What does she mean when she says unrest I wonder? I think we all know what that means. After all, the squad refuses to condemn violence from Muslim terrorists.
Should they expect less from Godless terrorists? Democrats for some strange reason believe the riots benefit them in 2020 even when the voters feel that they are siding with the rioters.
Remember when the passive Tea Party came onto the scene? The mainstream media played them up as the second coming of the Nazis. But now that the Democrats approve of, or at least refuse to condemn the riots, the silence is deafening.
In fact the media is avoiding even talking about the looting, the burning of private and public property and the assaults on anyone who gets in their way, as if they aren’t really happening.
The IRS should investigate the media because their favored treatment of Democrats is the largest in-kind contribution they have ever gotten. In fact they would be guilty of making contributions far beyond legal limits.
Pressley is a member of The Squad that also includes fellow radicals AOC, Rashida Tlaib and Ilhan Omar, or as I affectionately call them “The Four Horse’s A**e* of the Apocalypse.
They are the most radical group in the US Congress. They consider Moa, Stalin and Lenin as being too far right wing for their tastes.
The media’s bias on this issue is deeply disturbing and damaging. They are normalizing harassment and physical confrontation by left-wingers simply because someone may disagree with them.
Instead eliciting condemnation, these media outlets rush to promote this stuff, assure us that things are “mostly peaceful,” at outright gaslight the American people.
Something has to give or the only possible outcome is going to be more violence. People are not going to sit idly by forever as others block streets, threaten their families, and lay siege to their homes and neighborhoods.
Now more than ever, we need a responsible media that can help cool tensions. Instead, we have the dumpster fire that currently exists, which actively encourages mob rule.
Rep. Ayanna Pressley (D-Mass.) said this week that BLM that was founded on a lie in the case of Michael Brown, is a directive to white people to pay Blacks what they owe them.
I assume that she is talking about reparations.
I will take responsibility for this. I will gladly pay every slave I ever owned the sum of one million dollars.
And if Blacks are deserving of reparations, should the United States pay Blacks or should they give the money directly to all of the Jewish people in the world?
After all, Blacks say they were the Egyptians who used Jews as slave labor to build the pyramids for centuries.
Make no mistake, slavery was evil. Nobody has the right to own another human being and it is something that should never have happened in this country.
But keep in mind that well over three hundred thousand white soldiers were killed or died of disease to end slavery in this country, with many more grievously wounded.
Ayanna Pressley said:
“I rise today on behalf of every black family that has been robbed of a child,”
“On behalf of every family member that has been forced to see their loved one lynched on national television. Driving while black. Jogging while black. Sleeping while black.”
“We have been criminalized for the very way we show up in the world. Under the harsh gaze of far too many, my black body is seen as a threat, always considered armed. Centuries of institutionalized oppression will not be undone overnight, for racism in America is as structural as the marble pillars of this very institution.”
“With the power of the pen, we must legislate accountability, dismantle these systems, and move in the direction of justice and healing. The Justice in Policing Act is a critical step forward and I applaud the leadership of the Congressional Black Caucus. But our work is unfinished. There is a rallying cry in communities across the nation. Black Lives Matter is a mandate from the people. It’s time. Pay us what you owe us.”
“Our black skin is not a crime. It is the beautiful robe of nation builders. Thank you, I yield.”
Representative Ayanna Pressley (D-MA) is professing that non-racist white people must essentially become activists in the event that they want to be considered culturally “good enough” in 2020.
Has she ever pondered what if people don’t care about being considered “good enough” by the Left? I mean, what does that mean, “good enough?” Conservatives are not the cause of her problems, and I think it’s fair to state that at this point that conservatives understand the Left will never consider them “good enough,” so what’s the point of this academic exercise?
This is radical leftist to the core. Who is this woman to determine what is culturally “good enough?”
The Massachusetts Democrat not too long ago spoke with comedian Samantha Bee (what could go wrong there, am I right?) in regards to the George Floyd protests, racism in America, and the role of “Karen” and “Becky” which are considered blanket terms for all white women moving forward.
