Bill Maher is an unabashed liberal. But he does have one redeeming quality. He never holds back when he thinks his side is wrong.
Maher says that the country is becoming segregated again. But he differs from the liberals and admits that they are responsible for the separation of the races. Not since slavery was still the law of the land, have the races been this separated.
The country will not survive like this.
Is there racism in America? Of course, there are and there will always be some of these morons around. But the truth is, there isn’t nearly the amount of racism as BLM and the Democrats would have you believe. If there was we wouldn’t have so many people who make false claims of racism. But even a small amount of racism is unacceptable and we should do all we can to eradicate it. at least we can try.
Democratic data scientist David Shor appeared on “Real Time” with host Bill Maher. Shor said in order for Democrats to win elections they should stop focusing on issues people hate such as amnesty for up to 22 million illegal immigrants. Instead, they should focus on their agenda that is popular with the electorate. But that plan won’t work because there is nothing in their agenda that voters will like.
Maher asked Shor:
“We seem to be entering an era of re-segregation that’s coming from the left. I mean, on many college campuses, there are separate dorms, separate black dorms, graduation ceremonies, stuff like that. How will that affect elections in the future?”
“I think just to go back, I think that the important thing is to just realize that most nonwhite voters are not liberal. They don’t identify as liberal. We should take that really seriously, realizing that most voters don’t share our values means that we should instead we should try to meet people with the values that they actually hold and we should talk to them about issues that they care about.”
People don’t want unlimited illegal immigration. They don’t want to spend $4 trillion for the Green New Deal. They don’t want us cozying up to Russia, China or Iraq. They don’t wholesale voter fraud bills like the House has come up with. They just don’t offer anything to Americans.
Left-wing comedian Bill Maher, who is wrong on so many things, but occasionally gets something so right you wonder why he’s so wrong on everything else. For this, he is considered a voice of reason for liberals. He has the rare privilege of being able to say things to liberals that they don’t want to hear and he’s not canceled for it.
On Friday, Maher told his audience of his HBO show “Real Time With Bill Maher” that they shouldn’t hate the 74 million people who voted for President Donald Trump because about 5,000 people who claimed to support him stormed the Capitol on January 6.
In his Friday night monologue, the liberal Joe Biden supporter Maher discussed the “tragedy” of Trump voters and talked about what he thinks are the underlying causes of people turning to violence when the system fails them.
“Let’s not confuse 5,000 people with 74 million,” Maher said. “Yes, even supporting the insurrection in spirit is, well, deplorable. But there’s a difference between holding illiberal beliefs and acting violently on them. At least that’s what they always told me about Islamic terrorism.
“I keep wrestling on this show with the hard question of how do Americans, all of us, learn to share a country with aholes you can’t stand,” he continued. “I preach, and still do, you can hate Trump, but not all the people who like him. And as counterintuitive as it may seem, you can like something run by aholes without being one yourself.”
Maher mentioned Ashli Babbitt, the 14-year Air Force veteran who was shot fatally by Capitol police even though she posed no threat at the moment she was killed. Had she been a BLM or ANTIFA rioter the country would have erupted in violence in her name. Babbitt had voted for Obama and was a very strong Trump supporter. She owned a business in San Diego and was facing economic hardship after being forced to take a short-term loan to keep her business open thanks to the draconian COVID lockdowns enforced by the tyrant Governor Gavin Newsom. The loan came with a 169 percent interest rate. Bill Maher sympathized with Babbitt’s position and said he believes she was justifiably angry, but at the wrong people.
“She is the tragedy of the modern Republican voter personified: Pissed off at the greed and corruption that yes, has squeezed the middle class hard, but always coming up with the wrong answer to who is doing most of the squeezing,” Maher said.
Maher said that the Capitol rioters were “storming the wrong building.”
“The feet up shouldn’t have been on Pelosi’s desk, it should have been on Trump’s tanning bed,” he said. “You thought Trump was going to be your bull in the china shop? Yeah, he was, but you were the china.
“Should Ashli Babbitt have applied better logic in seeing that her real problem in life wasn’t pedophile Democrats or Antifa and that people like Elizabeth Warren were actually the ones who were at least trying to do something about predatory lending and economic exploitation? Yes. But not everyone can watch MSNBC all day. She had other priorities, like fighting overseas,” Maher continued.
You see, this is where Maher goes all toys-in-the-attic, bat-guano leftist crazy. Donald Trump created the greatest economy America ever saw in her entire history. By all accounts, all demographics were doing better. In fact, economists have pointed out that under Trump’s economic policies the middle and lower-middle working-class families made out the most. Sure the Left will come up with flowery ways to trash Trump’s economy, but the 74 million people who supported the president know better because they experienced it firsthand.
