Arizona GOP head honcho, Kelli Ward is warning people about what is going on at the Maricopa County audit. SOS Sue Hobbs won the right to send three observers to watch the recount. But instead of sending three people, from her office, she sent three leftist activists.
These are people from allegedly corrupt Not For Profits (NFP) who bill themselves as nonpartisan but are as far left as you can possibly get.
The Brennan Center, Protect Democracy and The Leadership Conference have signed a letter to the civil rights division of the DOJ asking them to get involved.
The arguments within the letter [pdf here] are identical to the arguments made previously by other Lawfare groups, including Perkins Coie, to a state judge. The state judge rejected the arguments because there was no evidence submitted to the court to back them up.
We know that at least one of the three entities who are begging the DOJ to stop the Arizona forensic audit going on now, the Protect Democracy Project, is connected to Soros, but we uncovered that it is also connected to the mothership of Democrat Not-for-Profits (NFP’s)
Ward said that through a court-pushed agreement between the parties:
“Arizona Secretary of State (SoS), Democrat Hack Katie Hobbs” gained access to the audit floor for three representatives. But now we have learned those “observers” monitoring the audit are not even from the SoS’s office. One is an “election consultant” with Protect Democracy, and the other is an attorney with The Brennan Center. Not coincidental, it happens to be the same Washington groups who urged the Feds to “monitor” the audit.”
It’s hard to say what they are doing there but if one were to venture a guess, they are there to find some way to discredit the audit. And they will do this even if they have to lie. I would assign people to watch the watchers and to document their every move. That includes listing any objections they have to the audit. That prevents them from making up new ones after the audit is complete.
The news went viral on Sunday that election officials in Arizona had already overturned 250,000 ballots, and that story is not based on fact. So What happened? Where did that number come from and who can we trust for first-hand and truthful information about this very important story?
Worthy Politics, like similar media outlets, ran a story Sunday with the statement that Arizona election officials had uncovered 250,000 ballots in their hand audit, that should have gone to President Donald J. Trump.

The imagine is titled “Arizona-audit-possible-results”, but they didn’t cite it as such. So either intentionally or unintentionally they misled people about the source of the number of ballots found by the hand auditors as of Sunday, April 25, 2021.
The message spread rapidly on social media with people posting they had eyewitness accounts from the group to they had seen an article with a source but didn’t have a link to an article, causing confusion and speculation in the population. Confusion on the right is a playground for the left.
The message being pushed by unsuspecting people was that the audit had already overturned 250,000 ballots, and there is no factual or legal source that such a thing has happened as of this date.
The audit that is happening could potentially be going on over the next 6 weeks, as the investigators have 40 days to finish it up. It is expected that there will be high drama around the audit because President Donald J. Trump was denied the state’s electoral votes by less than 11,000 votes, and the auditors are going to be observing 2.2 Million ballots for issues.
As I covered on Friday and Saturday, the preliminary actions for the audit started on Friday and on Saturday the staging of the counting started on Saturday. There was already heightened frustration and anger by the Democrats, attempting to stop the count and also discrediting everything from the color of the ink to the participants, by Sunday.
It is important to make sure to only repeat well-sourced information on this issue because Trump’s opponents are well versed in discretion sound information and introducing confusing information into the public steam.
So where did the number 250,000 ballots come from so quickly?
It came from Feb. 2021, Navarro Report, written by Peter Navarro and spells out his findings on potential fraudulent ballots.
“White House Advisor Peter Navarro released his own 36-page report alleging election fraud called The Immaculate Deception. He presented the contents of the report in a press conference on December 17, 2020,” The Rev.com reported on the report.

“The big takeaways for me is there appears to be a coordinated strategy effectively to stuff the ballot box with Biden votes, and at least some evidence of the destruction of Trump ballots. That’s number one. Number two, when you go across the six battleground states: Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin, you can see that the number of votes that are being contested, the arguably illegal votes, dwarf the relatively thin Biden victory margins in five of the six states. So, that’s number two,” said about his report, according to the transcript of Navarro’s statement.

The Democrats are on the attack in Arizona because there is an election audit taking place. They know the election irregularities that took place during the 2020 presidential election. They were allegedly behind them. If the Democrats had nothing to hide, they wouldn’t be so desperate to do anything they can to stop the audit, but here they are. They know what they did during the election and they fear that if it’s proven in Arizona then the other key states like Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin will prove the same thing. On Friday, a Democrat activist judge decided to stop the Maricopa County election audit.