“Everyone will say, ‘Well, you know, I’m not a racist,’” Pressley told the host during a recent appearance on “Full Frontal.” She added, “Yeah, great. That’s not good enough. What you need to be is anti-racist. And that means being intentional and deliberate and unapologetic and dismantling structural racism and systemic oppression, and not being afraid to call it what it is: white supremacy.”
Rather than reflecting on how much progress the country has made over the decades since the civil rights era, where overt racism has pretty much been eradicated in society, Pressley is saying that’s not enough.
Race hustlers like Pressley always give a fleeting glance at racial progress saying things like “Yes, there’s been progress… but we have a long way to go….” without ever discussing the actual progress. If the progress of anti-racism were talked about, wouldn’t it lead to even better solutions? Isn’t that what a national dialog on race should be all about? Wouldn’t that kind of discussion be productive?
They don’t want a discussion. They want to lecture America, and they’ll be damned if you try to have a discussion.
Yes, there will always be racist people from all walks of life, but you cannot claim that there hasn’t been progress.
Abraham Lincoln once said, “I destroy my enemies when I make them my friends.” For far too long black activists have been sucking up to the Democratic Party, which is the sole reason we have had to pass every civil rights bill in our history. Think about it. Every civil rights bill has been written and passed to remedy things the Democratic Party has done. Racist laws Democrats created at the state level had to be wiped out by federal civil rights acts.
Instead of attacking “white” America, Pressley would do the black community such a solid by placing blame where it really belongs: the Democratic Party. Her party.
“America” didn’t do all the horrible and unjust things to black people, that was the Democratic Party. There have always been people outside that party who have fought for equal rights under the law. The first thing the congresswoman could do to show she is serious about ending racism is to leave the Democratic Party, the party of slavery, Jim Crow, the Ku Klux Klan, and segregation. The party that to this day takes black voters for granted. In a phrase, she should just “Walk Away.”
The term white supremacy conjures up images of backwoods white folk whose parents were cousins, and they have a small militia complete with Klan memorabilia hanging on the walls of their pavilion right next to the Nazi flags and old photos of Dixiecrat politicians and segregationists like William Fulbright and Robert Byrd.
What Pressley is trying to do is claim that the societal structure of America is itself white supremacy. The irony that escapes her is that ideas like that, spoken aloud, are itself racist, in that she is claiming “systemic racism” which means it’s built into white America to be racist, which in turn means she is saying that all white people are inherently racist, and that itself is the very definition of racism: prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism directed against a person or people on the basis of their membership of a particular racial or ethnic group.
I’ve been working for David Harris Jr. for a few years now. He’s my boss, but I love him like my Christian brother. If what Pressley says is true, I would be a racist, and I cannot imagine that a racist would ever work for a successful black person. Her rhetoric just doesn’t add up.
It’s no longer enough to not be racist, to not be prejudiced against your fellow man because of the color of his or her skin. People like the congresswoman from Massachusetts believe that white people can be racist even if they don’t believe they are being racist. That’s what systemic racism means. It would be as ridiculous as someone saying black women from Massachusetts suffer from “systemic stupidity.”
The feckless [INSERT WORD HERE] Bee echoed Pressley’s racist sentiment by saying that “reluctant white people are going to be dragged into a more progressive future or rightfully dragged on Twitter.”
Pressley added, “Using your privilege in a tangible way [is necessary],” then said, “Doing more than liking and retweeting. OK? No more hashtags. … Let’s just do the work.”
Bee needs to be careful here, because in time, when all the other white people have been sufficiently “canceled,” Pressley will be coming for her as well. We’re already seeing that.
“White women, be useful. Use that privilege for good,” Bee urged.
Rep. Ayanna Pressley, D-Mass., one of the four freshman congresswomen known collectively as the “Squad,” is planning Tuesday to introduce a resolution seeking an impeachment inquiry into Supreme Court Associate Justice Brett Kavanaugh, despite reluctance from top Democrats to pursue one and concerns about the basis for the latest accusations.
