A number of Republican Georgia lawmakers want to see Coca-Cola products removed from their offices after the corporation caved to the Woke Supremacy and joined the chorus of liars speaking out against Georgia’s new election law.
In a letter to Georgia Beverage Association president Kevin Perry, eight members of the Georgia House of Representatives Victor Anderson, Matt Barton, Clint Crowe, Stan Gunter, Dewayne Hill, Jason Ridley, Lauren McDonald III, and Marcus Wiedower slammed Coca-Cola for apparently not ever reading the Georgia law.
“Given Coke’s choice to cave to the pressure of an out-of-control cancel culture, we respectfully request all Coca-Cola Company products be removed from our office suite immediately,” they told the company. “Should Coke choose to read the bill, share its true intentions and accept their role in the dissemination of mistruths, we would welcome a conversation to rebuild a working relationship.”
That’s a really fair way of going about this. Coca-Cola obviously did not read the new law. They just caved to Cancel Culture out of fear of being attacked themselves with boycotts. Had they read the bill and said to the Cancel Culture mob, “screw you, there’s nothing racist in the bill,” it would have turned a boycott into a buycott, the same way it happened for Chic-fil-A and Goya.
Coca-Cola said in a statement that it had been working with the Metro Atlanta Chamber in “expressing our concerns and advocating for positive change in voting legislation. We, along with our business coalition partners, sought improvements that would enhance accessibility, maximize voter participation, maintain election integrity and serve all Georgians.”
Now that it has been pointed out that there is nothing racist or going backward in the new Georgia voting law, Coca-Cola company looks like the south end of a northbound horse. The fact of the matter is the new Georgia law expands the time to be able to vote and adds many new ways to access voting, despite the lies told by president Joe Biden who got Four Pinocchios from the Washington Post for lying about the new law.
Coca-Cola said that it would continue to advocate for its position on voting issues in Georgia. Apparently not, because they are siding against Republicans who did the exact opposite of what the Woke corporate office said they did with the new law. There is nothing of the kind of lies the Democrats have told about it.
“We will continue to identify opportunities for engagement and strive for improvements aimed at promoting and protecting the right to vote in our home state and elsewhere,” the company said. Bullschtein.
The corporate officers of the company may or may not know it, but the real problem Democrats have with the bill is voter ID. So, Coca-Cola wants to go on record of being a company that requires a valid ID to get into their annual shareholder’s meeting but not to vote for people who will run the government.
Coca-Cola CEO James Quincey publicly attacked Georgia Republican Governor Brian Kemp for recently signing the bill into law declaring as “unacceptable” and “a step backwards.” Backward would have been to allow the voter fraud loopholes to remain. Backward would have been to shorten the hours for polls to be open on Election Day instead of increasing them, which is what the Republicans actually did.
The legislation expands early voting, weekend early voting, and extends deadlines for absentee ballot requests. It also creates a state-wide voter ID absentee voting requirement and restricts ballot dropbox usage.
Quincey, who didn’t read the law, said it moves Georgia backwards.
“Let me be crystal clear and unequivocal, this legislation is unacceptable, it is a step backward and it does not promote principles we have stood for in Georgia, around broad access to voting, around voter convenience, about ensuring election integrity, and this is frankly just a step backwards,” Quincey said.
I would just like to know who the hell does Quincy and Coca-Cola think they are to have a corporation try to interfere with our democratic process? Who do they think they are? They should keep their noses out of politics and stick to creating a soft drink that is incredibly dangerous to our health.
According to the CDC, there are 37 grams of added sugar, which equates to almost 10 teaspoons (tsp), in a single can of Coca-Cola. “TRAIN LEAVING FOR DIABETESVILLE! ALL ABOARD!”
For optimal health, the World Health Organization (WHO) recommends taking in no more than 6 tsp of added sugar daily. By drinking just one serving of Coca-Cola a day, you will easily exceed that amount.
