he still a member of Congress? Did Adam Schiff know, as chairman of that committee, that he had this problem?”
“This is only the tip of the iceberg because remember what we’re hearing. These are Chinese spies that go down to the level of a mayor,” McCarthy told Ingraham.
“China helps a city council member become a congressman. This congressman now gets on the intel committee. They are only selected from the intel committee by the leaders of their party meaning Nancy Pelosi. Nancy Pelosi is one of the Gang of Eight, along with myself,” McCarthy said.
On Wednesday, McCarthy, responding to a report of a Chinese spy or spies infiltrating Congress, said Swalwell was “so preoccupied with going after President Trump” that he was not “protecting the USA from bad actors.”
The most dangerous place to be was between Swalwell and a news camera for over two years. The California congressman attacked President Trump every chance he got over the phony Russia collusion hoax, and here he had a serious problem with his own collusion with a Chinese spy.
“Did Nancy Pelosi know this had transpired when she put him on the committee?” he asked.
Being one of several, and maybe more, politicians targeted by a large Chinese sly ring, Swalwell was briefed on the foreign interference by the Chinese spy that went on around him, and he still focused on Russia Russia Russia against President Trump and his administration. Some might think he did that to take any focus off of his own real-world spy problems.
The Axios website did a random act of journalism and reported that Fang Fang or Christine Fang, a Chinese national, targeted up-and-coming local politicians, including Swalwell. It was a really good job of actual journalism, so good for them.
Past and current intelligence officials told Axios that Fang used a lot of opportunities to get on the inside for intelligence that would wield political power, including rallies, fundraising and networking, and even romantic relationships to nail (pun intended) at least two Midwestern mayors.
McCarthy also questioned why the Democrats went for “pulling out of the bipartisan China task force that he had set up and rejecting the bills that were holding China accountable that had passed the Senate.” Could it be because they knew they had members who were compromised and Pelosi and Schumer didn’t want that advertised? For goodness’ sake half the country believes Joe Biden is in the back pocket of the Communist Chinese Party.
“Why do they focus on Silicon Valley members of Congress? Why is he still on the intel let alone why is he still a member of congress? Did Adam Schiff, D-Calif., know as chairman of that committee that he had this problem? Remember what the intel committee gets: information that no other members are able to see and remember what this member did. He was so preoccupied going after this president, he wasn’t protecting our country from bad actors. When he questioned Comey, he literally set up the questionnaire of what happened to him.”
McCarthy then laid down the gauntlet and said, “Not only should he be removed from the Intel [Committee]. He should be removed from Congress, as well.”
I bet if we dug deeper into this we’d find a whole lot more members of Congress who are compromised. Yeah, I bet Nancy Pelosi will get right on that. <sarcasm>
US Representative Eric Swalwell boldly pushes Marxist ideology into the public media to overthrow President Donald J. Trump and uses the cover of concerns over Trump’s proven non-existence ties to Russia to do it, so it is shocking and more embarrassing than Swalwell’s “bottom sneezes” on public TV to find out that Swalwell is being accused of having a sexual affair and employing an alleged Communist Spy.
“How a suspected Chinese spy targeted California politicians She helped Rep. Eric Swalwell fundraiser for his re-election campaign and had interacted with him at several events. Glad he’s not the @POTUS,” Corey Lewandowski posted on Twitter.
These are issues the American press used to care about. Especially when there is an obvious conflict of interest that Swalwell was the poster boy, at the time, to impeach a sitting US President.
Donald Trump Jr. posted his personal feelings on the matter and said, “So Rep Swalwell who spent years saying I was an agent of Russia was literally sleeping with a Chinese spy at the time. You can’t make this stuff up. How can this compromised individual/moron continue to sit on an intelligence committee?”
Photos of Swalwell with a woman is making the media rounds:
Along with concerns that they may have been intimate relations with spies, which is a tactic used to get men to give up important secrets, that is as old as time.
The Daily Caller reported:
“A suspected Chinese spy operating in the Bay Area during the Obama administration reportedly got so close to Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) that the FBI had to intervene and provide him with a defensive briefing.”