“Superior Court Judge Christopher Coury said he wants to ensure the recount fully complies with Arizona law and asked for more information by Monday morning on the audit’s policies and procedures,” AZ Central reported. Folks, that is part of a tactic to stop the audit.
“If [Steve] Gallardo or the Democratic Party post a $1 million bond, the audit will be paused at 5 pm,” the judge said. Gallardo is on the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors for District 5 since 2015. The Count Board of Supervisors sets the agenda and also approves a budget that allocates money to all departments and elected offices.
The Democrats argued a bunch of bogus points in its filing, including that third parties handled the ballots being delivered to the Coliseum. These are the same Maricopa County Democrats that brought in Dominion Voting Systems to count the ballots, and despite numerous bogus lawsuits many people suspect their voting machines were allegedly used to cheat.
What we do know at this point is that the 2.1 million ballots the Republican majority in the state Senate received via subpoena are now in the custody of a Florida-based company called Cyber Ninjas. Rows of pallets with boxes piled high were surrounded by a fence on the floor of the Veterans Memorial Coliseum. There should be three guards watching the boxes at all times.
In January, the Maricopa County supervisors unanimously voted to hire “two independent companies to conduct an audit that will examine again whether the machines counted votes properly, whether they were hacked or tampered with, and whether the county used proper procedures when leasing its machines from Dominion Voting Systems,” AZ Central reported. So then why is this Democrat judge interfering? The insufferable part of what happened in the 2020 election with the key battleground states is that the judges got involved to help the Democrats. I’m sorry, but there’s too much evidence that they did. For example, in my home state of Pennsylvania, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court which is 7 to 2 Democrat broke Constitutional election laws by changing the time limit for accepting mail-in ballots. They didn’t have the right to do that because the Constitution’s Article I, Section 4 says that only a state legislature is in charge of election laws. And then when Republicans tried to file a case about that happening, the courts just threw it out because it was them who did it. The corruption among Democrats is rampant.
Any voting system that is suspected of rigging an election can cover up the evidence just as easily. There were too many irregularities in the county to not want to do an audit. The big problem I have with the audit in the 1st place is the human element. How many Democrats have since gotten access to the ballots and tossed many of them? You know darn right well that had this been a Democrat effort there would have been 6 audits already completed.
You need to keep an eye on this audit and how it proceeds because the fate of the country could be depending on the outcome. The Democrats will do anything and everything to make the Arizona audit fail because then they can lie and claim there was no voter fraud all along. Demand transparency.
To put people through hell by a series of actions that are designed to give you power is evil. That’s what President Joe Biden and his administration are doing to American citizens with respect to bringing hundreds of thousands of illegal migrants into the country for adding new and very loyal voters to their party’s base so that the Democratic Party will remain in power forever.

Arizona Governor Doug Ducey has declared a state of emergency over his state’s southwest border. Ducey ordered 250 National Guard troops to the region to assist local law enforcement, according to The Hill. Every American should support this because these “Unregistered Democrats” will not remain in Arizona. The Biden administration will ship them to a neighborhood near you.
In a recorded statement delivered on Tuesday, Ducey said, “The U.S. Border Patrol is overwhelmed. Local law enforcement and mayors are calling out for help.” He added, “Citizens and our border communities are concerned for their safety and nonprofits, left to pick up the pieces of broken federal policies, are strained.”
The governor continued, “I said last month that the Biden administration is totally divorced from reality. Now, at times it seems like they fully understand the reality and they’re putting their heads in the sand and trying to ignore it anyway.”

In another statement from his office, the governor said, “The situation in our border communities is just as bad — if not worse — than the coverage we’ve been seeing. It’s become evidently clear that Arizona needs the National Guard, and the White House is aware of that. Yet, to this day, there has been no action from this administration, and it doesn’t look like they are going to act any time soon. If this administration isn’t going to do anything, then we will.”
Brigadier General Kerry L. Muehlenbeck, the Director of the Arizona Department of Emergency and Military Affairs, will be in charge of up to 250 National Guard troops and take them to the border where their mission is to “assist with medical operations in detention centers; install and maintaining border cameras; monitor and collect data from public safety cameras, and analyze satellite imagery for current trends in smuggling corridors.”