According to Medical News Today, an infographic by the British pharmacist, Niraj Naik shows the damage that a 330 milliliter (ml) can of Coca-Cola can inflict on the body within an hour of drinking it. Naik used research done by health writer Wade Meredith for the infographic.
According to the research, the intense amount of high sugar content that is put into Coca-Cola to get its sweetness will make a person vomit as soon as they drink it. Wanna know why you don’t throw up? Because the corporation was kind enough to add the phosphoric acid to the soda in order to dull the sweetness to enable people to keep it down. Now that you know this, will you ever drink another Coca-Cola? Read all of the bad effects on the human body here.
Dr. Anthony Fauci (da Fouch), director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, said that a federal mandate on having to show a coronavirus vaccine passport is unlikely, but added that some local governments and businesses might choose to implement their own standards.
This should frighten the hell out of a lot of you because we have a progressive corporate culture now that is doing things that would absolutely violate Constitutional and civil rights if it was the government doing them. The Democrats are using these Woke corporations to push draconian measures on the American people that they can’t do legally, and they are going to give them special attention in bills that are written in the future, at least until said corporations are no longer needed.
On Monday, the head of the previous and current administration’s coronavirus task force made the statements during an interview on the Politico Dispatch podcast.
“I doubt that the federal government will be the main mover of a vaccine passport concept,” said Fauci.
“The main mover” tells me he knows there will be a push for it but Biden doesn’t want to be the culprit.
“They may be involved in making sure things are done fairly and equitably, but I doubt if the federal government is going to be the leading element of that,” he explained.
And then the little left-wing fascist said that businesses and organizations might require a vaccine passport. I can see where the administration will tell certain industries that they would get either a tax break or other special considerations for forcing customers entering their businesses to provide a coronavirus vaccine passport all in the name of “public health.” Admittedly, this is speculation on my part because we can’t even get truthful information from this administration about the horrendous crisis they created on our southern border. What makes anyone think that they’re going to be honest and transparent about how they’re going to implement a vaccine passport? But make no mistake, the administration will be involved.
“I do believe that there will be individual entities that will do that, there may be theaters that say you don’t get in unless you have proof of vaccination,” da Fouch said. “There may be colleges or other educational institutions that do that,” he added.
“I’m not saying that they should or that they would, but I’m saying you could foresee how an independent entity might say, ‘Well, we can’t be dealing with you unless we know you’re vaccinated,’ but it’s not going to be mandated from the federal government,” Fauci concluded.
There is one thing that I have maintained over the years about corporations that go Woke. One of the goals of the officers of a corporation is to make the stockholders happy. The way that they do that is by increasing business products or services, increasing their customer base, and growing their position in the market all to make sure that the bottom line for the company rises. But when corporate officers engage in Woke Supremacist tactics the way they have been for over a year now, it seems that the Woke Supremacy is more important to them than the mission statement of the corporation. That is dangerous to the corporation because millions of Americans will not do business with many companies that enforce unconstitutional restrictions on them when they are clearly not necessary. It’s called Go Woke Go Broke. The NFL, MLB, Coca-Cola, and Delta are right now experiencing this. And the oddest thing of all is that apparently, the corporations don’t care.
Remember that all of this is over a virus that has a 99 percent survival rate, and now many doctors are coming out and saying that it’s nothing but the flu. This means that the administration will know exactly where you have been and will know the things you purchase in stores. They will have more control over you. Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene called the coronavirus vaccine passport Biden’s “mark of the beast.”
While da Fouch said things like, “I’m not sure the coronavirus vaccine is going to be mandatory from a central government standpoint, like federal government mandates,” back in January when he was asked about international travel and public schools he goes on to subtly warn that the vaccine passport is coming. “But there are going to be individual institutions that I’m sure are going to mandate it.”
Mark my words, the Biden administration is using Fauci to deceive the populace into thinking there won’t be coronavirus vaccine passports with the government involved when there will. This is why it is so important that conservatives and other freedom-loving Americans support an alternative economy where capitalism and common sense reign supreme.