“The alleged spy, Chinese national Christine Fang, “targeted up-and-coming local politicians in the Bay Area and across the country who had the potential to make it big on the national stage” through “campaign fundraising, extensive networking, personal charisma, and romantic or sexual relationships.”
Meanwhile, John Ratcliffe, the director of national intelligence, revealed in a Thursday opinion piece for The Wall Street Journal that Chinese agents have targeted U.S. lawmakers more than any other country, including Russia and Iran, in order to shape U.S. policy in favor of Beijing.
That follows a year-long pattern of warnings from Mike Pompeo from the State Department who had been warning politici, ans that the Chinese Communist Party had leverage over numerous politicians that they knew about.
Radical far-left Democrat Senator Diane Feinstein has been a strong and bold promoter of Communist China, opening opportunities for their political influence upon our elections.
The problem is rampant and obvious.
The solutions are obvious to the American people; however, the elite Washington bubble has other dreams. Consider the recent footage of a representative of the CCP bragging about how China will celebrate a Joe Biden victory.
Eric Swalwell went to war but ended just shooting himself in the foot. He asked if Republican House members contested the voter fraud election of 2020 were traitors for attempting to stage a coup. Well, if that were true, wouldn’t the entire Democratic party be put up against a wall and given a blindfold, a cigarette, and a chance to say a few last words.
That is all they have done since Trump took office. They looked around for ways to remove him from the presidency. First, it was the Russia Collusion hoax, then it was the impeachment hoax and anything else they make up in their small, little minds. Besides, it’s not like the Republicans were sleeping with a Chinese spy or anything, like hiring a Chinese spy to work as an intern in their office.
A suspected Chinese spy operating in the Bay Area during the Obama administration reportedly got so close to Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) that the FBI had to intervene and provide him with a defensive briefing.
The alleged spy, Chinese national Christine Fang, “targeted up-and-coming local politicians in the Bay Area and across the country who had the potential to make it big on the national stage” through “campaign fundraising, extensive networking, personal charisma, and romantic or sexual relationships,” Axios reported. “Even though U.S. officials do not believe Fang received or passed on classified information, the case ‘was a big deal, because there were some really, really sensitive people that were caught up’ in the intelligence network, a current senior U.S. intelligence official said.”
The report said that the type of information that officials believe that Fang was collecting, while not necessarily classified, constituted valuable political intelligence that foreign intelligence agencies seek on U.S. officials.
This past week, House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy called for Swalwell to resign or be thrown off the Intelligence Committee. He has been badly compromised and could be blackmailed by the Chinese. They would know more than Swalwell would be willing to divulge. The FBI says no information was breached, but this is the FBI and Swalwell is a Democrat, so that proves nothing.
Two days ago, on December 8, Axios broke a bombshell story that California Democrat Representative Eric Swalwell was closely involved with a spy, Fang Fang, or Christine Fang, from China who fundraised for his campaign and planted an intern inside his office. What a dope!
The next day we reported that House minority leader Kevin McCarthy said that “Not only should he [Swalwell] be removed from the Intel [Committee]. He should be removed from Congress, as well.”
On the same day the story broke, during an interview on Politico, rather than respond to questions about how much he was involved with the suspected honeypot spy, Swalwell did what he is known to do; he blamed his own culpability on President Donald Trump. What an irresponsible schmuck. I hope the people in his district are paying attention.
For the last four years the most dangerous place to be was between Eric Swalwell and a news camera. This pathetic loser spent all of that time trashing our president every chance he got by continuing the spread the lie about the Russian collusion hoax.
And after the Mueller witch hunt ended with a conclusion of no evidence whatsoever that the Trump campaign colluded with Russia we never got that apology from this reprobate. And now, he’s blaming Trump for his relationship with a probably Chinese spy.
I’m not kidding. Here’s what this clown said.
“I’ve been a critic of the president. I’ve spoken out against him. I was on both committees that worked to impeach him,” Swalwell said in an interview on Tuesday. “The timing feels like that should be looked at.”