Under the globalist policies of the Obama administration, and to be fair past administrations as well, working-class men and women saw their jobs go overseas after Democrats and RINOs made backroom deals that benefitted foreign workers overseas and the result was a Forgotten Man syndrome.
Maher’s brain then shifted back to reality when he took a shot at California Democrats where he again went off on “woke” politics and described his state as being overwhelmed by regulations and leaders who are disinterested and out of touch with the hardships of working-class people.
“Maybe, since all politics is local, all she knew was she lives in a state that cares more about her toxic whiteness than her toxic brokeness,” Maher said. “And that the state that is run entirely by Democrats. Yeah. They didn’t stop anyone from charging her 169% interest on a loan either.
“It shouldn’t be that surprising that America is full of fed-up unhappy people who just want to break s**t,” he continued. “Trump sure didn’t drain any swamps but when it comes to graft and corruption and everybody wetting his beak, California, yeah, that’s a swamp too. We can’t put up a housing unit for the homeless for less than $500,000 or build a rail line connecting the state for less than $200 million a mile.”
Leftists make those kinds of charges of Trump graft, but they never give real-world examples. That’s because there are none and they’re talking out of their elbows. The man served four years as president and never took a salary. He donated each paycheck for four years. Trump fought hard to make American lives better and he came through. The Chinese virus hit our shores and the Democrats almost immediately figured out how to exploit it politically for their own benefit. Politicians make promises all the time to get elected and then forget about most of them and only focus on what will help them politically. Trump supporters watched as the president fought hard to keep his promises, and that was as refreshing as sunlight.
Remember when ratface Bill Maher started the mantra that Donald Trump was never leaving the White House even if he lost? Well, millions believe he won 2020 by a massive landslide and it was stolen from him, but he still left the White House.
I wonder if ratface will say the same about the governor of New York?
“I was elected by the people of the state. I’m not going to resign because of allegations,” the embattled governor said during a conference call. “There is no way I resign.”
Cuomo said calls for him to resign before an investigation is complete was “anti-democratic,” even though he never even waited for an investigation to even begin when he called for Donald Trump to resign after the January 6 riot at the nation’s Capitol.
“Let the attorney general do her job,” said Cuomo dismissing calls for his resignation as pure politics.
“In the meantime, I’m not going to get distracted by this,” Cuomo said. “What is determinative is what the attorney general finds.” And you know darn right well that his people are working on the Letitia James right now.
We reported that two more women came out and made allegations against the governor over the weekend, bringing the total to five. According to The Washington Post Karen Hinton, 62, a former press aide to the governor said Cuomo asked her to his hotel room back in 2000 after a work event and embraced her. She tried to pull away but he pulled her back into him before she could get away from him and ran out of the room.
Ana Liss, 35, worked as a policy and operations aide for Cuomo for about 2 years between 2013 and 2015. She told the Wall Street Journal that Cuomo would make advances toward her inappropriately touching her back and he even kissed her hand once when she got up from her desk. Once he asked her if she had a boyfriend. Liss is an educated professional who told the Journal that Cuomo’s demeaning behavior made her feel like “just a skirt,” saying that Cuomo’s behavior was not “appropriate, really, in any setting.”
“Every woman has a right to come forward, that’s true, but the truth also matters. What she said is not true,” Cuomo said of Hinton on Sunday adding insult to injury. “She has been a longtime political adversary of mine, highly critical for many, many years, and has made many, many accusations.” In sexual harassment court cases of he said, she said what a prosecutor normally does is try to show a pattern of behavior by the accused. I think five women coming forward at different times, making similar allegations shows a pattern of sexual harassment behavior by Andrew Cuomo.
After calling Hinton a liar, when pressed by a reporter, Cuomo said he was not accusing any of the five women of lying. Then he must have a different definition of what constitutes lying because he said that what Hinton said is not true. In my neighborhood that’s calling someone a liar.
Cuomo tried to blow it off as engaging in “friendly banter” as he did with many employees where he would inquire about their weekend plans and if they were dating.
“If customs change, then I’ll change the customs and the behaviors, but I never meant to make anybody feel uncomfortable,” Cuomo said. So when he kissed Lindsey Boylan on the lips without consent did he think she would get a warm and fuzzy feeling instead of being uncomfortable?
On Sunday, as a throw-away, Cuomo said he will sign the bill that limits his emergency powers that the legislature recently passed.
Representative Elise Stefanik (FR-NY) chastised Cuomo after his Sunday press briefing.