Although many people are talking about “woke” corporations moving to boycott Georgi9a, what no o9ne seems to be talking about is the damage being done to stockholders who will ultimately pay the price for the CEO’s political correctness. Sales for various corporations and sports leagues have seen a sharp fall in their business, many more are about to see flagging sales due to boycotts by conservatives.
Currently, the MLB has moved the All-Star game out of Georgia because they passed a law requiring absentee voters to provide a picture ID in order to vote. But, that same MLB requires people buying all-star tickets to provide a picture ID when picking up their tickets. In the grand scheme of things, what is the biggest danger to democracy? Illegal voting or attending a baseball game under a false identity?
Airlines such as Delta have also moved to punish Georgia even after accepting billions in taxpayer money. In a perfect world, at least a couple of corporations should be driven into bankruptcy after presuming to inject themselves into politics.
Since the MLB is in essence boycotting Georgia, I think it would only be fair that Georgia makes it illegal for MLB merchandise to be sold in the state and ban the All-Star game from being broadcast in Georgia.
I would also love to see Atlanta players chosen for the All-Star game to boycott it as a gesture to their fans. They could easily have 5 or more players selected for the All-Star game.
I love sports and I love politics, but I truly hate the combination of the two. I will not be watching the all-star game for the first time in over 40 years. Nor will I watch any games on TV just as I have done with the NFL.
Because I’ve also served on a number of boards of directors, both at for-profit and nonprofit organizations. Nonprofits are dedicated to some sort of mission, whether it’s educating the public, charitable work, or advancing a particular political or policy issue. By contrast, for-profit companies’ top objective is to turn a profit for the shareholders.
Directors on for-profit boards know that they have a fiduciary obligation to those who own shares in the company to make money, giving those shareholders a return on their investment. Corporate officers – from the CEO down to vice presidents – must answer to the board to explain how their decisions are in the financial best interests of the company.
When officers fail to make decisions based on that objective, or directors fail to hold officers accountable, shareholders can even bring lawsuits against them.
So it’s stunning to see companies like Coca-Cola and Delta Air Lines have become so woke that they take public stands condemning some of their own customers (and presumably some shareholders as well) in Georgia, and as Major League Baseball moves the All-Star Game to a state that probably has similar or more restrictive election laws.
On Fox News’s “The Ingraham Angle” on Friday night, Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) blasted the Coca-Cola company for caving and jumping on the #MeTooAfraid movement after the Georgia legislature passed a bill to ensure election integrity in the wake of the 2020 Presidential election theft that every fact-checker reading this knows is true.
The senator from Kentucky pointed out that there are self-evident differences in what the Democrats are saying about the legislation and what is actually written in the legislation. In short, they’re lying, and that includes the president of the United States, Joe Biden.
“There is a distinction between in-person and by mail,” Paul said.
“All of these proposals are to trying to make it easy to vote but hard to cheat,” Paul said to host Laura Ingraham. “I’ve been involved with this. I’ve communicated with people in all 50 state legislatures, I’ve called them on the phone. I’ve talked to the conservative ALEC [American Legislative Exchange Council] group about this, and we’ve now passed it in Kentucky and we actually had more early voting days added, so it’s easier to vote, but you vote in person.
“There is nothing Jim Crow about this. In fact, what is very insulting and really just gets to me is they are implying that people of certain races are not able to comply with rules, show up, or have a driver’s license or figure this out.”
Paul added that people who implicitly believe that certain groups of voters (black people) would be disenfranchised by stipulations like obtaining a photo ID are “very racist in their thinking.” In fact, it never made sense to people with three-digit IQs when the Democrats first came out with the idea that voter ID was racist. Black people use ID every day to do common things in this country. Democrats are evil but they’re not that bright, and I think they were incapable of coming up with another argument to make, so they used their #1 weapon: play the race card.
“They think there are certain groups of our people who are incapable of following basic rules,” Rand continued. “I don’t think it’s true. I think the trend lines for all the different races voting have been good in our country for 20 or 30 years and all these election bills do is try to make it easier to vote but harder to cheat.”