“The dedicated members of the Arizona National Guard stand ready to support our local law enforcement partners as they address border security, just like we have done for many years when called upon,” Muehlenbeck said in a statement
The general added, “Our guard members will tackle a wide range of tasks including medical operations, camera maintenance and monitoring, data analysis, and logistics and administrative support to local sheriffs. I am proud of the men and women of the Arizona National Guard for their commitment to serving and protecting our state, all while they balance federal requirements and full-time civilian commitments. I am grateful for all they do to keep Arizonans safe and for the many employers who continue to support them.”
Governor Ducey is scheduled to visit Yuma County Sheriff Leon Wilmot on Thursday who praised the move by the governor in a statement.
“The crisis at the border is serious and cannot be taken lightly,” said Wilmot. “The Arizona National Guard will provide much-needed support to our officers and safety officials, and will help ensure Yuma and other border communities are further protected from dangerous and illegal activity. By deploying National Guard assets, the Governor will allow me to deploy more first responders to mission critical tasks where we will work side by side with our federal partners to target, apprehend, and prosecute transnational criminal organizations. My thanks to the Governor for taking action to protect Arizonans, law enforcement and legal immigration.”
Do you see all the chaos Joe Biden and his administration are creating? Just four months ago, the immigration problems we suffered for so many years were fixed. The Trump administration took many actions to get control of our southern border, and they brought sanity back to our immigration system. Now, thanks to Joe Biden, all of that is gone and we are being invaded by an army of paupers that we are being told we owe a living. This should embarrass the administration, but it only emboldens them. They see this as part of the struggle to hold on to power for decades.
The Arizona Senate is finishing up the preparation for the audit of Arizona’s biggest county. All 2.12 million votes will be examined but don’t get your hopes up because Brad Raffensperger did it again.
He has sabotaged the audit and may have delivered a huge win to the Democrats. The Senate wanted to examine the actual ballots but because of Raffensperger, they will only see them comp0uter impressions.
Why is that important? Because a large portion of the mail-in ballots were sent to adjudication. If a ballot that was sent to adjudication was for Trump, the unsupervised employee that got the vote switched it to Biden, that won’t show up on the audit because the impression would show Biden got the vote but if they saw the original ballot, they would know if the vote was changed but that is impossible now.
State Senate President Karen Fann said:
“It’s taken the Senate two and a half months to win in court to uphold our right to issue subpoenas for election materials,” she said, “and another 6 weeks of researching to select the audit team to perform the full forensic audit.”
“The Maricopa BOS has refused to allow us to perform the audit at their facilities, and has gone so far as to refusing to even answer simple questions such as ‘how are the ballots sequestered?'”
“We have never accused anyone of fraud or misconduct, whether it be the hardware, software or actions of personnel. We hope there is no intentional illegal tampering but, if found, we will turn the information over to the state and federal attorney generals for their further legal action and we will proceed to make the appropriate corrections.”
The Senate has secured the use of a 20,000 + square foot facility known as the Coliseum, which is located on the State Fair Grounds. Workers are now transporting the equipment and personnel to the site and the audit is scheduled to begin on April 22nd.
Trump lost the state by less than 10,500 votes and it is possible that they could find that many votes during the audit but I’m not counting on it thanks to Raffensperger.
Meanwhile, Maricopa County Board of Supervisors Chairman Jack Sellers notified Fann in an email earlier this month that the planned audit “is not a joint effort between the County and the Senate Republican Caucus.”
“Maricopa County will not communicate with your vendors or interpret Arizona law for them,” Sellers said, claiming that due to the uncertain legal ramifications of the subpoenaed documents, the county “cannot be involved in supporting your audit as to do so may expose it to liability for which it has no similar legal protection.”
Hillary and the DNC’s lawyer, Marc Elias, has been sent to Arizona to help try to cover up election irregularities in the Maricopa County audit. They must be in a panic to call in the big gun right away.
Democrats swear that the 2020 election was the most secure and honest election ever, but that confuses me because I don’t know any honest people who are innocent trying to interfere with an investigation.
Elias is best known for buying the Steele Dossier lies for Hillary and the DNC is also the key attorney in fighting voter ID laws and signature matchups. He also made a deal with corrupt Georgia top election official, Brad Raffensperger to set rules in motion that allowed Biden to carry the state.