“The Worst Governor in America proves more & more each day why he has earned this title. This press briefing threatening elected officials is textbook Cuomo. He is a criminal sexual predator & a corrupt official who needs to be removed from office.
It appears that New York Governor Andrew Cuomo is going for a half dozen as two more women come forward with allegations of inappropriate conduct by the bully governor. There are calls for his resignation by Democrats and at this point, it’s going to be difficult for him to remain in office if the allegations are true and if even more women stand up now that the floodgates have seemed to open.
“Any further people coming forward, I think it would be time to resign,” Cousins-Stewart told Spectrum News’ Susan Arbetter after being asked what it would take for her to call for Cuomo’s ouster.
And now it seems that the Senate Majority Leader has to walk the walk because now there are two more who came forward. Apparently, there are a number of other female aides who are talking about more bad behavior by the Democrat governor.
Ana Liss, 35, who worked for Cuomo for two years between 2013 and 2015 as a policy and operations aide, told the Wall Street Journal that the governor, 63, would make advances toward her touching her back and kissing her hand and once asked Liss if she had a boyfriend. The educated professional aide told the Journal that his demeaning behavior made her feel like “just a skirt,” adding that Cuomo’s behavior was not “appropriate, really, in any setting.”
Karen Hinton tells a story of the gross story of when Cuomo embraced her at the end of a work event back in 2000 where she tried to pull away from the governor but he pulled Hinton, 62, back into him before she was able to get away from his clutches.
And it appears that Cuomo isn’t just some sexual pervert with female aides, but a real jerk to male aides as well. Two male aides said that the governor would berate them in public, calling them “pussies” and told them “they have no balls” knowing they couldn’t say anything back because he was the boss. What a jerk. A host of other officials former and current told the Journal that Cuomo would frequently ask women all sorts of personal questions about their dating lives and that he would make comments about their appearance, touching them and asking them to wear high heels. I’m surprised he didn’t make them dance.
With the addition of the two latest to come forward to lend credence to the stories of Lindsey Boylan,Charlotte Bennett, and Anna Ruch, the third not even an aide working for the governor. She had the unfortunate luck of meeting the sexual pest at a wedding when he immediately asked to kiss her.
Boylan took to social media to give praise to Liss and Hinton for coming forward the way they did:
“I am very proud of Ana Liss. She is brave and she speaks for me too.
‘I just wish—I wish that ?@NYGovCuomo? took me seriously,’ she said.
It’s extremely destructive that our boss, the governor of New York, treated us this way.”
About a half-hour later Boylan tweeted directly to the governor.
Letitia James, the New York Attorney General’s office confirmed that a notice was sent to Cuomo that his office must preserve all records pertaining to the sexual harassment allegations. Now it’s getting real.
Has anyone heard rat-face Bill Maher saying that Cuomo will never leave office?
One sad aspect of this saga is that though it would be nice to see Cuomo taken down by these sexual harassment allegations, as he should, but with the allegations taking up many of the headlines Cuomo will not go down for the nursing home scandal where he caused the deaths of innocent seniors over his decision to force COVID-19 infected patients into nursing homes.
The Democratic Party of New York now has a decision to make. Will they oust Cuomo who only a few short months ago was treated as a god, won an Emmy award for giving COVID press briefings, and was thought of as a potential presidential candidate? Or will they wait a while to see how much worse it can get for the drowning governor and hope he resigns?
If he worked half as hard to combat COVID in his state as he did trying to get into the pants of his female aides he might have actually earned that Emmy.
President Donald Trump commented on the congressional certification of the electoral vote. In a statement shared by White House officials Thursday, the President pledged an “orderly” transition. This came only minutes after Congress voted to certify the electoral slates of all 50 states and the District of Columbia.
As if there was ever a question that there wouldn’t be. That was started by leftist hacks like Bill Maher who said the president would never leave the White House if he lost. It was picked up by the usual leftist morons and repeated often. Meanwhile, Trump never said anything like that.
Don’t forget that Trump was never given a peaceful transition of power. The Democrats spied on his 2016 campaign, then attacked him with phony investigations from the day he was inaugurated. About an hour after Trump was inaugurated the Washington Post ran a headline “The campaign to impeach President Trump has begun.” At least they waited an hour.
President Trump said, “Even though I disagree with the outcome of the election, there will be an orderly transition on January 20th.” The president went on to let his supporters know that this is just the beginning of his fight to Make America Great Again.
Republicans circled the wagons to condemn the violence that happened at the Capitol building on Wednesday during the certification of the Electoral votes. The vice president made a statement Wednesday night as the Senate reconvened to debate the Electoral College results.