Voter ID also secures the integrity of the vote for black people and people of color, just like everyone else. It’s across-the-board protection and isn’t that exactly what we want? Those nasty evil Republicans can’t steal their vote if there’s voter ID. That’s the argument that makes it so ridiculous on the face of it when Democrats call voter ID racist. It’s because voter ID really tamps down their ability to cheat in elections and Democrats absolutely 100% want to cheat.
Senator Paul likened what’s going on here to the extortion racket saying, “Jesse Jackson would do it years ago.” He continued, “He would protest in front of a big corporation that wasn’t doing anything wrong until they gave money to his organization, and then the protest would leave the organization.
“That’s what they are doing, they think they can bully.”
That’s what Cancel Culture is. It’s a bunch of losers who get a thrill out of being able to destroy someone’s life. They don’t care if there’s a reason to do it or if the reason they are using is legitimate or not. They feel power stomping on an innocent person and it makes them look like they truly are a legitimate member of the Woke Supremacy.
“Now Coca-Cola are telling people to apologize for being White, apologize for being arrogant, apologize for all of these things supposedly that white people are doing, and that’s a very racist sort of philosophy,” he said. “It’s this Woke sort of Critical Race Theory, but it’s now infected a publicly-traded company, and when they start saying things like that, they are actually going against what their mandate is. Their mandate is to maximize profit, but now they are turning off 40% of the country who don’t really want to be woke up and told that we’re horrible people.”
Critical Race Theory teaches that a certain group of people are inherently (read genetically) racist; they were born that way. Folks, that is the very definition of racism.
President Joe Biden and the rest of the Democratic Party circus minced no words about their anger over Georgia’s new voting law that Republican Governor Brian Kempsigned into law last week.
Biden just got slammed for lying about the Georgia law by none other than the Washington Post that gave him Four Pinocchios, which means a bald-faced-lie. Biden said there were things in the law that aren’t in the law. You can’t lie more blatantly than that.
Now they’re going to attack Major League Baseball.
Folks, there is nothing in the bill that should have sparked a mental breakdown for Democrats, that is, honest Democrats. The ones who are screaming bloody murder are upset that the new law shuts down a lot of their cheating during elections.
Regardless, Democrat activists are pushing the league to move the All-Star game out of Atlanta, and now they have President Joe Biden’s support.
The Midsummer Classic on July 13 is scheduled to be hosted by the Atlanta Braves at Truist Park, but haters of the new voting law want the MLB Players Association and the leaders of the organization to move the game.
It’s interesting that no one is talking about anything in the bill that is a real problem for black voters, yet they’re all saying that all the changes in the bill are a problem for minority voters. I had it out with a knucklehead leftist on Twitter this afternoon who kept telling me that changing the voting box deadline to 5 PM was going to harm black voters. I had to point out to him that the law adds an extra early voting day for primaries and general elections, and that people can vote all day long on Election Day, Georgia has early voting, and they can vote by absentee ballot. There is no reason under the sun to lose your mind over that part of the bill.
The liberal then repeated talking points by his leftist masters, saying that the state will now have more control in the election over County workers. I had to point out to him that the US Constitution says that the state legislature has sole authority over election laws; it says nothing about County workers. Democrats are upset about this because County workers were able to get away with changing rules and election laws, which is illegal, but no one pressed it because who wants to be labeled a racist?
Pretty soon all sports teams are going to be located in California.
MLBPA executive director Tony Clark allegedly said he “would look forward” to discussions about punishing the city over the new voting law. Translation: Holy Crap, why does this kind of nonsense have to happen now?
Sage Steele of ESPN interviewed Biden Wednesday night on the eve of Opening Day and asked him about Clark’s comments and about the insane argument of moving the All-Star game.
I don’t think Joe Biden has ever said no to any direct question about taking a policy stance on something that is bad for America and good for the Woke Supremacy. So naturally, he said he was all for it.