Yeah, the Trump administration was so worried, so deranged over the lunatic rantings of Eric Swalwell that they bypassed anybody like the House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff, the House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerry Nadler, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, and they went straight for the tough guy, the badass, the Howdy Doody lookalike, Eric the porcelain doll of the Communist Chinese Party Swalwell.
Swalwell added: “What it appears though that this person — as the story reports — was unsuccessful in whatever they were trying to do. But if intelligence officials are trying to weaponize someone’s cooperation, they are essentially seeking to do what this person was not able to do, which is to try and discredit someone.”
Swalwell doesn’t need a bombshell story of how he served as an Asian useful idiot for a country that is trying to take our place in the world to be discredited. He has been doing that on his own for quite some time.
According to the yóunì, gangà Congressman from California, the real story here is not that he was duped by a female Chinese spy who may have gotten government intelligence from him, after all, he does sit on the House Intelligence Committee, but rather, that the media is reporting on this story at all and not on the fact that it was all Trump’s fault. This is the same Chinese spy who gave sexual favors to a couple of mayors
Swalwell wants to change the narrative that it’s not a story about him and a female Chinese spy, but about the reporting on him and a female Chinese spy. He wants you to believe that Axios, which is not a conservative, pro-Trump outlet in the slightest, did a hit piece on him to help the Trump administration undermine Swalwell’s integrity, even though we already know all about the congressman’s lack of integrity when Sir Fartsalot tries to obstruct and shift the blame for his actions elsewhere.
In fact, the Trump administration was so evil they got Axios to publish the story after the election to ensure maximum damage. #EyeRoll
Remember when he farted like a pack mule eating fried eggrolls on live TV? He denied what everyone saw and heard during his live interview as he was – you guessed it – attacking Trump with more lies.
And he found liberal vindication for lying about farting like Tasmanian Devil eating a box of burritos filled with raspberries on live TV when Hardball threw him a towel claiming the noise was really a coffee mug being slid across the anchor desk. I’ve tried sliding about a half dozen different types of coffee mugs over my kitchen table and none of them sounded like a whoopee cushion gone nuclear.
And then there’s this. According to Politico, Sir Fartsalot refused to talk about his relationship with the Fang. After being asked about a possible romantic relationship with the Chinese spy, Fartman won’t talk about it. I honestly believe the American people have a right to know, because of his position in Congress being on the Intel Committee. If the Chi-Coms sent in a honeypot to get American intelligence then we have a right to know. I don’t want the gruesome details because I don’t like throwing up in my own mouth, but I would like to know if they had a romantic relationship.
And don’t even think House Speaker Nancy Pelosi will do anything about it. She’s already defended him staying on the Intelligence Committee. Swalwell allegedly said that Pelosi knew about the situation before he was put on the committee, yet no Republican was made aware according to the New York Post. In that past, before the Democratic Party went nuts and began politicizing e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g, Swalwell would have been off that committee very quickly. But the Democrats now care less about our national security than one of their own who trashes Donald Trump regularly. It’s a total disgrace.
Sen Ted Cruz has revealed some of the questions submitted by members but not used by Trump’s lawyers or members of congress. My favorite one is “Can we build the Keystone Pipeline if we add Hunter Biden to the board?” Of course this refers to Hunter Biden being named to the board of directors of Burisma at the time they were being investigated. This was done in hopes of killing the investigations, which Joe Biden took care of.
That was in reference to the Keystone Pipeline that Biden cancelled at the direction of higher ups in the shadow government. It cost us 11,000 union jobs. It should cost the union hierarchy their jobs for pushing Joe Biden to their membership. It will get even worse as Biden kills off high paying energy jobs which he plans to replace with non-existent green energy jobs.
Fang Fang, also known as Christine Fang a Chinese spy that Eric Swalwell allegedly slept with and allowed her to place an operative into his office. Here is another related question:
According to Axios, Fang burrowed her way into Swalwell’s political circle:
Fang took part in fundraising activity for Swalwell’s 2014 re-election campaign, according to a Bay Area political operative and a current U.S. intelligence official. Swalwell’s office was directly aware of these activities on its behalf, the political operative said. That same political operative, who witnessed Fang fundraising on Swalwell’s behalf, found no evidence of illegal contributions.