The resolution follows a New York Times report that included a new allegation of sexual misconduct from when Kavanaugh was in college — although an editors’ note later revealed that the alleged victim did not recall it taking place. In a statement, Pressley only focused on the women who came forward during Kavanaugh’s confirmation process.
“I believe Christine Blasey Ford. I believe Deborah Ramirez,” Pressley said in a statement shared by Boston.com reporter Nik DeCosta-Klipa, which Pressley retweeted from her official Twitter account. “It is our responsibility to collectively affirm the dignity and humanity of survivors.”
Pressley also used her personal Twitter account to retweet a post that included images of what appears to be text from the resolution. It calls for “Inquiring whether the House of Representatives should impeach Brett Michael Kavanaugh, Associate Justice for the Supreme Court of the United States of America,” and for the House Judiciary Committee to conduct depositions and take affidavits, serving subpoenas if necessary.
Rep. Jerrold Nadler, D-N.Y., who heads the House Judiciary Committee, has not necessarily come out against impeaching Kavanaugh. But he made clear it was not a top priority for his committee.
“We have our hands full with impeaching the president right now,” Nadler said on a radio show Monday.
Top-ranking Sen. Dick Durbin, D-Ill., outright rejected the calls.
“We’ve got to get beyond this ‘impeachment is the answer to every problem,” Durbin said, according to Politico. “It’s not realistic. If that’s how we are identified in Congress, as the impeachment Congress, we run the risk that people will feel we’re ignoring the issues that mean a lot to them as families.”
Radical Woke Supremacist progressive House Democrats unsuccessfully pushed an amendment lowering the federal voting age to 16 as part of the HR 1 voting rights package on Wednesday.
According to C-SPAN, the amendment failed by a vote of 125-302, thank God, after a majority of Democrats voted for it at 125-93.
“A sixteen-year-old in 2021 possesses a wisdom and a maturity that comes from 2021 challenges, 2021 hardships, and 2021 threats,” Representative Ayanna Pressley (D-MA), a member of the progressive “Squad,” who was behind the amendment, said in a statement on Monday. “Now is the time for us to demonstrate the courage that matches the challenges of the modern-day sixteen- and seventeen-year-old.”
Listen to this lunatic go on about how wonderful her amendment is. Completely out of touch.
Is it just me or have the Democrats so far proposed nothing but power grab moves for their party? They have not proposed a single bill that will make one American life better.
Along with Pressley, Representative Grace Meng (D-NY), and Representative Jan Schakowsky (D-Il), reintroduced the amendment on Monday. All three would be primaried and thrown out of office if Democrat voters cared about the future of our country.
Back in February, Pressley said that she was “shocked” that lowering the legal voting age to 16 was such a “polarizing” subject. That’s a clear signal that the Congresswoman from Massachusetts is out of touch with the American people. She made the comment during a Facebook Live discussion with Representative Barbara Lee (D-CA), and author Ibram X. Kendi.
“Dr. Kendi, I was shocked by how polarizing an issue this was, and listen when I would tell people John Lewis is an original co-sponsor of this, you know, our young people deserve to have a stakeholder in our democracy,” Pressley said responding to Kendi, who claimed that lowering the voting age is an example of an anti-racist policy. How? How is lowering the voting age from 18 to 16 an anti-racist policy? What does race have to do with lowering the voting age? How could these Woke Supremacists find a racial issue in that? If they really want to set an anti-racist policy why not lower the voting age to 7? That will really send a message. #SMH
It’s not a new thing either. This amendment to lower the voting age was originally added to HR 1 back in March 2019. The amendment failed then too receiving only 126 votes. You would think these progressives would learn by now that the American people do not want the voting age lowered. But progressives never operate that way. They truly are Woke Supremacists in that they believe that their ideas will fix everything just so long as the smartest people in the world are implementing them. They ignore the fact that they are elected to “represent” the people who elect them to office, that’s why they’re called Representative so and so in the House. But progressive Democrats do not represent anyone but their own self, their own party, for their own power.