“I think today’s professional athletes are acting incredibly responsibly,” Biden began. “I would strongly support them doing that.” I wonder if Biden even knew what they were talking about?
“People look to them; they’re leaders,” he added, referring to the Woke Supremacy that has dominated professional sports over the last few years, especially at ESPN, which is why their ratings dropped drastically. Of course, they will blame everything else under the sun, but the fact of the matter is that the American people turn to sports to get away from the daily barrage of leftism that is thrown at them through every other facet of life. So when ESPN went Woke, it turned a lot of people off. And apparently, the network doesn’t care, because they’re still invoking politics into sports.
“Look at what happened with the NBA, as well. Look what’s happened across the board. The very people who were victimized the most are the people who are the leaders in these various sports, and it’s just not right.” Did Joe Biden just say that multi-millionaire athletes are victims?
“This is Jim Crow on steroids what they’re doing in Georgia and 40 other states,” he said. “What’s it all about? Imagine passing a law saying you cannot provide water or food for someone standing in line to vote. Can’t do that? Come on. Or you’re going to close the polling place at 5 o’clock when people just get off? This is all about keeping working folks that I grew up with from being able to vote.”
People forget the Jim Crow was a Democrat thing, not a Republican thing. The Republicans have always been for civil rights. They passed an Amendment that gave women the right to vote. They fought for the 15th Amendment, which says that the federal government may not discriminate against anybody from voting based on who they are. Democrats have party machines that control the county level of election workers. For decades they have had irregularities during elections that always seem to wind up in favor of Democrats. Article I, Section 4 of the US Constitution says that state legislatures have the power over state election laws. Therefore, Joe Biden is arguing against the Constitution by coming out against the Georgia legislature because the new law hurts the Democrats’ ability to cheat in elections, but the despicable thing is he’s playing the race card to do it.
The new voting law keeps the current Election Day voting hours of 7 am to 7 pm and will expand voting hours and voting days for early voting, despite what the Left is telling you.
This could be a real disaster for the NFL. Advertisers who have run commercials during the Super Bowl for 10 years or more will not be buying up any of the 5.5 million dollar fee for one spot. As a result, they may not sell out their advertising for the first time ever.
As a result, any new television contracts will be for far less money than the current ones. The players who insisted that the NFL become social justice warriors will find their market value diminished because there will be less money.
Advertisers who will not be buying ads this year include Coca-Cola, Hyundai, Olay, Avocados From Mexico, Little Caesars, and Ford Motors. These companies have decided the country is too divided and they cannot make commercials that would please them both, so they have decided to opt-out. Companies that continue to advertise include, M&M’s, TurboTax, Anheuser-Busch, Toyota, Pringles, and Mountain Dew.
The advertisers see the fortunes of the NFL falling hard due to their woke stance and they see what happened to Gillette after they aired an ad promoting transgenderism and putting down toxic masculinity.
As a result, they lost eight billion dollars. Other companies want to avoid the same thing. Seriously, how many transgender people are there and how many are not. The odds are against them.
Rob Schwartz, chief executive officer of ad agency TBWA\Chiat\Day said:
“Every client conversation I’ve had these days is about who is going to be offended by this ad. There’s a lot of discussion about risk mitigation. What that tends to do is that it makes things very bland and not effective, or it forces you to look at universal topics like hope or humor.”
Bill Oberlander, co-founder and executive creative of ad agency Oberlander added:
“The country is so divided and split right down the middle that I don’t think that there’s a commercial that will appease both sides.”
Corporations are finally looking to avoid the backlashes to left-winery that occurred to companies such as Gillette razors, which lost $8 billion in write-downs in 2019 after ads pushing transgenderism and so-called toxic masculinity. And as far back as 2015, Jeep was roasted for showing images of foreign landmarks in an ad playing the traditional American standard song, “This Land Is Your Land.”
But the left has attacked woke ads, as well. In 2017 Pepsi took the slings and arrows of the far left when its ad featured Kendall Jenner being nice to a police officer during the soft drink maker’s Black Lives Matter-themed ad. And in 2019, liberals were unhappy with the Super Bowl spots aired by T-Mobile, whose ads they claimed pushed “sexist stereotypes.”