Raffensperger is now supporting the elimination of those rules as he and Gov Brian Kemp are up for reelection in 2022.
Republicans in the Arizona state senate are determined to carry on with yet another unnecessary audit of the Maricopa County 2020 election results. They’ve hired private firms to conduct the audit, including one led by a conspiracy theorist who has promoted Trump’s Big Lie and other election fraud fantasies.
And now, the state senate is accepting outside donations to fund the audit—mere days after Gov. Doug Ducey (R) signed new legislation banning private donations to county administrators to help support timely, safe and secure elections, a move Secretary of State Katie Hobbs (D) said was “to satisfy the conspiracy theorists within his own party.”
Elias goes on to claim it is unfair that the Senate is soliciting funds to help pay for the audit, but neglects to mention the audit is costing more money because the corrupt Maricopa County Board of Supervisors won’t allow the Senate to perform their audit in the facility where the ballots are housed.
Elias also doesn’t mention that the Board of Supervisors wasted tens of thousands of dollars on two garbage audits that provided no value other than to provide the Supervisors the clean bill of health they wished for.
The Senate will be conducting an audit of the 2020 Maricopa County elections because the Maricopa Board of Supervisors utterly refused in its responsibilities in delivering a transparent, honest, and accurate audit for Maricopa County citizens.
The Senate has hired four teams to conduct the audit, led by Cyber Ninjas. According to AZCentral.
Prominent Democrat politicians in response to calls that the party of slavery is coming for your gun rights, love to say, “Nobody is coming for your guns,” in an attempt to make it seem like the critics are the radicals. The reality? They’re coming for your guns.
The Second Amendment basically says that the federal government may not even have a conversation on gun rights. I don’t give a darn how many courts have taken up the matter, that’s what it says. “The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed” still means something even in 2021. Democrats love to ignore that or to throw out misinformation about what that clause in the Second Amendment means when they try to implement laws that further erode your right to protect yourself and your loved ones. Yet even a third-grader can tell you that it means that anything that the government does to infringe on a person’s right to carry and own a gun is not allowed.
The Democrats have demonstrated time and time again that they will not adhere to laws that are already on the books if they go against their ideology. Think about how Democrat cities created sanctuaries for illegal aliens including criminal illegal aliens, and the leaders of those Democrat-run cities ordered their people to not work with federal agencies to help capture and deport criminal illegal aliens at the expense of American citizens having to live among them.
On Tuesday, Arizona Republican Governor Doug Ducey signed a bill that would ban local governments and government employees from enforcing or aiding any federal government infringements imposed on gun rights.
House Bill 2111 was passed by the Arizona House and Senate in an attempt to ignore any new regulation of gun control by the Biden administration.
“The state of Arizona and its political subdivisions are prohibited from utilizing any financial resources or state personnel to administer, cooperate with or enforce any law, act, order, rule, treaty or regulation of the federal government that is inconsistent with any law of this state regarding the regulation of firearms,” read the text of the legislation.
This is different from immigration because the Constitution gives the federal government sole authority over immigration and sanctuary cities were violating federal immigration laws. But we have to have our priorities straight here to understand what’s really going on. Any attempt to infringe on gun rights by the Biden administration or anyone else for that matter is a clear violation of Constitutional law. There is a huge difference between local and state Democrats ignoring federal laws on immigration and conservative Republicans trying to protect the Constitutional rights of their citizens from an out-of-control radical federal government, which is what we have right now.
Biden has vowed to push for a ban on assault weapons and high-capacity magazines after the Colorado shootings.
Maricopa County Sheriff Paul Penzone, a Democrat, has denounced the Arizona bill saying there was a “political motivation” behind it. Personally, I don’t care what was behind it. They’re trying to protect American citizens’ Constitutional rights to protect themselves.
On Thursday, Penzone told KTAR radio, “It’s one of those emotional issues, but as far as the impact on law enforcement, it will create confusion or challenges more than benefits or protecting the Second Amendment.” In other jurisdictions, Democrats felt little to no confusion that sanctuary cities caused. There were no emotional issues when city officials thwarted ICE attempts to capture criminal illegal aliens.
Other critics say that the law will lead to lawsuits and that taxpayers will be stuck paying the bills. Moms Demand Action, a pro-gun-control mob, got over 2,400 signatures opposing the bill and presented them to Ducey’s office hours before he signed it into law. Really? Well, I see their 2,400 signatures and raise them by over 5 million NRA members.