Federal Election Commission records don’t indicate Fang herself made donations, which are prohibited from foreign nationals. Fang helped place at least one intern in Swalwell’s office, according to those same two people, and interacted with Swalwell at multiple events over the course of several years.
A statement from Swalwell’s office provided to Axios said: ‘Rep. Swalwell, long ago, provided information about this person — whom he met more than eight years ago, and whom he hasn’t seen in nearly six years — to the FBI. To protect information that might be classified, he will not participate in your story.’
I think those questions should be asked after the House managers edited so many videos in order to make it appear Trump said things he actually did not say.
The day before the phony Senate impeachment trial against now private citizen former President Donald Trump started the Senate met to hear debate on whether or not trying a man who is no longer in office for the purpose of removing him from office is not only stupid but Constitutional.
First of all, just because 100 people vote on whether something is Constitutional doesn’t mean it is or it isn’t Constitutional. That’s like putting an applied on top of a stool and 100 people voting on if it’s an Orange. The Constitution’s Impeachment Clause says “the president” which to people with a triple-digit IQ means the president is still in office.
The Democrat House Managers went to great pains giving their arguments for the constitutionality of trying a former president after he leaves office. They tried to convince the world that our Founding Fathers were all for going after a president after he has left office even though they literally wrote in the Impeachment Clause the remedy of impeachment for a president who has been convicted is “shall be removed from office on impeachment…”
Trump’s defense team destroyed the Democrats’ arguments pointing out the fact that there was no due process whatsoever for their client, Donald Trump. The Democrats have been trying to act all high and mighty about how serious a crime Trump committed that he must be punished by never allowing him to hold office ever again. If they have such a slam dunk case then how come the House didn’t hold a single impeachment hearing? How come the House Democrats did not call a single witness? Surely if they believe what the president did is fully understood by the American people then they would have brought evidence forward to prove their case, but they did not, and there’s a great reason for that; none exists.
The legal team also warned the country about implications for future and past presidents if they continued with going after someone who is already out of office. The next time the Republicans take control of the House and Senate they should immediately impeach Joe Biden because he is considered an active national security threat over his ties to the Communist Chinese Party. The GOP can then break for lunch and impeach Barack Obama for any of a multitude of impeachable offenses that hot mess committed during his eight years in office. For example, Obama ordered the drone killing of US citizens without going to Congress and without ever even charging them with any crime.
The Democrat House impeachment managers did their level best to make it appear that Donald Trump incited the riot at the capital on January 6 and they argued that a sitting president should not be allowed to commit crimes in the last two weeks of his presidency because then he would have a “constitutional immunity” to commit any crimes he wants, and they referred to this as a “January exception.” But where Jamie Raskin (D-MD) went wrong was immediately after he made that January Exception argument he went on to say that Donald Trump’s inclination to rile up his supporters to violence was done for the purpose of remaining in office be derailing the Certification of the Electors’ votes for the 2020 election.
Either Trump was inciting an insurrection, according to the Democrats, because he knew he had immunity while in office and wouldn’t face punishment, or he was acting in order to remain in office. Both things cannot be true at the same time.
And Raskin didn’t provide any evidence that Trump intentionally incited the riot. The Democrats showed plenty of video of what went on during the riot, but that isn’t evidence that Trump caused the riot any more than video footage of a house burning down is evidence that I lit it on fire while I was a hundred miles away in my own home.
So the trial will go on with a near party-line vote after six Republicans who like the Democrats don’t understand the Constitution voted that the trial was Constitutional was a signal that Trump will again be acquitted of the phony sham impeachment that the Democrats laid on him no different than the first time.