Have you ever wondered what a confused, brainwashed, and obedient snowflake looks like? Wonder no more, an employee, at Twitter, had given you an open window to their scared souls. He or she, in the spirit of “protecting people” from those not willing to HATE on President Trump, censored a photo of commercially made spices and beans. Why you might say? Simple the manufacturer is GOYA Foods. Until a few weeks ago, Twitter employees had probably not heard of them, but with the mandate coming down from the cancel culture leadership, they have become evil!
Cancel culture has come for the foods in your pantry. After the CEO of Goya Foods risked controversy to express his support for President Donald Trump, Twitter has mysteriously censored two images of Goya Foods.
MRC Latino’s official Twitter account asked on July 11, “Why is Twitter placing warning labels on a picture of a stack of adobo Goya? To whom is SEASONING ‘sensitive content’?” A massive boycott was launched against Goya Foods after its CEO Robert Unanue gave a speech at the White House Rose Garden this past Thursday. Unanue proclaimed that Trump was “a builder,” like his own illustrious grandfather, and called for Americans to pray for their president.
Member of Congress Luis V. Gutierrez (D-IL) tweeted a video proclaiming that he would “no longer be buying” Goya’s products. Gutierrez claimed that Goya as a company has betrayed “their once loyal Latino consumers” and called upon his followers to “Join me in taking a stand as a consumer and boycotting Goya. #Goyaway.”
— ?? T͟͟i͟͟t͟͟a͟͟n͟͟'s͟͟ T͟͟w͟͟e͟͟e͟͟t͟͟s͟͟ (@GJTIII) July 11, 2020
As CNN observed, “The fact that Unanue would associate with Trump was sufficient to anger some of America’s most prominent Hispanic leaders.” Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) suggested via tweet that she would join the call to boycott Goya Foods by writing, “Oh look, it’s the sound of me Googling ‘how to make your own Adobo.”
This is not the first time Goya Foods has taken a brave stand as a company. In 2017 the New York City Puerto Rican Day Parade decided to honor convicted FALN terrorist Oscar López-Rivera as a “National Liberation Hero.” Goya Foods, the event’s biggest sponsor, withdrew support for the event as a result, which caused other companies like JetBlue, AT&T, Corona beer, the New York Yankees, Coca-Cola, and even Univision to follow suit.
The Left refuses to allow basics economics to work. If consumers do not like products/services offered by a company, they will buy from someone else. If there are not enough people who will buy from this business, they close. Cancel Culture says, we will shame anyone, who buys from a company, whom they previously loved what they offered, in order to punish them for not falling in line with the mob. Though this is just beans and spices this time, it’s part of the collective ideology, which unchecked, will lead to tyranny. I say go out and buy some Goya today!
At the beginning of this week Facebook’s VP of global business Carolyn Everson to companies that Facebook does “make policy changes tied to revenue pressure” and that it sets “policies based on principles rather than business interests.”
However, Friday Facebook has announced a new company policy regarding hate speech in advertisements.
Today from CNBC
Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg on Friday said the company will change its policies to prohibit hate speech in its advertisements.
Under its new policies, Facebook will ban ads that claim people from a specific race, ethnicity, nationality, caste, gender, sexual orientation or immigration origin are a threat to the physical safety or health of anyone else, Zuckerberg said.
“I am committed to making sure Facebook remains a place where people can use their voice to discuss important issues,” Zuckerberg said. “But I also stand against hate or anything that incites violence or suppresses voting, and we’re committed to removing that content too, no matter where it comes from.”
Additionally, Zuckerberg said Facebook will do more to protect immigrants, migrants, refugees and asylum-seekers from ads that suggest they are inferior to other groups of people or from ads that express contempt, dismissal or disgust directed at them.
On Friday Coka Cola announced they will be pulling advertisements from all social media.