“…a dark day in the history of the United States Capitol,” Pence stated. “But thanks to the swift efforts of US Capitol Police, federal, state and local law enforcement, the violence was quelled, the Capitol is secured and the people’s work continues.”
As Pence spoke before the Congress he mentioned the death of an unarmed woman, a US Air Force veteran, who was shot and killed by police for looking into a room through a window where the glass was broken out. He also mentioned dozens of others who were injured.
“To those who wreaked havoc in our Capitol today (Wednesday), you did not win,” said the Vice President. “Violence never wins…freedom wins and this is still the people’s house.”
Violence by Democrats does pay. They rioted every day from the moment George Floyd was killed at the hands of Minneapolis police. Many Democrat politicians encouraged the riots and looting by ignoring their actions and calling what they were doing as peaceful protesting. Kamala Harris, who will be our next vice president, actually helped to bail rioters out of jail so that they could get back to the streets and cause more mayhem. And they got results. Many crackpot Democrat politicians have started programs to defund the police, they are teaching critical race theory in public schools that is racist in its own right. The rioters scared the hell out of them and they got what they want.
What happened yesterday was a result of frustration after four years of being called racist and bigoted and criminal, and a Nazi all because they supported President Donald Trump.
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell made some remarks where he argued that the US wasn’t going bow to intimidation or lawlessness.
“They tried to disrupt our democracy, they failed,” he said. “Failed to attempt to obstruct the Congress…this failed insurrection only underscores how crucial the task before us is for our republic.”
Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) took to social media to respond to the protests by pointing out that violence is always wrong.
Senator Josh Hawley’s office also issued a statement, thanking law enforcement for putting their lives on the line. The senators’ office added, “those who attacked police and broke the law must be prosecuted.”
President Donald Trump answered questions by the mainstream news media, the partisan hacks throughout the entire election cycle for the first time since the fraudulent election was hastily called for Joe Biden within two days of Election Day even though many states were still counting.
The media, for the most part, does not respect the office of the president, because they speak to Trump with such disrespect that they should no longer be allowed in the White House press pool. Just because they do not like this president, it doesn’t give them the right to speak to him disrespectfully, and yet they do it all the time.
Well, the Fake News hacks were just as rude as always. A Reuters reporter actually asked the president if he will leave the White House if he loses the election. This was based on the lies of the left that really started with Bill Maher on his TV show where he started saying that Trump will act like a dictator and not leave the White House if he loses the 2020 race. The president has never said anything even remotely close to that, but the left all jumped on that bandwagon, and made the same claim over and over again just to give the American people the impression that Trump was a banana republic dictator who wasn’t going to leave if he lost the election.
Most, not all, but most of the reporters today are not really journalists. They are activists, left wing activists who pretend to be journalists who instead of reporting the news, they create the news. There are many of them like CNN’s Jim Acosta who wants to make the story about himself and other journalists and not about reporting the news. These people are not reporters. They are abusive political activists. When you do a story on the president wanting three scoops of ice cream at a banquet while everyone else got only two, you’re not reporting news, you’re acting like a left wing biased activist who wants to trash president trump.
And the same news media hacks who have attacked this president every day for his entire four year term are the first ones to will tell you that President Trump is attacking the press, when all he has ever done is called them Fake News when they report fake news, which is much more often than not. Trump has never spied on journalists the way Barack Obama did. He never charged journalists were charged news media reporters and journalists the way Barack Obama did. Obama promised America that his administration would be the most transparent in American history, yet that administration limited information to the media that would have been used to hold the government accountable for its actions. Meanwhile, Donald Trump has been the most accessible president to the press ever, meeting with them every time he travels somewhere, always stopping to speak to the press.
The Obama administration prosecuted 10 government employees for giving information to the press. Eight of the cases were prosecuted for the Espionage Act, which was created during WWI, to protect America against foreign spies.
President Trump felt the urge to school the reporter that people should not talk to the president the way they talk to him.
“The whole election was a fraud. They have Biden beating Obama in areas that matter in terms of the election in swing states. And yet he’s losing to Obama all over the place. And yet he’s beating Obama in places that mattered in terms of the election. Look, between you people… Look, don’t talk to me that way… You’re just a lightweight. Don’t talk to me that way. I’m the President of the United States. Don’t ever talk to the President that way. OK I’m going to go with another question… Massive fraud has been found. We’re like a third world country. We’re using computers that can be hacked. How many glitches did they find. Oh, a glitch. Oh, gee we had a glitch. 5,000 votes. In all cases the votes switched to Joe Biden.”
Again, the leftist activists who claim to be journalists have no respect for the office of the president, and the way they treat President Trump is proof positive.