The Democrats are fighting an uphill losing battle. There is no evidence that the president did what they have accused him of doing. In fact, since January 6 investigations have revealed that there was a lot of pre-planning for an insurrection that went on prior to January 6, and evidence has been shown that activists were already tearing down barriers and trying to breach the Capitol building white Trump was still giving his speech. These things just destroy the Democrat argument that the insurrection came about because of Trump’s words “march peacefully and patriotically.” On top of that, we now know that there were left-wing activists who were posing as Trump supporters and trying to stir an insurrection. For example, John Sullivan a known leftist activist is now looking at federal charges in connection to his involvement in the storming of the Capitol building. He and other leftists are now known to be instigators at the Capitol that day. There is no one dumb enough, not even Eric Swalwell (D-CA) who would believe that Sullivan and crew would be stirred to insurrection by the words President Trump spoke that day.
Today is day two of the trial and the only thing that remains to be seen is whether or not the six Republicans who voted that the trial is Constitutional – which really had no relevance at all – will vote to convict an innocent president through this banana republic style kangaroo court impeachment trial knowing full well that he is not going to be convicted.
After the recent activity in the nation’s capital, the leftists are decrying the denial of the election results and what they claim were violent riots.
They have even accused the president of staging a coup… but I can remember four years ago very well.
The left touted the resistance and they began rioting the moment President Trump was elected and on Inauguration Day, they engaged in physical assaults.
They were backed to the hilt by the left, who when the riots failed, used a Hillary cooked up the dossier to try to undo Trump’s presidency from Day one with noted liars Eric Swalwell and Adam Schiff going on TV and lying to an entire country, that they had seen positive proof of collusion between Trump and Russia.
That failed, and they turned their sights on impeachment on the basis of a nonexistent quid pro quo deal. The reality is that there was a quid pro quo deal with Ukraine but it was perpetrated by Quid Pro Quo Joe Biden. He would turn over $1 billion dollars to the government if they would fire the prosecutor investigating his son, Hunter.
In Los Angeles, protesters burned an effigy of Trump, blocked traffic on a busy highway, and vandalized property. In Oakland, rioters started fires, threw rocks and Molotov cocktails, and vandalized police cars. One police car was even graffitied with the message “Time to riot.”
Similar stories were reported in New York, Denver, San Francisco, and Philadelphia.
Did the left get over it? Did they ever accept the election? Nope. They promised to resist and the rioting didn’t stop.
They even rioted during Trump’s inauguration.
According to news reports, six police officers were injured, and over two hundred rioters were arrested. Here’s how CNN covered the news.
Six police officers were injured and 217 protesters arrested Friday after a morning of peaceful protests and coordinated disruptions of Donald Trump’s inauguration ceremony gave way to ugly street clashes in downtown Washington.
At least two DC police officers and one other person were taken to the hospital after run-ins with protesters, DC Fire Spokesman Vito Maggiolo told CNN. Acting DC Police Chief Peter Newsham said the officers’ injuries were considered minor and not life-threatening.
Bursts of chaos erupted on 12th and K streets as black-clad “antifascist” protesters smashed storefronts and bus stops, hammered out the windows of a limousine and eventually launched rocks at a phalanx of police lined up in an eastbound crosswalk. Officers responded by launching smoke and flash-bang devices, which could be heard from blocks away, into the street to disperse the crowds.
President Donald J. Trump issued a full Presidential pardon to Roger Stone on Wednesday and Stone took the opportunity to deliver a statement full of gratitude as well as pleas to Trump to issue pardons to others.
The following is the full and unedited statement of Roger Stone, from December 23, 2020.
On behalf of my family and myself, I wish to praise God and give my deepest thanks to President Donald J. Trump for his extraordinary act of justice in issuing me a presidential pardon, completely erasing the criminal conviction to which I was subjected in a Soviet-style show trial on politically-motivated charges, further corrupted by egregious, illegal misconduct by the Jury Forewoman in the case.