The said they are not joining any official boycott but the CEO said this, “There is no place for racism in the world and there is no place for racism on social media,” Coca-Cola CEO and Chairman, James Quincey, said in a statement. “The Coca-Cola Company will pause paid advertising on all social media platforms globally for at least 30 days. We will take this time to reassess our advertising policies to determine whether revisions are needed. We also expect greater accountability and transparency from our social media partners.”
The beverage giant has been posting quotes about diversity and ending systemic racism on its Twitter account, including support for NASCAR’s only Black driver, Bubba Wallace.
And consumer packaged goods giant Unilever said it will pause brand advertising on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter in the U.S. “through at least the end of the year.”
“Given our Responsibility Framework and the polarized atmosphere in the U.S., we have decided that starting now through at least the end of the year, we will not run brand advertising in social media newsfeed platforms Facebook, Instagram and Twitter in the U.S.,” Luis Di Como, EVP of Global Media, said in a statement.
“Continuing to advertise on these platforms at this time would not add value to people and society. We will be monitoring ongoing and will revisit our current position if necessary.”
“We are actively engaging with all digital platforms to make meaningful change and impact trust and transparency,” the statement said. “We have made substantial progress, and we acknowledge the efforts of our partners, but there is much more to be done, especially in the areas of divisiveness and hate speech during this polarized election period in the U.S.”
So what does all this mean? It seems that these companies along with social media platforms are trying to decide on what they personally believe should be allowed and not allowed. Although we have seen them heavily influenced by the Democratic party and Nancy Pelosi.
The pattern of these companies calling for censoring is if you don’t think like us then you are hateful.
If you feel like these companies need to stop making advertisements political then you should call their headquarters or email them and let them know.
If you feel working to stifle the conservative voice then you should call their headquarters or email them and let them know.

This is child abuse. Parents perpetuating an agenda and a sin is just heartbreaking. It will be sad to see the consequences of this generation.
Sprite has a new LGBT ad running in Argentina in which adults help young people prepare for an LGBT parade in various ways. Some of the images depicted include what appears to be a mother putting makeup on her teenage son; another apparent mother aiding her daughter’s attempt to look like a boy by helping her put her on a binder to flatten her breasts; what appears to be a grandmother helping her grandson dress up as a drag queen, and a father watching as what appears to be his son and his gay partner head toward the parade.
The ad uses the classic song “You’ll Never Walk Alone” from the legendary musical “Carousel” as an underscore. In the original musical, the song, which resembles a hymn, comes at the climax of the show as the lead character, who has been killed earlier, pleads with his teenage daughter and wife to believe that he always loved them.
At the end of the ad, the captions read, “Orgullo: Lo que sentís cuando alguien que querés elige ser feliz,” translated as “Pride: What you feel when someone you love chooses to be happy,” and “No estás solx,” translated as “You’re not alone.”
Coca-Cola, which started selling Sprite in the United States in 1961 to challenge 7 Up, wrote in May 2019:
Coca-Cola is proud of its history of supporting and including the LGBTQI community in the workplace, in its advertising and in communities throughout the world. From supporting LGBTQI pride parades to running rainbow-colored billboards, Coca-Cola has demonstrated its commitment to protecting employees from discrimination based on sexual orientation, gender identity and expression.
The company added, “Coca-Cola was one of the first companies in the U.S. to publicly support the Employment Non-Discrimination Act – legislation proposed in the U.S. Congress that would prohibit discrimination in hiring and employment based on sexual orientation or gender identity by employers with at least 15 employees. And in 2015, the company, along with 379 other businesses, filed an amicus brief with the Supreme Court in support of marriage equality.”
In 2018, on International LGBT Pride day, Coca-Cola launched a limited edition Coca-Cola can with Fanta inside to counter the Brazilian expression “That Coke is a Fanta,” used to denigrate gays. The company also produced an ad stating, “A single can can turned a homophobic expression into a symbol of pride.” The ad added, “This Coke is pride. This Coke is respect. This Coke is Fanta.”