“Beginning at the age of 16, young people are contributing to both the labor force and their local economies by paying income taxes, and yet they are deprived of the opportunity to exercise their right to vote,” Pressley said on the House floor in 2019. Then raise the age of being able to work.
“In this country, we affirm that when a person walks into the voting booth and pulls that lever, there is no meritocracy or hierarchy. The booth is the equalizer.” Unless they use voting machines to alter the votes and rig an election. Now we know that their vote may not count the way the voters wanted them to count.
Democrats will do anything to rig an election. HR 1 is exactly that, with provisions that will make the federal government completely take over election laws and rules in states, even though the Constitution gives sole authority for election laws to state legislatures. Don’t take my word for it. Read it yourself here.
In a recent lawsuit that was filed against the mayor and the city of Minneapolis by two restaurant owners declares that their businesses were vandalized and in the end burned to the ground during the riots that went on all summer long.
The argument on which they base their lawsuit is that the city and its officials who are responsible for protecting the residents and businesses in the city failed to stop the riots in Minneapolis.
On Monday, February 8, two restaurant owners Kacey White and Charles Stotts filed a lawsuit in Hennepin County District Court charging that both the city of Minneapolis and Mayor Jacob Frey failed in their duty to respond properly to the riots from May 27 to May 28 in 2020, and that their negligence resulted in the Town Talk Diner & Gastropub restaurant was burned to the ground.
I think this is only the beginning. I think hundreds if not thousands of business owners who lost everything because of the riots will start to sue for their losses.
A reminder for the Woke Supremacists who are reading this, neither one of the restaurant owners, nor any of their employees, had anything to do with the death of George Floyd. That was done at the hands of Minneapolis police which if I’m not mistaken worked for the city of Minneapolis.
The restaurant first opened in 1946 and served the people of Minneapolis in the same location ever since, but now it is nothing more than burned debris after animals set it on fire in May of 2020. Originally seating only 15 people at a time, instead of moving to a bigger location they remodeled the place to accommodate up to 50. In other words, the owners were dedicated to the neighborhood and the people there.
“Mayor Frey and the City failed to react to the seriousness of the riots and danger to Minnesotans and they failed to comply with policies to confront and stop the rioters. As a result of Mayor Frey and the City’s failed leadership, Kacey and Charles suffered damages in excess of $4,500,000.00.”
The lawsuit also charges that Mayor Frey’s decision to have the Third Precinct evacuated made local residents and business owners to have to fend for themselves during the riots that emanated:
“[Mayor Frey] made the decision to evacuate the Third Precinct, removing police officers from the neighborhood, and leaving the citizens of Lake Street to defend themselves and their property.”
I fear a corrupt Democrat-appointed judge may throw the case out. What else can we expect after what the country went through last year?
The city, via attorney Jim Rowader, has already made arguments against the lawsuit saying that the mayor did ask for support from the National Guard after it was recommended by the police chief, “and as soon as there was any discernible risk of civil unrest and damage to neighborhoods and businesses.”
Rowader also said the Minneapolis Police Department also requested additional support on the same night that Frey asked for National Guard help:
“The City has provided plaintiffs with these documents, and we are hopeful that they will amend their complaint given this clear and documented evidence.”
Minneapolis isn’t the only city where lawsuits have been filed due to damage inflicted by the riots of 2020. For example, back in October a jewelry store owner in Portland, Oregon filed a lawsuit against the due after the city failed to respond to rioters who looted and destroyed their business.
Back in June residents and businesses in Seattle filed a class-action lawsuit against the city for “extensive harm” they suffered from the Capitol Hill Organized Protest, or CHOP where the outrage mob took over a part of the city. In the suit, they argue that the occupation has caused financial hardship and disrupted daily life for many people in the area.