Just weeks ago, when the US Department of Justice released the last remaining redacted sections of the ‘Mueller Report’ that pertained to my case, the Special Counsel admitted that there was no “factual” evidence whatsoever of coordination, collaboration, or collusion between me, any Russians, WikiLeaks or publisher Julian Assange. Additionally, they found no “factual” evidence that I had advanced knowledge of the precise timing, source, or content of any of WikiLeaks’ 2016 disclosures, including the release of John Podesta’s apparently purloined emails. Even more incredibly, the ‘Mueller Report’ concludes that even if they had found evidence that I had received data from WikiLeaks and disseminated it to anyone, these were perfectly legal, constitutionally-protected actions under the First Amendment. In short: Mueller’s intrusive, lawless, malicious multimillion-dollar witch hunt could find no prosecutable crime against me, other than what they managed to fabricate.
Why am I not shocked that only BuzzFeed, whose lawsuit won the release of this material, the Washington Examiner, and ZeroHedge reported this shocking news? Perhaps it’s because the Justice Department released it at midnight of election day – the busiest news day of the year – in other words, they wanted it buried deep. Or perhaps media outlets like the Washington Post, the New York Times, CNN, MSNBC, NBC, the Business Insider, Politico, and others who gleefully reported lie after lie about me, my case, and the purported “evidence” against me. In fact, the media jackals reported nothing. I have no doubt that the unhinged radical left, who despise both President Trump and me, will now recycle the entirely-false and now thoroughly- the debunked narrative that I “maintained my silence” regarding misconduct by the President in return for the commutation of my sentence and a pardon. Hillary Clinton has said it, Jerry Nadler has said it, Adam Schiff and Hakeem Jeffries have said it, and Eric Swalwell, the communist Chinese-compromised Congressman, echoed it. It’s a lie.
This canard is based on a conversation I had with Howard Fineman that he later misreported on MSNBC. Fortunately, I have Fineman’s text message reaffirming that I never said I ‘knew of criminal misconduct’ by the President or ever said that I maintained my silence to protect him, but rather that I merely repeated what I had said on multiple occasions after the commutation of my sentence, namely that I refused to bear false testimony against the President when the Mueller prosecutors approached by my attorneys seeking my “cooperation” in return for a recommendation for leniency in my sentencing.
Claims falsely made by Michael Cohen and Rick Gates that they overheard conversations between candidate Trump and myself discussing WikiLeaks are not only totally-uncorroborated but also materialized only after the Special Counsel’s legal operators’ induced the two with favorable plea bargains for their other crimes. These manufactured claims are unsupported by any phone records or witnesses, and their sworn testimony is contradicted by their FBI 302 documents released by the Justice Department.
I was charged with “lying to Congress,” even though any misstatements I made to partisan Democrat inquisitors on the House Intelligence Committee concealed nothing material either to their investigation or regarding any underlying crime because there was none. Rod Rosenstein testified to the Senate Judiciary Committee that he did not approve the investigation into my affairs. His statement is belied by his own signed scope-memo authorizing the Special Counsel’s expansion. In other words, Rosenstein lied to Congress under oath. More recently, the Washington Post reported that three top senior nonpolitical career prosecutors denied claims made by Assistant US
Attorney Aaron Zelinsky in sworn testimony to the House Judiciary Committee that they told him they were being pressured by the White House and top administration officials regarding my sentencing, specifically to “go easy on Stone in their sentencing recommendation.” In other words, both Rosenstein and Zelinsky lied to Congress. When will they be prosecuted? Lastly, I want to particularly thank Rev. Franklin Graham for his spiritual guidance, as well as Rev. Randy Coggins, Pastor Mark Burns, Pastor Darrel Scott, Pastor Rod Parsley, Reverend Rodney Howard-Browne, David Clement, Eric Metaxas, Father Michael J. Grady of St. Anthony’s Parrish in Fort Lauderdale, and other men of God who convinced me that reaffirming my faith in Jesus Christ and confessing my sins would bring God’s grace in delivering me from my persecutors. How right they were. The injustice done to me does not stand alone. Other good Americans have been victims of a corrupt system made to serve venal power-seekers, rewarding deceit and manipulation, rather than reason and justice. President Trump can be the purveyor of justice over the vile machinations of wicked pretenders to the mantle of public service.
I hope the president will consider granting full and unconditional pardons to Julian Assange, Edward Snowden, Marcus Garvey, and Former Secret Service Agent Abraham W. Bolden, Sr.