Democratic Arizona state Sen. Lisa Otondo assured gun owners that their rights were safe.
“Nobody is trying to take away your guns, not for the protection of your family, your property, nor your Second Amendment right to own them,” Otondo said. if she is against the bill, then she’s trying to take away your guns.
The bottom line is Democrats are trying to take away your guns. Fighting House Bill 2111 is proof of that.
Mark Brnovich, Arizona’s attorney general. is on the warpath because of Biden’s immigration policies that prevent the deportation of over 1 million convicted illegal aliens.
Also, Biden’s policies have created a crisis on our border even though they deny it. They don’t even test them for COVID-19 meaning that they could very well infect many others. They are taking children away from their parents and lock them up in cages just like they did during the Obama/Biden administration.
There are currently 3,200 unaccompanied children being held in a detention center. For some strange reason, the lockdown presidency does nothing for social distancing and the kids in detention attend classes. That is something the Democrat’s bosses in the teacher’s unions have said no.
Meanwhile, Mark Brnovich is suing the Biden administration for refusing to obey US laws. The Biden regime says Illegal Aliens First.

“We are asking for a preliminary injunction. We want the federal judge to basically say the Biden administration has to follow federal law [and deport convicted felons]. We’re going to see these caravans, we’re going to have humanitarian crisis on the border because everyone thinks they will be allowed into this country.”
“There are nearly a million people who have deportation orders” now residing in the U.S. and that federal law demands their deportation.
“Instead what the Biden administration is doing is literally releasing convicted felons, people accused of crimes, people who haven’t been tested for COVID-19 into our communities. It’s overwhelming the border.”
Brnovich said the Biden border policy “is actually endangering migrants because it is encouraging more illegal immigration to the country,” many of which he says are “people charged with crimes, being released into our communities.”
He cited an example from Tuesday of “a federal judge in Texas [who] had asked the Biden Department of Justice what was going on with deportations. He said there literally have been people convicted of felonies that are in prison that are set for deportation that want to be deported and the Biden administration is refusing to deport them.”
Under Biden’s non-deportation rules, immigrants can’t be deported if they get a DUI or commit fraud, tax crimes or assault, Fox News reported.
Biden’s 8-year path to citizenship plan would allow all illegal immigrants living in the U.S. as of Jan. 1, 2021 to achieve temporary legal status in five years and to apply for citizenship after an additional three years.
Just days before an audit ordered by the Arizona State Senate was to begin the recount of ballots in Maricopa County, a man found shredded ballots inside a dumpster just outside the counting facility.
Why were they shredded? Were they Trump ballots they later replaced with Biden ballots? From the picture I saw, there are clear markings on the ballots, proving they weren’t extra empty ballots.
Maricopa County has been trying their best to keep from getting a real audit of the ballots. They even brought in their own auditors who have a history of clearing Dominion Voting in multiple countries and nothing else.
The state is bringing their own auditors after it was discovered that the audits were not even meant to pick up cheating or other irregularities in the voting or the machines.
The validity of the 2 million ballots in the county was never even considered in the programs reportedly used by these audit firms:
USA Today came out with a report about the audits recently performed in Maricopa County Arizona. The report notes:
The county hired outside auditors to tryto show the county’s election was fair, but many who have doubts about its integrity are calling the effort a charade, even before the findings are announced.
“The two audits they have are a joke,” state Sen. Warren Petersen, R-Gilbert, said Feb. 8 on the Senate floor. “They aren’t meant to find fraud, even if there is fraud.”
Senate Republicans want to do their own audit, including a hand count of about 26% of mail-in ballots — something that the county’s new audit does not do.
From The Gateway PunditAgain, this work is very weak in the year 2020 and they are not ‘election’ audits but rather are machine audits. Any invalid ballots included in Maricopa’s 2020 election results will never be addressed in these machine audits.
The USA Today went on the share that these two audits will cost the County $56,815 and then some because these two outfits will also review the procurement process which included the selection of Dominion Voting machines in the county. What an absolute waste of taxpayer money.
The USA Today goes on to report that the machine audits are valuable and that an expert says hand recounts are better. Again, both of these assessments are wrong. The best audit of the results of the 2020 election is to perform an audit of the ballots included in the 2020 election and determine that they were valid.