America was horrified to watch riots carry on every night throughout the summer and it appeared that the Democrat-run cities did next to nothing to stop it. We had some politicians who actually encouraged the riots to continue, albeit claiming they were speaking about the peaceful protesters [wink]. For example, the Boston Herald reported that Representative Ayanna Pressley (D-MA) called for unrest back in August. Kamala Harris, now the Vice Thief-in-Chief supported an organization that bailed out violent criminal rioters so that they could be back on the streets committing more mayhem. Thanks to Harris’ support for the organization they raised millions of dollars to bail out rioters.
Thousands of businesses were destroyed by the riots and they had absolutely nothing to do with the rage that went on over the summer. Somebody owes them compensation and it should be the people, the officials to work charged with their protection.
Trump’s impeachment lawyer Bruce Castor has revealed part of the defense that will be made on behalf of the president and believe me, it’s a doozy and one the Democrats will hate watching on C-Span. They are putting together a video of Democrats egging on the rioters from BLM to antifa and complete with footage from the riots they encouraged. It will feature such luminaries as Nancy Pelosi, Maxine Waters, and Ayanna Pressley.
It will also star New York, Washington DC, Portland, Seattle, and Minneapolis. You will see assaults, looting, and the burning of businesses. I don’t know about you but I plan on making popcorn, buying a ton of wings from BW3 and a couple of cases of Diet Pepsi, and then I will kick back and enjoy the show, which I will then email to my liberal friends.
“There’s a lot of tape of cities burning and courthouses being attacked and federal agents being assaulted by rioters in the streets, cheered on by Democrats throughout the country, and many of them in Washington using really the most inflammatory rhetoric that’s possible to use.”
“You better be careful what you wish for.”
Laura Ingraham asked Castor:
“Will you then respond with Maxine Waters, a number of other Democrat officials not speaking out about the Antifa and other extremist rallies over the last summer?”
“I think you can count on that. If my eyes look a little red to the viewers, it’s because I’ve been looking at a lot of video over the last several days.”
While the primary defense Trump’s legal defense team plans to use at his upcoming Senate impeachment trial next week will be that the Senate lacks jurisdiction, on Friday night, President Trump’s impeachment lawyer Bruce Castor revealed that part of Trump’s defense will include videos of Democrats encouraging political violence. He described the defense to Laura Ingraham on Fox News.
He also referred to white people as “devils” and “crackers,” but then again, what would any Farrakhan speech be like without insulting white people?
In a speech that lasted more than an hour, the 87-year-old racist told his followers that any vaccines for COVID-19 would be a “toxic waste” that would ultimately damage the black community.
We have people like Squad member Representative Ayanna Pressley who said one of the reasons black people in the United States have been hit hard by the coronavirus is due to the “comorbidities of structural racism” and “food apartheid systems.” That’s just the most irresponsible thing I’ve heard from her today. She always trash talks America, and yet she’s been elected to an elite body, the House of Representatives.
So, on one hand, we have a racist congresswoman who hates white people and America saying that black people can’t get proper treatment because of racism, and another racist fool who hates white people and America saying black people should not get vaccinated because, well, you know… white people.
Farrakhan gave his speech during a virtual event for the National Afrikan/Black Leadership Summit (NABLS) where he griped about the agenda set by medical experts for administering vaccinations en masse.
“We are so frightened over this COVID, now they’re getting us ready for this vaccine,” he said. “How could you allow him to stick a needle into you, saying he’s helping you?”
The anti-Semitic leader added that he believes that the vaccines will not only not be helpful, but they will harm black people. He’s usually only paranoid because everyone is against him.
“Those of you who are health professionals, they want you to take it first,” he said.
“You notice they’re offering you money now?” Farrakhan went on, seemingly referring to Democratic presidential candidate John Delany, who once proposed paying people $1,500 to receive a COVID-19 vaccine. “This devil … offers you $1,000 or $1,500 to take a shot. They give you free shots of toxic waste.”
What this fool doesn’t understand is that there are a lot of people who don’t wanna get this vaccine because they don’t trust the people behind it like doctor Dr. Anthony Fauci, Bill Gates and others. I’m sure FarraKLAN knows that there are strength in numbers, but to be able to spew his racial hatred he has to forget about that and be divisive with every issue. You can’t spread racial hate when you’re working with the people you’re hating on.
In fact, back in July, Farrakhan accused Fauci and Gates of planning to “depopulate the earth” with a coronavirus vaccine. I wish someone would tell him that a heck of a lot of white people believe the same thing.
Speaking in Chicago from the Nation of Islam HQ, Farrakhan suggested to African leaders and Nation of Islam followers to refuse an offer to receive a COVID-19 vaccine.
“I say to my brothers and sisters in Africa, if they come up with a vaccine, be careful,” he said. “Don’t let them vaccinate you with their history of treachery through vaccines, through medication. … Do not take their medication.
“They’re making money now, plotting to give 7 billion, 500 million people a vaccination,” Farrakhan continued. “Dr. Fauci, Bill Gates and Melinda — you want to depopulate the Earth. What the hell gave you that right? Who are you to sit down with your billion to talk about who can live, and who should die?
“That’s why your world is coming to an end quickly, because you have sentenced billions to death, but God is now sentencing you to the death that you are sentencing to others,” he added.
He also said that black parents should not send their kids to school if they are required to get the vaccination to attend.
“Tell the cracker: I ain’t coming to your school,” he added. What racial epithet should he call the thousands of black school principals and members of school boards across the country? This man only has credibility because of hate, the lowest common denominator.
The non-partisan Pew Research Center did a poll that revealed that 6% of white Americans and 83% of Asian Americans are willing to get the COVID-19 vaccine, while only 42% of black Americans are willing to get it. Maybe that’s because hyperbolic racists like Lewis Farrakhan are spreading fear in racial hatred to his supporters.
A simple question. Does Farrakhan think that scientists have discovered something different in the biological makeup of black people from the biological makeup of white people that a vaccine would cause harm to black people but not white people? And if so, then I say he’s ready for the Giggle House.
Former President Barack Obama is facing criticism from far-left progressives after stating in a Wednesday interview that the “defund the police” rhetoric is unhelpful to what Democrats want to accomplish.
““If you believe, as I do, that we should be able to reform the criminal justice system so that it’s not biased and treats everybody fairly, I guess you can use a snappy slogan, like ‘defund the police,'” Obama told Peter Hamby, host of Snapchat’s “Good Luck America.”
“You lost a big audience the minute you say it, which makes it a lot less likely that you’re actually going to get the changes you want done,” he continued.
The newest episode of the app’s original political show aired Wednesday morning, featuring the former president.
He has received fierce pushback from the more radical members of the Democrat party, including the infamous “squad”.
Represenatives Ilhan Omar (D-MN), Rashida Tlaib (D-MI), Ayanna Pressley (D-MA), and Representative-elect Cori Bush (D-MO) all took to Twitter to double down on the “defund the police” rhetoric.
“It’s not a slogan,” wrote Bush. “It’s a mandate for keeping our people alive. Defund the police.”
Obama isn’t the only one to question the effectiveness of the “defund the police” language. Following the election – in which Democrats lost nine House seats – more moderate Democrats have blamed the loss on the “defund the police” efforts of the more progressive members of the party.
Democrat Senator Mark Warner of Virginia said that the “defund the police” rhetoric “led to Democratic losses in the last year.”
And Democrat House Representative Jim Clyburn told CNN that the progressive “sloganeering” is damaging to the policies they’re trying to enact: “We can’t pick up these things just because it makes a good headline, it sometimes destroys headway.”
In the interview, Obama encouraged progressives to focus on policy rather than getting caught up in rhetoric wars that cause confusion and inspire fear. For instance, he said that progressives should avoid the word “socialism” since it remains “a loaded term for a lot of folks.”
“So the key is deciding, do you want to actually get something done, or do you want to feel good among the people you already agree with?” Obama asked. “And if you want to get something done in a democracy, in a country as big and diverse as ours, then you’ve got to be able to meet people where they are. And play a game of addition and not subtraction.”
